Padillas insinuation about Lee maybe being Caylee’s father is driving me nuts. This was based on the hair found in Casey’s trunk, which had DNA that could only be from Casey or Caylee - both had same DNA, which could only happen if the father had the same DNA as the mother, or something along those lines!
If this has any merit , it would explain Padilla’s other comment about the police having the DNA results that “Cindy, Casey & Lee” (Not George) were informed about last week.
I always thought it was weird that she used her and her brother’s name to name her daughter.” Cay – Lee.

Might also explain why the parents now need a hot shot lawyer, and why Lee has been very quiet lately?

I pray they find Caylee very soon but when and if they do find her you can bet that Casey and Cindy will state that the “nanny” who had her killed her because Casey talked and it was all over the news world wide to try to take the blame off of her.

I bet Casey can’t even remember the real truth as many lies as she has told. She is probably believing all of her own lies.

This single story is gripping the nation by all of our hearts, I know it is mine. I just pray they find Caylee’s little body very soon so she can be laid to rest the way a little angle should be.

After reading through the released documents, one thing that stood out to me was the statement that George dumped a trash bag from the car trunk over the fence at the tow yard. However I didnt see anything in the reports indicating if anyone from the sherriff’s dept. attempted to retrieve the bag.

At any rate, I think they have enough to convict and expect new charges will be coming soon. Besides the physical evidence, there is just too much circumstantial that defies a reasonable explanation.

I pray that they find Caylee, so she can be put to rest properly. God bless all of you who are searching.

Evidence collected out of George’s car early this morning.

I would not be surprised if the “evidence” from George’s car turns out to be a gun. Very likely guns are not allowed in the home when someone is on home confinement but I can’t imagine George, a former cop, being unarmed in a house with a mob outside. Interesting that the cops went to the house around 2:30 am (this morning) to search his car.
The DCS people are probably continuing to interview Casey because one of the original BIG charges against her is child neglect. That’s what got her jailed in the first place. And if all else fails - no charges ever brought for murder or involuntary manslaughter or whatever - we have to rely on the child neglect charges to prosecute her and get her sentenced.

The fact that Cindy was trashing everyone may indicate this is beyond her control; perhaps she will have some enlightening revelations herself in the near future. Conversely, it is in the same token understandable to group everyone in the same category as those who are always in front of their home making the same generalizations about the family of an accused neglectful mother.

Few questions…..Cindy is saying “We need help in finding Caylee because she is alive, etc”. My question is HOW CAN YOU FIND SOMEONE WHEN YOU DON’T HAVE ALL THE INFORMATION OR YOU ARE NOT RELEASING THE INFORMATION? It makes it near impossible! All we know is the name of the babysitter. Casey gave no description..what kind of vehicle…any relatives names..the list goes on to how she could have given some clues about this supposed nanny that she has had for a year and half. So Cindy Anthony “HOW CAN THE PUBLIC HELP SEARCH FOR CAYLEE”?
What we do have is FBI Test results that indicate there was a decomposed body in the back of Casey’s trunk and traces of chloroform. What I do find odd is the police keep mentioning this “STAIN” that they have found, however they have yet to mention what it is. I do believe that will come later. So with this said this is what we have to go on therefore this is why the community and ppl around the US are searching woods, ponds, lakes etc. If Cindy Anthony is so angry that the media, police and others are not looking for Caylee alive, give us some info that would lead us. Not just naming some states (Texas, New York,North Carolina).

Macarthur, I have been wondering from the get go who is paying Baez. He was recommended to Casey by other women in jail at the time. And I got the impression back then that it was pro bono. Casey didn’t have any money that’s for sure. And considering how high profile criminal defense attorneys know how to “work” the language it’s possible that the Anthonys have not actually received money directly - that it’s going directly to Nejame’s law firm and to the public relations firm that Baez hired and to Baez without passing thru the Anthonys’ accounts first. Which would make what Nejame said technically true but in reality untrue (typical lawyer-speak).

I suspect Casey and her mother will end up in prison. Cindy Anthony, on the record, has implicated herself in what will prove out to be a murder. So let her rattle away to the cameras. She’s only strengthening the case against Casey and herself. I feel so sad for that little girl. The only thing we can pray for now is a quick resoltuion so everyone can move on in their lives.

On one news story I heard that Equisearch volunteers were told to look for a rolled up rug and backpack with bones in it. They also seem to know where to look. I’m wondering if Casey told someone in the family where Caylee’s body is and they tipped the authorities or Equisearch. It would have to be Lee or George or maybe a body guard overheard.

I believe Cindy started trashing Tim and Leonard when they wanted to look for a dead body instead of a live child because she fears they will find the body and charge Casey with murder.

Cindy just named other places to look for Caylee to try to get searchers away from the area where she knows they will find her granddaughter’s body.

I don’t believe Cindy is in denial. I think she is protecting Casey. Maybe Cindy believes Casey killed Caylee out of jealousy of Cindy’s love for Caylee and feels guilty. She may also feel guilty that she and George didn’t adopt Caylee or get custody of her when they knew their daughter was out of control with her lying, stealing and drinking.

I wish Cindy and Casey would FOCUS ON FINDING CAYLEE instead of focusing on Casey and getting defense attorneys for themselves.

Does anyone know if ANY of the Anthony family is helping in the search? Oh…now I see why Cindy is accusing Tim…that way they don’t have to go out and get their boots dirty in the search, and they can blame Tim for it.

2:45 a.m. Investigators traveled to the Anthony home and removed evidence from a vehicle owned by Anthony’s father, George Anthony. Deputies were seen removing the contents of the spare-wheel well and taking at least one item as evidence.

I think i agree with Padilla - The Anthony’s know (At least Cindy) that Caylee is dead. They are trying now to hold on to Casey. I’ve had that feeling since the beginning.. with the car being cleaned out and the instant turn around after they got over the first emotional wave of losing the baby, the constant denials and now all the attacks.

They are on board with the plan to keep as much as they can quiet.. and maybe spare Casey from doing real time. That’s obviously the plan. They aren’t stupid.

The Anthonys only want to look for a living Caylee - not a dead one. They are adament about that. And the police have followed up on the few tips they’ve gotten that seemed credible. Interesting that only Cindy gets the calls directly about Texas and Puerto Rico! Cindy wants everyone - including EquuSearch - to ONLY search for Caylee alive! That’s why she’s mad at EquuSearch whose volunteers are looking in swamps. And that’s why she’s made at Leonard Padilla. He went to Florida prepared to hunt down Zenaida and look for the child alive - if Casey told him about her and maybe some idea where to look. But Casey did not speak to L. Padilla at all after he bailed her out. She may have said something to one of his employees who was driving her to her lawyer - but it was a different story than the first one she told. Then the forensics came out showing decomp and L. Padilla knew she was lying and very likely the child was dead. So did EquuSearch. The cops already knew or they would have been out in force right away. So Cindy is mad at them all because they are not looking for Caylee alive. Why? Because she can’t face that the child is dead? Because she’s helping cover up for her daughter? Who knows? But reaming out Tim Miller of EquuSearch and making such awful allegations - even of Padilla who was there to do exactly what she wanted done!!! No excuse for that! I cannot stand to listen to her anymore or George or their smarmy lawyer or Casey’s lawyer. Just can’t stand it.

I don’t think they are. It would be too risky.
I think their money came from an anonymous rich psycho or more likely the public relations firm and/or a network. But I do absolutely believe the Anthonys have a lot of money working for them now. How else can Casey afford Baez and Baez afford to hire a public relations firm? ANd how else can C and G afford Nejame’s firm? He’s never been known to take a pro bono case. Makes me sick.

People have a very bad way of accusing someone of a crime that they do not know all the facts about. there are plenty of things people don’t know about the case and may not know until trial, so people can just keep on assuming what they want and I hope that when Casey is found innocent at trial for murdering Caylee which she didn’t(Caylee is alive)people have the decency to apologize. JB, what we are “going with” are science and our own eyes and ears (listening to Cindy for example). I think the media will spill absolutely anything it gets! Even if it’s something positive about Casey. Only Cindy and Baez etc talk in vague terms about compelling reasons they won’t explain. That’s their fault! What we can’t know is ALL the evidence and forensics the police and FBI have. I’m sure they’re holding some back or some is not finished yet.
But we’ve seen and heard enough from all the Anthonys to know something is very wrong about them and about the disappearance of Caylee.

Now, I use the term murderer kind of loosely - not with the legal meaning(s). To me she does not have to have killed intentionally or even with her own hands to still be a murderer in my eyes. For example even if Casey by any remote chance is telling the truth about Zenaida and/or sister Samantha kidnapping her child, even if Caylee is dead at their hands, then to me Casey is still responsible. She partied for a month afterward and lied to police when the disappearance became known. blame the police for that. Her own daughter waited a month - or actually never did report the disappearance. Or if Casey accidentally overdosed Caylee with chloroform to me it’s still murder - maybe not the legal term used in court but the moral meaning of the word. And frankly even if she walked into a room and found Caylee not breathing for some unknown reason (I’m making this up for purposes of this subject so please don’t think it’s a new report or rumor) and she did not call 911 then again to me she’s responsible. I just can’t even think of a possible scenario which absolves Casey of guilt whether the child is alive or dead.

If that’s true then Catholic priests will end up in hell because they’ve listened to confessions from murderers and child molesters and not reported it to police.

As far as lawyers are concerned I don’t much like defense attorneys either except that I really really don’t want to see an innocent person go to jail. Mostly because that means the guilty person got off! I want people to have a good defense. I want to get to the truth and that’s what our justice system is supposed to do except it is so screwed up (with technicalities and such)!

I think most lawyers don’t want their clients to tell them that they are guilty although I’m not sure if the lawyer is then required to report it - anyone know?

And there is a difference between God’s laws and man’s laws. We have to be very careful because we are human and can make mistakes. God already knows the truth. So I am all for due process but it doesn’t mean I have to like smarmy defense lawyers.

My 2 cents…I am not catholic. But even so, taking confession and actively helping a guilty person to distort the truth (in an effort to deceive the judicial system) are 2 totally different situations.

Look we all have been following the case for a long time…too long. We have read and reread the interviews, the evidence, reviewed the timelines. Do I believe Caylee could be alive-sure only under the strangest of reasons, like a staging of a death. Could Casey be innocent? Sure!~ if someone else in her family did it and she was just taking the blame. But these seem like very far fetched fantasies, given the way things played out. If she “staged” it or was covering, I think 30 days would have given her/them a whole lot longer to come up with a better story.

Before any of the hair samples, or dna, or decomp or chloroform information came to light, I still think that Casey reacted EXACTLY like someone with guilt. It was like watching CSI, I am not a seasoned police and it was sooooo evident. Of course the police saw it a mile away. I am sure that they have requested a lie detector from day 2, and it has been refused. I am sure that the defense teams has advised against them-but if you were innocent ( and already thought to be guilty) wouldnt this be your opportunity to clear your name?

If Baez has proof that Caylee is alive, then he could not have a single reason for not releasing it. He doesn’t have proof.

The thing I can’t seem to get over is how consumed I have become with this case. The pictures of Caylee just burn into my soul, it actually hurts to watch those home movies. I cry every time. And I know it probably hurts everyone else also but it’s weird to feel so personal about a little girl I’ve never known.

And to feel so angry and disgusted at a mother I don’t know, and a family I’ve never met. I just can’t justify anything they do. I understand they have had pain, there is no way they could have had then lost an angel like Caylee and not feel the pain I am sure they have. I heard that pain in Cindy’s voice on the 911 calls.

And I get what they are doing, no way do I condone it.. I HATE what they have become. But I know their souls are dying.

Since Casey had the use of her parents credit card(s), I wonder if she purchased the chloroform online with them? A guest on the Nancy Grace program said it is fairly easy to purchase online after answering some questions, but you need a credit card. The authorities should look through the credit card statements to see what Casey bought!!! That might give some clue to this puzzling nightmare!!!

I think the introduction of chloroform into the case brings up some serious questions.
Why would someone use the chemical to put a child to sleep when there are cheaper and safer alternatives?
Why would it be used to kill a toddler?

Why would Casey kill her only bargaining chip that she had to use as emotional blackmail against her parents to get what she wanted at any particular time?

I know this sounds crazy, and doesn’t answer the question as to what happened to Caylee, but could Casey have been planning to fake her own kidnapping to get attention and sympathy from parents that were not bending to her will so easily anymore.
Could Casey have tried the chemical out on Caylee to see the effects, thus causing the little girls death?

I only put this theory out there because I think chloroform is a strange murder weapon, and I think back to Casey leaving her purse in her abandoned car in an area that would easily be discovered by her family.

If anyone had a registered weapon in the Anthony household it would seem the police would have known. Maybe George refused to relinquish it?

My prayers are with the entire Anthony family. This family is so “different”, that one can only imagine that being inside with all of them under one roof is like being in a pressure cooker. I have never seen such a wide variety of lie after lie after lie. Each member of the family seems to say whatever comes to mind…then they forget it and start out with an entirely different scenereo for what happened to poor little Caylee. Unfortunatly, I believe that Cindy has known the truth from the beginning (since the 911 call) and now she is trying to cover all she can. ?????? The evidence is mounting, but so is the time to make up more lies and more cover-up stories.
No matter how this ends…the Anthony family will never be the same ever again. If nothing else our prayers need to be with them, but most especially to and for little Caylee Marie Anthony, a missing little Angel.

Hey JB, I am sure that everyone will gladly offer up an apology if caylee turned up alive, but she won’t be, but will the anthony family offer one to everyone who has searched for their granddaughter, while they sat home and accused everyone else of everything, when they find caylees body? I kinda doubt it!! no then they will say, You all got her killed? You guys need serious help

I’m so obsessed with this case. Being a mother I’m horrified to think that poor baby is laying in the dirt somewhere, or worse eaten by a snake or alligator.

I have a theory…. Casey keeps saying I have no idea where my daughter is. Could that be because she dumped her body in a dumpster, therefore she’s not lying. The dumpster was emptied… she doesn’t know where it goes.

I’m sorry, but I think Casey should be tortured until she tells the truth. Or at least start coming down on Cindy and Lee. They obviously know what happened and they are just trying to cover up for Casey. Let them believe they’re the next going to jail for upholding justice.

My thoughts are this, there is enough evidence to get a conviction, and they will. I believe they are just making sure they take their time, and put it all together. As I have stated before, there is scientific evidence of a decomposing body in casey’s car, and we know the dna matches caseys or caylees. We know casey is alive, so that only leaves caylee and again DNA does not lie…… period. I have to ask, if the body was not caylee’s, the u tell me who it could have been? who else is missing that would be in casey’s trunk? who? George said …….”that body in my daughters car was not my granddaughters” ok give me one logical explanation on who’s body it was, and who put it there, and where did it go??? One logical explanation?
