That's chauvinism. Now racism, as the figures (for 2006, the last year for which they are available show), is still a great factor than sex, but always, always, women make less, no matter what it is. Because they make the most, white men's scores is given as 100%. All others are given as percentages of white men's wages. White men Black men Hispanic 100 72.1 57.5 White Women Black women Hispanic Women 73.5 63.6 51.7 Now, if you don't think something is wrong with this picture, I don't know how to help you.
