Casey Anthony has entered a not guilty plea on the latest 10 check fraud charges that were filed against her last week. She has also refused the right for an arraignment for these charges. Her attorney, Jose Baez has filed a discovery motion because he wants to know exactly what the state officials plan to use in order to take this case into court.
I don’t know, maybe it is just me but I know if this was me, I would be more worried about finding my daughter than keeping myself out of jail. They used the excuse before that Casey needed to be out of jail so she could help find Caylee. What is their excuse now for only being concerned about whether Casey is going to be spending time behind bars or not.
Have they forgotten that there is a little three year old girl missing that they try telling the cops and the public that is still alive? I mean, correct me if I am wrong here but the last time I heard it was only Casey under house arrest wearing an ankle monitor with limited places to go. I don’t recall any ankle bracelets on Cindy, George or Lee’s ankles. How come they aren’t out there looking for Caylee now. If they claim she is still alive and refuse to search swamps for a body, how come they gave up on the plan to drive around with the billboard? It seems like they only actively searched while Casey was still in jail. Well of course if they left their home right now who would wait on Casey at breakfast or lunch times or to rub her feet if they start aching?
I read that the Homeowner’s Association has filed an injunction to keep the protesters outside the Anthony home and force them into an empty lot at the end of the street. .a judge is expected to decide today whether protesters will still be allowed to voice their opinion about this case on the Anthony’s front lawn.
The attorney for the subdivision submitted papers last week and a representative for the 9th judicial circuit said that a judge should rule on their request for temporary injunction to limit protests.
The protesters include some that support the Anthony’s and some that clearly do not. The ones that do not have been yelling some profanity and even one man dropped off a profanity-laced sign in the Anthony yard and then took off in his car. I see all this has gotten out of hand. Someone needs to find little Caylee so there can be an end put to all of this. I, like millions of others would love for her to be found alive and with someone else like Casey has been claiming she is, but I seriously doubt that will happen. I haven’t given up on praying for Caylee to be found so a closure can be given here. She needs to find peace. We still love you Caylee. You are still the main focus here and some people in this world still think finding you are is priority.

Well here we go again, she’s back in jail. Maybe this time they will put her in general population, and she will tell the other inmates what she did with Caylee’s body.
I really think the homeowner’s are going to have a problem banning the protesters from public areas. I do think the police should enforce a time limit on the protesters say, between 8:00 A:M:-10 P:M:.

I can see the neighbors’ point of view. This kind of reaction of picketing and squatting in protest isn’t doing anything but inflating Casey’s ego. I would be going crazy were I one of the neighbors. Typical of Casey, though, is her “not guilty” plea. What I don’t understand is how is it that Caylee’s remains have yet to be found. Didn’t cadaver dogs search those overgrown areas near the airport? I want to live to see Caylee convicted of murder.

I think we are all going to be holding our breath until we hear something about the remains that were found.
What touches me so deeply is knowing that the video that Cindy took of Caylee on 6/15, when they went to the nursing home was probably Caylees last day on earth. No one knew what was in store for her the next day. So very sad.

if you are close to a child they will tell you what they did during the course of a day or while they were away from you who they played with, what they learned and will speak about a baby sitter that they have had for over two years, . my theory is that she was put to sleep in the back of a car and parked at the apartment somewhere, while tot mom was busy with men somewhere else.can’t believe grandparents never knew where the child went orwhat she did when she was with mom?with no job who fed baby when she was with mom at night? with gramps being former policemen and granny a nurse {caring for people}for two years she didnt steal from credit cards or would have caught, so where did money come from? other men at night?maybe that is where the chloroform comes in at?
I just feel like something is going to happen this week. I really hope either way this is over soon.
Ocala is in Marion County. The area does not have a large population. It is horse country.

I think a fire might be noticed and would take too long. doubtful that Casey spent any real time discarding of the evidence - she’s too flaky.
About 60 miles north of Orlando, about an hour and half away from the airport.
Monster may have made a big mistake. The only way to get to Ocala from Orlando is the turnpike, which is a toll road. There are camera’s there, they could check and see if her car was on the tape.

Yes, I think she used the gas for the car. Then she put that baby in the water. When the police asked her where Caylee was she said, she didn’t know which would not really be a lie to her. Caylee’s body would move in the water.

I think she hid her cell phone at the airport to throw everyone off. Then she drove to Ocala. When the police were interviewing her she said she had a cheap Nokia phone that was old. The blackjack phone she says she lost was probably the phone she hid at the airport and that was may have been the phone with the tower pings. She probably drove to Ocala with no phone. The camera’s had to take a photo of her car when she went through the toll booths.

I would and pre sign the check even to a best friend or my mother. Most people are not like monster. Monster obviously did forge signatures and impersonated another person. Plain fraud.
I even gave my adult daughter a credit card on my account in her name and authorized her to use it in case of emergency years ago. She never has abused it and has her own credit card now plus still mine with her name on it.
I fully trust her.
If the police took Monster into protective custody because of this body being found; it’s all over for Casey if it is, in fact, Caylee.

If she did take that baby to Ocala the chances of somebody seeing her near a river are pretty slim the area is not heavily populated. I think they have one mall for the whole town. The area has alot of horse farms, it’s not like a city more like a litte country area.

Jesse was going to marry her till it was found out by DNA, he was not the father. She treated Jesse horrible I think, but for some reason they remained friends. It was one of the numbers she called on June 16th.
I think he is still nuts about her and would almost do anything for her. Possible the only true caring friend she has.
He is an ex cop and putting Caylee in a heavy multiple contracter garbage bags would leave not scent in his car .Just a gut feeling plus police does not always tell the public everything.

Two bits of news you may or may not have heard:
1) The new charges against her are:
“According to the Orange County Jail inmate database, she is charged with uttering a forged check, fraudulent use of identification and petty theft of $100 or more. Bond amount for all charges totals $1,250.
2) Also Monday the Department of Children and Family Services said they are investigating an incident between the grandmother of the missing toddler and a protestor over the weekend that resulted in a small boy being injured.

Jesse’s father is a reverend (so, I’m told) and I saw his interview on TV. He was in tears over missing Caylee. He and his wife watched Caylee for the first six months of her life, believing she was their granddaughter. He said he still loved Casey and Caylee and they would come over his house to visit often.
However, he said that he got wind that Casey’s defense team is going to try and blame this all on his son, Jesse. Thus, he got lawyered up. Amy, the charge would not be because there weren’t enough funds. It would be because she forged the check. Even if it was Amy H’s check it was monster who forged it. So if it was Amy’s check that monster bounced, she wasn’t able to steal Amy’s money. What she did was mess with BOA and they don’t like that.

C may be in trouble over that injury to the little boy. She went up to the girl when she was in her car and threated her. The guy that held the protester back from Cindy pushed her against the door where the little boy was standing. If C didn’t go up to the protester none of this would have happened. I still think the protesters were wrong to be there at midnight, but Cindy was in the wrong this time. That’s why G said to C you are going to go to jail when they were in the garage. C said, why am I going to go to jail?

If a NSF check is over a certain dollar amount, I believe it is considered criminal. Even her high dollar attorneys don’t have the bucks that Bank of America has….Evidently she’ll have to spend the night in jail. Not long enough….IMHO……

As of last night there wwre no charges filed. Somebody must have told the protester that she could file a lawsuit against C. You know lawyers are always looking for dollars.
I’ll bet that C skates on the injury to the boy. It really is his mother’s fault. Why does she have him out at 11:30 pm on a school night driving by there and screaming accusations and profanites? And even if C approached the car the woman could have driven away. She did not have to get out and go for her. Yeah, the root of the problem lies with C but I think the real blame goes on that poor kid’s stupid mother (the protester).
DCF is investigating. I have not read that either party has filed charges. In fact earlier I read that neither party filed charges. I think DCF may have seen the footage and thought it ought to be looked into. Will be interesting to see what they decide - if we ever find out.
C went out into the street in a voilent manner aproached the car C shouldn’t have done that, i think the woman should have rolled up window and locked door, yet emotions are high…protesting is our american right, the lady was not on the ants property so C had no reason to buck up on the woman, the boy got arm in car door as mother was being pushed back and restrained, an accident all around for little boy

I think we all agree the protesters should not have been there at midnight, but C did go after the protester on public property. The protester was leaving when C went up to her SUV. I think the protester might have a case against C. for at least the medical bills for the child.

I think the protester was at fault BIG time. Her son is HER responsibility, she was the one who put him in harms way. It’s her job to keep him safe. I saw the footage but didn’t pay attention to the time. Did this all happen at mindnight?
I agree with you sabrina that protesting is an American right, however, if this happened at midnight, what ever happened to “Disturbing the Peace?”
Cindy was definitely in the wrong as well but this woman was like a maniac. When you scream obscenities in front of someone’s house, I don’t think that’s considered a peaceful protest. And worst of all… think of the example she is to her son. What is she teaching him? OMG!

what’s more terrible is it’s only a torso, and no telling where it came from, will be hard to identify…on a good note for some sigh of pleasure, i just heard on news how a dog dialed 911 to save his owner, remarkable isn’t it, this dog has done the 911 call two other times, he was trained to do it in case his owner has a seizure

I wonder why they’re not upgrading it to “suspect” The last time I mentioned that someone said she has to be arrested for murder first. That’s not true. Drew Peterson was never charged and LE said he is the only suspect in the case of his missing wife.
Sorry - it happened at 12:30 after midnight Sunday night! This is the first time I saw the whole video and saw the child writhing on the ground in pain and being ignored! No wonder DCF is investigating. The report said the child is fine. And the accident happened when the woman’s older son had to restrain her from going after C (who was coming for her) and the car door got shut. So definitely the mother’s fault.
C rushed the car with fist raised, she could have easly punched the woman, i think the woman was defending herself

I’m sure I had to do that with my kids once or twice for some reason.. but to take them to a protest and yell and scream and then pick a fight… I have such a hard time putting my brain around that. SHARPES FERRY – Marion County sheriff’s officials confirmed Monday that the torso found in the Ocklawaha River on Sunday afternoon is human.
Sheriff’s Office crews arrived at the Sharpes Ferry bridge at daybreak Monday to search for other evidence near where the body was found. The sheriff’s Field Force Team searched the banks of the river while divers felt their way through the muddy water.
“We want to cover all the area between Sharpes Ferry and State Road 40,” said Sheriff’s Office Capt. Jimmy Pogue. “The search is more difficult because of all the recent rain we’ve had. The banks of the river have been extended by 20 feet.”
Pogue said the Sheriff’s Office was called by a boater who found the torso about 300 yards north of the Sharpes Ferry bridge Sunday at about 2:30 p.m. The torso was taken to the Marion County Medical Examiner’s Office, where an autopsy is being performed today. Pogue said it was too early to tell any details about the body.
In the meantime, the sheriff’s officials set up shop on the bridge to organize a full search for any additional evidence.
“We have two boats in the water, plus our 12-member field force team, and we have the helicopter out with spotters in it,” Pogue said. “We want as many eyes on the area as possible.”
Divers in the river had to rely more on their sense of touch than sight as they combed through the black water on Monday.
“You can’t see a thing,” said Sheriff’s Office diver Aaron Levy. “Everything is completely black. It’s all about feel right now.”
MMT - I think the cops are playing it close to the vest plus the Anthonys et al have thrown so many accusations at them throughout this (from the day monster was first arrested) that I doubt they’ll upgrade it to suspect or do much of anything regarding the child neglect charges until something “pops.” You know, until they’re ready for the next step. There’s no percentage in it for them until there is a good reason for it, I guess.

Sad, I hate to see society and our laws deteriorating like that. I couldn’t believe when I saw protesters line up with their chairs facing the Ants house, like they were waiting for a movie to start. Do they even know how goofy they looked? If it wasn’t so sad… it would be funny.

Not to change the subject, but I was re-reading
the 400 page documents that were released to the public. When the police were interviewing one of the girls that went to school with the monster, the girl asked to adopt the baby monster was carrying, because she couldn’t have children.. C said, no. The police asked the girl did she know or ever meet the baby’s father, and the girl said once.
Caylee’s father was a guy by the name of Brian that theny went to school with.
protester are expressing their sadness for precious caylee “anger” for casey and ants, the anger is because of they have used and insulted everyone who has tried to help them…i agree there should be a time and place though, but if the ants are up at minight having a vigil then that’s why protesters are there at that time
