I’ll give up my “ProChoice” stance when we have a system that can provide love & protection for all the unwanted children in our country. Are you kidding me, we have state’s that are outlawing these same children from loving people due to those loving people’s sexual orientation. Flippin hypocrites, but get them in a chat room or on a message board after a child has been seriously harmed &/or murdered & they’ll tell you all about their tears & how they would have loved them, they would have taken them, yeah right, they are no where to be found.

I recall reading about a non-existent missing child quite similar to this story that occurred in either So. Carolina or No. Carolina earlier this year. She called the police and they did a massive search with helicopters and later checked the video surveillance at the flea market where the woman said the girl was last seen and guess what…no such child was with the mother. Not much was ever written on the subject but it was strikingly similar in ethnicity, age, etc.

My heart goes out to Giovanni because I believe, and apparently so do the police in his area, that he was probably abducted though a bloody mop and household cleaner were found in his apartment. They may be thinking drugs were involved though I can’t recall that ever having been mentioned as an issue. His father, Ernesto Gonzalez was seeking professional help for behavior problems; perhaps jailed before for minor discrepancies and perhaps there are two sides to that story …we don’t know. He was incarcerated and held on $500,000 bail; the same amount as in the Casey Anthony case.

Will Caylee ever be found? Who cares? It seems what is most important is the persecution of her family, analyzing Casey’s behavior, and taking the words of her former boyfriends as the truth. Alas, “offspring handler” may have been known as an upstanding member of his community, the Fusion boys have their “homeys” as witnesses to their contribution of making the world a better place, and the entire area yearns to be on TV to demonstrate their contribution to helping that ‘poor family’ come to terms with their denial…I scoff!

If there is a Susan Smith in this case it would be Nilfua because her boyfriend is more important than the child. Casey could care less about her boyfriend(s) because she knows there is always another just around the corner. Too bad we’ve all been brainwashed by prime time programming. My heart goes out to the children because none of them would have chosen to be among the missing regardless of the lives their parents lead or have led.

The evidence for child neglect and homicide are so closely interwoven. I cannot see how LE go ahead with that and avoid showing their cards for the active homicide investigation.

I pity her if she gets “lost” in Puerto Rico. As an unfit mother (at the least!) and after slandering Zenaida her longevity there may be shorter than it would be here in gen pop.

Ridiculous. Casey just wants to get out of the house and go for a ride around Orlando and maybe get a vacation to Texas, Mexico or Puerto Rico pretending to look for a live child she knows is dead and decomposing every day that her body is not found.

I can see why BB wants the Zenaida info. Need that for upcoming civil suit. Too stupid or lazy to do his own.

I also understand why he wants child neglect stuff since that is already an official charge. I donot think that trial will ever happen though unless they are not planning to charge her with homicide.

All the other stuff is BS since M is not charged with homicide yet and it is an active investigation in progress. Only that part involved with lying to LE(also a charge)has some merit. But most of that stuff he has already anyway.

Most of the motions( which will be denied,I think) are just preliminaries to discredit evidence at an actual homicide trial.

Cindy named Puerto Rico, Mexico, and TX. Mexican law will extradite someone only with confirmation that there will be no death penalty.

I think BoBo is having to make it all up as he goes. He has a client that offers no info except lies, lies, and more lies. None of the several stories she have been believable, much less confirmed. I imagine that whatever story/defense Baez comes up with has to be changed daily as CASEY changes daily. I can see her making him crazy even during the trial with her stonewalling.

If he advised her to plead guilty to a lesser charge, she wouldn’t. If he advised her to go for the temporary insanity plea, she wouldn’t. So he has to go with what she allows him to: the Zenaida kidnapped her story. And I firmly believe that prosecutors will shoot that theory down with several different guns.

TODAY’S UPDATES:

11:10 a.m.: A hearing is set Friday to discuss eight motions filed by the defense in the case against Casey Anthony — the mother of missing 3-year-old Caylee Marie.

Anthony’s attorney, Jose Baez, filed seven of the motions last Friday. Orange Circuit Court Judge Stan Strickland will hear arguments at 10:30 a.m.
Anthony is charged with child neglect, filing false information to law enforcement and a slew of check-fraud charges. The 22-year-old single mother told investigators she last saw her daughter in mid-June when she left the toddler with a babysitter named Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez. When Anthony returned later to pick up

Caylee, the child and baby sitter were gone, Anthony has said.

Investigators don’t think the baby sitter exists.

The child was reported missing on July 15.

The motions are:
* Defense wants the state to release all records about its investigation into Zenaida Gonzalez.
* Defense wants Anthony - who is on home confinement - to be able to visit “key points of interest in the case” to help in the search for her daughter. Baez is requesting that her travels not be made public.
* Defense wants the Department of Children and Families - which did its own investigation into the child-neglect issue - to release its records.
* Defense wants to inspect the polygraph exams that have or will be given to anyone related to the case.
* Defense is asking for the flight manifest of Air Tran flight 862 that flew from Orlando to Atlanta on July 2. Someone reported seeing Caylee on the plane. (Investigators later located the child and the toddler was not Caylee.)
* Defense wants to the state to turn over results of forensic testing, including testing on traces of chloroform allegedly found in Anthony’s car and any documentation about the air sample testing done at the Body Farm at the University of Tennessee. (Authorities reported the samples showed at some point there was a decomposing body in the trunk.)
* Defense wants to be able to inspect digital forensic evidence, such as computer hard drives, cell phones, SIM cards and media cards.
* Defense wants the state to stop testing and handling forensic evidence until the court rules on how the testing will proceed.

And now she’ll be able to squeeze a few tears out as she struts her stuff and swings her butt in front of the cameras! I suggest a short visit to a tattoo parlor too! For STD to be plastered on her butt!

The suspicious side of me wonders if she just wants to check to see if the searchers have gotten anywhere near the body and/or to try to lead the searchers on more wild goose chases.

Maybe BB even wants trips to Puerto Rico for M.

Ouch, the average dog(pedigreed or mutt) is a million times more sensitive, loving and caring than M.

M visiting key points of interest? LOL, sounds more like she has cabin fever. Wonder though, how much BB really knows..

George is another story. Very few interviews released on him, no jail cell conversations released etc. He might have given LE some very damaging info on M that is evidence.

Frankly I think that both C & G will be better off in the long run when M is put away for a long time.

What is she now a cadaver dog? A blood hound? A 100% pure blood Native American? The female equivalent of Sam Spade or Mr. Monk?
An amnesia victim? (Unfortunately the latter is a scam BB might well try).

I hope the cops point out that they drove her around for a whole day to the “key points of interest” of her choice and found out every single one of them - and the people she mentioned - were bogus!!!

I mean what’s going to happen? She’s all of a sudden gonna remember where she misplaced her daughter? Or maybe point to someone on the street and say “That’s the Zenaida I meant!”

There is no end to the garbage BB spews.

George is another matter. He told the investigators, “I’m being straight with you. I didn’t like that smell in the car.” He was saying he knew the smell of a decomposing body and he also knew because his granddaughter was missing that the body was hers.

However, the fact that George yelled “shut up, shut up,” when a reporter asked him if he thought Caylee could have drowned in the pool, tells me he doesn’t want to believe his precious granddaughter is dead.

George’s voice broke when he talked about Caylee playing with their dogs on 20/20. Cindy was so hysterical on 911 that she could hardly talk when she finally realized Casey wasn’t just keeping Caylee from her for a month, that Caylee had been missing all that time.

I know Casey never loved Caylee or anyone but herself. I know those grandparents love and doted on Casey and Caylee and that’s why Casey acts like a spoiled brat. Cindy and George both got angry at Casey for her lying and stealing behavior but never gave her the consequence. They could have had her arrested for stealing the $45,000 and more from them and from wiping out her grandfather’s living assisted fund. Instead, Cindy paid back the money and is paying the credit card bills. Casey gets away with it.

I’m sure Casey thought she could get away with stealing Amy’s money and killing Caylee also. I’m so glad Amy and the cops are giving Casey the consequence even though her parents are still covering up for her.

That’s why I included the article above. It seems to imply that the hearing will concern much more since it states that:
“…Baez will seek copies of forensic evidence in connection with the investigation into the disappearance of Caylee Anthony” and that
“Baez will also ask to have a defense expert inspect, test and photograph evidence in the state’s custody, and he seeks the release of any investigations conducted by the Department of Children and Families in relation to the case.”

Those requests/motions of Baez concern the charges against her for child neglect and obstructing a criminal investigation. So maybe this hearing is going to encompass more than just the economic charges.

Unfortunately C is a day late and dollar short for wanting to defend her monster daughter at this point..

I also think G and perhaps L are the only ones who will eventually come to terms with the truth here.. Obviously C NEVER will..

Personally, I think they’re doing both. I’m with the camp that thinks they know M did something to Casey, don’t want to know, block it out and do what they can to save their daughter.

I agree with the specialists on NG. Others on this blog have spelled it out well. Sociopaths are narcissistic and self-serving. They are also amoral which is one without a conscious. So she can do whatever she wants and feel no remorse for any act. She shows a false sense of self-entitlement and thinks she is a victom of life’s circumstances. Sociopaths lie about everthing.
Basically, Casey self-justifies why she does things, plays a victom, lies and never feels remorse.
Not really related to sociopaths but is dyfunctional all the same, she has extremely low self-concept (self-esteem & self-image). This might explain her bed-hopping campaigns. Her extreme desire to feel wanted and needed by any means possible. This is too bad though, she could have enjoyed that need (being loved) with her daughter.

Concerned about Caylee, as usual, you hit the nail RIGHT on the head with what you wrote in your 8:49 am blog. Thank you for taking the time to put all that together so we get a clear picture of what C & G are deliberately overlooking and how they are trying to mislead the future jury pool. How can C & G, or anyone for that matter, reject such compelling evidence? Everything you listed is a fact, not a fabrication. Cindy can go ahead and believe that her daughter is innocent but that is not going to make it true, nor is it going to bring Caylee back. It would be great if the Anthony family could read what you wrote because they need for someone to open their eyes to reality.

In starting a Caylee file, so I saved what you wrote for future reference

Psychotherapists on Nancy Grace say Casey is not crazy but a sociopath, narcissist and a pathological liar.

They say Cindy and George are not in denial but covering up for their daughter.

Nice post. I have and do still think the PD has enough circumstantial evidence; yet they’re waiting hope and a prayer they find Caylee before they HAVE to charge M with murder.

Let’s look at it.

Did Law enforcement made up the fact that:

1-Casey did not report her daughter missing for 31 days until her mother tracked her down and called 911 and then when the operator asked to speak to Casey, she said: “What does she want to speak to me for?” No we heard it on tape with our own ears.

2- Did law enforcement fabricate the Cindy’s 911 call on July 15 when she said. ” My granddaughter has been missing for 31 days. There is something wrong. I found my car today and it smells like there was a dead body in the damn car.” No, we heard the 911 recording with our own ears.

3 - Did law enforcement fabricate the fact that Casey told the investigators lie after lie and led them on a wild goose chase looking for a nanny that doesn’t exist? No, we heard it with our on ears on the police tapes.

4- Did law enforcement fabricate the smell of a dead body in the car trunk and Anthony back yard that the cadaver dogs allerted on? No, we heard the two truck driver, a homicide officer, George, Cindy and Lee all on tape saying they smelled the horrendous smell.

5- Did law enforcement fabricate air tests and DNA tests showing that Caylee’s decomposing body was in the back of Casey’s trunk? No, these tests were conducted by independent FBI and university laboratories unconnected to the Florida sheriff’s department.

6- Did law enforcement fabricate the pictures showing Casey pole dancing and partying hearty while her daughter was missing? No, we saw them with our own eyes.

7- Did law enforce fabricate the stories of friends and family saying Casey told them Caylee was with a nanny and having lots of fun while she was missing? No, we’ve read and heard their interviews.

8- Did law enforcement fabricate the computer searches for missing children’s sites, and poems and drawings about dying and killing on Casey’s computer? No, we saw them with our own eyes.

There’s much other evidence that we’ve seen that I can’t remember. But I’m sure we’ll hear it all on Tru TV during the trial. I can’t wait to see how Cindy justifies that law enforcement mades up the 81 witnesses and hundreds of pieces of scientific and circumstantial evidence.

That’s enough to give me “morning sickness.”

Just read in my local news about the father of a 12 wk old infant…says he fed her, layed her down and came back to find she had thrown up and was not breathing. Only problem is: A neighbor said that one of the male roommates came over after the rescue squad left and said the baby had been crying all day, then he heard two thumps and the baby stopped crying.
And the baby has a fractured skull and bleeding brain?
Little Madeleine Mccann is also still missing and guess what…Her mom and dad were the last to see her also, before leaving her and her siblings alone while they went out to party!!

Casey is a joke and i hate to admit so are Cindy and George!!

To all of the bloggers who left, for some down time last night, please know that there was never any question about your love for Caylee or your passion in seeking justice for her. Everyone contributed so much positive energy to this blog when it came to precious Caylee. It’s wonderful to be able to share our strong feelings, as well as our questions, ideas and theories about the articles written and this case in general. I hope that we have now found some common ground where everyone, from original to new bloggers, will be comfortable in sharing their thoughts.

It seems as though you have a good head on your shoulders and having made the effort to be a part of the solution, rather than a negative source in the future, says alot for you. I know I didn’t want to leave the blog and I would venture to bet that no one else wants to leave either. We can work past tonight, atleast I’m willing to.

Also M has an arraignment hearing scheduled for October 14 on check fraud charges (but I don’t think she has to attend). And there’s a pre-trial hearing on charges of child neglect and lying to investigators tentatively scheduled for November 5. The trial on those charges could start as early as November 17 the news report said.

So in short before I leave for bed, I respect your thoughts on it, and we are doing what we can to be accomidating now to others. If there are some significant developments we all wish to contribute..and I feel we each have something good to give to the group as a whole. We have a vested interest in this child and she has really touched my heart…please understand and respect our choice to leave once in a while… We don’t know how else to make everyone happy. You know the problem is really just the way a blog works. Nothing is inherently wrong with people talking about other things but when others can’t get a response or a word in edgewise or when people “look in” and see another topic altogether then the whole purpose of the blog is defeated. That can mean that Jan and Simon (bloggernews.net) lose potential bloggers who will go to other sites. And we lose the benefit of those bloggers’ comments.

There are a lot of people who blog on this topic and it will pick up again! I hope those who left this evening for personal time together will return! And I hope to talk with you again soon, too!

I appreciated the fact that those who wanted to blog about personal things last night moved over to an unrelated blog.

But it took over 2 hours of countless unrelated posts on the original Caylee article from 8:21pm to 10:44pm for the group to decide to make that move. During that time several people tried to comment on the case but were overrun by the personal conversation. And who knows how many potential bloggers “looked in” but were turned off and didn’t even try.

Fortunately at the same time - a rare case - there was another article about Caylee - “The Caylee Anthony Story - An Editor’s View” and there were LOTS of blogs on Caylee posted at the same time from 8:20pm all the way thru to 1:34am and included a lot of new people!

If it hadn’t been for that second article I would have assumed that no one else was available or interested in blogging on the subject but that was far from true.

If that second article had not been available I don’t know how many people would have had nowhere to blog on Caylee last night - at least not on bloggernews.net. I think that’s probably happened more times than we know.

Also we’ve been told several times “not to read” the personal comments. I’ve tried. But I have to read them to find out that I wished I hadn’t or that I wasn’t supposed to. That doesn’t work very well.

So I think it’s great for those who want to talk personally (other than the occasional personal aside) to go elsewhere (preferably as soon as possible). And then re-join the Caylee blog whenever that’s what they want to talk about. Everyone’s comments on the case are appreciated and tonight that was made clear!

Finally, it’s Jan’s blog and she’s asked us twice to stay on topic. We all appreciate her articles and Simon’s and I’m sure we all want to respect them and their website.

Tomorrow’s a new day with new hopes for progress in Caylee’s disappearance! I truly hope it’s also a new day to blog together
