If they are close to the same age why was anyone arrested. If you arrest every kid that does this they will be in jail. This is why kids have so many problems now days. If they did have the things we did they would be in jail for life. I got in trouble as a kid the cops came and took me home and told my parents, that was more than aenough for me, but then parents can’t punish any more can they. Strict laws just make them worse.

I am glad I do not live in America…. let the children enjoy themselves.

I hope this nudity texting craze becomes an epidemic… and causes the “adult” legal idiots to get some premature grey hairs.

with a bit of luck…. the next generation will have more sense…. and widespread electronic nudity will be quite normal from cradle to grave… and nobody will bother too much about it.

This is the first I have heard about it, although my sis has. What has the world come to? Leave these kids alone! This poor guy was standing there and a cosmic rock hit him. It’s also an age when kids start being overly curious about the opposite sex and experimenting, meaning HER. It’s like saying we should arrest the shop store owner for loitering when someone robs him. Get real.

Why wasn’t the girl charged and arrested for the ditribution of child pornography? Why was this boy being punished for recieving text messages he didnt force the girl to send? So if any girl wants to get boys into serious troulbe, all she has to do is send them naked pictures of herself. This issue was handled very poorly.
