He said they (the search group) were expecting an arrest yesterday for murder, based off of his sources….

I guess his sources lied….but I do believe we have a murder charge pending…..

I wondered if she left her purse so that George and Cindy would find it, smell the decomposing body in the trunk thinking she was dead and feel sorry for all the rotten ways they treated her.

Psychologists have said Casey is not telling the secret of what happened to Caylee to punish her parents for all the perceived wrongs they have done to her. She is getting pleasure that they are suffering.

No, I knew the purse that had the J.C. Penney card, Amy’s car key, and the $200 was in the purse that was in the big duffel type bag from Tony’s.

Similar thing happened in the JonBenet case. Vital evidence was destroyed /contaminated/lost.
Hope those cops get some retraining. They knew they was a little girl missing and not just car/money stolen before they got there. Just unbelievable stupid on LE part. Maybe some cops knew M when they got there and did not do their usual thing.

I know C got the pants out and washed them. She got a dinner knife out and washed it. She also said there were a couple of pairs of shoes and boots in there, and some other clothing, and I think it was documented somewhere that she got some reciepts and papers–one paper for sure was Amy’s phone number which is how she found Amy, then casey.

That’s what I read too. I think LE should have collected the items from Tony’s place, not LV. C. couldn’t wait to get her hands on monster’s things.

I do remember Lee telling LE and Cindy also that she had gotten everything out of Casey’s car and boxed it up for LE to get and claimed over and over they waited 3 days, then claimed 2 days. Then in the video LE pinned her to the wall and made her admit she had called one night and told LE and they were there the next day to get it.

I think she if she is charged with murder is will not void out the previous charges against her.

I believe the closer LE gets to charging her with murder the less information we are going to hear from LE.

I think I’ve figured out why Casey has to spend all day at her attorney’s office. He asks her a question and then it takes him all day to figure out what the “half truth” is in the lie.

Police know what a dead body smells like and would have looked in the trunk. When they found no body, they might have looked in the dumpster while Caylee’s body was still there.

Then Caylee would have been found and Casey would be on death row by now.

Information that is released can be used in a trial. Information concerning a minor is sealed.
