I have been trying to get thru to Nancy on the phone to no avail……….Does anyone else remember months back when the serchers found a bag in a river, and thought there might be bones in it ?? Casey was supose to have shruged her shoulders and walk away from the T.V. When the bag was found just down from the house, she had to be sudated ???? Dose this say anything ?

I think this is a very tough case for everyone concerned, I am a grandmother of 5 grandchildren. I coulnt imagine being in the Anthony’s shoes!! But I can say this if it were my daughter I would demand she tell!!!I couldnt live with myself knowing my daughter had all the facts and wont tell. Iwould probably still Love my daughter because you love your children but I would have nothing to do with her unless she did the right thing and told the truth!!

AS each of us struggles to come to grips with what has happened we ask you for Guidance, support and encouragement. Please help us to be strong as each day we wait wanting to know our little Angel has been found and will be laid to rest with all of the diginity, grace and honor that she deserves. Help as we struggle to control our tempers as we watch the people around this case seem to be deceptive and not looking out for Caylee. Give us the wisdom to see beyond rumor, speculation and guesses. Help us to each look at the facts and know that Caylee wants justice and we need to demand it for her. Also help the searchers who are going to look for Caylee to be smart and strong. Smart enough to see the signs and preserve the evidence and strong enough to stay the course and find Caylee. We know this will be no easy task and we want you to guide and comfort each one as they work. There is no greater task than to search for the body of a lost innocent child and the pain to these searchers will be great. honestly, the best option the state prosecutors have is a negligent homicide charge

without the body, “weapon” (though i’m on the side that believes a chloroform overdose was the cause of little caylee’s unfortunate demise) and really an MO (a cause besides sleeping around freely for mom casey) they have a very weak manslaughter case

especially with the chloroform searches months in advance to caylee’s disappearance, that proves (i think) criminal intent

however

i am on the side of a fair trial, and i believe because of casey’s own lying mouth and the devout media exposure - that it’s unlikely she’ll receive a fair trial. the jury pool is so so tainted at this point that it’s beyond jose bayez’s damage control abilities.

she’ll be found guilty, it’s not a question.

but of what crime?

i just hope equusearch is treated better this time around by the family so that they can do the task at hand and find her body

casey can’t possibly be smart enough to hide the body forever, she’s not even smart enough to stop wearing stolen merchandise like her infamous sunglasses!

Casey did it and she is playing a game I wish she would slip up and I wish her Mother and Father would tell the truth I am sure they did the best they could with Casey and we can not blame the parents for what a 22yearold does but the parents can make this right for Caylee and give her a nice resting place.They need to think of Caylee and not Casey. The granmother want all of us to help look for Caylee while her daugter is in the house doing nothing what wrong with that and if they are worry about the poeple who have her why are they on the news all the time don’t you think that a little funny that the reason why Casey does not talk is becase she does not want Caylee to get hurt but the parents are telling us why and you think who ever has her does not watch TV.Cindy do the right thing for Caylee. oh god! they can’t POSSIBLY allow her to travel unsupervised!

i am sure most of us know how delicate crime scenes are … i mean, it would take kicking some new dirt or moving a log (supposing caylee is burried in the woods near the airport or one of the parks) to completely CHANGE all forensic evidence!

equally, if casey somehow ’stumbles’ upon the body. TA DA! she’s like what now? a hero for finding the poor missing girl?

i don’t think so!

the motion will be denied if anyone has a 25+ IQ in the hearing

i don’t even like the idea of Grandma out searching alone, as she’s said she has done numerous times.
what if she found evidence and really DID cover up for Casey?

my thoughts :: even with the natural factors florida has to contend with, there could still be irreplaceable damage done to the crime scene. especially if casey had been pouring over law books in jail as the media alleged.

FURTHER - i have NO living idea how ANYONE can think poor angel Caylee is still alive! i mean, duh! why would they have been searching those places for a LIVE Caylee? was she living off berries in the woods?! nope

I believe the police have plenty of evidence, however, they want this case to be air tight. No chance for Casey to get away with this crime. Decomp in the trunk only proves Caylee’s decomposing body was in there — not that Casey was responsible for putting it there. Law enforcement is not going to go to court without being able to prove — beyond a doubt — that Casey is the ONLLY person responsible for the child’s death. I would rather they wait a year to charge this woman than to go in without every scrap of evidence they can secure. I want Casey to get the MAX, and I hope that’s the needle in Florida.

That is a good one..it should take all of 5 minutes for her to disclose where she dumped her dead baby… of course, M being M she will have them turning in circles.. sounds like just another “look at me” moment for the crazy *itch. This is just so sad. I don’t know how the LE restrains themselves from taking M’s head and smacking it against a brick wall!!! I know that is how I feel….

ORLANDO, Fla. — Casey Anthony, the mother of missing 3-year-old Caylee, is seeking freedom from her home confinement restraints so she can have the ability to travel and search for her daughter, according to newly released court documents.
It is not known where Anthony wants to travel in the search for Caylee, who was last seen in mid-June but wasn’t reported missing until mid-July. Anthony’s family recently said that a baby sitter may have taken Caylee to Puerto Rico.
Anthony’s attorney, Jose Baez, filed several other legal motions, including having access to his client’s car so experts can photograph and test it.
Anthony’s defense team also wants law enforcement to hand over all forensic evidence regardless of whether prosecutors will use it in his client’s child neglect case. The evidence includes the chloroform allegedly found in Anthony’s car and hair and DNA discovered in the trunk.
Baez is also requesting all of the evidence from his client’s computer and cell phone records. Prosecutors have released some of that information to the defense.
He also wants to know whether any of Anthony’s friends or family members have undergone lie detector tests. If they have, Baez is seeking access to the polygraph equipment.
Baez also wants Orange County sheriff’s detectives to hand over all information about any women named Zenaida Gonzalez whom they have investigated. That’s the name of the baby sitter Anthony told detectives she left Caylee with at an Orange County apartment complex in June.
A woman with that name — who has a tie to the apartment complex — is suing Anthony for defamation.
Anthony’s attorneys also want to see an AirTran manifest for an Orlando-to-Atlanta flight from early July. Detectives investigated the flight after receiving reports of a possible Caylee sighting at Orlando International Airport. Orange County sheriff’s deputies said none of the children on the flight were Caylee.

11:10 a.m.: A hearing is set Friday to discuss eight motions filed by the defense in the case against Casey Anthony — the mother of missing 3-year-old Caylee Marie.

Anthony’s attorney, Jose Baez, filed seven of the motions last Friday. Orange Circuit Court Judge Stan Strickland will hear arguments at 10:30 a.m.
Anthony is charged with child neglect, filing false information to law enforcement and a slew of check-fraud charges. The 22-year-old single mother told investigators she last saw her daughter in mid-June when she left the toddler with a babysitter named Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez. When Anthony returned later to pick up

Caylee, the child and baby sitter were gone, Anthony has said.

Investigators don’t think the baby sitter exists.

The child was reported missing on July 15.

The motions are:
* Defense wants the state to release all records about its investigation into Zenaida Gonzalez.
* Defense wants Anthony - who is on home confinement - to be able to visit “key points of interest in the case” to help in the search for her daughter. Baez is requesting that her travels not be made public.
* Defense wants the Department of Children and Families - which did its own investigation into the child-neglect issue - to release its records.
* Defense wants to inspect the polygraph exams that have or will be given to anyone related to the case.
* Defense is asking for the flight manifest of Air Tran flight 862 that flew from Orlando to Atlanta on July 2. Someone reported seeing Caylee on the plane. (Investigators later located the child and the toddler was not Caylee.)
* Defense wants to the state to turn over results of forensic testing, including testing on traces of chloroform allegedly found in Anthony’s car and any documentation about the air sample testing done at the Body Farm at the University of Tennessee. (Authorities reported the samples showed at some point there was a decomposing body in the trunk.)
* Defense wants to be able to inspect digital forensic evidence, such as computer hard drives, cell phones, SIM cards and media cards.
* Defense wants the state to stop testing and handling forensic evidence until the court rules on how the testing will proceed.

I’ve gone through all the posts and I have to say to chryvine, I understand where you’re coming from on wanting to understand her state of mind (probably because no one likes to think that a mother can murder her child because of feeling incovenienced), but the fact is that she is a narcissistic personality who cares for nothing but her own pleasure. As for it potentially being an accident, if we can believe what LE is saying, there was chloroform in the car (no need for that if the little girl was dead already), and there were PC searches on the substance, as well as searches on missing children sites BEFORE caylee went missing.

And I am sure that you have LE in your family, but they are probably not prosecutors. In every criminal prosecution, I think the public forgets that technically the cops work FOR the district attorney’s office. And the DA knows that if they charge her without a body or hard evidence, the defense can push for a speedy trial and she could walk! So even if LE wanted to get the ball rolling, they can’t arrest without a go-ahead from the DA, which they will get when they’re ready to nail this monster.

I believe she will go to jail within the next month, I think they want to get all of their ducks in order, they have plenty of evidence we don’t know about, they can’t reveal it all yet, it will happen very soon!!!! I believe that little Caylee is deceased, at the hands of her mother.
But my biggest question.. that I have for ALL of you.. Do you believe
that the M will ever stand charges for murdering her child?

In my heart of hearts, and as I see here, there is alot of anger towards M and her idiot family members. Which I feel is deserved….

I agree with chryvine, I know quite a few cops and they have the most screwed up families, i believe George or Lee could be the father of Caylee-break that down Casey and Lee =Caylee, I think thats what shes holding over they’re head. Cindy knows who the babys daddy is! Casey was 19 when she got pregnant and you know she told her mother who fathered the baby, she had to be scared and they had to close living together for her entire life, So I think they’re covering up a big part of this story, thats why Cindy is so doped up herself now, shes flipping out its going to come out and her perfect family is going to be found out thats why Caseys back in that house.

two cents: hey no probs everyone is just getting their opinion out there. If LE recommended no bail then what the hell was this judge doing? What made him go against LE recommendation and just “think” well if I put it high she won’t make bail? No I do NOT think Casey will ever tell.
To all about suicide ~ I think anything is possible with this nut and to err on the side of caution and I think you all would agree that LE has to get in jail sooner then later.

cj and caylee~angel: I also think it’s possible that C or G could commit a three-some murder/suicide. Often wondered if that’s why G had that gun in his car (that got taken away).

I guess I’m a bit hard-hearted at this point and prefer to worry about Caylee. I’ve given up MOST of my hope that C, G or M will be any help there at all.

Just came back and saw the new posts…as for C choking her daughter, wether she deserves it or not, it shows that behavior patterns run in the family. A sane person doesn’t choke anybody no matter how mad or frustrated they get. Mad enough to choke somebody and actually doing it are two different things and I no longer wonder why Casy is so messed up knowing that her own mother would choke the crap outta her.

caylee~angel: I’m not really disagreeing with you. I think LE recommended no bail but the judge decided to set such a high bail that he didn’t think she’d be able to make it. His mistake but who would ever have imagined that an anonymous donor would underwrite the bail?
That was a real shocker.

I mean even when Padilla bailed her out he had a security person with her 24/7.

And there has been some speculation on this blog about whether she’d harm her parents. I know I would not like to be C or G sleeping in that house with her! EEK!

But in the end do you - does anyone - think she’ll tell? Ever? I don’t. I really don’t. Maybe if she was faced with the choice of life in prison versus the death penalty she would tell where Caylee’s body is. But I’d bet dollars to donuts she’d still lie about who did it!!!

There comes a time with anyone like this crazy $%&^ when they realize the gig is up, the attention is over and there going down. They feel backed in a corner, which she isn’t yet and they snap.

two cents: casey doesn’t give a rats ass about who is responsible for her or what kind of mess she would leave behind. LE puts people like her in protective custody when they feel they need to protect them from the other inmates, but given the fact she is a suspect in a murder, how can they allow her to be out on bond, when is clearly either a threat to herself and other?

Hi Reasonablevoice…I have never seen anyone post their thoughts on suicide and I read everything I can find on this case and all blogs I can find.
Does anyone feel like she could do this, cause nothing is worse and more cowardly then when you find out someone has murdered someone or a family etc. and ….TURNS THE GUN ON THEMSELVES..it would burn my butt if she did herself in…

So how do we find out if there is someone watching her in the house?

I am truly afraid she will do this…to always and forever be in control of this whole thing, which is has been said to have all along….she knows and won’t tell…maybe forever.

I don’t know what LE thinks about whether M would take her own life. Since her parents and the “anonymous” $ donor bailed her out she is their responsibility. Not anyone else’s.

Some psychologists have said that M is a narcissist. She loves herself more than she ever could anyone else. And for that reason I think she would not commit suicide.
I also think she is enjoying delusions of celebrity - both currently and when she goes on trial. She LOVES being in the spotlight!
Think she’d miss another chance to strut her stuff and swing that A$$ in the public’s face? Not a chance!

She had to talk about the smell because it was obvious to LE who would be there and ask why she didn’t mention it, and to Lee and G as well. She is just covering and stating the obvious so she is not called on it. Basic common sense when trying to cover a murder, state the obvious and try to look and sound like ya don’t know what’s going on all the while looking forthright and distraught. Why eles would she never set foot outside to look for caylee. She can say she is alive in denial ( or not) all she wants, you would still think that searching in any sense of the word would be what one would do to find the truth, not just stick to ones hope and sit in the house all day.

After my last post I think back and wonder who the hell is responsible for paying her bond in the first place. She should be sitting in jail without bond. I blame that person for this entire circus, the wasting of tax payers money as well as the judge who set bond in the first place..Shame on that judge. Does anyone know the name of the judge? I hope he/she is not involved in the trial when it finally gets here. That might be a a very expensive decision on many levels if she takes herself out. How selfish too of her if she were to do that when there are so many who would love to cater to her for that reason. I know i wouldn’t mind helping. I am sorry, I hope not to offend any bloggers here but I am so angry.

Here’s one for you all…i posted on a few sites on Friday night ( which have all seemed to disappear..thinking..weird) that if LE continues to give m the freedom (even with the anklet) and m knows an arrest is close, what makes them think she is not going to kill herself and have the last laugh and upper hand on LE forever…who is watching her while the night sky looms over the house? People have said she will take what she knows to her grave. What does LE think M thinks she has to live for? I pray it doesn’t happen cause she deserves to live with what she has or has allowed to happen what ever it may be. I feel the same way, Casey needs to get a lot more then a little pressure on her trachea. I don’t think we have any idea what c has had to live with and pushed her to that point. Oh yah, sorry…about burying caylee in the yard and thought better of it???? Yes, but I don’t believe SHE thought better of it. I think C thought better of it and helped her move the body somewhere else. Why else would c have washed the pants…cause she is in this up to her neck and if they implicate m there are sniffing close to c as well. That is why she is so adiment about finding a “live” caylee, trying to steer her and her daughter away from the slammer. Even with the 911 call. People seem to think c couldn’t be involved cause after all, she called the police. Well they would know that someone had to eventually. I don’t let her off the hook for calling. That might even of been thought by herself as the best diversion by being the one to call, to take suspision off her from the start? I dunno.

Brandylyn - Nothing has been released about the escort searches but the searches themselves. They are obviously being followed up on. I have heard that LE doesn’t give you all facts and this might be one of them. Your insight on how maybe M was ( or wasn’t) an escort, hopefully will be made public. Maybe she did it once in a while for quick cash and stole the rest of the time..One thing I think is for sure is that she was knocking that baby out for her own selfish reasons..period. I once thought it might have been an accident but why the weird poem onher my space, the pic of what looks to be little caylee and a teddy bear in a noose…without all her ODD behaviour including not one shed tear or public plea for NANNY to bring her home ( cause she knows she’s not coming home) I might still believe she killed her by accident. But too many other things lead me think it was ALL premeditated to both rid herself of the “little snot-head” and to get back at C whom I don’t believe she was ever close to, not even in the end…cause in the end she killed caylee as revenge to c as well.

Thats something I never knew, if it is true, that G is the step-dad? I was thinking he was m’s bio dad and perhaps Lee’s stepdad, since Lee is older and c&g have been married 22 years. Guess it doesn’t matter whose the real daddy as far as the case is concerned but it plays into the intricacy of the relationships, esp. when m and G supposedly hated each other..

Also, it does seem convenient to choose a dad for Caylee who is “deceased”
i heard long ago that the daddy to Caylee is ‘within’ the family based on the DNA but being no expert don’t know how to comment.

it doesn’t matter though in my opinion, plenty of investigations have proceeded without a body … and the circumstancial evidence is strong!

she will be found guilty.

Since the topic has come up a number of times recently I’ll go out on a limb and say that I really don’t think any incest is involved. I think it is way more than likely that (1) M never knew who the father was and/or (2) Cindy did not want the father or his family to ever be involved. She is THAT controlling! Why share custody, care, control etc of her granddaughter for the next 18 years with a baby daddy and his family? It would just be a huge nuisance to her (Cindy).

a private polygraph. What was the point? To see if all her lies could fool the machine?
Don’t blame him for trying, I guess. She’s a very experienced liar but only good enough to fool trusting people - not a machine OR LE!

I agree that C, G and LV should have taken polygraphs but we know why they didn’t. Same reason C&G hired a criminal defense attorney!

I wasn’t online much yesterday so now would like to respond to your question re decomp. stages, my comment was based on a previous post whose sender sent us a link to the stages of decomp.

Anyway, the link I got that info from was referring to a piglet’s decomp and I was simply copying it for info purposes as regards Caylee’s apparent stage of decomp according to the stain and evidence gathered from the trunk of m’s vehicle. Sorry it came on sounding like army terms. I meant no offense and surely am heartsick over how Caylee was treated like nothing more than a piece of trash by her own mother, tears..

Great posts everyone!! What I heard last week was that Casey flunked the private polygraph that Baez gave to her in August. It might even trickle down to her family being involved and since they would not take one to remove any doubt that 99.1468% of us think about their involvement they too may be brought up on charges! This family reeks in so many ways!!!! They should have gotten America on their side by taking one and removing all doubt that we have with them. EXAMPLE, Mark Klass after his daughter went missing and everyone jumped on the “dad did it bandwagon” Let’s not fool ourselves. With how involved Cindy was in raising little Caylee, she knows what’s what and who is who. 31 days not seeing her or talking to her??? My arse!!! Give it a couple more weeks and they will arrest her again and at that point, one day closer to lethal injection!!!

The sheriff’s dept. cannot put Casey in general population in the county jail because once she is arrested she is under their control and “duty to protect” invokes. She could bring a negligent suit against the county for millions of dollars if she is hurt as a result of being put into general population due to a “forseeabilty” issue. It is foreseeable that she would be hurt/injured if put into general population under tort law regarding negligence and we certainly don’t want anymore money being pumped into this family due to this tragic event.
