An anonymous tip led police into the home of an innocent family today looking for the missing Caylee Anthony which ended up being a false lead. The police say that they had to risk it though just to be sure.
The deputies swarmed into the home of Wayne and Kim Tupper in Volusia County Florida which is about an hour’s drive from where the Anthony’s live. The Tupper’s daughter has an amazing resemblance to the missing Caylee and she even shares the same first name only they spell hers with a K as in Kaylee.
Wayne Tupper told Eyewitness News that about five deputies came in and asked to see his daughter. “So I’m waking her up, ‘Kay-kay, wake up’ and the the last thing I said was ‘Kaylee,” said Wayne.
The Tupper’s showed the detectives family photos and her birth certificate to prove she was their daughter and not little Caylee that has been missing.
It seems as if the Tupper’s completely understood the situation. Kim said, “If it was our daughter, I would expect them to do the same, but they are doing their jobs. They say they are most frustrated by the Anthony’s accusations that authorities aren’t looking for Caylee. Kim says their experience proves otherwise.
Wednesday George Anthony accused the press of paying the protesters to stand outside his home and protest. “You guys are paying them to be here, I know that,” George said. When i read that I thought about how sure he was when he made the statement that they knew who had Caylee and they were being watched right then. I wonder if this man actually believes what he blurts out to reporters.
Michelle Meredith of WESH- Channel 2 said, “You could tell by his face that he was not having a great day, but when he started talking he left no doubt.”
Mike DeForest of WKMG-Channel 6 said, “For the record, we are not paying protesters.” Anchor Bob Frier repeated the same thing.
DeForest pointed out that the protesters aren’t around when Casey Anthony isn’t home. He said that the protesters have different reasons for being there, from putting pressure on the family to simply wanting to appear on TV.
911 calls made by Casey Anthony was released after she complained about protesters throwing rocks at their home and attacking her parents. “There are protesters still outside of our home,” Casey Anthony initially told a 911 operator during a 1:30 a.m. call. It was the second call Thursday morning from the Anthony home concerning the protesters.
We already called about an hour and a half ago and it took officers 30 minutes to get here,” Anthony said. “The protesters are now banging on our garage door and they’ve still been throwing things at our windows and our garage and now the media is here. My father is going outside and there is going to be a fight. So, please can you send people down here? There is now a physical altercation. You need to send vehicles immediately.”
What gets me about this part is how she demands that the police come immediately. How does she have the nerve to ask them for help from the police to protect her and her family when she doesn’t left a finger to help them in finding her own daughter. People talk about her rights to be out of jail but what about little Caylee’s rights to live a happy life. There is no doubt in my mind that Casey Anthony knows much more than what she is telling and her parents are covering for her to protect her now but no one is talking.
How dare anyone in this family criticize the authorities about how they are conducting their investigation in Caylee missing! When you don’t cooperate with them in finding her what can they expect. They are only mad because the law won’t do it their way. I still think that they wanted to steer them away from searching because they feared they were getting too close to finding her and then they would lose their precious brat too.
Personally if Casey Anthony would be my daughter, I would have kicked her out by now. I would not let her get away with the things she has done to her family in all of this. I have to sons and neither of them would treat me the way Casey treats Cindy and I love both of my kids dearly.
Now they have the Guardian Angels guarding their home and early Friday morning someone pulled out a Taser gun. While Orange County sheriff’s deputies patrolled the streets, the Guardian Angels arrived and stood back to back in front of the Anthony home.
The people’s rights out here are being violated. The Guardian Angels’ purpose is to keep communities safe. That’s it,” a Guardian Angels representative said.
Some words were exchanged between people in the car and the neighbors. Subsequently, neighbors said a Taser was pulled out. It wasn’t utilized, but it was activated. The car sped off,” Lt. Larry Spahn said. The Guardian Angels did chase after the car and they made contact with the people in the car a few blocks away and another confrontation took place after that but no arrests were made. It wasn’t said as to how long the Guardian Angels plan on staying at the Anthony home.
I know I wouldn’t want to be the Anthony’s and I wouldn’t want to be in their situation but let’s face it, they put themselves in this position. They went to the media to get as much coverage as they could get and now that they have it they can’t handle it and are complaining about it. Cindy wanted her face on every major network and she got it. At first they were out there physically looking for their granddaughter but as soon as Casey got o0ut of jail, the physical part stopped so they could be home and babysit the brat. Then they have the nerve to demand that the public go out there and find Caylee.
Well I guess I could be wrong in all of this but I still thinks the whole family knows what happened to Caylee now. If they didn’t know before I would be willing to bet they do now. How could they live under the same roof with Casey this long and her not talk to them about what happened? What do they talk about? The weather? Or maybe who won the Mr. Universe contest?
They expect us to believe that the subject is never discussed. Well I don’t believe that. All we heard about before she was released from jail was how they had to get her out of jail so she could help them find Caylee. Well Casey has been in jail and released three times and she is still not looking for Caylee. Exactly when is she going to start?
Caylee, where ever you are, please know that America hasn’t forgotten you and neither has the police. God Bless you sweetheart where ever you are.

I’m glad the police are checking on credible leads even though evidence say Caylee Marie Anthony is dead. I imagine when a child goes missing, they get a lot of tips because many children of the same age look the same.
There are many three year old girls with big dark eyes and a round face and brown hair like Caylee.
This case makes me sick. You know darn well that Casey knows where this girl is, or where her body is, and the latter is the only reason I can see her not talking.
I also can’t believe they haven’t found anything yet. Casey just doesn’t seem that smart that she could hide or pull off something so well.

all these issues with the protesters would be avoided if Casey Anthony would speak up. It truly shows what type of person she really is (well we knew when she killed her daughet) but allowing her family to continue to go through this ordeal because of her own selfish issues.

I believe George and Cindy knew Caylee was dead the minute they opened the car trunk and smelled that smell. Cindy came close to saying that in her call to police.
They have since regrouped, realizing their granddaughter was dead and there was nothing they could do about that. They’ve transfered their loyalty and unconditional love from Caylee (she’s beyond their help) to Casey.

Casey’s “actions” speak louder than her words. The lying, stealing (stealing from her Grandparents?!!) the multiple boyfriends, the disrespect she has for her parents(the phone) all show the “real” Casey. The part I am having trouble understanding is the fact that the Anthonys’ keep screaming about THEIR rights being violated. I’ve wondered, too, what “monster mom” was doing all day everyday when her parents, brother, boy friends and girl friends all had jobs or were going to school. I’m sure she was going nuts (or nuttier). Partly because her phone records show that she frequently dialed one number right after another until she got someone - during the lunch hour! And her friend Amy H said she liked to talk a lot. So what on earth was she doing - presumably with Caylee - for the last two years?

I agree in a sense. I think it’s possible that monster mom made up a slightly different story to tell her family. A story that puts her in a better light and one they want to believe. A story asserting that somehow Caylee is alive.
It’s just difficult for me to believe that she confessed to killing Caylee accidentally or on purpose and that her parents are still defending her this strenuously and insisting that Caylee is alive. I think monster mom still has her parents wrapped around her little finger.

Did anyone else notice that Casey was in “full make-up” for her most recent mug shot at jail?Grandma Cindy hasn’t had make-up on since day one. Every day I watch Nancy Grace praying that one just ONE member of the Anthony family would do the right thing and come forward with the truth. Cindy and George are clearly in denial and continue to enable the worthless daughter they raised rather than bringing closure to a granddaughter they could have saved. I don’t know how they can wake up every day, all of them knowing SOMETHING and none of them saying ANYTHING. Because I cannot bring myself to pray for this evil family, I pray for justice for Caylee.

On NG last night Padilla said some things that made me wonder about whether brother Lee is more involved, way more involved. Now I’m thinking that if he was involved and the parents know it then that would mean they stand to lose both their kids and Caylee.

Does anyone long for the days when doing the hard thing, the right thing was honorable. No matter what happens, it is clear that ALL of the Anthony family has participated in this unthinkable act. Better to lose two children and give them a chance for a redeemable future. Padilla says ” It was Lee that convinced the grandparents not to take a lie-detector test.” This would lead me to believe that he inadvertently didn’t want to take the lie detector test, to save his own a**.
I wonder if the police ever searched Lee’s residence, car, phone records, etc…..

There are those who keep saying innocent until proven guilty… I get that but as a mom I DO NOT and NEVER will get that she has done nothing to help in the search for Caylee, her baby.. she has lied and lied while Cindy, George and Lee back up each and every tale. Watching Nancy Grace last night left me in complete disgust. This selfish lunatic, has the odasity to call the police and demand they protect her parent’s home, while she can give no insight or cooperate with them to find what is “supposed” to be her pride and joy, Caylee! ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35, Orlando) — The State Attorney’s office has officially filed more charges against 22-year-old Casey Anthony.
Anthony was arrested earlier this week for new theft and check fraud charges. She was bonded out of jail by her attorney, Jose Baez.
The State Attorney’s Office said three more formal charges were officially filed on Friday

On the audio recording of monster’s call to 911 she left the operator hanging - she left the phone - after saying she’d give them the tag # of a car involved in the fracas. What nerve! Also I noticed that a second police person joined the 911 operator talking to monster. I couldn’t tell if this was an adminsitrative type cop at headquarters or the cop in the car going out to the scene. But she had the help and attention of two cops on the phone and she still left them hanging!
Amy I think Count Dracula is busy getting ready to go after individual protesters - although it was interesting that BoBo the Boob “hired” investigators to find the people that threw coins at the house and pulled G’s t-shirt. After all the property and house belong NOT to his client but to her parents. So why is he involved? BoBo strutted like a little peacock he was so proud that his investigators “found” them already.(Before the cops - the cops did not have that as a top priority I’d like to tell him) Well, yeah. A TV news crew had a bunch of tape, the Ants have surveillance tape and OCD Grandma had car tag numbers!

desertrose: Last night on NG Leonard Padilla said some things that indicated he thinks Lee has known more or something significant since Day 1. And that Lee is responsible for talking his parents out of taking lie detector tests - and he refuses to take one too.

Casey’s call to 911 shows she DOES know the number and can be very detailed when she wants to. Yet when her ‘child’ as Casey call her has supposedly not been seen for 31 days, she does not call 911. She parties.
I am just so sick of all of this. I wish LE could/would go ahead and indite Casey. Casey and the Anthony’s have too much press/media time. Somewhere in all of that, the focus is taken too much off of little Caylee.
I am just so sick of Casey’s and the Anthony’s games. They have also made a cottage industry with the t-shirts and wristbands. Hopefully, that will be put a stop to if enough people complain.
I pray to God that little Caylee will be located. If she is somehow still alive, then that will be so wonderful! If she is not, then little Caylee deserves to have a proper burial with the dignity and grace she so clearly did not have in her last days with her so-called mother!

I wonder if the police could conduct voice analysis/comparison. For example we know that some of what Monster said on the phone to cops the other night was true. But 99% of what she told the cops on July 16 was a lie. Probably not necessary. Just would be interesting.
cj - two news orgs worded the report differently. One said 3 “new” charges but the other said the state was “finalizing” the three charges they placed against her earlier in the week. So it’s 13 economic charges so far.
Everyone I have read in tis blog believes Casey is a liar.
Personally M (AI) don’t make sense to me, she doesn’t answer the detective question she answer the question that her mind is thinking…

If that was her child she would remember the exact time and date.
But, did you know that Cindy on the stand for her bond release hearing said the same thing over and over again…the 9th…Maybe they didn’t have enough time together to get their stories straight?

In the hand-written statement to police, Casey stated that she dropped Caylee off at Zanny’s apartment between 9am and 1pm. If you ask me, that is large time frame.
I know when I drop off my daughter at pre-school, i can give you a time of drop off from between 7:55am to 8:15am.
Far from a 4 hour time frame she provided police with!!!
Well M also said that she left Caylee on the stairs like she always does…WHAT! Then what walks away not knowing were her daughter walks off too..

There have been many times I have dropped my daughter off in the drive way of a friends house, or just outside the house.

When my daughter would go to the babysitters, she would always come home talking about what she did that day. It was always, “Becky this, Becky that, Becky painted my nails, Becky doesn’t do my hair that way, Becky, Becky, Becky…….

And then it just breaks my heart when my 4 year old daughter comes into the room and asks, “Who is that little girl on TV?” I have to explain to her that she is lost from her home and no-one knows where she is.
The look that comes to my daughters face - it tears my heart into a million little pieces.

Hi, alliethinks! This is my first time on a blog too. So far I’ve found that it varies. It depends how many people (if any) are on the blog when you are. Sometimes there are only a few - usually earlier in the day. And sometimes there are lots of people posting for a while - usually at night. But usually it is something of a “conversation.”
Part of the problem is like somebody may be posting a note right now as I write - so I won’t see it until I post this one. And some people don’t “read back.” So I could post this but not look back to see something posted while I was writing this.
You’ll see some specific two-way conversation for example like I addressed my note to you. To hopefully catch your attention. The key is for people to “read back” at least a little bit when they come on so they can see where the conversation is, maybe learn something or see a comment they want to comment on and then hop in with whatever they want to say - which does not mean it has to be on the same topic!
Stand-alone comments and opening new topics are FINE!
But mostly we do try to converse. It’s just that this comment might end up posted three or four posts after yours.
I hope you come back or stay or BOTH! It might be hopping tonight or slow because the news on the case is slow right now. But please don’t give up. There are a lot of people following this case on bloggernews.net. You’re more than welcome here!

This is an extremely sad case because of all the obvious selfish reasons of the entire family. They want to save face and get life back to normal but dont want to come up with a logical explanation as to what really happened to Caylee. I want to know why the authorities talk so nice to her and why arent they getting tough with her? She will break if she is interrogated properly. Keep her up for hours and have some of the toughest interrogaters out there come in and dig for the truth. They already have concluded what she has told them are lies. Don’t settle for that. Drag the damn truth out of her if it takes days for her to give in. She knows what happened to her child. Don’t kid yourself.

I am obsessed with NG right now - I turn it on hoping to hear that the little witch finally confessed. I know - wishful thinking. However, last night, Bounty Hunter Padilla stated that his security woman (she was placed in the house with Casey when he originally put up the bond) was checking with attorneys to find out if she could be accused of withholding evidence before she met with investigators!! This meeting was supposed to happen this morning so hopefully NG and Padilla will have an update for tonight!
I hope that once Monster Mom is charged with murder, the rest of her crazy family is charged with obstruction or even worse!!
I’m a new “Poster” and must say I have enjoyed reading all of the above thoughts!

I didn’t quite catch what Padilla meant about that woman investigator. You’ve probably got it right. I guess I thought at first that the investigator was worried that monster could sue her or something. Maybe there will be more info on NG tonight.
If these people have a conversation with Mommy Monster, why do they feel their is a confidentiality agreement with her - the minute she said something that raised a red flag in my opinion, I would be on the phone with the OCSO or someone!
Is it like when movie stars hire security, they have a confidentiality agreement with the stars?
If so - who is paying for this security.
Is it compliments of her lawyer/flavor of the week?
My son is 23 now - and he’s still my baby. I have always believed in “tough love” though and he has turned out just fine. This whole situation has created discussions in our family on what we would do. I PRAY I never am put in such an awful position but I do believe I would see that my child would be turned over to the authorities. What an awful thought….but it’s the best thing for everyone.

I’m back again for the long haul. I’ve been in and out for the past couple of days. Each day hoping to hear some new conclusion or the discovery of little Caylee. Sadly, not much new in the case except to hear that friggin’ 911 call where Momster refers to the protesters as “punks”.
I can remember my lovely great mother tell me, that I shouldn’t throw stones at glass houses.
Does anyone know yet what the three new charges that were filed by the state today?
Amy, those were the charges she was arrested on last week relating to stealing Amy’s checkbook and forging checks to herself.

I don’t believe Lee or Cindy had ever heard the name Zenaida Gonzalez until the night of July 15 when Casey made up the story that the babysitter stole Caylee. They lie for Casey and have been all her life.

I emailed the Attorney General of Florida this week. I wondered if Caylee could not be made a Ward of State and have a State Attorney appointed. It seems that this little girls interests are not being represented very well. I’ve not had a reply but maybe the people on this blog could do the same thing, pressure sometimes leads to action and this girl does need a voice. The state might try to say that law enforcement (LE) is her advocate and in a way that’s right. But like you said I think an individual acting specifically in her interests could do more and different things than LE can.

Michael, evidently, you don’t understand the difference between human nature and the legal system. Ms. Monster will get a fair trial. She will have jurors who are able to put aside everything they’ve heard or read about and intelligently listen to the evidence before making a decision on whether Ms Monster is guilty or not guilty. You seem to have no faith in the human race or our judicial system. Just because people discuss issues of concern, which they have every right to do, does not mean they can’t put aside their opinions and listen to intelligent facts and understand reasonable doubt.
So, tell me something… if Jeffrey Dahmer would have been out on bail would you have gladly trusted a son, relative or even yourself to stay with him alone because you would have considered him innocent until proven guilty?

does anyone else find it odd that all the Ants had only a vague recollection of Father’s Day—they didn’t know caylee was last seen on 6/15 vs the initial report of 6/9 until police found pics on the camera.

Jose Biaz is trying to making a name for himself.I believe I read on myspace that Cindy anthony wrote ” I lost my grandaughter I’m not gone to lose my daughter” before this whole mess became public. Did anyone else see it? Also matter of public record that the anthoy’s were devorced on dec.29,2005,The year casy was born. HUH! Cindy is a nurse she knows what decomposition smells like,George was a detective on the police force knows all the in and outs of investigations. Why hasn’t he been charged with attack on a elderly 65 we all seen it on tv. is it because of being ex-cop? Last time I knew that was a felony offense.Casy is a phyco but she was smart enough to wait so her precious little ANGEL decomposed.I pray for little caylee but at the same time pray for casy’s just desert. Thoughts, you’re absolutely right. Father’s Day is the day Cindy took Caylee to the assisted living facility to see Cindy’s father. Cindy found out from her mother that Casey had wiped out her father’s assisted living bank account. Cindy cashed in one of her retirement accounts and paid it back.
June 15 is also the night the neighbors heard Cindy and Casey yelling at each other. Supposedly Casey stayed over night and June 16 is the last time anyone saw Caylee. George says he was the last person to see Caylee and Casey leave with a back pack on their backs. Cindy was asleep. No one has ever found Caylee’s back pack.

I caught Nancy Grace, Amy. Padilla said the Orlando detectives were in California questioning a marine who claimed Casey Anthony text messaged and emailed him June 16 that she had something to tell him that he wouldn’t like that her mother and Lee already knew. She wanted to get to California to tell him. I think Padilla is hinting she wanted to tell him about killing Caylee. I think she may have wanted to tell him she got caught stealing money from her grandmother and wanted to borrow money from him.

I agree with the gentleman on NG who said he thought monster was just trying to get the marine to pay for her flight out to California. Being that it was 6/16, most likely the day she killed Caylee, she was probably hoping to get as far out of town as possible. That way C&G would not know that she didn’t have Caylee anymore. Once in California, she would have probably made up more lies to tell the marine, maybe something like she decided to give custody of Caylee to the Ants.

Don’t you just love how when she speaks to investigators, that she always responds with an affirmative, like “Absolutely, or Yes, For sure, and so on… Then the following statement is like, I’m pretty sure, or yeah that number is on the phone, but I lost the phone. Or I’m almost certain I have that on my computer.
The kicker, was when she said that she filled out an incident report when her phone was stollen!
I think Lee knows more than he’s saying. Might even be involved. I can believe that a little more easily than thinking that Jesse is involved. Jesse might suspect her and he might even believe that she “did it” but I don’t think he’s involved. I know we go back to that call he said he got from her where she told Caylee to get off the table but we know she lies and she could have done that just to postpone him or others finding out that Caylee was gone.
I agree, MTC, I think the whole table and caylee bite was just a hoax.
I’m sure the cops checked up on whether she filled out a report when she lost her phone but I never heard about it. Just another lie probably.
I guess I’m really surprised that she didn’t use that month to come up with a plausible story. The way it turned out seems like she was caught by surprise and unprepared. That’s really stupid.

It sounded like from the interrogation tapes that Casey just loves making up stories in elaborate detail. She doesn’t think first. The shrinks on Nancy Grace said that is typical of pathological liars.
I can always be sure every time Casey Anthony opens her mouth, a lie is popping out.
I think the extent of Lee’s involvement might be just knowing about it for a good while. It’s only slightly possible that she asked to meet him and then got his help in ditching the body. But I don’t think she needed his help or that she necessarily put it in that dumpster like Padilla is saying.
Has anyone heard if Lee has a lawyer? I would think so at this point even if he’s totally innocent. But I haven’t heard about it.
The cynical side of me says he’s got an agent now (to help sell more rights - like the rights to the photos for 20/20. He had to be involved in that for sure)

I think you have misssed my point all togehter..if she was charged with a capitol crime then by all means keep her in jail, but in the truth of it she was not. She was charged with much less of a crime for which she should have the benifit of bail. In my opinion that was a big mistake, she should not have been charged untill the state was ready to go forward with its case and they had all thier ducks in a row. She would have had the freedom to move about and would have shown her trail by now, that is not going to happen with her lawyer protecting her as it should be. all im saying is this is turning into a witch hunt like it or not, and dragging the family into the public eye seem to be a new twist on justice, how many cases have you seem where the state leaks evidence like they have in this one, and do you really belive everything that is being leaked is the truth i have my doubts.

Monday Morning Therapist, Casey said she filled out an incident report with Universal, when she lost the cell phone. The cops didn’t have to check because they already knew she hadn’t worked for Universal for several years.
So everything about the cell phone was a lie including getting two cell phones from Universal for her job,(she had no job), one cell phone getting lost when she left it on her desk at Universal (there was no desk) and Zenaida’s and Juliette’s phone numbers being in the cell phones (there is no Zenaida or Juliette so their phone
