In a desperate attempt to spin this mess, Palin is now claiming that the Troopergate investigation clears her of any wrongdoing, which it does not. We can't afford eight more years of another administration that abuses their power. Sign this petition urging Palin to stop the lies and walk the ethics reform talk by removing herself from the presidential ticket now: http://go.care2.com/17292327

Have you seen those episodes of "Cops" where the police pursue someone in a high-speed chase? The suspect drives through red lights, slams into parked cars, drives through front lawns and finally hits a telephone pole and crashes. Then he bails out and runs, pursued by several officers until he's thrown to the ground and cuffed.

I've seen more than one episode like that where, as the suspect sits cuffed in the back seat of a police car, he repeatedly and vehemently denies that it was even him driving the car. It's a scene that's always good for a laugh.

Who's laughing now?

IMHO, this is just her "ultra-Christianity" and old Assembly of God background showing through: "Forgive seven times seven," "Turn the other cheek," ect

This is quite scary when you think about it. I can see if we get attacked again...she says, "That's OK. God will prevail. We just need to forgive them. I'm just glad more people weren't killed."

Why I am not voting Republican this year: If McCain kicks the bucket, do I really want Palin as my President? L NO! And I am soooooo sick of her sing-songy mommy knows best speeches and swear to God if I hear the word Maverick again, I will barf.

Show me a squeaky clean politician and I'll eat my shorts. Maybe that's what politics needs, some rookies that haven't been tainted by corruption yet.

Is this the transparency we are to believe in? The only transparency Sistah Sarah is interested in is a glass ceiling. Not the one Hillary taught us to know and love. This is a ceiling of her own design. One that is self serving. It's only purpose is to be the launching pad for Sarah Georgette palin's legacy.

What McSarah doesn't realize is, She is being used. She is of no more import than the 18 million "pawns" they hope to attract by making her the hood ornament on the Flip Flop Express.

Sarah was a big deal in Wasilla. Not so in Sin City. A barracuda is out of it's league when surrounded by Great White Sharks. Now, They may allow her to think she is one of them, as long as she is stirring up the water and directing prey into their jaws.... But when her mission is accomplished, she will become a midnight snack.

Somthing was bound to give "Soccar Mom", State govorner, Mother of a child with special needs, pregnent daughter out of wedlock, "Trooper Gate" and throw in a national campaign as a Vice President.

Is anyone obligated to feel sorry for her after her dirty campaigning? -heck no!

The report was the product of a bi-partisan inquiry and it's independent investigator determined the Governor had violated State law.

It found She abused the power of her office and violated the public trust. But I suppose if your only source of news is FOX or the McCain campaign you might come to that conclusion.

Let me understand what you are saying.

The report cleared Palin, the press spun it against her, and because she didn't have a nervous breakdown in public, she is mentally ill?
