Thursday Night Tim Miller was a guest on CNN’s Nancy Grace Show. He made a statement saying he was furious with Cindy Anthony after what he said was a lack of cooperation.
Local6.com reports Tim Miller as saying, “I’m pissed off. I feel as though we have been used in this and we are not getting any cooperation. We have done everything Cindy Anthony has asked us to do.”
When Cindy Anthony heard this on Nancy Grace she released a statement Thursday.
Leonard Padilla and Tim Miller came to me under false pretenses – both claiming their sole purpose to find Caylee alive. Tim Miller misrepresented his intentions and is falsely accusing me of not cooperating with him, when it is evident his motives were to obtain publicity for his organizations at the expense of exploiting my granddaughter’s disappearance. Tim Miller tried to discredit Kid Finder’s Network by falsely stating that they tried to pull out of the search for Caylee. Mr. Miller also claims that he spent 12 hours in my home with my family including Casey when in fact he spent only a few hours total with me and minutes with Casey. This is an example of Tim Miller following in Leonard Padilla’s footsteps. Although I feel his organization has a purpose, his misrepresentation has tainted the effort of so many people with good intentions. I would have expected Tim Miller to speak with me one on one, rather than me hearing him on Nancy Grace.
Tim Miller responded to Cindy’s statement saying, “This is about Caylee, period, the end. And I would hope if something has happened to Caylee, I would hope Cindy would want us out here finding her body too. If Cindy wants us to stop looking for her body, guess what – we are not going to.”
Another message was sent to Cindy Anthony on Wednesday from Orange County Sheriff Kevin Beary. “Cindy Anthony was on national TV demanding an apology from the sheriff’s office, Local 5’s Louis Bolden said at a news conference. “It won’t happen,” Beary responded with a chuckle. “It won’t happen. We are doing out job. What we need is credible information especially from her daughter and that is a message I send back to her.”
This really gets to me. Cindy Anthony sounds crazier and crazier every day if you ask me. Why doesn’t she take some of this anger and shove it in her daughter’s face to make her start talking instead of lashing out at innocent people that she seems to think are only after getting her precious little brat behind bars for good.
Tim Miller tried his best Wednesday night on Nancy Grace to show no disrespect to the Anthony’s. Cindy Anthony phoned into the show and voiced her say on the subject of her not cooperating with Miller. So I was not surprised one bit about his comeback Thursday night. If Cindy wants to find her granddaughter she should be a little more thankful for the help she is getting instead of insisting on having it all her way.
The main focus here should be on finding Caylee but they sure are making it hard to do that. Casey’s actions only make people mad. I as a mother of two and a grandmother also of two and one on the way, I can understand being frustrated. The reason the public have been so outraged in this case is because of Cindy Anthony’s own daughter, the mother of little Caylee, Casey Anthony. Cindy keeps saying Caylee is alive. There is not one person I know of that doesn’t wish that too but the evidence is stacking up against that theory and their changing the facts at their convenience is not working anymore.
I say, Cindy get off your ass and make that brat of yours tell what happened to Caylee so she can be brought home whether it be alive or dead. Everyone needs some closure here, especially the one that matters the most, Caylee Marie Anthony. May God be with you Caylee where ever you are.

The entire Anthony family are acting suspicious. They sit around and watch Nancy Grace and other news programs as if they are waiting to see if they got caught yet. Watching to see what evidence is coming out next so they know how to counter it. Most people in this postion wouldn’t be sitting around watching tv, they would be out there looking for their family member if they really believe the child was alive out there somewhere.
Padilla said that he believes something didn’t add up about the preliminary DNA test results that came back last week from the trunk of Anthony’s car. Officials found strands of hair that they ruled could have either been Casey’s or Caylee’s.
“The Feds released information that the hair was either the mother’s or the daughter’s; they didn’t distinguish,” Padilla said. “Why would they not know whether it was the daughter or the mother? They didn’t say it was Caylee’s.”
Padilla said that officials ruled it was Caylee’s hair just by a process of elimination because the hair had a death ring around it and they know Casey is alive. The fact that the DNA is identical has something to do with who the father is, Padilla said.
“Would the DNA from a child resulting from a union from Lee and Casey have basically the same characteristics? Making the preliminary DNA check not definitive as to who the hair samples are from,” he said.
The whole Anthony family is guilty wether they helped kill Caylee or not they are all guilty for covering up for that Monster daughter of theres..there all crazy and need to go away…with there disgusting pig of a daughter/child killer..

Good question. I hope someone in here can shed some info on it. I think something is fishy with casey and lee too. it would give alot of insight into why this family is so dysfunctional.
Bottom line is, the minute Cindy gets some sort of news that she doesn’t want to hear she starts pointing the blame on the guilty party (i.e. the police, Padilla, and now Tim Miller). What she wants is someone who will say, “yes, Cindy you are right….Caylee IS with a babysitter who kidnapped her. We will bring her home alive”.
Unfortunately, I hate to tell her but with all of the evidence it doesn’t look like that is going to happen. Believe me, I feel for the grandparents…I really do. If it were me in that position I would not want to believe what everyone is saying either. But the longer this goes on and the more that comes out….well Cindy, it isn’t looking good for Caylee and your daughter Casey hasn’t done anything to help this case from day one.
If Cindy wants answers…..if she wants to know what happened to her granddaughter then she needs to confront the one person that does know and that is her daughter Casey. Enough with walking on eggshells with that brat…..she needs to start acting like a parent and do something that she should have done a long time ago and that is give some tough love here.
Cindy doesn’t want to find Caylee’s body, because she knows she is dead. Cindy and George will then have no defense for that lying baby killer daughter of theirs. Cindy keeps telling everyone to search for Caylee in New York, Texas. Mexico. and now Puerto Rico. It’d just a matter of time before Caylee is found right in Orlando then justice for Caylee will be done.

I have all along maintained that I believe “Caylee” (a combo of Casey and Lee’s names) may be a product of Casey and Lee’s…thus no name on the Birth Certificate - the picking out of a dead boy as the father, etc. It’s all really really strange. The only time Cindy Anthony has made sense was on the 911 call about the car smelling like a dead body.

I’m thinking the grandparents got rid of Caylee’s body during their “vacation” not long after Casey left with Caylee. I believe they stumbled across the body, protecting daughter, they took it to another state.
It’s hard for me to muster any positive emotions for the Anthony family. A three year old toddler is missing, DEAD even, yet there primary focus seems to be cover up, cover up, cover up. It seems Caylee is the last of their concern. Let’s start with the fact that Florida law enforcement has never issued an amber alert. That speaks volumes. Cindy Anthony is constantly telling the public to look for her granddaugher. I don’t see her and the family out looking. Instead they seem to be acting like celebrities.
In fairness, I don’t know how you handle this type situation as it has never happened to me. I do know that if it were me, I would be looking til the end of time for my child. I would also use the media in the most positive way.
Hmmm, when I think about it, I never would have waited a month to report my child missing.
If Cindy really wants to find Caylee, let her give the tips she says she receives to the press who have manpower and researchers in every city and who can reach the public easier and faster than the police or searchers can.

With regard to the hair sample found in Casey’s trunk. The FBI ruled that the hair was in fact Csylee’s. This was determined by the length and color of Caylee’s hair which matched the hair sample that was tested and decomposition fluid that was on the hair strands. Cssey had to give a hair sample when she was arrested along witb other samples such as her blood type etc.

What I find the most saddest in this whole Anthony Fiasco is how much media coverage the case has gotten and then the Anthony SPIT in everyones’ faces. Talk about looking a GIFT HORSE in the mouth. Casey didn’t volunteer the information about Caylee missing. Cindy found her at Tony’s house, with the help of a friend, and brought her home after the car that smelled like death was retrieved from the tow yard. After Cindy made the first 911 call Casey finally told Lee that the babysitter took Caylee and Lee told Cindy. When Casey realized that police were gong to be involved she had to come up with a story to cover up the truth about what really happened to Casey. I think Cindy made the first 911 call out of anger at Casey for not letting her see Caylee and thought it would force Casey’s hand in bringing Caylee home. I doubt that Cindy would have made the 911 call if she knew that Caylee was really missing. Hind site is 20/20. I’m sure Cindy feels guilt for getting this whole train wreck started.

I live in Texas not far from where Tim Miller’s daughter was found murdered in 1984….the case has never been solved. This man is devoted to finding the missing…dead or alive….in the name of Laura Miller.

Or George. I read somewhere that George is Casey’s stepfather, not biological father. Given that Casey is a loose woman, it would not be a stretch of the imagination for her to have been intimate with him.

I’ve been asking for weeks: have George and Lee been DNA tested?? It is beyond strange that Cindy Anthony has given no fewer than three (3) statements regarding Caylee’s mysterious father, including one while under oath. While the thought makes the whole sick mess even sicker, it certainly might explain the rallying of the Anthony troops at all cost–even poor little Caylee’s life. Additionally, Casey’s behaviors are textbook to that of child sexual abuse survivors. Of course, that very behavior makes the possibility they really don’t know who the father is just as real.
Does anyone know why George either left or was let go from the Sheriff’s Dept in Ohio? He moved to FL directly after and has only worked ’security’ (i.e., rent-a-cop) jobs ever since. Perhaps he merely retired; just wondering if anyone knows.

I don’t think that Caylee’s death was premeditated. Casey was probably sedating Caylee so she wouldn’t run interference with her partying lifestyle and it got out of hand.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — Eyewitness News has learned Casey Anthony will be bonded out of jail Friday morning. Two bond agencies, Macdonald Bail Bonds out of Kissimmee and Joe Von Waldner Bail Bonds out of Orlando, are working together to post the $500,000 bond.
The agencies each put up $250,000. At this time, no details are available as to why the two agencies decided to post the bond. Casey Anthony will be on home confinement and monitoring when she is released.

Orange County, FL - Casey Anthony, the mother of missing toddler Caylee Marie Anthony, will be released from jail on Friday, authorities said. Anthony’s $500,200 bail has been posted, a jail worker said.
The anthony family dont want the searches to happen in Orlando…..because they know the truth. When the truth comes out, I hope that they are all charged with possibly helping and covering up the crime. Otherwise they should stop watching TV and show active participation with the searches.

The way I read about the park the Casey Anthony said she was there with Caylee, Zenaida and her sister Samantha with Samantha’s four children and they hit Casey and told her not to say anything for 4 weeks to the police or anyone and then they took off with Caylee. A totally new lie from what I have ever heard.
They said that is one reason they were looking in the park.

“Ms Anthony’s rights have been grossly violated.” The statement from whoever is providing the bond says. Now comes the brilliant plan of making the perpetrator the victim. No. Caylee’s rights were grossly violated. Sadly, because there are plenty of evil people who want their moment of fame, and are willing to sell Caylee to get it, Caylee will probably not get justice until the next life.
Obviously, Cindy does not want that body found. She needs an attorney to tell her to keep her big mouth shut? I just have to comment on all the talk of Lee/George being Caylee’s father. I think that Padilla probably had his facts mixed up when he made that statement. My guess is that the hair sample analysis required the use of mitochondrial DNA, which is different than nuclear DNA. For the most part, each person has their own unique nuclear DNA, however we inherit our mitochondrial DNA from our mother and it is identical to hers. Therefore, all maternal siblings, mothers and daughters, etc. have identical mitochondrial DNA. So, an analysis conducted using only mitochondrial DNA would not be able to differentiate between Casey and Caylee. I think Baez got whoever fronted Padilla to post the bond again to try to force the state to file murder charges against her before they find a body. Baez said on camera when Padilla bailed her out that he hoped the state would file murder charges against her before they were ready. He can move for a speedy trial and get the jury to decide before they find a body.
I think Baez and the Anthony family are afraid that Equisearch is going to find the body and they will have proof Caylee is dead and how long she’s been dead. This will seal a murder one conviction against Casey.
Cindy has been going nuts since the searches have begun for a dead body. I believe she knows exactly where that body is and is terrified the police will find it.
I think Lee, George and Cindy all should be charged with obstruction of justice. They’ve all lied to the police and the public and Cindy washed proof Casey killed Caylee right out of Casey’s pants after she admitted she washed them because they smelled like the car which she told 911 smelled like a dead body. In the beginning My heart bled for those Grandparents. No one deserves what has happened to them. Guess What? That baby has been gone close to 3 months. Cindy doesn’t understand the probability factor that Caylee is dead; which is why Tim Miller is searching for a dead body. At this point, she knows they can’t prove she is dead and assumes she will be found alive according to the sightings. And, Cindy may well think everything should go her way….but, the preliminary findings gave them considerable hope that Caylee is alive.
I kind of thought it may be the father George too. Only because I read that Cindy had filed for divorce against him back when Casey was pregnant then recinded it, changing her mind. Maybe she walked in on her daughter and husband together?
The whole Anthony clan knows the next step is murder charges. They can’t back down now. They must try to push trough and convince the world caylee is running around the world with the Zenada family. I wonder if she got a passport. It is unimportant since this is all a fairy tale. The trial is in November. Desertrose, I trust that the state and the police are smart. They won’t file murder charges prematurely. They will probably file other charges to get her back in jail. I think the Anthonys might have got some money for a book or movie deal and have posted the bond with that money. I think they are going to try to sneak Casey out of the country - maybe Puerto Rico. Cindy keeps bringing up Caylee is in Puerto Rico. She could then lay a false trail and claim she is Zanaida. I wouldn’t put anything past the Anthonys.
I do fear Casey is going to end up being shot to death by an angry protester and then Cindy can moan that the police and the press got her daughter killed.

Quite possible. If Cindy didn’t take it maybe Casey broke into her office and stole it.
