I knew from the beginning the little girl was no longer alive. Why is this ‘woman who gave birth to her’ (I have a hard time calling her a mother) allowed to have liberties not afforded to anyone else in such a case?

Man, that Cindy is a piece of work! I’m telling you, she will never acknowledge that Caylee is dead unless a body is presented in front of her. These people…….that whole family is truly amazing.

I am appalled by the out come of this investigation. I blame the grandparents for making a 19 year old, unstable woman, give birth to a child she did not want. It would have been more merciful to abort or have the child adopted. Instead, they waited till she was three years of age with feelings and some idea of what was going on and they murdered her. I am sick to my stomach.

I agree with the above post (concerned about Caylee). I feel the entire family is so so dsyfunctional and have been for years. The grandparents could have prevented this tragedy but like Casey, they looked the other way and went on as if nothing wrong was going on. The grandparents should be charged with hindering justice. They knew what happened from the getgo and lead us all on this circus ride without concern for the honor of poor Caylee. No wonder the police wont get a confession from Casey. Her parents still won’t admit tht she is dead, despite their coverups. I am not a revengeful person but I would like them all to get their comeupance. Cindy makes me almost as sick as Casey does. The apple didn’t fall far from the tree. The sympathetic side of me says they all need help, but the rational side of me says they all need jail time. They all got us so involved in this morbid, sick case.

I think she left her daughter in the car overnight to party. I believe she put her in the trunk so that no one would see her while she was sleeping. When she came back in the morning her daughter passed away. I think she drove around with her in the trunk for a few hours or days. She burried her but the smell was so overwelming still in the car that she ditched it. She in her gut believes her lies are believed by others. She has a sickness. I know because I have two family members with it. They really really lie a lot and think only of themself. Everything they do is for their own benefit. They manipulate everyone and everything around them to get their way. They like to spend other people’s money and can’t hold a job long. They think a good man or women will save them. They blame everyone for everything wrong in their lives. They don’t have real tears. They use sex like a tool to get what they want. Most of their close family members have caught them in lies but they continue to lie anyway. They don’t think they are sick they think everyone else is just stupid.

May this child’s grandparents find strengh in eachother and love. Casey sure won’t be providing it or any more information.

And another thing, why all this ‘protection’ for Casey? I thought she told her lawyer that “I’m innocent” and “I want to hold my head up high”. Ok…..so now I think she should do just that….start going to her appointments with no bodyguards and holding her head up high. I mean after all, Casey is innocent, right?

Kevin, new test results that came out today prove that the hair and stain do in fact come from Caylee anthony.

I read that the trunk had scratch marks on it but I dont know how true it is. Casey Anthony needs to get off her high horse and come clean with the authorities and tell them where she has put Caylee’s body so she can be buried with dignity and not laying somewhere all alone. But Caylee is in God’s arms now and we all know this by the evidence that has been collected from the car.

It is a shame such a beautiful little girl lost her life because of a selfish person who only cares about herself and no one else. She just wants what she wants and if she doesn’t get it then she is like a little kid who pouts, kicks and screams until she gets her way.

Mr. Padilla should revoke the bail and send her back to jail where she belongs and has belonged all along. I believe the lawyer, Mr. Baez and Casey have just used Mr. Padilla to further their own selfish acts whatever they may be.

Casey either buried Caylee somewhere, possibly even burned the body with the gas cans she stole from her parents or may be even got a container like those people in Texas did last year and put Baby Grace’s body in it and disposed of her body in the ocean after weighing it down.

Children are always victims in the sick games of adults. They are so vulnerable. We need tougher laws to protect the innocent. Our country is way to tolerable. This woman should be locked up and the key thrown away.

Kevin, Nancy Grace was a former prosecutor and she said last night that the Florida state attorney did not need a body, that they had a very good case for first degree murder. I’ve watched true crime court cases and I’ve seen guilty verdicts on less evidence than the Florida State attorney’s got.

They’ve got proof that a child is missing, that the mother had a dead body in her trunk right around that time and no explanation of who else the dead body could be, that fluid and hair from the missing child were found in the trunk and they’ve got 400 pages of testimony from cops, friends and family that contain circumstantial evidence that Casey had means, motive and opportunity to kill her child. No jury would find any sympathy for a mother who didn’t report her child missing, lied to her friends, family and police about the child’s whereabouts and refused to help in the investigation or search for her daughter when her mother called the police 30 days after she was missing. Casey shows no concern, caring or remorse.

If I were on the jury, I’d find her guilty based on the forensic and circumstantial evidence. Common sense would tell any juror the body was Caylee Anthony.

Of course, they’d rather have a body and a confession but knowing Casey Anthony they are not going to get it.

I have been so gripped by this story for the past 6 weeks that I wanted to cry when I heard about the air and DNA evidence. I kept hoping that Caylee would be found alive even though I suspected otherwise.

The thought of her dying in that trunk is just unthinkable after watching that video of her reading so many times and the haunting picture of her with her great-grandfather. I want to leave work early and go hug my own toddler a bit after this.

It’s so sad to think that nearly every person in the timeline didn’t clue in sooner. It’s not like I could send my kid ‘off with a babysitter’ and not have anyone get suspicious after a few days. So sad. So unnecessary.

I hope they find what is left of her remains, give her a proper burial and find out what really happened to her so that they can put that sad lying sack of sh*^! of a mum in prison where the inmates will take care of business for the state.

I think there is something strange going on. Either Casey accepted the immunity deal if there ever was one, or there is something we don’t know yet otherwise why would Cindy go searching for Caylee(dead or alive)for the first time since Casey has been out of jail.

Cindy does not want Caylee to be found dead. Most likely she is going on some wild goose chase of another tip of a sighting of Caylee. People call every time they see a three year old girl with big eyes and brown hair. Cindy runs off to check out the kid because she wants to believe her granddaughter is alive. It never is her granddaughter because we all know her granddaughter is dead.

It is not that easy to get a child from the mother. I have experience with this. My husband’s ex-wife was arrested for domestic battery and drugs (along with her boyfriend). We tried to get emergency custody and it was denied, the judge said that since the kids weren’t there when it happened, it didn’t matter. At a later time we wanted to have her psychologically evaluated. Since she didn’t have any insurance and we were requesting it, we had to pay $5000 for the evaluation. It takes a lot to take a child from the mother, usually it is too late. I think that Cindy probably didn’t know the nanny, she probably tried to make Casey responsible for that. I would think that they had to be getting tired of making things so easy for her. It is hard, they loved Caylee and wanted to protect her so they probably let Casey get away with a lot to protect that relationship.

I can almost guarantee that if they do charge Casey with murder that her so called lawyer will try to get a psychiatric incompetency filed stating she didn’t know what she was doing and try to get her off that way so she would spend several years in a psych ward and then get out and do all her partying and sex that she wants.

But she knew what she was doing. She had to have sense about disposing of her body where her body cannot be found and then go partying and have a good old time while her baby was laying probably in a shallow grave or in the water. But I do think she disposed of her close to their home somewhere in the vicinity there, water or land.

This case is so so sad. I did not want to think that beautiful girl was deceased, because I couldn’t think that a mother could kill or injure their child. I was dead wrong.

Cindy and George have not wanted to think the worst and of course they are going to protect their daughter. I feel for both of them, not only have they lost their beautiful granddaughter, they are also losing their daughter. Casey really needs to let the investigators know where she has placed Caylee. Caylee deserves to be properly buried.

A couple people asked about the defense in this case. I’m guessing Mr. Baez is doing a lot of this for little or no fee. His notoriety is going to get him a lot of new clients. The only thing that will need to be paid is court expenses.

RANGE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35, Orlando) — Bail bondsman Leonard Padilla says he plans to revoke Casey Anthony’s $500,000 bond.

Padilla plans to meet with Orange County deputies to have everything finalized by Monday. If Casey’s bond is revoked, she could be back behind bars as early as next week.

A deputy would be required to pick her up from her home and escort her back to the jail.

Yanno, that is the one question I had hoped investigators would have asked Casey. How is it that you can afford a nanny but you don’t work? I mean the thing is, everyone thought that she had a job so I guess to tell people that you have a nanny and they think you’re working…..well she really put one over on everybody.
But what amazes me is that you never hear anything about Caylee mentioning her nanny or anything like that. Most little kids that love their caregiver usually ahve some reaction when a name is brought up, etc. ( yes, even at the age of 2). Yeah that tatoo apparently had three branches in it or something that people have theorized represented Caylee’s 3 years on earth. It is reported that she got the tatoo not long after when the alleged ‘kidnapping’ or murder would have taken place.

The magnitude of this and all of the people she has hurt througout this entire ordeal is enormous. Just think of the people she named to Police that didn’t even know her ir eveb know of her and now ALL of their personal info, including their SSN’s is out there for all the world to see. I believe if I were her family and had just read those 400 pages of documents, I would be eating a lot of humble pie and keep my mouth shut. And I would not tell reporters that you have been on a first name basis with for 6 weeks now to “get the hell of my property” after I used them over & over in the beginning of this case.

4-7 years isn’t enough. She needs to be put away for a long, long time. Is it bad to hope that something bad happens to her in prison? She’ll probably lie or show attitude to the wrong person in there and get what’s coming to her. However, I’m guessing she’ll be away from the general population.

Hair samples found in the trunk of Casey Anthony’s car are definitely that of her daughter, Caylee, and the hair samples do show signs of decomposition, Local 6 confirmed today.

According to a statement from the orlando PD they have not recieved all the evidence and are still recieving it a little at a time. They also said they are still treating this as a missing person case and there has been no talk of further charges as of yet. They said they are also not making assumptions if Caylee is dead or alive.

Ah, they’re keeping a poker face… I heard, that this was a tactic that law enforcement uses to sweat the perp out….

In case anyone is still out there..I just read the transcript from the media regarding the interview with the OCSO dept. Looks like they’re being very tight lipped. My hunch is that they have a lot of evidence and are waiting for the perfect time to drop it… also, one other gleaning detail is hint that there was a body found in the area….

Theres bodies being found alot in the Orlando area.

I think the police leaked the air test and DNA information on purpose because Padilla bonded Casey out saying he believed Caylee was alive because the cops had not charged Casey with murder. Both Baez and Padilla indicated they believed the air test for a dead body in the car and DNA test on fluid and hair had come back negative since no murder charges were filed.

Padilla said the bond would be revoked if the DNA evidence came in saying Caylee was dead or Casey was arrested for murder.

The next day the information started leaking out about the air test and DNA. They want Casey to go back to jail and realize they are on to her hoping she’ll give up the body. She’s headed back Saturday and if she doesn’t talk to investigators they will most likely charge her with first degree murder which carries the death penalty, hoping she’ll plead guilty to a lesser charge.

I doubt if you can crack Casey. She’s not told the truth in 10 weeks despite 36 days sitting in a tiny jail cell and she didn’t tell her own family squat when they took her home and pampered her.

Padilla said Casey lives in her own little world and isn’t “all there.” I hope she doesn’t get off on a mental deficiency defense.

The Anthony spokesperson, Baez and Cindy all need to let the public believe Caylee is alive to set up a defense that she can’t be guilty of murder if Caylee isn’t dead.

Does anybody really believe that a defense attorney, a former homicide detective and his registered nurse wife who know the smell of a dead body and what it means didn’t know the day they recovered the car that Caylee was dead? The rest of us who paid attention to the dead body smell knew she was dead even though we hoped she wasn’t.
