Well it looks as though the search that Tim Miller, the founder and director of Texas Equusearch planned on starting back, is called off for now. He says that the conditions in the areas they had hoped to search in were not favorable at this time. Water apparently remains high in those areas and he said that the vegetation has not yet started to die off. He has decided to postpone the search until the first or second week of November.
Miller had planned to continue his search Caylee Anthony who has been missing since mid-June and for another woman, 27 year old Jennifer Kesse that was last seen in Orlando on January 24, 2006. Jennifer’s mother, Joyce Kesse, has supposedly to have signed a petition that has started up to stop Lifetime Network from going forward with an alleged deal in which it has been reported that the Anthony family has been offered $2 million dollars over.
The message she allegedly wrote says, ”Please DO NOT pay one cent for this reported upcoming movie. This is the most bizarre of all missing person’s cases. The multitude of lies, mistruths, etc. is insulting to those of us with missing children, who do everything we can to find our children. Our daughter, Jennifer Kesse, age 24, abducted on January 24, 2006 from Orlando, with the Orando Police Department as lead investigators, remains missing. This case will ultimately desensitize our communities when the next child goes missing due to this families actions or shall I say lack of pro-activeness.”
Meanwhile Cindy Anthony is now throwing the blame of recent leaks concerning Casey Anthony’s case on the politics and the upcoming election. This woman just won’t quit. She will blame everything on everyone except for her bratty daughter.
“I feel that a lot of what is going on right now is a political move on the state attorney’s office, Lawson Lamar,” Anthony said. “I feel that right now I think the reason these leaks are being let out, especially about the grand jury is because of the upcoming election.”
She said she is tired of how the story of her daughter and granddaughter has played out in the media. She said that she hopes the media reports don’t negatively affect the panel of the grand jury Tuesday. “I just hope those people go in there with an open mind,” Cindy said. “If they choose that they think there is enough to go forward, I think we have enough to exonerate my daughter.”
Cindy Anthony goes on to defend her daughter saying, Casey is not upset about the grand jury tomorrow. “She is upset about her daughter,” Cindy said. “You know that the grand jury hearing tomorrow is not upsetting her. What she is upset with is finding out the information that you know, they stopped looking for Caylee. That is what is upsetting her.”
Good Lord this woman is really blind to her daughter. If she truly believes for one minute that Casey would put the welfare of her daughter ahead of herself then Cindy needs help really bad. Casey knows nothing about caring for anyone except for herself. Casey has proven time and time again that she wants to be number one and anything else would be unacceptable.
I for one will be waiting patiently to find out what goes on tomorrow. I honestly hope they go along with the DA’s office and indict Casey Anthony for murder of her daughter. That would mean she would go back to jail and have to stay there until she goes to trial. That is all Casey is upset about now. She doesn’t want to go back to jail and she has to pretend she is only worried about Caylee. If she was that worried about her daughter, then someone that sees this case other than I do, please explain to me how come Casey was at the damn Target buying beer and sunglasses and paper towels and other things while she was supposedly out doing her own research to find her daughter instead of calling the police.
Tell me how come her parents and brothers and anyone else that has stood by her side can’t see this. How come every time this brat says to jump they ask how high! How does she manage to gain control over all these people. She has that evil look in here eyes that I spotted the first time I saw her online on the news. This was even before the police realized she was lying to them about everything.
I read where people are saying in this country everyone is supposed to be innocent until proven guilty. Well damnit I am an American and in this case I don’t go along with this saying. I know this woman knows more than what she is saying. If she didn’t kill that precious little girl then get her off her spoiled ass and make her tell what she knows about this and quit letting her get away with her lies. She gets away with all her lies because everyone lets her. She found out a long time ago how to manipulate her family with her lies and she is damn good at it. I say put an end to it and take away her rights. Make her speak up now.
In the meantime tomorrow we shall know what happens and I will be reporting what we learn as soon as I get the news myself. Caylee, where ever you are sweetheart my prayers, my love and my tears are with you. You are the one who has suffered here and it just isn’t fair.

I truly hope this self centered poor excuse of a mother and human being is thrown back in jail on a murder 1 indictment charge and let the death penalty follow after the trial. She deserves nothing more. As for that lunatic of a mother of hers, seems to me she’s having a hard time swallowing the fact that she created such a monster. Maybe its high time she truly think about that little angel Caylee as opposed to that scum daughter of hers!!! You know, they were just mentioning the chloroform again on Nancy Grace and I’m wondering if there was any sort of investigating done of chloroform purchases in the area within the weeks prior to Caylee’s disappearance. As for the dress, I really kind of think a size 6 would be too large for a little girl that hadn’t at the time even turned 3 yet. Anyway, let’s keep our finger’s crossed that the grand jury does the right thing tomorrow morning.
This entire family has been brainwashed. Obviously they are not as “quick” as Casey and it seems that Casey has ruled all of them all her life - twisting and turning their poor helpless brains until they turned to mush. Once she is in jail and out of their lives for a while, I think they will finally start to see what truth really is. As for Casey, she tells these lies that have worked on her family and equally “slow” friends, and truly expects that she’ll be able to convince everyone else of her lies. She believes she has that power. She is using it now on her even “slower” lawyer - I’ve known people like this before…She will have a big, screaming fit if she has to go back to jail - she will be calling her family every minute she is allowed, and she will be blaming all of them and insisting they spend more money on a better defense, since it was their interviews with the police that convicted her.
Casey deserves to be locked up without any contact with others, maybe then she would finally break and tell the truth about what she did to Caylee. Cindy is the biggest jerk I have ever heard of. They should put her in a looney bin and throw away the key. Hopefully the grand jury with see what Casey really is a lying little B who cares for nothing but herself.

I just watched NG and have questions about the dress too. It’s been a LONG time since my kids were babies, but yes,a size 6 seems way big for a 2-3 year old. Seems like I remember my kids were just about 6 months ahead of their ages in size–not double. And Tim (don’t you all love that man?) said it was in good condition. Maybe some jokester planted it?
In Casey’s defense she really would have needed those sunglases in Florida in June in order to take Caylee’s dead body ot to a field or swamp to dispose of her. Personally I have a problem with how crotch rot has jacked around with the system from Day #1. How many other “suspects” have any of you seen prancing up and down the streets, wobbling that big behind, making a complete mockery of law enforcement and the judicial system. By her appearance, that ugly tramp looks to be in her 30’s, and I find it difficult to believe that she is only 22 years old. For the life of me, I cannot see why she thought she deserved the right to live. That child did not ask to be brought into this world. All I can say is, Caylee was a beautiful child and obviously very smart. In my honest opinion, cindy and casey should both be imprisoned. Cindy has been a direct accessory in helping crotch rot conceal the facts. Yes, Tim said it was in good condition. If he said anything else about it, I missed it–tuned in about 15 minutes late. He comes off as such a decent man–I have the utmost respect for him. I will be donating to ES–he does wonderful work for people in pain.

I was glad to hear someone on NG say that C, G and L could be charged sometime in the future with obstruction of justice. It’s not that I think that’s very likely to happen. I was just relieved to hear that someone else also thinks that those three have deliberately sabotaged the investigation.
That in itself is so much worse - and criminal - than denial and grief for a child or even shock that a daughter/sister could be involved. Those three have gone out of their way to prevent the discovery of Caylee dead while leaving open - as best they can - the idea that she’s alive.
My heart goes out to Joyce Kesse and other parents of missing children - they know even better than we do how much wrong and evil this whole family is doing.

I’ve been reading you guys with interest for a couple of weeks but wasn’t sure I should stick my toe in. Something’s been bugging me. I really got the creeps over the recording of Lee’s voice at the interview when he chuckled about how bad the smell in the car and the garage was when he got home the night it was towed. Like he cared about as much as his sister did over the fact that it obviously could have been that poor baby (and if the rumors he’s the father are true it would make it even worse). Has LE been tracking his whereabouts after Casey’s arrest? Could he have slipped her the alleged secret cellphone? It looks like all of her other friends have fled - thank god - and I just wonder if he’s been out redistributing or covering up forensic evidence under her instructions since she’s not able to do much besides watch TV and blather on to BB all day.

Devans - You know I have also looked (and thought about) the bazillions of photos taken of her and something just does not add up. First reaction would be that she was loved very much but somehow I do not feel this was the case. You’ve seen the comment that crotch rot made regarding, “Maybe I am a spiteful b-whatever.” Just wondering if for a very long time crotch rot had been taking these photos with the purpose of putting the g-parents on a guilt trip after the child’s disappearance. No, I do not feel that Caylee was truly loved; I believe, unfortunately, that she was simply a tool used by both parties against each other. Other things that come to my mind are, and we all are aware of the likely reality that she was murdered, what kinds of other abuse had she suffered in her two prior years. One incident I read mentioned that crotch rot had Caylee sleep with her and one of the skanks she slept with. Blows my mind as to what this baby endured and was exposed to during her short little life. Like all of you, just burns me up that this nasty broad is manipulating the system. Should Casey face a homicide charge, she could be going to trial with a new lead counsel. FOX 35 has learned from the president of the Criminal Defense Attorney’s Association that Baez might not be permitted to represent Anthony in a first degree murder trial.
Richard Hornsby said Baez does not meet the standards set forth by attorneys in capital cases. To be lead counsel you must:
have had five years experience as an attorney
served as co-counsel on two death penalty cases
demonstrated proficiency and commitment which exemplify quality representation in capital cases
However, Baez could still be part of a legal team. Todd Black, spokesperson for Baez, offered this response on Monday:
“It will not change the commitment of the Baez Law Firm and they are fully prepared if an indictment is handed down to represent Ms. Anthony to the fullest.”

Like I said this morning on the other blog,
BB has not got enough years of experience for a case of this magnitude (3 years I think is what he has been practicing) and that he and Todd needed a seasoned lawyer on their team.
I would be glad too for a seasoned lawyer familiar with death penalty cases to be added to the defense. That will keep M from saying she didn’t get a fair trial because her lawyer didn’t know what he was doing.
I think it would be a good thing to add more to the defense team.
Kris - whether the GJ decides tomorrow depends on how much evidence will be presented to them and how long it will take. Some lawyers on NG thought a lot of evidence would be presented - therefore it could take days. Others think that the evidence will be concise and to the point and then it would only take a day or two.
Not sure this is the very last day of this grand jury either. But certainly very close to the end of the time they have to serve.

MyTwoCents - Exactly! Unless they are actually as brain-dead as many of us believe they are! Sure, they knew crotch rot had no job, (other than probably street-walking). This is another of the many things that lead me to believe that they, (1) either knew, or (2) had a strong suspicion of what crotch rot had done. I do not believe that anyone “changes” overnight and I do not believe that rot’s behavior suddenly became abnormal around the time of this incident. My feeling is that upon learning that Caylee was gone, reality hit them square between the eyes of the likely possibility that rot had acted out on something they had long feared. Someone said Cindy had claimed in the past that casey is a “sociopath,” and they obviously knew that she did not want Caylee, so I cannot see why they’d be surprised at anything she might do. Too thin to hold water.
Just watch - some more anonymous big money will come in and so will a high priced lawyer. That is if the Ants don’t pay for him themselves with the millions they might be getting for the movie rights etc.

Baez released a prepared statement to the media when pressed for Casey’s state of mind leading up to the grand jury’s ruling.
“Casey Anthony has been prepared for the worst, but has always been hoping for the best. Although she would be naturally nervous and very upset about going back into confinement, she is prepared and has been for that if it happens.”

Should Casey face a homicide charge, she could be going to trial with a new lead counsel. FOX 35 has learned from the president of the Criminal Defense Attorney’s Association that Baez might not be permitted to represent Anthony in a first degree murder trial.
Richard Hornsby said Baez does not meet the standards set forth by attorneys in capital cases. To be lead counsel you must:
have had five years experience as an attorney
served as co-counsel on two death penalty cases
demonstrated proficiency and commitment which exemplify quality representation in capital cases
However, Baez could still be part of a legal team. Todd Black, spokesperson for Baez, offered this response on Monday:
“It will not change the commitment of the Baez Law Firm and they are fully prepared if an indictment is handed down to represent Ms. Anthony to the fullest.”

Personally I think that best-case-scenario C was drugging her daughter with choloroform to party whenever C and G wouldn’t or couldn’t babysit(Zanaida = Xanax strategy)and something screwed up after she stormed out with the baby and she ended up dead in the trunk - worst-case-scenario she did it on purpose to punish her parents for not coughing up money for a ticket to Puerto Rico. Either way this little sociopath is all about covering it up and making herself the victim. She - and her mom - are not overly bright - she thinks up lies that are complicated but wouldn’t fool a moron. I think that sociopaths may have some kind of disability that does not allow them to feel for anyone but themselves but that does not excuse their behavior. They may not care if they do things the rest of society thinks is wrong but they understand what society mores are nonetheless and have to face the consequences anyway. Did you hear Padilla tonight on NG going on about how C had Caylee in the garage first and then threw her in the pool to make it look like an accident? Where does he get his stuff? Eyewitness News has learned the grand jury will hear from half a dozen witnesses Tuesday, investigators from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office and the FBI, FBI lab specialists and Casey’s father. The grand jury will hear how investigators found high levels of the potentially toxic chemical chloroform in the trunk where they say Caylee’s body had been.
If the grand jury indicts Casey for murdering her daughter Caylee, prosecutors would very likely drop the child neglect charge against her, because she couldn’t be charged with neglecting Caylee by not reporting her missing if she had already killed her.
Depending on what the grand jury does Tuesday, Casey’s visit to her lawyer’s office Monday could be one of her last and Monday night could be the last night she spends at her parents’ house.

Beyond common sense, there are the laws governing parental rights, and we see it time after time, i.e. totally responsible dads who are deemed the “evil, good for nothing, etc.” and children are maintained in the custody of moms who abuse and sometimes murder these children. Knowing how arrogant and manipulative casey is, she probably frequently reminded the g-parents that she “is Caylee’s mother.” No doubt they did not push her too far for fear that she’d deny them the right to see her. As you know, g-parents rights are in reality, next to nil, concerning a child custody situation.
isn’t george supposed to testify against casey tommorrow,george is not concerned about the grand jury,so he is going for what to put his daughter away by his statements about her reactions to the car,how crazy can cindy be

flash you are right. supposedly the last argument C had with m was threating to take Caylee away from her. so m had been scaring her into doing what she wanted. Maybe it’s mean to defend them at this point(they haven’t done themselves any favors) But what would be worse than letting her take Caylee during the day with her home every night? Having M in control of her 24/7 and that is what happened. Devans - And yes, I do not for one second consider the anthony g-parents totally innocent in the situation. My opinion, by act of failure to act upon a potentially harmful situation makes them partially responsible. For instance, if I had a grandchild (which I do not) and circumstances were that I felt or knew that my grandchild were being neglected, mistreated, abused, etc. and after discussing it thoroughly with the parents (making them aware that they need to make improvements in care of the child) I would contact the appropriate authorities on investigating the child’s environment and circumstances. Further I would file a petition for legal custody of the child irregardless of the effect it may have on the relationship between myself and the child’s parents.
Just saw an interview with C. on wftv she is going crazy. She went from it’s a politcal move to bring M. before the GJ to tips not being followed up on to no justice in our county to service men protecting out country. Noting she said made any sense. I truly believe she is losing her mind.

I think the guilt she feels over calling 911 on M. is the reason she lost it. When Caylee’s remains are laid to rest I think shw will commit suicide.
FC, no I think M was missing for a month and C kept asking to see Caylee or at least talk to her on the phone. M would always have an excuse as to why she couldn’t talk to or see her. And she kept telling C she was this place and that place, Jacksonville when she wasn’t, and other palces. C didn’t know where to go to check on Caylee but believed she was w/Casey that whole time— until she smelled the car.
I think it was friday night. 10/10 I think.

Not only will it destroy both of them when G excepts and starts saying what he feels that will drive him and C apart. Then they will not even have each other to support them. They will have alienated their neighbors,family and friends. It might be kinder to them to arrest them unstead of what they will do to themselves and each other. Whatever mistakes they have made. I believe that they loved Caylee and gave her the best parts of her way to short life.
I did find some other videos on there that were absolutely sad…There is one which will just bring tears to your eyes..the beginning of it starts off with Caylee singing a song to her “pappa” then eventually drifts off with some sad country tune…But the start of it will make your knees go weak and just make you want to scream at her monster mother. I will post it below if anyone would like to hear our little Caylee singing.

I have a grandson who lives in North Carolina and I live in Alabama…we both have att wireless and I talk to him about 4 times a week. If sometihing happenened and I did not talk to him at least 2 times week I would know there was problem. He is 9 years old and it been this way since he was 3. There is no excuse for 31 days if you really care….unless you just don’t want to know. Or you don’t want someone to know.

Catherine, again I agree with you. Caylee was C’s life. You can tell that by her room that C did for her, the video’s of C laughing with Caylee, etc. You could tell most certainly her love for Caylee by the 911 tape when she didn’t know where Caylee was. As much as C & M had a hate/love relationship, if C loses M too…….she will have difficulty facing that. I wouldn’t put it past her to end it all. As much as I dislike C’s actions thus far, I wouldn’t wish that upon anyone.
But G & C were trying to find her, the phone records will prove that they talked to m regularly. What they said another story? But LE say that M just started hanging with a new crowd. They didn’t even know how to find her. SHe led them to believe she was in Jackson Florida. and I think C’s 911 tape show that by the end of these 31 days she is frantic and the car and smell start her on the spiral down.

Val, I think you are correct. They appeared to be a normal family before this, but I think everyone knows now they were anything but normal when it came to M. From what we’ve read and blogged here, you are on target with M and all her friends too.

devans44322, I think C REALLY believed that M was making excuses for C to not talk or see Caylee to punish her. I don’t think C REALLY believed for one minute that M would EVER murder (or harm) Caylee. I think that C REALLY believed that M loved Caylee (although we all know she didn’t appear to). So therefore, I think C was just avoiding a fight with M, thinking that eventually she would see Caylee. Then day 31…..smelly car, no caylee for 31 days…….SHE FREAKED OUT! It’s then that I think she REALLY REALIZED, what had happened.

Devans - Exactly, and that is what makes us human. Instead of showing the least bit concern, rot was out stealing a woman’s checkbook, forging checks. That broad has SOME nerve - she treats everyone as if they are stupid; she signs her OWN name on the checks! Out partying (if one cares to call it that). Obviously irritated at the concern everyone is showing for the child’s disappearance, she chides, “all everyone is concerned about is finding Caylee.” Wow! What a shock! They’re interested in locating a lost child and not mesmerized by the sight of her buck-toothed ugly face at Club Con(Fusion)! And one more thing: I have NO respect for anyone who is so low as to defend a waste of space such as her.
The dress was not found by EquuSearch according to the Criminal Report Daily. It was found by another search team and he says it’s origins are suspect. A size 6 is meant for a 5 or 6 yr. old I thought. Casey is a small girl so I would think Caylee would be petite also.

I have a two year old grandaughter who wears a size 2 but she is very petite (little) compared to Caylee. Can’t say about the size 6 but if someone where to “plant” evidence, I think they would plant the evidence more to fit the size of Caylee. Not saying someone did, it could just be kwinkie dink?????

The dress that was found is just like a dress Caylee was wearing in a photo. The dress is being tested for Caylee’s DNA which I understand shouldn’t take that long. As for the size of the dress Disney clothing is made very small.
Flower - No, there is no such thing as being overprotective. It is called caring and there is way too little love found in this very cold world we live in. Most of us try to do the best we can for our children, no matter what age they are. Ours are adults and we still need to hear that they’re doing okay. We are animal lovers, and if one of those little four-legged people does not come immediately when we call, we worry until he’s back at the food bowl, safe and sound! I keep thinking how many childless couples there are out there who would have LOVED to have had the opportunity to raise that little girl as their own. *If you happened to see the video of her with her arms around her great-grandpa’s neck, you as I did, had tears in your ears. There was a strange fear in her expression as she held on to him almost as if she sensed something was about to happen.

Catherine, your right on the clothing comment. Quality clothing sizes are way smaller than cheaper made clothing. Anyone who has ever bought expensive clothing probably knows that you might as well start about 2-3 sizes smaller than you normall, would if you buy less expensive clothing.
