I think that Caylee was first unconscious and thrown in a body of water infested by aligators! I lived in Florida for 12 years and even had one in my garage once. I don't think that they will ever find them and she is gaining time by stalling- 6 months from now, she'll go forward and make up an accidental story, after all,she already has been convicted! SHARPES FERRY – Marion County sheriff’s officials confirmed Monday that the torso found in the Ocklawaha River on Sunday afternoon is human.

Sheriff’s Office crews arrived at the Sharpes Ferry bridge at daybreak Monday to search for other evidence near where the body was found. The sheriff’s Field Force Team searched the banks of the river while divers felt their way through the muddy water.

Jenifer Fisher, a Sheriff's spokeswoman, said an autopsy will be performed on the remains today to determine additional information including the approximate age and sex of the person. The boater told sheriff officials he spotted the remains on the water's edge about 300 yards north of the bridge on County Road 314, Fisher said. About a dozen deputies and two sheriff's dive teams, along with K-9 units, are searching the area. Thank you, MMT! I think I understand what you’re saying now - that Caylee was already dead and decomposing and moved from the trunk of the car to back yard for only a few minutes or hour or something but not actually buried there? That’s certainly possible.

In the other theory: If the depression is relevant (and the Ants never came up with a reason for it being there) it makes sense.

]]> By: pammyliz http://www.bloggernews.net/117595#comment-609862 pammyliz Mon, 15 Sep 2008 17:47:30 +0000 http://www.bloggernews.net/117595#comment-609862 hi all, found you guys, tired to leave me behind but I found you all...lol was reading all the theories of each of you, and thought I would share mine at what I think happened thus far, but have maybe 2 theories.. my first one is on the drugging her, she had been drugging her for maybe over a year or more.(chloroform) basically whenever she left that house, when cindy asked she came up with a nanny, and was believed so cindy never worried... then when she wanted to go out she used the stuff, and either placed in trunk so noone would see the baby and alert someone, she maybe was careful at how long she stayed gone and maybe even checked on her at times, then on that horrid night, she checked and discovered her dead. at this time in her mind she knows this is now murder, so, she returns home or tried to call the family, once back home thery are all gone.. she then buries in backyard, hence asking for the shovel.. then for whatever reason, she panics she knows this isnt gonna fly dads too smart, he'll know.. or find her. so she unburies her, and then heads off and finds a new burial spot, by this time the body is really reeking. shes not stupid she has to get rid of the smelling car, which is why she put it next to the dumpster, again not being a stupid murderer, she then has to make it appear like all is fine, which is why she allows photos, and acts in front of friends as if its all ok.. she knows this is coming down later and shes already covering...she has to act completely surprised when LE comes knocking and then when the car place calls C & G now the gig is up, and she comes home with the story, this is what I believe in my heart happened. Another thing that bothers me is the Ants seem to maintain their property very well. I would think that Casey would be afraid to bury her daughter there knowing C or G would notice unusual digging. So, without a perfect timeline on when Casey borrowed the shovel, I’m still thinking it was premeditated and it happened on 6/16. She came back after G left for work backing her car into the garage, with plans of putting Caylee in the trunk after the dirty deed was done. But, then when it happened, she maybe panicked for a moment (although, I find that unusual for her) and for a split second or two tried to get a shovel and bury Caylee in the backyard but the shed was already locked. (C mentioned that they locked the shed to keep Caylee safe but she also said, which I found strange) that only she and G had the key or combination… I forgot which way it was locked. Anyway, Casey then went across the street and got the shovel. After she got back and maybe moved Caylee’s body to a different area of the yard, she decided it wasn’t safe for her to bury Caylee so close to C& G, even temporarily. So, she ended putting Caylee’s body in the trunk and after returning the shovel, it was too late for her to find a place to bury Caylee (because, of course, getting back to her boyfriend, who she was grooming as a victim) was most important in her devious plan to be free.
