In the Scott Petersen case, the family initially supported him, but upon finding out he was having an affair, had porn installed on cable days after her disappearance, and was lying about some other things, they immediately withdrew their support. That is how sane people react. She steals, she lies, and she parties while her daughter is supposedly kidnapped…and she says she’s too scared to get help. Riiiiiiiight.

Where will Casey get to eat brownies now? What will her lawyer do with his apparently copious amounts of free time? Every person who has been a mother of a little girl knows that this is not how a person acts who’s daughter has been kidnapped. This is how the Susan Smith’s and Scott Petersen’s who faked the kidnapping react.

Scott Peterson’s mother and father still to this day say Scott is innocent. Only his half sister believed he was guilty.

I am glad you finally posted this blog Jan. I was thrilled when I read the news that the bond had been rescinded and she would stay in jail.

I am glad Casey Anthony is finally getting consequences for her bad behavior. She has lied and stolen from her family and friends for years and her parents always covered up for her.

I applaud the police for arresting her when she lied to them and would not cooperate in the search for her toddler who had been missing 31 days.

I applaud her friend Amy for filing charges against Casey for stealing $700 from her and I applaud the police for re-arresting her a week after she was out on bail for stealing money from Amy.

I applaud the bonding company for rescinding the bond and keeping Casey in jail after she lied and said she wanted to get out so she could help in the search for her daughter and then refused to discuss her daughter to bounty hunters who were going to search for her. She also refuses to help searchers who are looking for Caylee now.

None of us wanted Caylee to be dead but most of us feared she was the minute her mother told the 911 operator her granddaughter was missing and her daughter’s car smelled like a dead body and a homicide detective and two cadaver dogs confirmed it.

I am confident that even though it is doubtful that Casey will ever tell us what happened that she will be convicted and go to prison for the death of her child.

Are you kidding? Casey would never kill herself. Narcistic sociopaths never kill themselves. They think only of themselves.

I think she is even more than a sociopath at this point - several people have described her as being in another dimension or universe. I really think she got into something like MMDA while partying and it made her existing emotional issues much worse. I saw similar things happen to friends in college (one became bipolor, the other schizophrenic) after taking MDA (that was before MMDA/extasy was available).

I’m glad Casey is back in jail. I’m convinced Caylee is no longer alive. It is just a sad and sordid situation. I’m turing my attention to more constructive things - though of course I hope she is found for a proper burial.

Cindy needs to quit covering up for Casey. It doesnt do any good. She has called her a sociopath and now denies what she said in her 911 call about the smell in the car. Casey has stolen from her friend her mother and her own 80 year old granddmother. Caseys lawyer said the police are making her look bad. Casey has done a good job of that herself!!!!!! Oh yeah, sorry, I meant to say Laci’s family, not Scott’s. They supported him at first. I just can’t believe that I wouldn’t support my daughter, but in reality, and truth, not in lies. I would be there through all of this, but we certainly wouldn’t be making up that other people must’ve put bodies in the trunk of her car.

How come we haven’t heard anything about the searchers today? Have their been any reports yet?

Perhaps a clue? Remember Cindy stating, “We’v already lost one child; we don’t want to lose another.” when speaking of Casey before she was released from custody the first time?

Have the Padillas pulled out yet, with their big motorhome and their “high tech” equipment (a taser, a laptop and a printer, LOL!)

They will be the laughing stock of Sacramento when they return, but then again, Leonard Padilla has always posed crazy entertainment for those in the criminal justice system.

I still have doubts about the timeline; everyone seems to be numerically challenged. First it was June 9th, no wait…now it’s June 16th, no….maybe after the 24th because Grund heard her talking to Caylee on the phone in the background…then the car breaks down, sits about three days and is towed on the 30th…a woman reports seeing her at the airport on July 2nd….hmmmmmmmmmm

As the weeks go by, I’m beginning to think nothing is going to change with this case. I believe Casey must have put Caylee in a dumpster and that she is now in a landfill somewhere. I don’t believe Casey will ever tell what she knows and that Cindy will continue to change her stories every time Casey changes hers. I guess the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. A defense attorney is the perfect enabler. You don’t have to say anything and he/she will be supportive, caring, and twist the facts to help you. Just look at how Baez protectively held Casey close to him when she was bonded out of jail, like she was a gentle little flower who was misunderstood instead of a pathological liar and thief who has turned a city upside down and deliberated obstructed justice. It’s just horrifying and so sad.

Oh, Jenny, I think you grossly underestimate the OCSO. They already have issued subpoenas and certainly would not need the shovel neighbor for a child neglect case. I think they are very close to filing homicide charges.However, I do agree that Caylee might never be found, unfortunaterly. That sickie might never talk, just like Scott Peterson. Their brains must have simular defective wiring.

I believe this child is dead and this mother is very confident that the body will not be found. Very sad. This is not the face of a grieving mother this is the face of a spoiled lying brat.

I really hope more people in the Orlando/ Orange County area get out and search for Caylee. There were tons of protesters out but according to news reports those w/ the Equusearch group said about 100 turned out. If I lived closer I would definitely volunteer some of my time to this.

Just saw Jessie Grund’s father interviewed tonight (former fiancee of the monster) and he is coming forward now and speaking outright because they (Anthony’s & Baez) are trying to finger his son Jessie for the crime.

I’m afraid he could very well be their scape goat. When I heard she was getting out on bail a little more than a week ago, I thought then they were all going to circle the wagons and strategize as to who they could pin this on. After she abandoned her car, on 6/27 she called Jessie and they went to (& spent the night) the beach together. Jessie said early on in the investigation, that he heard Caylee’s voice in the background during a phone call with monster but then changed his statement and said he wasn’t 100% sure. And when I heard that,I thought then he might be the one person they might finger and say he knew where the car was left and being a former cop, they will say he knew his way around security (at the tow yard) and he “placed” Caylee’s body in the trunk, he heard Caylee’s voice on the 24th and also, his number shows up during the flurry of phone calls she made on the 16th.

You can bet your bottom dollar they are working on someone else to lay blame on besides the monster. What we don’t know yet, to quote Baez. is the “the very compelling reason”, why he says the monster couldn’t talk in order to “protect Caylee” and the reason she will be awarded “Mother of the year” award per Cindy. My heart aches for Caylee but I truly fear yet another innocent person and family may be about to feel the wrath of the monster. As if she hasn’t hurt enough people already, MOST importantly, Caylee.

Concerned, thank you for your generous work that you are putting together to honor little Caylee. We did all fall in love with her and I know she will live and play in my heart eternally.

Perhaps the Anthony family do not wish to think of Caylee as dead in hopes she will be found alive. There are many places to hide a dead body, and I’m sure they’ve explored them all. It seems unlikely Jessie Grund would have had anything to do with Caylee’s disappearance; it is likely, however, that if something had happened to Caylee, that Casey would have called Grund for his help after not getting in touch with her parents. Grund has police experience and is someone she could trust; it seems as if she doesn’t trust many.

I agree sassy. You said it well. How can you not know your daughter doesn’t really have a job, or a babysitter? How can you not at least inquire about the babysitter if you care about your granddaughter who lives with you that you are raising as your own, and you know your daughter is not trustworthy????? Cindy sez, “I never asked Caylee about the babysitter.” None of it makes sense. WHERE was Caylee when Casey SAID she was at the babysitter’s? That’s what I want to know.

Mandi, wow that is a interesting take on the defence that Baez could be preparing for Casey. How are they going to explain her backing up to the garage with a borrowed shovel around Jun 17 or 18? Though I bet they can wring Jessie with his recanting of whether he actually heard Caylee on June 24th or not. Still no one saw Caylee after the morning of the 16th. That is 11 days between the last time she was seen and when anyone else (Jessie or otherwise) could have had public access to the car when it was abandoned. I guess it is all about the potential for “reasonable doubt” though.

You know I saw someone who had posted on an ABC message board, that they thought there could have been another body in the back of Casey’s car, and the cops could be using the situation with Caylee to flush out info on the other body. Sounds really over the top in terms of conspiracy theories, but this person had quite a number of insightful comments over a wide range of cases on the ABC message boards. Weird?

I really wonder about the connection between Jessie Gund, Tony Rusciano and Casey. So that is at least three men she is apparently spending the night with within approximately the same month,(Anthony Lazzaro, Tony Rusciano and Jessie Gund)? And Jessie introduced Tony R. to Casey? I really wonder why Tony R. would risk his job lying about his association with Casey? This is again where I suspect some connection to some kind of drug ring (MDMA/sex ring?).

Incidentally, I was mistaken above on the chemical abbreviation of Ecstasy. I thought
Ecstasy was MMDA, but it is actually MDMA (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MDMA). All of these drugs (MDA, MMDA, MDMA) are related in form and mechanism of action , but while MDA is considered the most toxic/unpredictable of the drugs - Ecstasy/MDMA can have serious neurotoxic effects that can occur even after one dose.

Also, I’m not merely speculating about the drug usage, members of her family have posted about this concern. Cindy Anthony’s brother posted about Casey’s stealing and the general family concerns about this. He mentions in that post that he suspected the new crowd of friends she was partying with were into either Coke or Ecstasy. Given the “partying” pictures we’ve all a seen and the content of Casey’s photo account (very counter culture, partying, anti-cop oriented images), along with the amount of money she was burning through, I think she was definitely into some serious drug usage.

Ultimately we are all responsible for our actions, and I don’t want anyone to “get off” from a premeditated act, or even a cowardly act of covering up an accident. But I also think hard about the social issues around drug usage, and some folks genetically becoming more damaged from them. If you are the 1 in 1000, or 1 in 10,000 that goes some form of crazy (or more crazy) after taking these drugs - how does that fit in with personal responsibility? Again, I’m not saying that this is a complete defense - but I think might be considered as a mitigating factor. Almost like if someone had a brain tumor and started doing off the wall things. I mean if your car brakes fail, and you can’t stop the car in time, are you completely at fault for an accident? We assess behavior of somone who is mentally ill from within the framework of our own experience which is more typically “sane”, but if your brain just plain stops working right, does our perception of “selfish intent” apply in the same way to their level of functioning? But anyway you view it… you stil want them off of the street so they can’t hurt themselves and others again.

I believe if the authorities in Orlando were to give casey a dose of “truth serum” then, and only then would we learn exactly what happened to this beautiful child. Oh, yes I do believe she was on some type of dope due to the fact that casey had a seizure one night while out partying with friends and they rushed her to an er there outside the Orlando area.

I think Casey did something stupid like leaving the kid alone in a hot car and when she came back
and found the kid dead she put her in the trunk until she could dispose of the body. This is a
completely amoral person catered to by a fruitcake of a mother. Try and convict her of homicide with
life imprisonment without parole..parole possible
if she reveals where she stashed the body.

My friend and I have really been involved with this whole mess. My friend called me and told me she had been praying for Caley. During her prayer a deep calmness came over her and she knew Cayle is okay. She is in the arms of Jesus being loved more than she could ever be here on earth. Yes we want a proper burial if possible but don’t worry about Cayle she is okay in the arms of Jesus….

Also Cooldede i watch a show the other night on creamation(strange considering this case) and they say to creamate a body the old fashion way could take more than six hours where in a creamatory it takes about an offer.

Chloroform??? WTF? There can’t possibly be a reasonable explanation for this! Everyday, the findings just get worse. This really needs to come to an end - lock her up and throw away the key.
