The fact remains that the wage gap is largely a myth.If it does occur,we`ve already explained why.Despite what some liberals or brainwashed women would choose to believe, men and women on average do NOT work the same jobs or the same way,and are NOT entitled to identical wages. As noted in the article, men do tend to work more hours and more dangerous and dirty jobs. They are rightfully rewarded for this. The bottom line is that wage disparities occur because of mens and womens different job choices and different levels of job committment,NOT sexism or discrimination. After all, given the myriad of employment policies to prohibit the latter, how could it possibly be blamed on that.

The fact is that men and women of the same age and experience, doing the same work, are paid differently. That's chauvinism. Now racism, as the figures (for 2006, the last year for which they are available show), is still a great factor than sex, but always, always, women make less, no matter what it is. Because they make the most, white men's scores is given as 100%. All others are given as percentages of white men's wages.

White men Black men Hispanic
100 72.1 57.5

White Women Black women Hispanic Women
73.5 63.6 51.7

Now, if you don't think something is wrong with this picture, I don't know how to help you.
