I had a chance to chat with author Nicholas Sparks about the new film Nights in Rodathe. This movie follows a long successful trend of films based on his best selling books. The Notebook, A Walk to Remember, Message in a Bottle all did as well at the box office as they did on the book shelves. So what is the secret to that success?

Also, as a male, is it odd for me to enjoy his films? What genre does he have in mind when writing? I joke about having to trun in my man card at these films but should that be the case? Is it odd for a guy to find something relatable in these types of Dramantic movies?

Answer to these plus a lot more can be found by listening to the interview.

Also check out, Nights in Rodanthe, opening in theaters everywhere September 26th.
