You quoted only one paragraph of that article. Other parts of the article help to fill in the picture.

I can’t find fault with Tim. He’s done more than any civilian has to find Caylee. I’m sure there are a lot of factors to consider: weather and search conditions are currently lousy; donations to EquuSearch only $7,000 plus the $5,000 that the Sheriff’s Dept gave?

And the Anthony family does not want anyone searching for a dead Caylee so I’m sure they are doing everything they can to stop him. Poor Tim had to meet with Cindy and George’s criminal Defense attorny for 3 or more hours the other day and who knows what he may have been threatened with by them?

And it is true. I’m sure families all over the country are begging him to search for their loved ones. But not the family of poor little Caylee.

Equusearch May Pull Out of Caylee Search

ORLANDO, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) — Texas Equusearch, a non-profit group that is helping to organize searches for missing 3-year-old Orlando toddler Caylee Anthony, may be pulling out of Orlando for good.

“We gotta think about what’s good for Equusearch in these tough economic times, because people who donate money may not donate again if all our money goes to one person when there are more (missing persons) out there,” Equusearch founder Tim Miller told FOX 35 reporter Tracy Jacim in an exclusive interview on Sunday.

The fact that Miller says Equusearch has already spent $44,000 on the search for Caylee, only having recouped $5,000 from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office and another $7,000 from private donations, and the fact that the Anthonys are not cooperating, is forcing Miller to reconsider continuing the search.

Miller flew into Orlando on Thursday with a few members of the group and a board director. New York Times bestselling author Judith McNaught is helping with the financing and came to support Tim in what she calls “a draining case.”

“I’m out here to write checks, that’s what the Board of Directors does, because we all want it to turn out so well,” said McNaught. “At the same time, this is the first time I’ve made a public appearance on any case, because he (Tim) is so exhausted,” she said, adding “I’m worried about our main resource.”

Tropical Storm Fay forced Miller and his team to table a search a few weeks ago. Since returning, Miller says he and about ten others have done small-scale searches with the Sheriff’s Office and have turned up nothing. He says water is still an issue too.

Miller says he’ll have his final decision Monday.

I get so nervous that she could slip away - who is driving her back and forth to her lawyers appointments. Now that you have mentioned the bracelet NOT being a GPS - what good is it when she’s at the lawyers.

Yes, another point that makes me nervous - what if she does disguise herself and gets out of the lawyers office, with his knowing, and hides the remains a little better - I know that is crazy, but I thought that bracelet was a GPS. I just don’t want her to get away with this. She thinks she’s smarter than all of us - and laughs at our failing her little hide and go seek game she is playing.

i was wondering about this myself. if you notice on some of the earlier footage from the first time casey got out of jail and went to his office - she had a HUGE white back pack on and it was obviously quite full.

full of??? evidence? changes of clothing and disguises?? porn???

as for casey needing to be able to help search, that is absolutely ridiculous. she had a full month to search, but she obviously didn’t need to cause she already knows where she buried (and possibly tried to burn - remember the gas cans, maybe they weren’t for the car) caylee’s remains.

so instead, she spent that whole month partying, shopping with someone else’s money, and having literal and cyber sex with who knows how many guys.

yeah, that’s what every good mother would do if her child were “kidnapped” by a babysitter.

I find it DISGUSTING that Baez want’s her FREE to FLEE…to other countries {won’t be hiring him!}

I totally agree with your response on Oct.11th, at 1:55 pm to Dak regarding Padilla. I’m sure that either the defense team or the third party, (most likely Geraldo) fed him a line in order to get him to put up bail. Padilla went to Florida in good faith believing what was being said to him was the truth and Caylee was still alive. It didn’t take him long to discover what monster did. I’m not a bit worried about Padilla’s honesty, all the pertinent conversations have not been released to the public. I do believe that Padilla has a good heart and means well. I think he is obsessed as much, if not more, than we are and he’s bravely speaking out to let the truth be known. I’m sure the defense team is livid!

You were so right when you said “We are all aware that in the past 30-40 years, the system has changed. Defense attorneys in the distant past in the US did not do what Baez and others do now. They used to protect their clients’ rights. Now they try to win cases, seemingly at any cost, moral or otherwise. And we all know why–fame and fortune!! This is NOT the way it used to be here in these fine United States.” Concerned in Texas, that is one great statement!

Girrrrllll, I worried about you for days because I kept forgetting to post instructions for making the printing larger. And that’s NOT coddling. That’s caring and liking someone instantly. I’m being 100% honest.

And like CHSTAHeart said–there’s a big difference between people going on for hours and hours about unrelated topics and members mentioning or discussing their private lives for a bit here and there. Something else - and I am afraid LE may have missed it before the car was washed and cleaned up by George - is that leaves/dirt/foliage from the underside of a car can determine to what areas a car has been driven.

For instance, you might find red dirt on a car that is driven by someone who lives and drives in an area where there’s only black dirt-or sand. Or you might find honeysuckle vines under a car that belongs to someone who lives/drives where there is no honeysuckle.

They can tell by what’s under a car (or in the space between the windsheild and the hood) what areas that car may have been in.

My point: If there was foliage/dirt under Casey’s car from the woods where she drove to, then that dirt and foliage woudl be common to a few places, as opposed to any place.

Maybe this young lady is the reason Lee was loathe to give DNa…I know it’s far fetched but murdering gene pools can float around in any of the apples that fall from the tree. Anyone ever think of this, even though it may be a long shot.
