It is why did Murlene Wilkes choose to lie? Is she just a compulsive liar, or did someone from the Governors Office tell her to lie? Did they threaten not to renew her contract? If someone from the Governors office told her to lie to investigators then Caribou Barbie is more likely to end up in the Big House, not the White House. Second, what was the claim that Trooper Wooten made to be able to get workman's compensation? Did he taser himself like he did his 10 year old stepson? Maybe crash his state trooper car while drinking and driving. Shoot himself while illegally hunting moose? You seem to painfully not even address what claim Wooten made, ignore his dismal record, and find fault with Palin if she raised any question any citizen of Alaska has the right to do. You just want to place fault on her because someone else might have lied? No where in your story do you tell us what Trooper Wooten claimed was his injury and how he should have rightfully been granted workers compensation. My guess is that it was a false claim, but lets not look at the real issue of Wooten abusing the system, lets try and place blame on someone that questioned or maybe even offered evidence against him. In my mind, nothing you can say has any merit unless you give the full facts of the case. What was Trooper Wooten's claim? If Sarah Palin had personal information that the claim was false should she be prohibited to express it because she was Governor? Should her staff not have the ability to look into all issues when a threat is made against a leader of the State or her family? All you want to do is attack Sarah Palin and you never report the underlying claim! Why do you not report what Wooten's claim was?
