Baez wants everyone to feel sorry for Casey, He has some nerve saying this has bee hard on Casey, she’s a victime too. FUNNY. She has never once, from day one, looked for her child or even pleaded for her safe return. Oh yea, why look for her when she knows exactly where little Caylee is. I would like to serve on her jury!!!!!!!!!! I wish Nancy Grace would not refer to her as “Tot Mom” because she is not a caring parent. I hope Caylee is found so she can have the proper burial that she so deserves.

Dear Heavenly Father we come to you this day to ask for your help. Please hold each one of us closely and tightly and show us your love. The last four months have taken a toll on many. I see them on T.V., read the news reports, listen to the bloggers, and I know that what I see is hopelessness. I pray that you work within each of us to give us hope so that we may encourage each other. The emotions we all feel are turning some of us against each other. Please lift up all, the people who loved Caylee and they are all over the World, also lift up Law Enforcement as they struggle to complete the task of investigation, witnesses who need to testify, even when it hurts. Lift up the searchers as they face the difficult task of trying to find Caylee and bring her home. Give them the strength to complete this task, Please Lord help her immediate family because it is clear they are truly struggling under this tradgey. We pray that our search efforts will bring Caylee home. ABove all I ask that you hold Caylee in your arms and let her feel the love all of us have for her. I also pray that you remind us to each hold Caylee as our emblem of Hope. We need to keep our hope alive so that we can bring Caylee home. Help us bring her home so she can be given the dignity, and honor that she deserves. We love You Caylee Marie Anthony. Is there some other ploy that M is taking to represent herself besides tax payer dollars helping to pay for her defense? Does BB have some tactic in mind for her representing herself?? Can she at some point change her mind and get representation and then does that start the trial all over again???

flowerchild - from what I hear she’s at the sheriff’s office for one last ditch attempt at confessing perhaps. If she doesn’t I hope they have a couple of hefty chix over at the jailhouse to coax her memory a bit.

Although they can’t really let anything bad happen to her before the trial or Cindy will be screaming to high heaven that it’s all LE’s fault.

I say put her in a room with a bunch of even better pathological liars and give a prize to who gets the truth out of her.

4:55 p.m. It is a 7-count indictment against Casey Anthony, State Attorney Lawson Lamar just said.

Count one is first-degree murder.

Count two is for causing great bodily harm to Caylee, by intentionally inflicting injury on her or causing the injury to happen.

Count three is aggravated manslaughter, that as Caylee’s caregiver, Casey failed to give her what was needed for her physical or mental health or to protect her from abuse that caused her death.

Counts four to seven involve lying to law enforcement during her discussions with investigators.
