Concerned in Texas, as always you are so kind! However, I do have to take responsibility for my own goofy actions. I woke up this morning saying “OMG, I can’t believe I wrote that last night.” In fact, it actually gave me nightmares. I wish I could tell you about it because my dream was so unbelievably crazy but yet I can totally understand how it related to last night’s incident. I guess that proves that what you think or do stays in your subconscious and can come back and haunt you in a dream. In this case, it was definitely a guilt factor.

So, with that said, Dak I apologize for jumping to conclusions and making some rather sarcastic remarks.

Flowerchild, I also have to make a correction in what I said when I responded to one of your comments last night. I should have said…
”That’s why we should NOT share our medications with anyone.

oh, shoot! Looks like I just missed Mandi, MMT, and Gumshoe–all buddies from early days on Jan’s blogs who I rarely “see” anymore. Hi.

I’d like to politely leave a comment about the situation between MMT and Dak.

Dak–first, may I suggest that you put quotation marks around comments when you post someone else’s words? That is standard for written English–for a very good reason, as was seen tonight. It leaves no doubt as to the author of the words written. (in fact, it is plagiarism without quotation marks)

Secondly, out of everyone I’ve ever conversed with online, MMT is perhaps the kindest. She goes well out of her way to be polite and nice to everyone, including those with whom she disagrees. She is graciousness personified. (and seems to never be in a bad mood!)

May I suggest that you take a serious look at why someone as gracious as MMT would react to you the way she did tonight? All of us, myself included, have aspects of ourselves that could use improvement. Instead of reacting to her comments by calling her a name like you did, perhaps it would be beneficial to consider the possibility of this being a chance to learn and grow.

If we could send private comments here, I would have sent this privately. Hope I didn’t offend by making this post. It was written with earnest intentions.

Any time I have bought anything online, I have had to provide my personal info, card I am using, home address. Then a sepaerate form says is the shipping address the same as the personal address? After that they send an invoice to your personal email address wuith all that info on it.

I still think she is going to be charged and arrested by Fri. If absolutely nothing happens tomorrow (no news, etc) I may change my mind. But right now I believe it will be by Fri.

I think LE is tired of this dragging on 3 months and costing so much for manpower for the protestors. I think they want to use that money for the prosecution.

I personally feel LE has mythodically released info for public reaction and they are not about to start rushing the case now….so it may be another 3-4 weeks

did they say the stain was body fluids and how was the body postion,guess it would have to be dertermine what kind of stain it was ,urine released after death, emesis after death,fluid from nose or mouth, when a person dies,been there at scene,fluids are release vomit,urine bowels,leaking from nose or mouth that makes the determination how the body was placed,haven’t heard how though,anybody know

I never once meant I don’t think she murdered Caylee. I surely do—intentionally. And yes you are correct–even if it was used to just drug or sedate, if it resulted in death, it is still murder–just not premeditated. And I tend to believe the murder was planned.

Timing is everything, too. If they can place the searches for the chloroform around the time of her partying and Caylee not being seen by her friends, along with asking Jesse about Xanax–the timing may be the tool they use to prove the chloroform.

Kobi said it doesn’t show up in hair samples. It’s not like a poison I guess–like arsenic—that shows even when it was admisnistered, like 2 weeks ago, 3 months ago, etc…Chloroform is more like a gas that goes away with time is the way I interpreted Kobi.

therapist, Kobi did say that on NG. I don’t se how they can link chloroform to her death, unless the air samples are mixed with chloroform and decomp. I know not a whole lot (ok, close to nothing) about forensics, but I can yet see how they can say that chloroform was used to kill her. And I don’t even believe that myself, so that’s one reason I can see it.
