It’s amazing to me that C & G have not yet realized that their own behavior is responsible for the suspicions about the fund and its failure. If a fund could be set up that is completely separate and independent of C & G (all Anthony family members) and their attorneys it would probably do a lot better.

Caylee really needs a completely independent advocate whose SOLE interest is in Caylee.

Why would anyone in their RIGHT MIND give these People Money, And why didnt they give any of the Money to the Searchers from Texas to help find Caylee. What do they need money to search for a live Caylee? George and Cindy admit they just forward any tips of any sightings of a three year old girl they get to law enforcement. How does that cost money?

I think C & G hired an attorney because they have already interfered in the investigation.

In the interview with C the police say that she never gave them her JCPenney statements (she gave them to LV) and she mentions that a friend of M’s brought over some of Caylee’s clothes and things a week after M was arrested. And supposedly C loaned M her car one week! Why is that just coming to the cops’ attention on Aug 1? All that stuff is evidence. C & G are not cooperating. The police have really gone out of their way to be nice to them but I think that time is past. Bring charges against C & G for lying and obstructing justice. Can’t believe a word they say anymore.

The money, if used to find a live Caylee, is being used correctly. So why would they be charged with fraud.

I believe that Cindy and George truly believe that their grand daughter may still be alive. Whether it is denial of what many see as facts or whether it is just the hope of grandparents who are suffering a terrible loss while being judged on every move they make, they have the right to not accept the belief that she has died until there is a body that proves she is gone.

Why does it mean so much to so many that these grandparents see it from the uncaring eyes of the public. This is their crisis and their tragedy - it isn’t the publics tragedy. Sure we hate to see a child injured or even worse killed - but it is still the Anthony’s tragedy and not ours.

The only thing everyone is waiting for is Caylee body? Now that the million dollar answer.

I’m starting to believe that the body was placed in to different spots. Once in her back yard, and the other where the body is now…But the for sure place is in her trunk…

As I see it there is no solid “proof” that Caylee is deceased - and so it is LE job to follow up on all clues, all sightings, all possibilities.

LE should never give up on finding a live child until a body has been found. Circumstantial evidence has led, to many times, to the wrong conclusion. For the life of a child - that shouldn’t stop anyone from pursuing all avenues.

All of you armchair sleuths, untrained psychologists, and just plain mean and nasty people - what gives you the idea that you have more knowledge and information than LE and those working the case. Casey may lie - but there are more people with Grandiose ideas about their own ability to understand this case than the world needs. The meanness and the violent suggestions do not help Caylee. If you really care put your money or your hard efforts where your mouth is. In more simple terms - help fund the search for Caylee through Equisearch or go yourself and join an effort that is helping. Protesting isn’t helping. Blogging nastiness and suggestions of violence is helping even less.

Or, even better - since you are so sure Cindy and George are so bad maybe you should go figure out, with a professional, why you can’t accept another for who they are without being so judgmental. And why you have a need to hope for horrible things to happen to the Anthony family. That is just as sick as you claim them to be.

At best they are trying to control the investigation so that it turns out the way they want it to: (1) Caylee is found alive or not at all and (2) Monster is found innocent. Juries convict criminals based on the evidence. We haven’t even seen all of the DNA evidence.

I was convinced of Casey’s guilt the first time I saw the story on TV at her bail hearing for child neglect and lying to police.

Here is the evidence I observed the first time I saw Casey in a bail hearing for child neglect and lying to police:

1- Mother says her toddler was kidnapped but doesn’t report it for 31 days.

2- Mother lies to her friends and family for 31 days saying her toddler was at the beach and Disneyworld with her nanny.

3- When parents find her car abandoned and stinking of a dead body, she lies some more, then finally says the child was kidnapped by a nanny. She gives a full name for the nanny that no family or friends have ever met.

4- She leads police on a wild goose chase around Orlando giving them false addresses for the supposed nanny and takes them to a job she doesn’t have.

5- She laughs and says what is the fuss all about, I just talked to my daughter on the phone today and she is fine.

6- A tow truck driver, homicide detective, grandmother of the missing child and a cadaver dog all report smelling a dead body in the trunk. Two cadaver dogs alert on a dead body smell in the mother’s back yard.

7- Mother in court smiles for the cameras and waves at her admirers like she is the Queen of England and only cries when her bail is set at half a million dollars.

Now that screams to me that the child is dead and the mother is guilty of murder. Since then more evidence is surfacing that makes her look even more guilty.

What people on here are against, however, is the fact that the Anthony’s are interfering with bringing out the truth because they want to protect their lying daughter from going to jail forever. That, my friend, is a sin in my book. LE is a group of professionals who have dealt with this type of crime before. LE has much evidence which they have not disclosed to us. We are only going on what has been disclosed to us and so far, all fingers point to this monster as taking Caylee’s precious life. LE does not have enough resource to ignore all other daily business to be sent on wild goose chases by both monster’s lies and the Anthony’s demands. This is my viewpoint on the matter!

A LIFE LOST, by reading what you wrote about pretending to be on Casey’s side, I can tell that you are a very caring person and want the truth, just like us. But, if you read up on sociopaths, you will find that method of befriending them does not work with a sociopath. And sad as this is…once someone is a full fledged sociopath there is no medicine or psychiatric help to change them. They will never tell the truth, unless it benefits them in some way. What Casey did, she did on her own. We can’t blame Cindy or anyone else. Cindy did not kill this beautiful child. It was all Casey the sociopath. The only slight chance of her telling the truth is if she benefits getting life in prison over a death sentence… but I’m not sure that she would even confess then.

People who ignore uncommon actions from a “person of interest” has to be living in a fairytale world where everything is perfect and everyone is honest. Don’t we wish that was true but, sadly, it’s not. And it’s very evident, in this horribly sad case where Caylee lost her life to an ignorant, sociopath who felt taking her daughter’s life was justified so that she could wear her party hat 24 / 7.

That was the cop Casey was having the strictly sexual relationship with. He meant he didn’t want Caylee there unless a babysitter was watching her. All he wanted was sex from Casey. He knew he couldn’t get sex if she was busy taking care of a toddler.

Dak, I remember reading a post from “Michael” who said that side scan sonar searching was still going on. I wrote a post asking him about that - who was conducting the sonar and would sonar work in 6″ to 2′ of water which is what I imagine the flooding would be in the area that had been dry around the time that Caylee may have been put there. But he never responded.

I know that side scan sonar is common in undersea searches but I’m not sure how shallow the water can be for it to work.
