This whole thing is soooo screwed up! Why isen’t Casey back in jail? Something just isen’t right. After finding all of this evidence shouldn’t she have been put back in the slammer? Her lawyer wraps his arms around her to protect her…Just think…he’s wraping his arms around a BABY MURDER A COLD HEARTED BITCH MURDERER!! If I was his wife, if he has one…I would divorce him cuz I wouldn’t want him to touch me EVER AGAIN!! I think that Cindy and George were and still are covering up for her. What do they do all day long in that small house? They are ALL SICK IN THE HEAD!! This is just the beginning…they have to live with this for the rest of there lives.

Maybe, just a thought, the reason why Casey doesn’t say who the father is, is because she was raped and doesn’t know who the father is, and maybe the family started then with lies to protect there daughter. Maybe she stole from them because she feels they stoled her life by making her have the baby. Has any news came out about the pregnancy. I heard that she denied her pregnancy up to her 8th month. She was in denial. Just like her Mother is (Cindy)today. If they are Catholic’s, they don’t believe in abortion, so they talked her into having the baby even though Casey didn’t want it. Now Casey has a hard time forgiving her parents for making her have the baby. I don’t know, I just think it’s strange that good parents aren’t going to do what they have to do to make sure that a person who gets their daughter pregnant takes some responsibility for the baby and certainly would find out know who he is. Maybe the parents demanded everything be hush hush and they all then started living and telling lie after lie after lie. Maybe thats why Casey is the way she is. Her mother seems to have stories and excuses for everything. She kinda acts strange & weird sometimes. Something isn’t right about her.

I think Caysee accidentally killed her daughter by being neglectful. If she did it on purpose she would have probably come up with a better string of lies to cover up her story. Nothing she says makes sense and sounds like she made it up as she went along. I also do not think she even knows who the father of little Caylee is. She slept around so much that she has no clue so she just made up a story that he died in a car accident. How convenient! She probably put that poor baby in a swamp to be eaten by alligators. I blame her parents as well for Caylee’s disappearance. How do you not know where your daughter works. She was “let go” from Universal two years ago. Where was she going when she supposedly dropped her daughter off at random babysitters. Where did she get money for gas or other expenses? Her parents had to be supporting her.

I think it is time for Casey Anthony to start opening her mouth and telling the authorities where Caylee’s body is so she can be brought home and laid to rest right!!!!! Her keeping closed mouth is not going to change the forensic results on the hair in the trunk, the stain in the trunk, the odor, the cadaver dogs hitting on the trunk and the backyard; so her goose is cooked so she had better just start talking.

Baez saying that the forensic results are inconclusive and do not reveal anything about Caylee being deceased and then George Anthony stating that it was not his granddaughter’s body in the trunk. Wake up George, whose body would it be? Did your daughter go kill someone else, steal a body from the morgue and put it in the trunk and then planted Caylee’s hair on that corpse.

I pray they find Caylee’s body soon. Casey states she does not know where Caylee is and that may be the truth in a way especially if she placed her body in the ocean or in a swamp with gators, which is horrible to think about, but is possible.

Casey is a lot like Scott Peterson. Neither of them look like they would hurt anyone. There are lots of others out there like them too. Just think about it, Susan Smith, Ted Bundy, OJ Simpson, Jeffrey Dahmer. All of them were/are narcissistic. Just read true crime books. So many killers are this personality type. That’s why I think it’s important to study people, so that we can know how to prevent the development of the types of personality disorders that result in tragedies like these.

I think its obvious that Caylee is indeed dead. From the beginning I knew this. What mother doesn’t report her daughter missing for thirty days unless she had something to do with the disappearance. Also it sickens me that the grandparents believe her. DNA doesn’t lie, people do. I think she should get life in jail without the possibility of parole. In jail the other prisoners are going to make her suffer just like she made her daughter suffer. Killing her with lethal injection is to fast and easy. She needs to pay for her actions.

Heartbrokenforcaylee, maybe you should slow down some as well.

1) Right, Cindy Anthony did call the police. She might not have been covering it up at the time, but that doesn’t mean she wasn’t covering up afterwards. You don’t know what went on between her and Casey after those calls were made. She lied and got her parents on her side.
2) Just because there were no psych problems or abuse/neglect complaints doesn’t mean that she wasn’t psychotic or treating the kid poorly. Again, you don’t know all the details, so don’t claim to.
3) Of course the Anthonys are desperate to believe that Caylee is alive. They don’t want a daughter who is responsible for killing (premeditated or accidental) a kid and they don’t want to think that their granddaughter is dead. As far as giving them a break, they shouldn’t have added to the media circus if they wanted a break.
4) You’re really not making a valid point on people thinking that George or Lee are the father. What do Lee’s emails have to do with paternity?

I think everyone should slow down just a bit.
1) air tests reveal a decomposing himan in the trunk of Casey’s car. Dna tests confirm that it was Caylee’s dna and that it was from a dead corpse not alive person. They are saying there is bacteria that is released in the hair cells that are only emitted after death.
2) Everyone should remember that Cindy Anthony called the police in the first place, if she was helping cover it up she would never have made the call.
3) At no point prior to now have there been any records produced that said Casey has had psych problems before now, no criminal record, no problem reports from school or teachers. There have been no reports or complaints of neglect or abuse prior to now.
4) I think the Anthony’s are desperate to believe that their grandchild is alive. I can’t imagine having to cope with the death of a grandchild much less having to accept that my own child did this. I think we have to give them a bit of a break for emotional stress.
5) We all know someone can be extremely disturbed and it is not always the fault of the parents. I have kids too and I have tried hard to do right by them and they still make stupid mistakes. ( none that even warrant jail for the record)
6) Why believe that George or Lee Anthony are the dad. Included in the 400 pages are emails that Lee Anthony sent to police detailing info given to the parents and him at visitation with Casey. They are quietly sharing info with investigators.
Didn’t mean to go keep on for so long, but I think we should all put ourselves in the Anthony’s shoes, read the evidence and then make an informed opinion. After all I read I don’t believe Caylee died on accident, I think Casey either got angry or wanted to punish her mom. If i were too scared to admit to an accident and tried to cover it up I would at least have a good date to work from. Casey lied about even that. George and Cindy have turned over computers, and answered questions and I think they are just at the breaking point. How do you accept something so horrible from your own flesh and blood. We can’t accept it and we don’t even know any of them.

The therapist on Nancy Grace said an interesting thing about determining if it was a murder or accident. She said after an accident, a mother would have been depressed and wouldn’t have been able to get out of bed or leave the house for a month. After a murder, the murderer goes partying and celebrates because they are glad to get rid of the person. It’s like dancing on their grave.

Many spouses are suspected of killing their spouse if they don’t act like a grieving widow or widower but are out partying and having fun or immediately dating or marrying someone else.

I think the police leaked the air test and DNA information on purpose because Padilla bonded Casey out saying he believed Caylee was alive because the cops had not charged Casey with murder. Both Baez and Padilla indicated they believed the air test for a dead body in the car and DNA test on fluid and hair had come back negative since no murder charges were filed.

Padilla said the bond would be revoked if the DNA evidence came in saying Caylee was dead or Casey was arrested for murder.

The next day the information started leaking out about the air test and DNA. They want Casey to go back to jail and realize they are on to her hoping she’ll give up the body. She’s headed back Saturday and if she doesn’t talk to investigators they will most likely charge her with first degree murder which carries the death penalty, hoping she’ll plead guilty to a lesser charge.

I doubt if you can crack Casey. She’s not told the truth in 10 weeks despite 36 days sitting in a tiny jail cell and she didn’t tell her own family squat when they took her home and pampered her.

Padilla said Casey lives in her own little world and isn’t “all there.” I hope she doesn’t get off on a mental deficiency defense.

The Anthony spokesperson, Baez and Cindy all need to let the public believe Caylee is alive to set up a defense that she can’t be guilty of murder if Caylee isn’t dead.

Does anybody really believe that a defense attorney, a former homicide detective and his registered nurse wife who know the smell of a dead body and what it means didn’t know the day they recovered the car that Caylee was dead? The rest of us who paid attention to the dead body smell knew she was dead even though we hoped she wasn’t.

All this Caylee is out there and she was kidnapped BS was all to create reasonable doubt when Casey was charged with murder.

According to a statement from the orlando PD they have not recieved all the evidence and are still recieving it a little at a time. They also said they are still treating this as a missing person case and there has been no talk of further charges as of yet. They said they are also not making assumptions if Caylee is dead or alive.

After the test results were announced Wednesday, Local 6 received a statement from Anthony family spokesman Larry Garrison.

It states: “Reports surrounding the DNA of Caylee Anthony are being disputed by the family and their attorney.”

Garrison said he was just told that Caylee has not been found.

The statement also said the sheriff’s department never told them that the University of Tennessee was conducting tests and that has not been confirmed.

The statement also said no plea deal is being discussed.

Hair samples found in the trunk of Casey Anthony’s car are definitely that of her daughter, Caylee, and the hair samples do show signs of decomposition, Local 6 confirmed today.

Ok, I’m hanging it up for the night. Last thought…I hope that this immunity/plea deal doesn’t ruin the chances of Casey spending a considerable amount of time in prison. I’m hopeful that the DA and investigators are covering all their bases.

Holloway’s mother is coming in a bit late. Why not just stay home and give a phone call for support?

Also, I just read that the princess will be back in jail on Saturday, hopefully to never see freedom again.

I heard that the bounty hunter wants her back in prison to protect her from death threats. More of a publicity stunt for him?

Also, the spokesman for the family should be ashamed of himself. Does he really do this for a living? The guy stated when Casey was released that they were more certain that Caylee was kidnapped. What led them to that conclusion? More lies?

A nationally-known search company is in Orange County to search for Caylee Anthony. EquuSearch has also assisted in the search for missing teen Natalee Holloway in Aruba. Holloway’s mother will also be in town, as she’s scheduled to arrive on Saturday.

4-7 years isn’t enough. She needs to be put away for a long, long time. Is it bad to hope that something bad happens to her in prison? She’ll probably lie or show attitude to the wrong person in there and get what’s coming to her. However, I’m guessing she’ll be away from the general population.

Amy, the death could still be considered accidental even if the burning shows that there was the intent of covering it up.

Based on the current charges that she’s already got, does anyone know the maximum jail time she’d be looking at? Even if they have a tough time with murder, manslaughter, negligent homicide, etc., I’m guessing she’d get the max on those other charges.

To bad, I guess many of us suspected the worst and hoped for the best. It seems to me that she ‘might’ have burned the body to a point that would perhaps be considered cremated. Of course it is mere speculation on my part and I have no idea what happen. I don’t think they will get a murder charge on Casey without the body, perhaps manslaughter??

The magnitude of this and all of the people she has hurt througout this entire ordeal is enormous. Just think of the people she named to Police that didn’t even know her ir eveb know of her and now ALL of their personal info, including their SSN’s is out there for all the world to see. I believe if I were her family and had just read those 400 pages of documents, I would be eating a lot of humble pie and keep my mouth shut. And I would not tell reporters that you have been on a first name basis with for 6 weeks now to “get the hell of my property” after I used them over & over in the beginning of this case.

Yeah that tatoo apparently had three branches in it or something that people have theorized represented Caylee’s 3 years on earth. It is reported that she got the tatoo not long after when the alleged ‘kidnapping’ or murder would have taken place.

I think that was just Casey’s word to make her sound like something. She apparently referred to her friend who watched Caylee the same way.

From what it sounds like, the bounty hunter and bondsman are making the act of getting this psycho back in jail sound much more difficult than it is. They’re milking this to get attention, just like going to Florida in the first place.

Clearly, the defendant is a “sociopath” and that’s how people close to her have defined her. She thought she could get away with it and possibly has started to believe her own lies. Her parents have harbored her actions long enough, and now they’re playing into it with their own lies. She’s not going to give any details. She’s only out for herself. I heard she got a tattoo not long before getting arrested. It says “beautiful life”. Enjoy that life behind bars, princess.

From the beginning, I thought the kid was dead, but I assumed it was an accident. The more that I’ve heard over the last week makes me think that it might have been intentional, but I am still divided.

Yanno, that is the one question I had hoped investigators would have asked Casey. How is it that you can afford a nanny but you don’t work? I mean the thing is, everyone thought that she had a job so I guess to tell people that you have a nanny and they think you’re working…..well she really put one over on everybody.
But what amazes me is that you never hear anything about Caylee mentioning her nanny or anything like that. Most little kids that love their caregiver usually ahve some reaction when a name is brought up, etc. ( yes, even at the age of 2). It just makes me wonder if Casey out the fear of God into Caylee to not say anything to her grandparents regarding the ficticious nanny.

Doubtful, Of course every case is different but I don’t think it would have taken much arm twisting at all for them to get custody of Caylee form Casey. Afterall, remember who controlled the purse strings.

It’s not normal not to know who is (supposedly) caring for your grandchild. Hypothetical, what if Casey had been killed in an auto accident while Caylee was with the nanny, where/how would Cindy/George know where to find and retrieve Caylee?? She wouldn’t and there’s no way a mother, grandmother, and an RN (and former cop) would allow someone to care for her grandchild and not even know how to contact them in the event of an emergency.

I’m sorry, but Cindy’s actions just do not pass the smell test. Yes, I think she loved Caylee and would not harm her, intentionally. But look what’s happened by way of her lack of parenting and enabling this monster of a daughter. I can tell you for sure, that anyone that took care of my children albeit a nanny, school,etc. always had my ALL of family’s phone numbers, addresses, and visa versa. Most logical people would insist on it.
