Well if that is the case, then Obama will be sure to lose if Hillary replaces Biden (if this is even true)
Reason why? It will just prove Obama flip flops and will do anything to win and Hillary already stated several times that Obama does not have what it takes to run a country and she has been backing McCain.

About as true as the Easter bunny. Personally I don’t think Hillary would accept VP anyway. She has done little to support Obama and I think she’d prefer he lose. If Obama gets in it’s an 8 year gig. If McCain gets in he’ll be too old in 2012 and Hillary will get another shot at it. Hillary has been very “conspicuous by her absence” lately. Clinton’s don’t do second fiddle

The October 5th date (heard this before from a couple other folks) puts it on the weekend after the debate (Thursday the 2nd). Let’s see, Biden falls ill on Thursday night or Friday (blood pressure?, stress?), hospital on Saturday and pulls out of the race by Sunday, just in time for everyone to feel sorry for him and welcome the ‘exciting new choice’ on the talk shows. The Dems would get a 4-week period for ‘explanations’, etc. plus an ‘excitement bounce’ out of this, putting them in fair shape for the Tuesday of the 5th week (Nov. 4). Don’t laugh, these folks are ‘masters of timing’.

For real drama, Joe could have a ’seizure’ Thursday night during the debate.
