There are some good scenes but when my hopelessly romantic wife cracked me up by blurting out "best thing that could have happened to this movie" when the Gere character died tragically...I had to admit the movie sucked. People actually laughed at the end. It SUCKED all the way through but the ending SUCKED even harder! I had more fun laughing on the way home at how completely horrisble that movie was. Everyone involved in the making of it should be ashamed of themselves for putting out such crap and charging people for it. Nicholas Sparks, I WANT MY MONEY BACK! What a waste of time!
