The media keeps saying BB will insist on a speedy trial 60-90 days. I think the police have their evidence back from the FBI labs and are ready to move foward with the homicide charge. It’s BB that will hold things up by wanting to run their own DNA testing. Who is better qualified to do the tests than the FBI.

they are stacking the charges up against her, but do say they are ‘unrelated’ to the ongoing investigation into the disappearance of caylee

so when they do make the final charge, she will have a prior conviction in child neglect which will help in a conviction of murder

i think she’s up against a rock and a hard place right now, that’s why she turned herself in today

So many of her lies were/are so easy to debunk.
To me, if you tell a lie, you at least make it somewhat difficult to be caught. She act likes she does not care one bit if she is caught. Showing no embarrassment when caught Just moves right on to the next lie, to cover the preceding lie. It looks like she just lives one day at a time and never thinks about tomorrow..What a weird creature.
How can she keep track of not contradicting herself one day/one week later. It is easy to remember the truth but much harder to remember multiple lies and making sure you donot slip up.

just got home from work and watched nancy, is she going for bail again they need to just keep her in there,and can they make those charges stick

The Ocala news said, it looked like a young adult. They could not determine the sex. They also found a small body part.Everything is at the police lab.

i don’t think casey was giving caylee chloroform to sedate her,there was to much of it in the trunk,still think it was used to get rid of dna evidence or to clean with

yes i agree with that, momster had been putting caylee to sleep on more than one occasion, then wham the little one didn’t wake up. freaked out, put her in the trunk for a few days, smell started to get bad, ran to parents house to hide body - thought twice about that, then took body somewhere else.

intentional accident on 6/9 - 6/15 parents house - body had time to decompose to smell/fly stage

but someone laid the body on ground in back yard, i can’t seem to fit that in, but the dogs it a mark in backyard

Anyone remember Diane Downs? Ann Rule wrote a book about her and there was subsequently a movie made. “Small Sacrifices”

Catherine, yes Caylee most likely died on or around June 16th, she was last seen on Father’s Day (6/15) and C did the video of Caylee with her great gtandpa.

I think the explanation with the chorofoam may have been that initially it was used to sedate Caylee and later used to clean with, or it could have spilled in the trunk also..

yes cindy did try to hide the fact read it somewhere in all the paperwork,she told people that casey was just gaining weight, i will try to find that again and give you the lnk

Just wanted to give you an update. More bones were found tonight in Ocala Park. The bones were exposed to the elements. The police took them to the police lab. These are not the same bones that the boater found

I have thought since Padilla said on NG that the world would be shocked “to find out what L, C, & C had known since Wed when DNA results were released” that the DNA proved the father of Caylee is a relative. Otherwise they could have known whose hair–Casey’s or Caylee’s–
Casey’s hair would have been a makeup of George and Cindy—Caylee’s would have been a makeup of ‘Casey and unknown’. But L, G, C all had their DNA taken early on.

I think Caylee’s hair came back ‘Casey and family member’, same as Casey’s hair.

Remember little 12 year old Dakota Skii who ended up hospitalized for stress related illness thanks to the Caylee Anthony case - and who monster emailed and wrote notes to?

Well grandma Cindy has continued to write and text Dakota (and presumably Dakota has responded) so Dakota’s grandma tried to get a restraining order to stop C from communicating with the girl. Unfortunately it was denied.

If you put everything else aside for a minute and just consider that in the 911 call monster said her daughter had been missing for 31 days. And then the next day - all day - being questioned by cops she stuck to saying she had not seen her daughter since June 9, dropped her daughter off on June 9 etc. Then all of a sudden Cindy remembers father’s day and it turns into June 15 and then George said he saw them June 16.
Who in the heck, what kind of mother, FORGETS what day she “misplaced” her child?????

I know what you mean. What I’ve been concerned about is even if they found some remains somewhere how would they be able to definitely tie HER to them, you know? Defense will say Zanny did it.
Also they may just want to have evidence that she told different stories at different times including different dates, locations, participants, etc. The more lies they can pin on her the better.

And it really irks me that BoBo and the public relations firm are essentially accusing the police of harrassing and intimidating her by charging her with the economic crimes. Why shouldn’t she be charged? It’s pretty darned clear that she committed 13 felonies (or whatever) so why shouldn’t she be charged? With such clear evidence anyone would be charged for that. Should Amy and BOA have no recourse to the damage done to them?

And for all we know she did buy something with the money she stole that ties in with the missing child and they want those facts nailed down so they can be brought into the neglect/murder case when needed.

I think it’s wesh.com that is going to have an interview with Zenaida Gonzales tonight about how this has changed her life. Ridiculous waste of time and possibly detrimental to the case against monster.

This Zenaida seems to be the only Zenaida Gonzales that the police located and spoke with. The problem is that there are LOTS of Zenaida Gonzales in various states. And that’s what the Ants have been screaming about for a long time. I’m sure they’ll say this one isn’t THE one and that the cops never tried to find the right one.
On the audio tapes the cops said they’d run the name thru DAVID. I think that’s a driver’s license data base. Does anyone know if that is limited to Florida? Or is it national? That’s part of the problem with this case. Monster covered that by saying that Zenaida doesn’t drive. So of course she’s not going to be on any state’s data base.

Concerned about Caylee, Unfortunately, I missed the 20/20 segment when the FBI profiler said Casey wasn’t crazy but that she invents a new life for herself every day.

This is what I read about Sociopaths in relation to them living for the present:
