I do apologize for the multiplicity of trucking and poker terms sprinkled throughout the book, but they were a part of my life for so long a time I couldn't resist introducing the reader to them. It may be of some solace to know I had as tough a time adjusting, first as a casino dealer and then a truck driver,to all that arcane terminology and slang as you just did.
