OJ, Casey Anthony? I see nothing that makes them similar other than they both had/have lawyers with absolutely no human sense of being. It’s all a game to these type of lawyers, they deserve no respect, no publicity. Good morning, Concerned about Caylee!
Another day in our vigil for justice for Caylee. Hope it’s a good one!

Just in case anyone is confused, here are my beliefs.

1- I knew Caylee was dead the minute I heard Cindy tell the 911 operator “my granddaughter is missing” and “there is something wrong. I found my car today and there it smells like there is a dead body in the damn car.”

2- The fact Caylee was dead was confirmed when the homicide detective took the stand at Casey;s bail hearing and said he smelled human composition in the car trunk and his cadaver dog allerted on it.

3- I knew Casey was a cold blooded murderer when she called her family from jail demanding her boyfriend’s telephone number and saying “Oh my God. What a waste” when he friend Christina said, “Casey you’ve got to tell me where Caylee is. I will die if anything happened to that baby.”

4- I never ever believed it was an accident. I believe Casey killed Caylee after Cindy “choked her out” and yelled at her over stealing her grandfather’s assisted living fund and may have disowned her.

5- I believe Casey was elated that Caylee was out of her life and was “dancing on her grave” when she went out partying and screwed every guy in sight and told everybody Caylee was at Disney and on the beach.

6- I don’t believe Jesse Grund or anyone else had anything to do with disposing of the body. I think he is a sensitive caring stand up guy who loved Casey and Caylee and would never hurt either of them.

7- I empathize with Cindy and George because I am a grandmother but I don’t sympathize with them because they blame everybody for their granddaughter’s disappearance but their daughter.

8- I believe Casey will be arrested when the police finish their investigation and the prosecuting attorney believes she has solid evidence to convict Casey of first degree murder without any reasonable doubt.

9- I believe all these sightings and rumors that Caylee was sold are nothing more than diversions from the Anthonys and Baez to keep the police from finding the body.

10- I believe Baez will change the defense from the Nanny did it to Amy took Caylee to Puerto Rico and sold her if he believes there may be reasonable doubt that Caylee is dead.

11- If Caylee’s body is found or the prosecution has an air tight case of DNA evidence showing Caylee’s body was in Casey’s car trunk, Baez will blame Jesse and say Casey was a battered woman who was afraid of him and did what Jesse told her to do.

What are your views?

I forgot to mention I believe Casey is a sociopath and not crazy so an insanity defense is out of the question.

Concerned about Caylee: I think if the only difference is “about” and “for” that there will be confusion. And it’s just too hard to get word to everyone on this blog as many don’t read comments posted before they come on and many times miss comments that appear in between their posts to each other. So I think it would be a good idea to change the name.
How about “Worried about Caylee” or “Thinking of Caylee” or something like that? Similar to what you had but different enough to be distinguished from the other.

Shelly, the sheriff’s department spokesman, said yesterday Casey is the only suspect in the disappearance of Caylee. That means they believe she had no help in killing Caylee or disposing of her body.

Jesse Grund, her ex fiancee whom Cindy is pointing the finger at, passed a polygraph and has been cleared by the sheriff’s department. Ditto with her last boyfriend, Tony Lazaro, and friends Amy and Ricardo.

I think LE may be gearing up to arrest her but I’m trying to figure out the timing. I think BB could request a “speedy trial” that would have to start in two months I believe. That’s about Christmas. I don’t know that he would but he could and I wonder how the prosecution would feel about a trial over Christmas. I think it would be a mess. Even just trying to get going with it. But it may not be an issue.

What I don’t understand is whether they are going to take her to trial separately on the economic charges or not. Why can’t they do that pretty soon? She’d probably be convicted, hopefully get 1 - 2 years at least and then she’d be locked up while they take their time - if they want more time - with the murder charges.

Kimcon, you’re probably right. I was just joking because Casey was actually arrested for the first check fraud charges a minute before the Nancy Grace’s live show ended on a Friday night. Nancy Grace’s show even extended alive another hour to tell about the case.

I was frantic when Nancy Grace went off with Casey being arrested and Leticia Lance running to the press conference to find out if they finally got her for murder because Glenn Beck came on. I was frantically punching my remote looking for a news station that would tell us.

After an hour with no news of the arrest, I decided to watch Nancy Grace again out of boredom just to see the arrest and saw it was live again. The sheriff’s departmnt spokesman announced she wasn’t arrested for murder but check fraud. I was disappointed but elated she was back in jail. That’s when Padilla pulled the bond and she spent a week in jail before she was bailed out by an “anonymous donor who felt her constitutional rights were violated,” according to Sleaze, her attorney.

I believe the only constitutional rights that were violated were Caylees when her own mother took her life after Caylee did nothing but love her.

The tip was called in by a woman who saw the white car and stopped because her friend drives a white car and she thought her friend may need help. However, when she saw the bumper stickers she knew it wasn’t her friend’s car.

The cops should be able to tell if it was Casey’s car by the tipsters description of the bumper stickers. Apparently, they matched or the cops wouldn’t have released the information about the Casey sighting.

Hey all, I have one thing to say. It must have been one hell of a screw. That is the only thing that Jose Baez is good for. LOL. Now getting back to anthony case she is guilty and the cops know it. They have to get ALL the information together to make a case. By the way check out the POOL in the back yard. My take is Caylee drowned and with the help of mom (and I use this word lightly) Casey and then she buried her in the back yard for a few days. Then she moved her when the neighbor saw her car backed in the driveway. She drove her down to Airport Road, a lot of marsh land is there. The reason for the missing gas cans is she didn’t want to run out of gas. She dumped the body in the marsh. END OF STORY!!! Not to hard to figure out when you have all the pieces to the puzzle.

Everyone can say what they like about Dak, and maybe he has pretended to be other people on here; however, he does look at the material and doesn’t rely on insinuation.

Alliethinks, you’re absolutely right that Cindy has been misleading detectives and they even said so in the August 1 interview. George has been saying some crazy things like they know who the kidnappers are and are watching them.

These could be construed by law enforcement as obstructing the investigation. That may well be why George and Cindy hired a criminal defense attorney.

I never bought the defense attorney’s story that George and Cindy hired him to clear their good name in the media because he has experience with that. He has more courtroom experience than Baez and has actually won his cases.

Like Nancy Grace said the Anthonys and Baez already have separate PR firms. Why do Cindy and George need an experienced criminal defense attorney to do PR for them?

What I found most chilling about the 911 call was when Cindy started to hand the phone to M saying they/she want to talk to you, M said, “What do they want to talk to me for?”

I remember hearing about that witness coming forth a month ago, when she first reported what she saw. At that time, it was reported that police and cadaver dogs were searching that area and then it was said that nothing was found. So, I’m wondering myself why are they bringing this up again as if it’s newly released information? Are they searching that area a second time? It’s confusing.

If they can prove it was the pure form of chloroform and had not been mixed with other ingredients that would make a cleaning solvent then it could mean a lot.

Maybe they didn’t get the exact area right. Might have been difficult for the witness to pinpoint the exact spot she saw the car. And sometimes I think the reporting is mixed up and confusing in itself.

Tinkerbelle, I love your idea about the truth serum. I do believe in truth serum and I think it should be legal for them to use it on all suspects. That would sure save us taxpayers a lot of money and defense attorney’s would all but go out of business.

Dak, when a prosecutor proves a circumstantial case, they show how they believe the crime was committed using the DNA and circumstantial evidence to put together pieces of the puzzle.

The prosecuting attorney will tell the jurors exactly how she believes Casey killed Caylee using the DNA evidence and air tests, the witness testimony showing Caylee’s body was in the trunk and the air was saturated with chloroform, the computer searches for chloroform, text messages, myspace pages, her poems and drawings about death and killing and testimony of 81 witnesses including cops, friends and family about what Casey told them, the neighbor who said Casey borrowed the shovel, the tow truck driver who smelled human decomposition as well as the homicide cop, George, Cindy and Lee.

I believe even without a body, they will have more than enough to make a case of homicide or murder against Casey Anthony.

Mytwocents, Cindy wouldn’t give Casey truth serum because she doesn’t want to know the truth but the cops certainly would if it was legal. That’s what Monday Morning Therapist was sying.

My 2 cents you are probably right about the person shooting another person on video and yes they can fkae that too its called snuff video. But I would more that likely believe it happened. My point is anything is possible and unless there is a body I am not fully convinced. I have my reason but do not feel like sharing my thoughts on why.I just happen to be one of those people who 1) do not accuse other people unless I am personally persented with the proof. 2) can totally rule out any other possibilites or theories. 3) anlyze every aspect of documentation.

I don’t know about that though. The only guilty people who can escape conviction are those with big, big $. OJ had it and if you look through the recent past, it’s only those with $ that can “get away with murder”. Mons..erg! Casey has no $, the circumstantial evidence (if no body is found) is enough to at least put her away for some years. That would be the manslaughter conviction. That, I strongly think, is Casey’s best outcome out of all of this. I do know one thing, she will not be put to death.

I meant to say that the air in the car trunk was saturated with chloroform so Caylee had to inhale it and have died from the chloroform. The premise is Casey chloroformed Caylee and then threw her in the trunk with the rag she used to chloroform her. If she wasn’t dead when she went into the trunk, the fumes from the rag saturated the air and she died from those fumes.

Either way Nancy said this is first degree murder. Same as if you shoot a gun to scare a bank guard during a robbery and the bullet kills them. If someone dies as a result of a crime, you are guilty of murder.

Chloroforming your child for whatever reason is child abuse and that is a crime.

If we believe Padilla that Cindy tried to strangle her the day before. I rather think that Monster strangled/smothered Caylee.

RV - Sorry if you had your hopes up but she’ll never get anywhere close to 70 years for the checks. It was only $700 and they’re just her first 13 offenses! Most people think it will be closer to 1 - 2 years for the checks. I’m afraid it will be restitution and probation.

For a lawyer to say of his client accused of murdering her own child: “it is not in her best interest to tell what she knows” actually tells us ALL what anyone needs to know.

Now, he Mr Baez has to figure how to get out of this case, since he has probably ruined his career. He saw dollar signs and publicity before he studied the entire case and before he learned just what a sociopath he has for a client.

When there is a murder trial, just bring the jury in, let Baez say that ONE sentence and the trial should be over.

How easy has he made it for the jury?

As for the OJ/Casey connection, I only see that they both murdered family members. One murdered his children’s mother and the other murdered her own child. So, I guess there is a small connection. Too bad Casey is white and American, maybe Baez could have played the “race card” with the jury as OJ’s attorneys did. Right now, OJ is way ahead of Casey. Maybe they could do a reality show together. Just a thought.

Yes, yes… we are all “innocent before proven guilty”, but a mother who lets her child “disappear” and who will not help one bit to find her doesn’t deserve that cautionary quote. How can any human being have an ounce of sympathy or belief in this mother?

BTW - someone made some insinuation about Amy H giving the VIN number of her car to the police. What happened was the cop asked her what kind of car etc. And she told him but she could not remember her tag number (neither can I - nothing I can do to keep that stupid number in my head). Anyway, Amy offered her VIN number which she had - probably pulling out her car registration or something like that. NO MYSTERY here!!!

Also there is no mention of Dr. Phil on Amy’s statement that was part of the 1st 400 pages released. Was it supposed to be on another statement? She has kept a very low profile during this case so I don’t think we should cast aspersions on her at this point.

And the part about M probably stealing the $400 cash that Amy was saving for her trip is perfectly believable. Amy had had one other “sleepwalking” kind of episode the week before. When she couldn’t find her money, M told her that she’ woken up in the night and said “I’m going to set aside this money for the trip.” Amy did not remember doing that.

Catherine, I think our “interest” in Dak’s past (and present) just comes from the fact that he seems to have a pretty strong opinion against what the rest of us see as obvious and especially when it comes to LE. I think it has drawn curiosity as to why, that’s it, nothing personal. When one has such a strong opinion and appears to feel confident with his knowledge, makes one wonder what kind of “experiences” he has to back it?????? (never even blogged before)…lol.. the one thing i get perturbed about on this site is the attacking, and whenever i have mentioned to anyone about beautiful memorials i have seen of caylee, noone is interested in that, its all about vicious talk about M ( wasted)… and just pounding on the anthony family… day after day… just my opinion… i think caylee has long ago been forgoteen even by the media really. and its sad, there are some just beautiful memorials of her and her short little life, you should all check them out…

when i come in and see tons of blogs I’m reading about dak, rv, kim now.,.. hmm… all bickering, well I just dont have the time anymore really, i work all day and iw as getting on here so much, and it does take away from my own child,

ok it took me a few to read all the blogs, and i did have a bad day maybe thats why i wrote my earlier comments.. but.. that being said.. i will say this, this case will be proved on circumnstantial evidence and i do believe she will be convicted.. death penalty? I am not so sure about but conviction I am.. i am an avid follower for many years of these cases and there is an overwhelming amount of circumstantial to get a conviction right now at this point.. that I guess is why I dont get all hyped up and angry mad ( which I am at her) but its because I have NO fear whatsoever of her being convicted. this is only the beginning, and iI do think it wil take a long time for the conviction, but just knowing it makes me feel better about this case, and for poor cayleee.. as far as the anthonys I personally don’t care what their doing, etc.. or what they do in the future to me their lives ar eover, they can get money, movies write books none of any profiots will ever take away the horrendous pain that will totorutre them for years and years… its blood mony and anything they do get should be given to murdered childrens fund/burial help, counseling for victims of the murdered etc…

chsah, you have to have a conscience in order to have nightmares, i think she was sneaking into nate the room mates room and got caught a couple of times sneaking back into bed with tone, and claimed it was a nightmare lol just my thoughts

so in jogging the memory and as time has went on in this case, (like those other baffling ridiculous defense cases) I came to the realization she did this, and most likely premeditated it, I am not 100% sure she knew “when” she was gonna do it, but i think the day her and C had the big fight that was when she snapped into action, but maybe had not fully planned on when… but had been wanting to for sure… and it took maybe just that day of going over the edge into madness.. i truly believe that otherwise why the missing/death then at that time? why not when she first met tony say or other men… she had it on her mind and was waiting, and then i do think she wanted to torture her mother for daring maybe to stangle her neck that just set her off… the family is mad.. I’m tellng you.. mad…

Pammyliz: I too am an avid court tv and I watch that new show on MSNBC (ID) too which has alot of cases I had never seen before. I agree with you 100% and your example of the Menendez brothers is a good example. It will be interesting to see if Casey cracks a tear while sitting in court. SHE WILL ABSOLUTLEY HAVE TO FORCE ONE!!!!! I think this is the first case I’ve ever followed that just TORE my heart right out!! That picture of her hugging her great-grandpa just gets me everytime. It’s kinda weird, I have seen pic’s of c and m with caylee but I haven’t seen any of g or L holding caylee, have you???

I remember when they read the OJ verdict I remember almost feeling faint lol no shit i think i even fell to the chair i was so in shock, i dont feel thats gonna happen here. If they don’t ever find a body, I don’t think they will ever come to terms that she is really gone.

I think she might have thrown that in m’s face alot too just to push her buttons. they seem to like pushing each others buttons at the expense of Caylee. I don’t think they’ve ever showed photos of the back of m’s car and I think that is where the bumper stickers where. I think NG had it wrong tonight. I think that person who saw the vehicle noticed that there were stickers on the vehicle, and her friends car did not. Momster, does have at least one sticker on her vehicle that I am aware of. But NG got her wires a little crossed today.. So easy to do in the jekle and hyde case

Someone mentioned Jan monitoring these blogs. Another mentioned how long it took to load the blog.

Quite a few mention that they have never blogged before. This is evident tonite on this particular blog.

Some mention “this room”.

This is a BLOG listed under a particular topic. Its not to sit in like a chat room and just type in silliness like bra sizes and tassels and who is cute and who is flirting. Or “hello, I can’t stay”. Can’t that be done in IMs and emails. Someone mentioned a “lull in the room” A blog does not have to be constantly “moving”.

All the non-topic back/forths are why the blog gets slow.

Most people on these particular “CAYLEE” blogs do a really nice job of exchanging ideas and information. Why not keep it to that topic and not descend into “teen chatroom” banter?

Don’t be insulted, just a seasoned blogger giving a viewpoint.

CHSAH…Just copy & paste a link in an email and send it off to one of the girls…try that (but go right to your site on myspace when you copy it)…that might work.

it’s up to you all if you want to move. I am about to log off and finish watching NG. Grandson wants to use my computer for a bit–both laptops are on the blink, and I promised him earlier he could have computer time because I gave his sister computer time today.

That was way too much info but anyway, but I said it to say that since I’m getting offline, I wanted to know where to go tomorrow when I try to find you all.

Welcome! A lot of us are also very upset by this case and the behavior of little Caylee’s mother and grandparents.

To respond to some of your questions above:
1) She could not afford a babysitter but that wasn’t really a problem since no babysitter existed!
2)Caylee’s mother has lived at home with her parents her entire life. Caylee’s grandparents provided the food, shelter, clothing, medical care etc. even though they profess to believe that their daughter was working all that time and had hired a babysitter to take care of Caylee when she was at work. All lies from Caylee’s mother. She had a lot of people fooled for a very long time.

3 and 4) I think the investigation is being pretty thorough. Cindy, the grandmother, said that M (short for monster which is our name for Caylee’s mother) ran her cc up to $45,000 but she will not press charges. Cindy also said that M stole from her own grandparents’ assisted living funds. But Cindy quickly repaid that money. So Caylee’s granny is fast covering up for her daughter. Other friends of M know she stole from them but it was cash and a while ago so can’t be proven.
But M made the mistake of stealing and using checks belonging to her friend Amy Huizenga. And M is being charged with that theft - totalling $700 but equal to 13 counts against her. She has pled not guilty but I don’t know how she’ll squirm out of it.

5. I’m disgusted too that the family might make money - they may have already! I just hope someone is going to find out for sure and put a stop to it.

6. I too suspect that little Caylee is no longer with us. And I do wish she’d be arrested for murder soon. Hope that the cops are building a good case!
