Another asbestos related lawsuit has been filed in Madison County Circuit court by the widow of a man who died from the asbestos related cancer mesothelioma. The lawsuit names seventy three corporations as defendants, and blames these corporations for the death of her husband from asbestos related cancer.

The widow of the man, Yvonne Nannini, filed the lawsuit last week, and the papers claim that her late husband William Nannini was diagnosed with the deadly cancer in the middle of July. He passed away less than one month later on 10th August of this year.

The lawsuit states that the defendant companies were aware of the dangers of exposure to asbestos, and should have provided warnings and protection for employees to minimize the risk of asbestos exposure and subsequent asbestos related diseases.

Mrs Nannini said that her husband experienced mental anguish, physical pain, and had to spend a fortune on medical expenses. He also lost the ability to work and earn, and after his death money had to be spent on his funeral costs and burial.
