I was watching Nancy Grace tonight about the newest developments on the Caylee Anthony case. Caylee has been missing now for about 10 weeks and her mother Casey is still keeping quiet.
To bring you up to date some preliminary test results from the Body Farm at the University of Tennessee’s Forensic Anthropology Facility came back confirming evidence of decomposition in the trunk of the car that Casey Anthony abandoned in a parking lot but it hasn’t been determined if it were that of poor little Caylee or not. The air test that was used is a fairly new type of testing but investigators say it is very reliable.
Leonard Padilla was asked whether or not he regrets getting involved in this case and he admitted that yes he does. Also he was directly asked if they can revoke the bond now and have Casey put back into jail. He says they certainly can do that. He was then asked how come they haven’t.
Leonard says this isn’t his call. He says that would be the choice of his nephew, Tony Padilla since he is the actual bail bondsman. He claims that his nephew will more than likely be making that decision sometime tonight.
Padilla expressed his sympathy for the grandparents when this news hits them thinking it will devastate them. Personally I don’t think either of them will be shocked in reality. Of course in the public eye they will have to act shocked so they won’t be accused of accessories after the fact. I don’t know how on earth that they can not know.
The lawyers on the show discussed the possibility of the prosecutor’s office offering Casey Anthony a deal of immunity. They say this would not be to prevent them from formally charging her with a more serious crime but it would be an offer of a limited immunity deal which means they would not be able to use her exact words in court.
They are claiming that they want to know if this was an accident or an actual murder and only Casey can offer that information. Therefore they are considering offering her this deal. Nancy Grace got on the phone tonight and says in her opinion there should not be any immunity deal offered and I agree with her. Casey Anthony has been given way enough time to tell the truth. Why go easy on her now? The attorney says this way it would give the family some closure on all of this to end it. I say this family already knows about what has happened, so what closure do they deserve.
In my opinion even if it were an accident she still committed a very serious crime that should not go unpunished. Covering up a crime and leading authorities on wild goose chases alone should be punishable by law.

Jan, as usual another great blog. I just commented on that very thing on another blog thread. By limited liability, the investigators mean they won’t use her words against her but they will still prosecute her for homicide if she tells them where the body is and what happened.
I agree with Nancy that Casey is such a liar how could anyone believe what she’d say anyway. I don’t think she’ll talk because she believes if she sticks to her “the nanny stole Caylee” story that the investigators will have no proof that the body is Caylee’s or that Casey knew anything about it.
They’ve had the limited immunity deal on the table for months now and Baez and Casey have both said they wouldn’t consider it. I don’t think anything can make a sociopath or psychopath crack. They don’t worry about anything and they think they are smarter than the cops.
I think Casey will be back in jail tonight or tomorrow because she isn’t talking to her parents or Lee and the risk of her and the family being in danger is stronger now that the tests are back and it is confirmed that Caylee is most likely dead.
Leonard said security has been beefed up. I think he’s ready to leave. He feels sorry for George and Cindy saying they will be devastated. They have known for a long time the truth but maybe they were in demial.
I think it is a sad day for the family and all of us who “adopted” Caylee since her family had abandoned her by coming up with this cock and bull kidnapping story to cover up for what Casey had done to her beautiful daughter. I just hope Casey gets the death penalty and a first degree murder conviction.

I watched Nancy Grace too and completly agree with you and her. First of all, Casey can say it was an accident and who will be able to tell after all this time of decomposition. Also, she may have burned the body. So, it is just going on her word. How can they even entertain that thought? If pushed in a corner, the best she can say for herself is that it was an accident. I could accept that if she had not acted like she did after Caylee went missing. The very night police suspect the death occured, she was cooking dinner for her boyfriend. If Caylee accidently died, and Casey panicked and hid the evidence - would she not be distraught??? Her fun times prove to me that she killed her and I think it is pre-meditated murder. Period.
I think the family are idiots to keep up the charade. They blame the media and everyone else - they make me want to scream !! What this family has put the whole nation through is inexcusable. One of the greatest crimes of this whole thing is their lack of caring for the money spent, man hours and heartache they allowed to go on for so long with the American public. I could feel sorry for them if they weren’t so self-centered, caustic and dis-honest - like the daughter.
I will be surprisd if Casey accepts an immunity deal because in her head she did nothing wrong…..so why accept anything? I thik she will push the prosecution to present their case and in the end get burned. She thinks she is sooo smart, but I hate to tell her….you can’t out smart DNA honey.
I’ve felt from the very beginning that Caylee was no longer with us. The fact that this has been somewhat confirmed deeply saddens me because no 2 1/2 year old should ever have this happen ( accident or not). It isn’t fair and my heart is heavy tonight. All I can do is pray that she is in a better place with many people to love and care for her.
I have never heard that George Anthony is not Casey’s natural father - what documents said he was her stepfather?
I dont feel like she should be offered any sort of immunity due to the fact that she has basically took poor Caylees rights to not only growing up but a decent farewell. Most people would give a better funeral for their pets. This girl would be fine with letting that baby we all have become attached to rot away in some place she will never be visited by the people who really loved her. May that angel get some peace where ever her egg donor has left her.

The one I feel so sorry for is little Caylee. She had no chance at all to live a long happy life. It would have been better if she had been put up for adoption she would still be with us.

I don’t care if it was an accidental death or not, how can a mother not call 9-1-1 first instead of her parents if there were an accident? How can a mother hide the body of her now would have been 3-year-old daughter? How can she be so inhuman, insensitive? The only thing Casey thinks about is herself and nobody else. As long as she gets what she wants, has her parties and all of her boyfriends she is happy!!!. She figures she can lie her way out of anything and everything!!!! The time to stop lying is now and tell the authorities where she has put Caylee’s body so closure will be there for her grandparents and for the rest of the nation who have followed this terrible story from the beginning and have fallen in love with this beautiful little girl!!!!!

The Padillas had access to the information about the cadaver dogs alerting in the trunk of Casey’s car and to an area in the backyard. The fact that they are saying that if they knew then what they know now, they wouldn’t have come to Florida to bail her out…that’s ridiculous.
To me, a regular person, I knew right away that someone was dead and most likely is was Caylee so I don’t understand why they were so optimistic about finding Caylee alive. Cadaver dogs ONLY alert to the scent of dead human, not rotten pizza mixed with cleaning fluid or laundry detergent, not a dead animal, just dead human.
I believe it will come out that Casey’s father knows what happened and gave Casey the gas cans so that she could go burn and bury her daughter’s body. Why else did he cover up the fact that she had taken them?
This is such a sick,sad and twisted story…I hope the only ‘deal’ that Casey gets is life in prison instead of the death penalty that way she can spend the rest of her life thinking about what she did.
I keep thinking what one poster said about the body of Caylee being wrapped in plastic and stashed in the attic of the Anthony home and that’s what Casey meant when she said Caylee was close and would be home for her third birthday. That sounds possible to me and may be why Casey isn’t worried about anyone finding the body. It is also why she won’t tell where the body is hidden.
If Caylee’s body is in the Anthony home, I hope her spirit haunts the entire Anthony family for not fighting for her and covering up for that psychopath they call a daughter.

Concerned it wouldn’t be possible for her to hide the body in the home because you would have the smell of decomposition in the house just as bad as in the trunk.
I am having a hard time with the Nanacy Grace camp having sympathy for the grandparents. I’m sorry the grandparents decided to sell their souls once they realized Caylee was dead because they smelled her decaying body in the trunk of that car and decided to unite and cover the little lying nympho’s buns once again by leading the world on a wild goose chase. I hope God is merciful to them however I hope that the State of Florida prosecutes them for their obvious participation in an attempt to cover up the crime after it occurred. I saw where Natalie Holloway’s mother is actually on her way to be helpful to them. I hope she doesn’t dirty her hands. That woman has been through enough. How do you know it wasn’t an accident? You don’t. Of course everyone is pissed about the goose chase, it’s ridiculous of course, but please don’t assume things that you absolutely cannot possibly know. I don’t know that she didn’t purposely kill her kid, but the likely hood is that it was an accident and she tried to cover it up. Of course, we cannot condemn a person as it is not our place, especially not having all of the facts. Jail time is in order, surely, if not just for the lying and the goose chase, but the supposed manslaughter as well. I mean, had she reported an accident sooner, even if it were her fault an accident happened at all, she may have been able to slide past any punishment, but the circumstances being what they are, yes she should go to jail for a while. Lets not get crazy though. And by the way, Nancy Grace is a ratings floozy. Who actually watches her show and says, “wow, she really knows what she’s talking about!”? Um, no.

The grandparents changed their stories too many times. The 400 pages of documents and others evidence show that they have covered for her theft and lies before. She is a nurse. He was a police officer. They both were recorded saying it smelled like a decaying body had been in the trunk in the beginning. They led the officers on a search in their backyard in the beginning. Later they acted as if they had smelled nothing that smelled like a decomposing body although both would know what one smelled like and had stated they had smelled that. Then they acted like their little girl, Casey, was being crucified when police followed up on their leads.

Are you related or friends of the Anthony’s????…….cause it seems as though you are making excuses for Casey, as do they! No one knows for sure what happened except Casey (and God) but it doesn’t take a genius to see that 2+2=4……no matter how you switch numbers (or stories in this case) around. Facts are facts and there are plenty of them. Have you read the 400 page documents released???? I would bet not. I had empathy for Cindy and George in the beginning, but when they started lying to cover for Casey,and quit cooperating with police… that empathy quickly ended. I don’t believe in an eye for an eye necessarily, but I do believe in justice for Caylee. Remember….this is who this is all about. I am in agreement that both Cindy and George should be arrested, charged, and prosecuted for their roles in this case. They both have lied to the authorities and in the media. And Cindy has tampered with and altered evidence. I am not sure George hasn’t also. Where was he the day the car was found and Cindy called him? She had to call Lee to go to the home and wait for her to arrive with Casey because she couldn’t reach George on his cell. He says he missed her call, tried to return her call to her cell and got voicemail, then tried to call the home phone and also got voicemail. So he went home because he “knew something must be wrong.” How? What clue did he get from a call he didn’t answer?
I said in the beginning that this was a continuation of a game Casey and Cindy have played for a very long time. A game that Casey has gotten skilled at and taken to the next level, then the next. She feels she has finally beaten the game. Maybe it was Cindy’s game at first. But their roles were reversed at some point and Casey became the authority figure. The bully of the family and certainly the dominate figure in hers and Cindy’s relationship. I can’t understand Cindy giving Casey the power to drag her innocent granddaughter to boyfriends’ homes overnight and to drinking parties and just be gone from home several days at a time to different friends apts. What a way to raise a child! And don’t think for a minute that everyone’s account of Casey being a loving caring mom is accurate EXCEPT IN THEIR PRESENCE. I can see her being anything BUT loving and caring when Caylee was alone with her. Casey is a chameleon. She is who she needs to be in any given situation. Why didn’t Cindy go to Family Court and get custody of Caylee? If Casey threatened to leave and never come back, so what? She’s a grown woman! Her raising is over and apparently she does what she wants to do when she wants to do it. But letting her drag Caylee into that life didn’t have to happen. Mothers don’t have exclusive rights to their children when their well-being is being compromised or jeopardized.
Casey may be the direct cause of Caylee’s death. But Cindy could have stopped it from happening. And Cindy and George both have covered up Casey’s crime.
Cindy, do you want to get on camera now and say that “Lying is not a crime.”? If a crime hasn’t been committed here in this case as you say, then crime dosen’t exist.

Casey, I hope the voice of little doe-eyed Caylee wakes you every time you doze off. I hope you hear her voice the first thing upon awakening, all through the day, and lie in bed at night unable to sleep because Caylee’s voice is ringing in your ears. And I hope that every time you see or smell pizza, that your stomach turns wrong side out. I hope you never enjoy another Christmas, another Easter, another 4th of July, another Thanksgiving. TO: Aint it so….you have some strong feelings and with EVERY right. I doubt anyone will criticize you for what you’ve said. The guy who simply went near the car, without opening any doors or trunk, testified to cops he got a whiff of the smell…the impound lot guy was standing there when George opened the door and was struck by the smell, then they open the trunk and out come blowflys and they see the maggots….then put yourself in George’s shoes for this vision: George actually gets in the car, shuts the door, and drives it off the lot and on home…probably had to make a few stops along the way to vomit. Can you imagine being enclosed in that car, driving it with that smell? There is absolutely no way he could have rationalized that to be anything other than 2-week sun baked decomp. I don’t believe for a second they thought Caylee was still alive and though I feel for them in this horrible situation their daughter put them in and the loss of their granddaughter, that’s as far as my sympathy goes. They have been lying, obstructing (by withholding what they know), aiding & abetting their daughter’s crime. Not only that, what they have put the public through by dragging this charade on, they’re collecting donations, holding vigils, have everyone in the nation on a wild goose chase. This is costing taxpayers tons of money for all the resources required to gather evidence for the case because noone in that family will be honest…they deserve prosecution as well and I hope they get it.
This is long, but I really think they need to look into the possibility of George being the father. Casey is a textbook case of a victim of molestation by father. Her lie about dad was cheating on the mom actually has some truth to it - dad was cheating on mom with his daughter (or stepdaughter?). This is not proven fact, but I strongly suspect it’s the case. Timing all falls in line with this theory. I read all the docs and there are some things in there that struck me, specifically: Casey stated she HATES her father, yet from what the public could see they seem to get along fine, ie no big fights and converse calmly, while her & the mom clearly have the issues. She stated that she has tried to tell her mother about the “cheating,” which was probably in reality her molestation, and get mom to leave him, but mom wouldn’t believe her. Also when parents were going to get divorced & George moved out around that time 2 years ago…hello, Casey was 2. We all know there is some major dysfunction in that family…this would explain it. I theorize that Casey moved out following a big family blowout where this molestation issue was brought up, and to get her daughter out of there, safe from this happening to her with George…or maybe it did and that’s what started the big blow up that happened when she left June 9. It’s the only reason that explains also why if Casey didn’t want Caylee, she simply could have turned custody over to Cindy, who by all accts was a good caregiver, loved the child and would have gladly taken her. In spite of the jealously that seemed to be there, I think Casey would suck that up in exchange for her freedom and not having to be responsible for her daughter. Think about it….this all adds up.

It’s not clear in my prior post, but I’m with those that believe Casey is guilty as sin and that she should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Until the new documents came out I was going with the accident, panicked, afraid to tell scenario, but with all the evidence now and her whole demeanor, ie no emotion, described as always “really happy” by boyfriend & roomate, while unbeknonst to them her daughter was dead, and of course, the pictures of her partying clearly show she wasn’t bummed out, as you would expect were it an accident.
They have so much on her…she’s toast…I just hope they don’t screw anything up with their case against her…sure that’s why they are taking their time arresting her…they are still building on their “mountain of evidence”. Don’t like hearing about immunity…they gonna believe her now if she says it was an accident?…don’t think so, as she has zero credibility with them…I think & actually hope that they are just using “limited immunity” as a strategy to find Caylee’s body. As I understand, she could still be prosecuted on the facts, just not her actual words if she tells them was an accident and where the body is….Cops know the scientific evidence will speak for itself, even badly decomp’d they can still extract evidence to determine COD and prosecute as murder if they determine that’s the cause. I think that’s what they are going for…they have so much now, they could charge her without the body, but it’s always going to be a stronger case with the body found and whatever evidence that may be left from the body itself or surrounding area of where is is found.
As much as I am upset with how the grandparents have reacted, it’s hard to find them to ridiculous. By believing that Casey has done nothing wrong, it means to them that Caylee is fine. Although this is highly delusional of them, it’s got to be a hell of a lot easier to think that your daughter is innocent and that your granddaughter is alive. Thinking otherwise means accepting the loss of two people you love dearly, and ending all hope that everything will be okay. As much as I feel they are impeding the case with their thoughts and actions, I wish people would stop harping on them for trying to keep hope alive. This is their flesh and blood - it’s easy for us outsiders to see it as clear as it is.
I have empathy for the grandparents. I know their heart is broken because they lost the granddaughter they love with all their heart and they are losing the daughter they love. I hope someday they will heal and see that they have enabled Casey to be the way she is by covering up for her and not making her accountable for her choices, mistakes and behavior.
Cindy is full of contradictions. On her Myspace page on July 3 Cindy writes that Casey had taken her granddaughter from her out of jealousy because Cindy had raised her from birth and is concerned who is watching after her while she is gone and then to the public she said, “Oh, she left to get some bonding time with Caylee” and “I know my daughter. She would not do anything to harm her child. When this is all over my daughter will be seen as The Mother of the Year.”
In her Myspace page in July, Cindy also said Casey lied and stole from her and she thought she changed and to the public Cindy said, “She lies but she always tells me the truth in the end and I believe what my daughter is saying is the truth.”
On the 911 tape, Cindy says the car smells like a dead body and to the public she says what she smelled was just a rotting pizza. Cindy says to Casey on the phone, “You’re in jail because you lied to the police” but Cindy said to the judge and the public, “My daughter has done nothing wrong” and “It’s not against the law to lie.”
Cindy tells Casey’s boyfriend that Casey is a sociopath and to stay away from her but when the therapists on Nancy Grace call her that Cindy is fighting mad and tells the public to “find my granddaughter and leave my daughter alone.”
Well, Cindy we are getting close to finding your granddaughter and she isn’t with any kidnappers or babysitter she made up. She’s where your daughter put her after she either killed her or Caylee died from her neglect. Either way you have to face your granddaughter is gone and your daughter is not The Mother of the Year.
I think this is one of the creepiest cases I have ever heard of. Casey is as cold as ice and I don’t think she got that way overnight. Her mother should have admitted to herself that habitual lying, stealing and promiscuous behavior are signs of something not right with a person. It’s easy for me to say, of course, but with that information Cindy should have allowed Casey to give up Caylee for adoption. She was not mentally fit to be a mother. Besides the fact that I’m pro-choice, if a woman is adamant about not wanting a baby, it’s her decision to make. I think it would be best for Casey’s family if her bond were revoked and she be returned to prison. Mr. Padilla says Casey hasn’t spoken a word to her family. I don’t know if he means that literally (because she has to speak to her attorney), but her family would be better able to absorb all this and what’s to come the sooner Casey is removed from their company. And as for making a “deal” with Casey, I say absolutely not. She has jerked all of us around for months and she should bear the brunt of her actions once and for all.
This is just a sad situation for all. For one, you have two grandparents that I believe loved and cared for Caylee more than her own mother did. To know that they are going through having to finally face the fact that their daughter did something terrible or was even involved in something terrible is just unimaginable. I believe that Cindy’s actions……her lashing out to the public….her changing of her version of what happened……was all a defense mechanism to protect her from the truth that she knew in her heart the minute she smelled the inside of that car.
Yanno, I think of my own parents and of my in-laws and I think “my God, what if they were ever in their shoes and lost their granddaughter” and I cannot imagine their anguish especially when it comes to someone they they absolutely adore. I believe that Cindy and George ( despite all of their obvious faults in this)love that child and all they ever wanted was for her to come home. When someone wants soooooooo badly to not believe the truth then of course they are going to buy into Casey’s BS about ‘kidnappers’ and a ‘babysitter’. However, all the while I think they have known in their hearts that this is where we were going to end up.
I cannot imagine being in that house….all of them with Casey the one who now has to explain whose body was in her trunk. I kept thinking about how Cindy must have locked herself in Caylee’s room and cryied over the fact that she’ll never see her again. For me, that is heartwrenching and it isn’t fair….no grandparent should ever go through that. Seriously if it were me I probably would have killed Casey in her sleep becuase the grief would be too great to deal with.
And yes, I know that in alot of ways the Cindy/Casey dynamic has probably been going on for years but yanno what, that is a whole other issue. At this point, for the sake of the Cindy and George and everyone else who bought into Casey’s bullshit…….that baby’s body needs to be found. Becuase I believe that if they never find her, that it will drive Cindy mad and she will forever be looking for Caylee.
As for Padilla, I do kinda feel bad for him becuase he was a pawn in a very sick game. I think in his head he thoguht things were going to be very different. And yes, I do believe that he believed in his heart that maybe, just maybe Casey was telling the truth about a kidnapping ( as stupid as that seems). All he wanted was to see Caylee go home to her grandparents. But sadly, he knows where this is all going and I think for his sake the bond should be revoked. At this point if they are not careful someone else is going to end up dead and it’ll probably be Casey becuase people are pissed and people are boiling to a head with the lynch mob mentality. Nobody likes it when a child is killed and after everything that has come out within the past few days, if they don’t put Casey back in jail you’re gonna see the public taking care of the problem.
Honestly, maybe that is the ‘fear of God’ that Casey needs….I dunno. But at this point she needs to give up the ghost and tell eveyone what she did with Caylee.

We don’t have to worry about Casey taking any plea. The Orlando Sentinel website page has a video with Jose Baez, Casey’s attorney, saying Caylee is still alive and that the police are still looking for her, that he has seen no tests proving there was a dead body in his client’s car, that the investigators did meet with him but not about any tests or plea deal. Of course, he’s lying through his teeth as he has been from day one.
Baez is in for the long haul. He loves the publicity and won’t give it up for any plea deal. He loves to appear on national TV lying and denying to the press, hold Casey’s hand and plot with Cindy and George on how they are going to keep covering up for their felon daughter.
Nancy Grace is right. The investigators have enough forensic and circumstantial evidence to make a case for first degree murder. They will pursue it and Florida has the death penalty and does execute women.
So Casey could be looking at a lethal injection down the road because her attorney, family and her won’t give up their lies that Caylee is alive and kidnapped by a long time babysitter no one has seen but her.

Chynna Doll, dysfunctional families like the Anthonys are locked in this sick game and they can’t stop playing it. The Anthonys and Baez will play the kidnapper stole Caylee and she is still alive card until the bitter end. Long after Casey is on death row and executed, Cindy and George and Baez will still be claiming Caylee is still out there and Casey is in prison for something she didn’t do.
I can hear Cindy still saying, “My daughter is the Mother of the Year. She is willing to give her life to protect her child. She knows if she says who the kidnappers are they will harm Caylee. As long as Caylee is safe, that’s all Casey cares about.”
You notice Cindy’s and George’s families are not coming forward to protect Casey. They know she is a lying, thieving sociopath and they want nothing to do with Casey, George or Cindy.

I felt in my heart at the beginning of this whole mess that sweet little Caylee was dead. Hearing the news last night about the results of the air test was very hard to hear and my heart became so heavy. I do not feel sorry for Casey, I don’t know if she was abused or not, but there are many out there that do not abuse and harm others when their lives have been shattered by having been abused. I hope Casey is punished to the full extent of the law and her parents are faced with jail time for their covering up all they have. Yes I feel very sorry that they have lost their precious Caylee, but a better way to vindicate that loss would be to stop covering up for Casey and find out where she is and bring her home where her place of rest would be visited. If the parents have had anything to do with desposing of Caylee’s body, I hope you rot in hell, that was a poor way of showing how much you loved Caylee. I feel as through Casey is a spoiled little girl who hasn’t grown up and it is time that she should be punished for what she has done whether it was an accident or not. I don’t know if Casey has the ability to panic if it was an accident. She also has told so many lies all her life, I don’t think she would know the truth, but maybe faced with the death pentaly or life in jail truth may come into her mind, sorry Casey too late. Brokenhearted, you bring up a good point when you say you don’t know if Casey has the ability to panic. One of the therapists on Nancy Grace pointed out that sociopaths like Casey have a low threshhold for anxiety. They don’t panic. They don’t get excited. They just satisfy their needs at the moment. Her need was to get back to her boyfriend and her partying, so Caylee’s death was just an inconvenience that had to be dealt with immediately. She probably just calmly borrowed a shovel, tried to dig a grave, ground was too hard or it was too much work, threw the body in the trunk, drove around with it in there for days and then when it stunk too bad for her to drive the car she dumped the body and abandoned the car.
Rot in hell, Casey. And, what does Cindy know but isn’t telling?
Ok…now I’m hearing that the FBI DNA results are back and sadly the hair samples reveal that it was little Caylee.
I am so sad for this little girl and extremely angry at that skank of a mother who did this to her.

I wonder if Casey will continue to lie now. How naive could she be to think she could outsmart law enforcement with today’s advances in technology? In retrospect, I think she believed deleting photos on her MySpace page and acting as if everything was “normal,” was her way of pretending Caylee never existed, with the hope that people would just forget about her or eventually not ask. This story is just so sad.

I doubt if George and Cindy will be charged with anything. They did cooperate with investigators by meeting with them, allowing them to take whatever they wanted from the house and yard for evidence. Sadly, I think all they are guilty of is believing and enabling their sick sick sick daughter.

I doubt if poor little Caylee’s body will ever be found. Trenton Duckett has been missing for two years and his body has never been found and they haven’t found him alive either.
Stacy Peterson’s body has still never been found and her husband Drew has never been charged. At least they have evidence against Casey so they can charge her.
I don’t know why investigators are even bothering to try to talk to Casey before charging her with murder. Every word out of her mouth is a lie. Even if she said it was an accident, how could we believe her?
A few weeks back I was actually appalled by Casy’s lawyer trying to draw parallels between his clients casee and the case of Madeleine Mccann (which I have followed closely since the beginning)…I only felt he did this to whine about incoming money that the Mccann’s were receiving and his client’s family was not. There were no parallels whatsoever between them other than a missing child.
Now ironically it is very sad that he can draw those again, because the Mccann’s were accused without any evidence (released police dossiers) that there was truly a body in the trunk of the car. But his client there truly was. I would like to see him bring up those parallels now. And show the world how close those 2 cases are in his opinion. I don’t think he’d ever do that though.
I do not believe for one second that it was a accident. Because like they said on Nancy Grace…if so why not just call 911? She did it with full intention in my opinion, it fits her personality type and her overwhelming jealousy. I can only hope that it was not done with great brutality, and I don’t know if at this stage of the game they could even determine that in an autopsy. Too much time has passed if she is found. I use to sit in and assist on autopsies years ago with the pathologists of the hospital for overtime work, and much can be taken away from the findings if time has gone by.
To answer the question why didn’t Casey call 911, I think it was because even if the child’s death was accidental due to neglect or unexpected fit of rage, she would more than likely face charges, which ultimately means accepting responsibility for her actions. And as the record has shown, she seems to take absolutely no responsibility for anything she does…
Apparently, what most of us expected has been proven true. I have children and would never believe the stuff that has come out of Casey’s mouth. Whatever the relationship between her and George and Cindy…they have obviously been in denial (publicly anyway) about the possiblity that Caylee is no longer alive… their CRASH after seeing the proof will be long and hard but ultimately they will have to admit (if only to themselves) that they are in many ways at fault! Casey Anthony hasn’t taken responsibility for her actions on anything. Two things we all have to keep in mind: ONE:Shortly after being arrested she spoke with her mother Cindy. She wanted Tony’s phone number. She was not in the least bit interested in helping find her daughter. Keep in mind she was in jail and she never even said the name CAYLEE during this conversations.TWO: When she got out of jail the first thing we hear her say (through her attorney)is, “I am completely innocent and I am going to hold my head up high.” Everything is about Casey; everything is about what she needs and how she will get her needs met. She never went to see the Police or speak with the Sheriff’s Office. She will accept some limited immunity only if it helps her stay out of prison for life. She won;t speak up because it isn’t Caylee that’s important, it’s Casey. One last thing. Mr and Mrs George Anthony knew from the get-go that something awful had happened. They didn’t cover up for Casey but they did as Casey did-they perpetrated the hoax: they went around with a billboard of Caylee during the second week in August. Who in their right mind did not know what this child looked like? They had every branch of law enforcement in the Orange County committing 60% of their force onthis case 24-7 as well as the FBI, forensic labs at FBI headquarters in Maryland as well as forensics in TN. Who’s kidding who here? The Anthony’s knew everything-they knew their daughter and they knew what a bully she was and how disordered she had become. Mrs Anthony had access to all kinds of mental health facilities but failed to parent and intervene. She discouraged adoption knowing full well that her behaviors towards them would be visited on their granddaughter-they did nothing to see that this child would be safe. They knew she was sexually promiscuous, drank and did drugs. Yet on the witness stand at the bond hearing Cindy said,”Casey is a wonderful mother”. There is a lost and possibly deceased child at stake and all three of them are trying to save themselves at the very expense of this beautiful child. When Cindy Anthony said to a group of people at her house, “Get off your asses and look for my granddaughter” my heart sank. She never walked down her driveway for that child until the second week in August. This was a news story covered for 6 weeks and they thought someone in Orange County hadn’t heard the story or seen that darling face. They treated all of us like a pack of fools.
First of all, lets look at the facts..which are simple yet very dis-sturbing, we have a young woman who has a lot of problems and who got pregnant by lord only know who and then had the baby without any intentions of being responcible for it. The grandparents knew this woman and also knew how she was and had no business letting her have anything to do with keeping this precious child alone for any amount of time. Then when she did take the baby and leave the grandparents home with it ..they should have been right there checking up to see what was going on with that child, not listening to any thing the MOTHER WAS TELLING THEM BECAUSE THEY ALREADY KNEW SHE WAS A LIAR. Then when it came to pass that they couldnt find the mother or the gtandchild they just decided to keep on asking the mother where is CAYLEE..when what they should have done was call the police right then and there not after a month of hearing excuses.They have all lied and changed their stories so many times that it should be clear to everyone that they are all crazy and the poor child was headed for a disaster the moment she was born..I believe there is a lot more to this story than what is being told and the Grand parents are just as responsible as the mother because as far as I’m concerned they are all just alike….self centered and caring only about themselves and what they want.I just hope that the glory seeking Bounty hunter will revolk the bail and send casey back to jail where she belongs and then the law can seek justice against the Grandparents for whatever roll they played in this horable crime. The only person in this entire story thay I feel any sympathy for is poor little Caylee..She didnt ask to be born and placed in this crazy household she has had to live in and I hope that in some way her body will be found and the true story will get told so that everyone that ever let her down and didnt have her best interest in mind will get whatever they have coming to them so that maybe the justice that wasnt done for her while she was alive will maybe get done now that she is gone…..GOD BLESS YOU CAYLEE>>>>>>REST IN PEACE>>>>>>>>

All parents know their children. We know their strengths and their weaknesses. We know when they lie and when they hide things from us. Most of those times, the lie doesn’t mean the world will end. It usually means we will be mad, hurt, disappointed, but still, we get through it. This family is in a class of it’s own. These parents KNOW this daughter to be a liar, thief, all around not good person. She has stolen from them and even her grandfather in a nursing home.
Does anyone who has a brain think that these 2 people and her own brother did not think she murdered this beautiful child from the very beginning? I’m sure she didn’t become a bad mother overnight. They had many chances to take that child from this person.
The mother talked her into keeping that baby over 3 years ago. By doing that, the grandmother accepted responsibility for Caylee’s well being. They lived with the grandparents and those grandparents witnessed each day what kind of mother this person was. How could they not just legally take custody of her and let this sociopath go on with her life away from them?
No, they kept bailing her out of trouble, taking care of Caylee, but letting that monster take her with her when she left.
Casey might have killed her, but they are accomplices who will not be prosecuted. They enabled her to take that child out of the home and not see her for over a month. That month she apaparently was already dead.
“Accidental death”? Come on.. even a mother who some how harms her child accidentally and if that child dies… doesn’t’ that mother call police and ambulance and face those consequences, hopefully being able to explain the “accident”? Doesn’t she want to die herself for causing that harm?
No, this “mother” (I hate giving her that revered title) thought quickly and tossed her daughter somewhere like a piece of garbage. That beautiful little being treated like something under her shoe.
Then… out she goes to have fun with her boyfriend and friends and go about her life like that little beauty never existed.
This woman is beyond the realm of anything human. We are trying to figure her out and its impossible, since we are holding her to “human” standards.
At first I wanted her in prison for life to suffer, but now I want her to have death penalty. I want her to be so afraid as that time comes to die. I want her to feel the horror of not being able to keep her life. She deserves nothing more.

I thought my heart felt heavy last night, well it feels like it weighs a ton tonight. Remember when Cindy said that Casey could be mother of the year, well I think Cindy will have to give the award, because I don’t think anybody else will. Maybe liar and sociopath of the year. I had so much in my mind that I would like to say, but saddness is all I can think of. a friend and I noticed that little Caylee’s eyes in some or actually most of her pictures looked so sad. Just think what that little girl saw or heard when her mother took her with her. I really have a hard time calling that little scum bag a mother. Let me put it this way the person that gave birth to her as I sure in hell don’t look at her as a mother.
The therapist on Nancy Grace said something interesting in how you can tell if it was an accident or murder. She said when a child dies in an accident, a mother is depressed and devastated and can’t get out of bed or leave the house. When someone murders someone, they go out partying and celebrating because they are happy that they got rid of the victim. She said it is like dancing on someone’s grave.
That made sense to me because I’ve noticed in true crime stories when a spouse murders a spouse they laugh and joke at the funeral, party afterwards and soon start dating or marry someone else.
Don’t know if you read some of the latest but I found the press conference interesting. The reporter kept trying to push for more specific answers but they kept evading for fear of hindrance to the investigation.
One thing I did catch that the reporter asked about was that there was rumor of a body being found. They evaded that question too. I am wondering if that is true what the media heard and is asking confirmation to, maybe it is and they are not saying now until confirmation of the body is back. This might explain why everyone wondered when rumor was they extended the plea agreement to Casey from 24 hours till tuesday. Maybe they will recind the agreement if they truly found Caylee on there own and just aren’t saying yet. The link I will post below for anyone to read. If it becomes confirmed maybe they could pull the plea agreement and go for the death penalty.

Casey needs to tell the police where Caylee is, so she can be laid to rest.

Casey did not act on her own when it came time to cover up this little girls body. I feel that from the beginging that her father helped with the disposal of Caylee. In the begining it was kept quiet (for more then one reason)until Cindy couldn’t take it anymore.
I feel that Cindy did find out eventually and everything that they have been doing to find a missing girl is just part of the act.
Her father George is the cover up guy in Caylee body. I do not think that Casey knows exactly where George took the body, but he probably told her that he would handle it and it was for the best that she didn’t know where the body was.
Thats why Casey has no emotions for Caylee cause she doesn’t have that last vision of her daughters

Casey is not telling the truth cause she knows it would have to include her father as the cover up guy. If she acted alone, she probably would have confessed by now or plead bargain.

I have been following this case since the beginning. I have a REAL HARD time believing that casey accidently killed little caylee. She is a COLD AND CALLOUS, SICK, DEMENTED LIAR. I think that she should be in jail ,should of NEVER been bailed out. S he is not talking, never will is not looking for her daughter. I think that if it is proven to be an accident i will be shocked and if that is the case, the very act of allowing an innocent baby to decompose in her trunk and to go out and party after killing her baby to me would be enough to prosecute her. There is already sufficient evidence and casey has a few days left to talk, somebody needs to beat it out of her, it looks like she will never talk. She is empty on the inside, no concern for human life but her own. She deserves to rot in hell!!!!
Well, Firey don’t hold back. I too agree with you that Casey killed her daughter. I don’t think it was an accident, I think she hit that little baby in the head, and she died from head injuries. She just wanted to be free to recapture her lost years
I do blame Cindy to some degree for this horrible crime. If she had let Casey give the baby up for adoption Caylee would be in a loving home instead of rotting in some dirt pile. Cindy knew Casey was unbalanced, and unfit to be a mother. Casey hates her mother which is quite apparent when you hear how she spoke to her on the jail house telephone call.
Why Cindy doesn’t grab a hold of Casey, and demand to know what she did with Caylee, is just baffling. Everyone in thay family walks on egg shells with Casey. If she was my daughter I would do what I had to do to get the answers. I don’t mean torture her physically, but I wouldn’t be sitting back telling her how much I loved her. I would be asking her 24/7 what she did with my grndchild. Banging “No Trespassing” signs into her front lawn is not going to answer the question “where is Caylee”. the media is doing the Anthony’s a favor by keeping Caylee in the news. She should welcome them not hose them down.
I know that Cindy, and George will live with the pain of Casey’s actions for the rest of their lives. Inside they know they were responsible for how Casey lived her life. The sadness is Caylee is dead, and Casey will not tell the auhorities where her little body is located, so she can be laid to rest.
Casey still continues to lie and fabricate story after story of who took Caylee. I’m sure the next thing we will hear from the Anthony’s or Jose Baez is that the kidnappers put Caylee in the trunk of Casey’s car.
In the end Casey will answer to God.

Somepeople snap.One minute fine..the next schizophenic.Very common for young adults to “all of a sudden” become symtomatic. Havent we all heard of that person who went off the deep end? Thats casey. She probably has been suffering from mental illness for a very long time. Her parents are too self absorbed to notice..which we all have had a glimpse of. Now we are deffinetly dealing with a phycotic killer and people are treating her as if she is sane. She is not. She has now come into the mind frame that she believes her own lies.I know that caylee has passed due to the evidence and the games her mother is playing. God knows all and reveals all. We can rest knowing that she is with God, safe and being loved by her father in heaven. Pray for her that she reveals where caylee is! If everyone prayed for casey’s heart to reveal the truth..it would be done, yet the condemation is suspending the truth. Yes she did the unmentionable and she will face our maker..let us not get caught up in the otherside of hatred. She should go to prison, and spend her whole life there..if she is a homocidal killer…but would’nt it just blow all of your minds if caylee came home? Justice i pray will be served..but remember all of you who are “praying”. Judge not for only God can judge..let him decide.
Well, i have come to find out since this past thursday, there is evidence that chloroform{i think i misspelled this} was found in in the trunk of casey’s car. I Found out this information on the nancy grace show, watch her every night. To be specific,the trunk of her car was saturated with this substance. This is HORRIBLE! as to me it points to premeditation! Also, there is proof that she was online searching sites to purchase. Now i think she has ABSOLUTELY NO BUISINESS purchasing or using this, why would she, does not take a rocket scientist to figure that one out. Yes, her family will probably say it was to clean her trunk out, yeah right. Anyway she is back out of jail, she should NEVER be allowed out of jail EVER!!!!! She keeps getting bailed out, she is SICK!!!!! She does not deserve the air she is breathing everyday. Only time will tell and i do beleive the FBI, The prosecuters are continuing to gather more evidence , as when the time comes, they can proceed with a murder trial. Yes i believe that God is the ultimate judge as you can not escape the judgement of God and in the end, casey will have to answer to God. I will continue to follow this case as i know many of you are also, and by reading the posts by many of you, i feel the anger and i am too angry as this is such a HORRIBLE CRIME aganist the most innocent of this society.
