Islamic Mufti Muamer Zukorlić must have obtained his copy of "Jewel" before it was returned to shelves in Serbia after being <i>pulled</i> from shelves there. I expect the book will be available in UK bookstores soon and found three copies of it at my local (US) Barnes & Noble today. The hype undoubtedly sells books, though. As I understand it, the UK first printing was increased from 20,000 to 40,000 (before being suspended). How large the second printing is will depend on <i>how good the book is</i>, an element often missing from this discussion.
