Mr. Padilla should’ve minded his own business and stayed out of this case (but then there is all this free publicity for his reality show). Any “friend” who had Caylee would’ve seen the anguish keeping that child was causing and would’ve surfaced and cooperated with authorities. What’s this “Casey can’t do anything about it,” statement from her mother? She certainly can and could’ve done something about this a long time ago by telling the truth and making every effort to help the authorities find her child. Casey wanting to “break away” from her parents is more than obvious. She is ill-prepared to take care of herself (let alone a child) without an education, a good job,and a sense of responsibility. She has stolen money from family members and friends and it wasn’t to provide for her daughter either. Casey has had it made in the shade living at home paying no room and board (they would’ve noticed she didn’t have a job as she claimed) and it appears her biggest involvement with Caylee was posing for pictures. I am so disgusted with the entire Anthony family. I pray that the whole truth be known soon and that justice will be exacted upon Casey. I have no sympathy for the grandparents or her brother. All they do is aid and abet her reckless behavior.

The answer to your question about Padilla waiting is pretty straightforward… IF he does actually know, which I doubt (it’s probably just a guess on his part AGAIN), he wants both the reward money and the recognition for being the sole person responsible for locating the child. He looks to bring credibility to himself as more than just a guy with a tv show. If this one doesn’t work, we may see him pursue every possible avenue until something starts happening. That’s how bounty hunters work.

I have thought all along that the grandparents know much more than they are telling. I believe that the child is dead and that the whole family is complicit in covering up this fact. I understand the grandfather to be a retired police officer? As such, he would know how and where to hide a body indefinitely. The grandmother in searching hither and thither is laying down a fog screen and leading the ever present media on a wild goose chase. Arrest them ALL and keep them awake until they crack! Why have the authorities been so lenient with this case? This is a child’s life, for God’s sake!!

Just maybe Mr. Padilla does know where Caylee is. Here is one of my scenarios about this case. Suppose Casey Anthony placed Caylee with someone who did not like Casey, maybe they thought she wasn’t taking very good care of her child, and decided not to give her back (which is certainly wrong), by leaving town or placing Caylee with another person. All to teach Casey a lesson. You know after hearing about the large sums of cash that Casey supposedly has stolen points to a possible drug habit. Cocaine, crack or meth. A lot of people will keep a child away from that environment. But…..at the end of the day, we still have gas cans, a shovel, Caylee’s hair and maybe bodily fluid in the trunk of a car (where it should never have been) and the “odor” of decomposition. Orange County sheriff’s are playing their cards very close on this evidence.
So, what is it? A person who could shelter Caylee from harm and neglect and refuses to give her back or a much worse fate?

First, Padilla is changing his story now, much like the rest of the people involved in this tragedy. I also believe his involvement in this case is more about getting publicity than for any other reason.

Second, Casey is probably appearing calm because she feels like she’s gotten away with this, also she probably believes that Caylee will never be found. She also appears to be a young woman, self centered, who is not concerned about the situation because she only cares for herself and having a good time and could care less about the safety and well being of her 3 year old daughter.

Third, a “Amber Alert” was never issued! Don’t those alerts get issued after a child abduction, when they know when/where/how or who, and they feel there is a reasonable chance that the perpetrator is nearby or within a certain region and there is a better than average chance of retrieving the child. Would the fact that a month had passed before Caylee was reported missing not make an “Amber Alert” a moot point? I mean, after 30 days, who would know where to look, if Caylee is alive she could have been transported far away even out of the country.

Lastly, Casey’s parents are as bad as the rest. Her father’s recent eruptions may suggest someone dealing with the turmoil and grief over choosing between his daughter going to jail and his grand-daughters whereabouts. In my opinion both of Casey’s parents are obstructing justice here.

I seriously hope Caylee is alive and well somewhere, and when found, will be placed in a home with people who will love and care for her as all children should be, not with a self-centered, fun-loving, party girl of a mother and grandparents who do not know when to put their feet down and look after a small child’s well being rather than their spoiled brat of a daughter.

I too have faith. I have faith that investigators are crossing every “T” and dotting every “I” before charging Casey with murder. Just because they are not releasing the forensic lab tests to the public does not mean that they didn’t come back positive. I believe everything is the opposite of what Casey and her family claim it to be. There is no kidnapping. I don’t even believe there was a so-called accidental death. This is an entire family out of control. Even if the Anthony’s were to try to sell a book, who would buy it? Public opinion for them rates right up there with Jackie and Lee Peterson. The Peterson case was a circus atmosphere too and he was convicted and currently resides on death row. Casey will get hers too. I have faith that her new home will be the Florida penitentiary and she will finally get the discipline she needed all her life from the department of corrections. A proper investigation takes time. I hope they take all the time they need to nail Casey to the wall.

i agree that chances are this child is dead and has been from day one…the grandmother has to know by now and is just enabling her daughter is the cover up. I have never seen nor heard of a case solved by computer and cell phone alone. It takes footwork and lots of it. The LE and FBI are doing all they can with what little info they have. One would think the family would at least do the same. Giving out fliers and holding vigils is not searching. That is enabling and begging someone else to search.

I still don’t think Casey intentionally killed Caylee–meaning I don’t think she planned and orchestrated this whole ordeal. I think she is so wrapped up in CASEY that she does, and has done, stupid very very STUPID things, never once thinking how it will affect someone else. It is all aout Casey, what Casey wants, what Casey needs, what Casey thinks of herself. And that thinking has led to a live person, her daughter, coming to serious harm. That thinking has affected her entire family and changed their lives forever. I don’t understand how that same family that has had life’s rug snatched out from under them, is still condoning and trying to sell the world on Casey’s innocence of any wrong-doing at all. At the onset of this ordeal, George was before the cameras and hinted that he believed Baez’s comment (also on camera) that “we will all be surprised by what has really happened because there’s answers for all of it.” I believe there are answers for all of it. But I have a hard time thinking I will be surprised when I find out what really happened.

She is even more pitiful and needy to them behind bars. None of them would be able to raise Caylee with any peace at all. ORLANDO — Bounty hunter Leonard Padilla came to Central Florida to pay the more than $500,000 bond to get Casey Anthony out of jail.

Padilla said he thought having her out would lead to Caylee’s safe return. But on Sunday night Padilla said he thinks Casey handed off Caylee to a friend, because she was trying to get away from her parents.

Don’t know if this was brought up before or not …. A strange and yet possible theory that crossed my mind. Maybe Casey is so screwed up because she was abused as a child/teen, possibly by a close relative, maybe immediate family? Maybe the pregnancy was concealed due to this fact and would explain alot of the denial and cover-up in the family and the fact that Casey seemed to be able to get away with anything. Maybe why Cindy took so much control over Caylee too, like the “mothering” role. I hate to say but maybe she (Caylee) was possibly the product of incest and that’s why they created the story of the deceased father of Caylee. I tend to think Caylee died accidentally, Casey fell asleep and Caylee drowned in the pool? Left her in a bathtub while she was on the phone w/ her BF, lost her temper and hit her too hard? Or I think it’s possible if the abuse/incest could have happened Caylee may have been killed on purpose so Casey didn’t have to deal with the truth and this would explain why she lies so much. If she did kill her, she is justifying it in her mind that it wasn’t her fault and believing her own lies. Plus she is NOT talking because she wouldn’t want the truth to come out about something like this. Maybe Cindy doesn’t know about it so Casey’s protecting someone in her family? I hope to God this is not true but it’s very possible. I knew a family who all the kids were abused by the dad and the Mother knew but yet “stood by her man” and the kids were all messed up. The mother never disiplined them. I guess she thought it was their reward for what was going on. If it is this, I honestly don’t think Cindy knows though, but I do think Casey could possibly be protecting someone in the family and herself for now ridding herself of the daughter, however or whatever happened. As far as Casey not going to the vigil, or not going out to church, I wonder how long the spoiled party girl can go without going out for a night on the town, she has to be itching to go out and enjoy herself, one night she will! I think the whole family is involved in this cover up of Casey. Come on!! Anyone who has a grandchild who has lived with them for almost 3 years does not wait a month to find out about her grandchild. Sorry, but my belief is that the Bounty Hunter is no fool… he knows EXACTLY what he’s doing.

It’s not that he believes that Caylee is still alive and with friends. He was hired to do a job and make it look like he’s on the sympathetic side of the public, but he’s not! He works for the defense team and he’s in on the whole grand scheme of things. He knows what the defense’s strategy is and he’s supporting them by creating doubt in people’s mind. He will do this to the bitter end because that’s his job. The defense team is probably very proud of the job that the BH is doing because a lot of people are starting to believe that Caylee is alive. That’s what the BH was hired to do. He’s not there on his own trying to seek out the truth, regardless of what he says, he is there to help the defense win their case for Casey.

Why didn’t Casey get the usual interrogation like Susan Smith got? OMG, this is just like watching her all over again. I just watched another case where the guy cracked and told the truth during interrogation. How did Casey get so well-protected from law enforcement? And now, even the BH has given in to the crazy family’s demands. What is going on? What I find particularly interesting is that Casey pretty much lied to everyone she knew especially about her employment, status of Caylee, and especially money. All of her friends have the same dark suspicion that something accidental may have happened to Caylee and the sad part about it is that they all come across as way more concerned than Casey ever has.

I especially became a little emotional while reading what was discovered in the car once police got their hands on it.

I think if you are really questioning the facts in this case, then you should read all of the newly released information…….it strenghtens my belief even more that I think Casey knows exactly what happened to her daughter and where she is.

Yanno, it seems that by reading the discovery there were ALOT of mother/daughter issues between Cindy and Casey. It does make you wonder if something inside her head just caused her to snap after having Caylee. Now, I’m no doctor, but I have heard that sometimes after women have children they can go through chemical imbalance stuff. If that, combined with all this other stuff between Cindy and Casey came to a head, who knows what the outcome was. But it sounds like this chik has some SERIOUS mental issues.

I read a lot of the Casey Anthony Discovery release today and it left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. As we all know she was lying, lying, lying way before this incident and when friends and family caught her in a lie, she didn’t feel that she had to explanation or apologize.

What really got to me was reading that she stated that she stole money from friends and family so she could look for Caylee, but she was seen in many stores as happy as a lark. And most disturbing, while her daughter was missing, on July 2nd Casey had a tattoo put on her shoulder blade that said “Bella Vita” Which means… Beautiful life.

Bella Vita what a skank she got that tattood while her daughter is missing besides the horrible comments about better off not having a daughter so she could party I think that tattoo is the icing on her cake!!! I doubt that women ever had the motherly/maternal bond for that child…I dont know nor do I care about what kind of house Casey grew up in or care about the relationship she had with her own mother!!! ppl can break the chain and love there own children unconditionally.. I think Casey has been spoiled rotten her whole life and her daughter put a damper on her parade. Nobody is to blame but Casey Anthony herself thats it no one else she a self absorbed self centered lying piece of trash who never deserved to have that child to call her own..its disgusting..yet mezmerizing at the same time… I want to see the B!@$%*& fry!!!

Anybody besides me think the reason behind releasing these documents is to open the eyes of the parents so that they will alienate themselves from Casey, thereby maybe forcing her to tell the truth? Maybe just give parents some evidence to confront her with and demand answers for?

I noticed that after the defense attorney gave him the finger (so to speak) about destroying the defense case.. .Padilla tried lamely to get back on track by saying something stupid like… “If there was a dead body in the truck, it could have been someone else’s.” GIVE ME A FRIGGIN BREAK!

They did talk to everyone in the tattoo shop and Casey made another appointment for July 19, but was in jail by then. Although they all knew her very well, they couldn’t shed any light on Caylee’s whereabouts… just that Casey wasn’t bringing Caylee to the tattoo shop anymore. But when they asked about Caylee, Casey said she would bring her on her July 19th appointment.

What do you think about the theory of the roads? Bella Vida drive. I read there were a few in that area that started with Bella, and that certain areas are grassy & woodsy “so-to-speak”. Wonder if there is any connection with the tattoo she got and the street names.

Hello. What a sad state, this family is trying to protect thier daughter at the expense of the granddaughter. If you read all the police interview transcripts you notice a couple things (i review these for a living)1. the police detectives did a great job checking leads and following-up..2) the interview they did with her at Universal where she walked all the way down the hall to her “office” before finally admitting it was a lie would have cracked most criminals or first time offenders. She barely flinched. There are only a few people who can handle an interview that way, most of them are known sociopaths who are locked up already. 3. She clearly created fantasy situations for herself across the board and carried some of the lies across multiple social paths and friends.

I am think either a “timely” accident happened to the child and she saw it as a chance to start a life with the college student semi-boyfriend whom she had semi-moved in with or she harmed the child herself. Look at the time lines the detectives spell out in all the interviews with her associates the one with the Tony was very telling. She distanced herself from her older friends and was latching on to this college guy where she got to play house. Did she see a 3 year old fitting into her new life?

I pray the child is safe, but fear she is not.

I know many many single young mothers and most are very good moms doing it at an age when I was single and working and thought I didn’t want kids lol… i also know some who are still selfish and you can see the kids burden their young lives, but yet they still bathe, wash, cook, and work for them, but this is what happens when you play the game, so young, you get caught with a baby you have no business having. After having just finished reading through the hundreds of pages of discovery, something really sticks out in my mind. During Casey’s interview – she speaks of Caylee in the past tense:

If you look at the bottom of page 140 when the detective starts asking about Caylee’s favorite places, she says, “She liked going to Blanchard Park” and she continues speaking like that.

I couldn’t sleep last night. I know without a doubt now that she killed Caylee or at least knows she’s dead.

Ain’t It So – Thanks for sharing this new news. I don’t know how the authorities view this relatively new technology or if it’s enough to re-arrest her, as Kris mentioned. Maybe it’s something that can help build the case but not be an absolute certain end to this nightmare.

If they’ve offered any immunity at all, it suggests to me that they would rather not go forward with just DNA (if they have it, and I suspect they do).

With “No Double Jeopardy,” they know they only have one chance to convict. They have to be patient and cannot take chances by going to court too soon.

Something else I noticed that I’ve not heard anyone else mention. RACISM. This could be Casey’s reason for hiding Caylee’s father’s identity.

In an interview, a friend said quite plainly that he was not allowed INSIDE the Anthony’s home because he is Spanish. He said he went in the home once, when George was there, but that Cindy did not allow anyone who is hispanic to be inside the home.

WOW, that is eye-opening to me (do people really think and live this way?!?), especially considering that Casey has dated so many hispanic guys and named a hispanic name for the non-existent nanny.

I disagree with the media for not disclosing this when they knew about it. Perhaps they overlooked it to give a grieving grandmother a break. But I think the public should know. What a piece of work she is …

Good point, Kris. With her dating so many hispanic men, it also shows the level of Casey’s rebellion against her Mom.

I’m so glad and hope the entire Anthony fam has read the docs. I hope Casey has seen that not one single friend, not even the guy who has been a friend since they were small children, has stood up for her, said anything nice, or defended her character.

I read it wrong the first time but it’s only the Body Farm test that’s back right now and reveals that a body was decomposing in the trunk. Now, they have to wait for the other DNA to come back to prove that it was Caylee’s body decomposing DNA. I think that will come back positive though.

Exactly! That’s why I brought it up. I think Cindy’s racism could be telling in several ways (possibly the father, the nanny, etc).

Probably as all of us have unfortunately experienced, I’ve been around people who make racist comments, and that kind of intolerance and narrowmindedness drives me insane.

For weeks, someone from a Topix thread has mentioned Blanchard Park. This person swore up and down that the little girl had to be there. I don’t know…I’m not from the area, so I had no idea how large the park was, apparently it’s huge. Either way, with all of the time that has passed; the park could have been combed by now–but it hasn’t. Why?

Padilla heard about Caylee being missing for 31 days and Casey not looking for her during that time… so, what would make Padilla think that Casey was going to change. I did read somewhere that so much time has passed that the body, in the Florida heat, has decomposed too much to be able to determine the cause of death on Caylee. That brings down the prosecution’s case because jurors want to know how she died. Jurors do not like to convict for first degree murder, unless they know the death was deliberate.

If they find her, all they need to do is call Dr. Michael Baden. That guy’s amazing. I agree, though, Padilla lives on Fantasy Island if he really thought she was going to open up to him. Up until these documents came out, he sounded as loony as them.

FultonFraggle, you’re right, Padilla did sound like a looney until yesterday’s show. It’s good to see the other side of him though. I bet the defense is burning seeing Padilla on TV making those comments.

If it was an accident like there going to try and say (of course) why the hell would she go as far as to delete all pictures of her from her computer?? ANd your right you cant completely turn a body to ashes you need intense heat your right shes prolly in a swamp.. unfortunatly and we’re also right that tattoo isnt a honor to Caylee its a breath of fresh air to Casey because after 3 years of having to deal with her child she is finally free of it..like she said she’d be better off if she had no daughter.. this was no accident and your right futon her parents arent right.. there all in it together for one purpose thats to save Casey from the hooskow and it wont work i think the detectives are waiting till tomorrow when this *deal* expires i think then once this deal is no longer valid there gonna swoop in a bamm snatch her up cuff and stuff straight to county!!! A couple of things hit me. One: why is the BH surprised that Casey won’t talk to him? I’m not a BH, and don’t have the experience he has, yet I KNEW that before he paid the big bucks! Is he for real? Or did he just want to hop on board the media frenzy for some publicity?

Second: I have a theory that Casey wasn’t about to spend money on a babysitter. Clearly, she had to forage for money however she could get it, since she didn’t work..right? So, her “brilliant” mind came up with a source of money…resulting in the lie…”I know, I’ll keep the babysitting money my mom gives me, and I’ll find a place to leave Caylee where I don’t have to pay any of “my” money and can keep it for myself.” Even before Casey was missing in early June, Caylee was unaccounted for when Casey was at Anthony’s house. If there is no nanny, and she wasn’t with grandma, where was she being left?

So I think Casey left Caylee somewhere and kept the babysitter’s money to party on. Only one day, when she went to get her, wherever that is, Caylee was dead. She can’t admit to anyone that she had left Caylee in such a place (maybe an old abandoned house or some such place…hopefully not the trunk ), so she didn’t tell anyone she was gone. That’s the only thought I’ve had so far that makes much sense.

Oh, and I’m also thinking that Caylee was a pawn used in the sick game going on with her mom. Though I don’t think Cindy has handled it all very well, I don’t know if anyone could, I think she has probably come unglued, this is too much for anyone – to lose her grandchild and realize her daughter is a psychopath. It was probably the first time that Casey had any real power in the relationship that she so desperately needed to control, since it was her only source of income.

But one other thing plays into this…the Susan Smith similarity of having found a new guy that could possibly rescue her from all of it. He even had MONEY. Only one thing, in her mind, stood in the way….Caylee. (Obviously, this Anthony guy wasn’t living a life a child could easily fit into). She wasn’t about to let her mom have her, and admit she was a failure at accepting the responsibility of parenting (I’m sure that Cindy was constantly trying to get Casey to accept responsibility, so she wasn’t about to let Cindy be right about anything and lose power in the relationship. Power is everything to sociopaths.)

Well, just my rambling thoughts. It’s so sad.

Hello MNTVT, Catherine, Kris, Concerned, Dak, et al…Took me awhile to find you guys but I knew with this horrible, sad news today you’ll would be here for Caylee.

As much as I thought I was prepared for the worst news, it literally hit me like a ton of bricks. I’m heartsick and nauseous as I’m sure you all are.

After reading nearly all of the 400 pages of documents, it seems obvious to me that this was premeditated and not an accident. Why would she fake those “work related” company emails, and place those CYA calls to the Hopkins family and others in the wee hours of the morning of 7/16 if not to cover her tracks after her interview with Police. An innocent person does not do this. She also talked about Caylee in the past tense to Detectives. An accident at the exact same time she finds a new boyfriend and other newfound friends while she discards the old ones just like she apparently discarded Caylee for her own selfish reasons. She is a vengeful person driven by her resentment and jealousy for her own mother. This was no accident. The one truth she has told in all of this was admitting to Detectives how selfish she really is. She will stick to her lies and we may never, ever really know what truly happened to little Caylee, God rest her soul.

I posted to the older link, but I was saying that offering immunity is ridiculous, other than to say it will maybe bring knowledge to what exactly happened, and bring the baby home for burial. and they need to be watching casey at home closely, on a suicide watch because by now she has to know shes the most hated woman in america, and that she is going to the slammer very soon…I’ve just been sick for hours over this news.

My fear is that the key word in this newly released evidence today is “prelimenary”…Do you think they extended the deadline because the other evidence is shaky at best and this is all they have? The one good thing that came out tonight on the NG show is that BH has done a 180 and is not quite so cocky now. I hope with everything in me that they revoke her bail and quick!

You know all along with her being SO cold, SO emotionless, and “devil may care” attitude, there were times I thought well, maybe she really doesn’t really know where Caylee is…but of course, I ceased to think that after I read all of the documents. Because I cannot fathom ANYONE acting like that when you’re child is missing. My little dog that I loved (he just recently passed away) like a child, went missing one evening and I was absolutely beside myself, literally running around all over the place, the neighborhood, yelling his name, and crying & panicking the whole time. Now I know some people might say, my gosh, over a dog? But my point is, I can’t even relate to her actions during this entire time her daughter was missing which is why I had those thoughts at times…..does that make sense?

Hi Kris..I hope she’s allright…when I was that exact same age, I swallowed a very large rifle bullet. I don’t even want to talk about the jokes that were made while waiting for that to re-appear….

You know, my feelings for the parents are all over the map. At times I believe one thing and then another….right now I’m leaning towards they have suspected since day of 911 calls that Caylee was no longer with us, and that they were going along with Casey PUBLICLY but all the while secretly working with the Police (and Lee too) to get to the truth of what happened out of Casey. Remember, they didn’t try very hard to make bail for a reason. When Cindy Anthony made the comment to Greta that “when people hear WHY Casey hasn’t been talking to protect her daughter, she’ll get Mother of the Year award” I truly believe right now that she was actually referring to herself and giving herself a pat on the back.

I think you’re right Kris… Padilla has changed and he must be crapping in his pants right now wondering if she became more of a flight risk with this news. He has a lot to lose… I think the $50,000 is just the start he would actually lose $500,000. We all know though that she has no money to go anywhere. And not one friend who would help her out.

I truly still wonder if the child was not a product of incest within the family. Hence the covering for each other, and standing united. That would not shock me one bit if they uncovered this as true. This family is so disfunctional, and many, many skeletons it seems. Maybe if they find the body they may look into this too. Not that it changes anything at this point, but it could shed light on alot of other things with regards to the united front.

You know, last week, I believe a week ago today was when the lead detective visted them at their home, day before Casey was released. Boy, I didn’t hear that about the tears at all. I did hear that at last minute tonight during NG show, she has now an unscheduled meeting with attorney tomorrow in addition to previously scheduled meeting with him on Friday…..Do you think her defense is going to be a bombshell, something right out of Sherlock Holmes?? LOL…

I still think it happened at the house on the date that had the flurry of calls. Was that the same date as backing the car up, and the borrowing of the shovel? Or was that afterwards? Because if she temporarily buried the baby at the home, you would think the grandparents would notice something amiss in the backyard. Which leads me to believe someone had to have known and or helped her with it.

I still don’t believe that the grandparents didn’t suspect anything. But if she goes for a defense I wouldn’t doubt that she would try to throw her own parents to the wolves to save her hide. She is severly sociopathic and would have no qualms about doing something like that. Like maybe say, “Remember my mom even stated on the 911 calls that I stole her car.”

If she used the dumpster…surely they could track the locations to the dump itself and where exactly the trash was taken. I think they are suppose to keep records of that.

That theory would definitely fit with the sandbox. But I would be sickened beyond any belief if she truly disposed of her like some common household trash. That goes beyond anything she has done so far, and would make me just heartsick to learn that.

Is someone keeping an eye on her for suicide watch? If she did that we may never know at all what happened to Caylee.

I have actually heard in other cases they have a way of predicting how much other trash was deposited since, and can dig down with a crane of sorts if need be to get through to the proper level of search.

Hello Concerned, just soooo sad. I wonder if like they stated that the police are holding the cards close the vest, if they don’t have something to implicate the parents too. Maybe not both, but I would think if any, possibly the mom. They had to have suspected it. It makes it even more disgusting to know that those photos were taken of her dancing at the night clubs after she did all this. Bet the friends in the photos are sickened that they even knew her, or sat with her in those pics.

He actually looked like a decent sort of guy…not that looks state everything. But I actually thought when the media approached him on the Nancy Grace show, why in the world would he even associate with Casey’s kind. Unless he knew she was whacked and just thought a quick piece of action.

Sickening. The very idea of burying and re-burying! How could she? How does one THROW ONE’S CHILD AWAY!?!? The actual idea of any mother holding the body, moving it, etc., to save herself–it’s just beyond imagination.

Such a lack of respect not only for her child but for life itself.

Now, after these test results, everything just seems to magnified.

The only consolation that she’s not behind bars is the fact that she is having to actually see her parents’ tears tonight. And hear their sobs. Tears and sobs that she should have.

Kris–good point, but I don’t think there’s any way they could keep her from committing suicide.

Her mom probably thought when she was pregnant that Casey would grow into her maternal shoes. Probably love Caylee after having her and learning what a joy a child is to have. But what a mistake that was for Cindy to force her hand in it, she could have let that child live by allowing a loving family to have her early on. She would still be alive today.

Casey probably felt in her warped mind that if the grandmother threatened “grandparent rights” and to take custody away, that the punishment would be to take away the source of the problem. Like a child that has a toy they don’t want or play with, but if another shows and interest they would rather break it than let someoneelse have it.

I don’t think we have to even be concerned with suicide…Casey is way too much in love with herself. But it sure would save a lot of heartache and grief of a trial not to mention the taxpayers money.
I’m actually looking forward to the trial (murder that is) to hear that frozen concoction of a defense her & attorney are going to come up with. Remember when she was released last week, he said the first priorty was to find Caylee (and then prepare for her defense) only he said it the other way around….funny, I haven’t seen them out and about looking for her….Nor her parents!

Yes, Kris…I believe you’re speaking of Jessie Grund….he could have but after having read the LE interview with him it’s possible, but not likely. He actually had some very unfavorable things to say about Casey to the Police. And it was Jessie Grund that apparently introduced her to Ricardo Morlaes, the boyfriend before Tony…the one she (and Caylee) shared the bed with on June 9th. Can you imagine?? Letting your child sleep in the same bed with her and her man of choice for the night?? Wonder how that sits with Cindy Anthony tonight.

Just to get ther media circus off his back?

Another thing, she carried the lie about her working at Universal all the way up to hallway in front of the door of her imaginary office. Sheriff’s Office Receives DNA Test Results

Casey Anthony left her house about 10 a.m. Thursday for a scheduled with with her attorney, Jose Baez

Meanwhile, results of DNA tests in connection with the investigation were received by the Orange County Sheriff’s Office. They’re expected to be shared with the state attorney’s office later on Thursday.

Also, an air sample taken from Anthony’s car was tested at a University of Tennessee laboratory and tested positive for the smell of human decomposition.

A limited immunity deal for Anthony will expire on Tuesday.

Earlier on Thursday, Caylee’s grandfather left his home with an unknown passenger in the car. George Anthony departed from his home just after 6 a.m. He pulled out of his driveway, and another person in the car’s front seat could not be identified. He returned shortly before 9 a.m.

I’m so glad that Casey called Tony to pick her up when she ran out of gas because that was her fatal mistake. Otherwise, that pea brain, pathological liar could have said that someone stole her car… maybe even saying it was ZFG. That would have put law enforcement on another wild goose chase in the investigation and doubt in some peoples mind whether Casey really did this or not. It could have been another reason why Casey was so desperate to get a hold of Tony while she was in jail… to tell him not to say he picked her up that day. But, again, thank God that Tony is an upstanding citizen who simply fell for a girl with a pretty face, not knowing she had an ugly soul.

I still think they are offering Casey limited immunity because the sooner they find Caylee’s body the more chance of them being able to detect cause of death. This is probably the only way they will be able to prove it was murder over accidental death and law enforcement knows that. Once the body is too decomposed there is no way to determine the cause of death. Don’t forget the prosecutor has to bring proof and facts to the trial… the defense is the only one who can bring theories.

Ain’tItSo, I agree with you regarding Casey’s picture. It makes a person want to wipe that smile off her face. Her whole life is one big game. Are people born without a conscience or is their environment to blame? I’m sure she still has no remorse or anxiety over anything she did. If you can kill your daughter and then get rid of her body, you don’t belong with the public, with normal human beings. And tears shed only for yourself are worthless.

This is just such a tragic story. It’s so difficult for us mothers, or anyone, to hear.
I too believe that Cindy would have loved and taken care of Caylee…but would she have unknowingly created the same kind of personality in Caylee .. only God knows.

I so believe in adoption. Caylee would have been placed with parents who wanted a child to love and protect.

Against all odds, I believe with all my heart that Caylee Anthony’s remains WILL be found and that she will be laid to rest in a proper place. God knows exactly where she is. A lot of people are petitioning God to let her be found. I have faith that He will.

12:10 p.m., Thursday: WESH 2 News reporter Bob Kealing is reporting that the Orange County Sheriff’s Office does have the results of the DNA tests on material found in Casey Anthony’s car trunk — they came in last night. He said investigators plan to meet this afternoon at 3 and some statement to the media is possible. Still no word yet what those DNA results show. Meanwhile, Bob — who first reported the immunity offer on WESH.com on Wednesday — says the offer is on the table until Tuesday. A few weeks back I was actually appalled by Casy’s lawyer trying to draw parallels between his clients casee and the case of Madeleine Mccann (which I have followed closely since the beginning)…I only felt he did this to whine about incoming money that the Mccann’s were receiving and his client’s family was not. There were no parallels whatsoever between them other than a missing child.

Now ironically it is very sad that he can draw those again, because the Mccann’s were accused without any evidence (released police dossiers) that there was truly a body in the trunk of the car. But his client there truly was. I would like to see him bring up those parallels now. And show the world how close those 2 cases are in his opinion. I don’t think he’d ever do that though.

HOORAY that Padilla is revoking Casey’s bond. With all the death threats, I’m sure he just wants to get on his horse and hightail it out of there.

I look for another pizza to be delivered to the house today as those 2 were the day she was released. Did you see that the Anthony’s did not order that pizza? It was sent anonymously and was accepted as a welcome home offering from a well-wisher. Not until the second pizza was delivered did they realize it was being done with malice, so they rejected the second one.

I think I do remember that they all (non family members too)ate the first one. But that ws a stressful day with lots of activity going on and I can see how they would just assume a well-wisher sent it or someone at the house ordered it.

I know also they can determine if a person was poisoned by the hair samples. I am sure they have new tests they can do that we are unaware of.

The DNA from the hair and stain from the car matches Caylee and confirms the above.

That POS monster who gave birth to this precious child (I will no longer refer to her as “mother,” because she has never been and could never be a mother).

How does this sound to everyone?

My theories haven’t changed much. I still believe Casey didn’t want Cindy to have Caylee to raise and Caylee was a huge obstacle. George had gotten a new security guard job and hadn’t been available to keep Caylee for the couple of weeks prior to July 15. He said he saw Caylee with Casey on July 16 with backpacks and Casey said she was leaving for work and might work late so she might not be back until the next day. He never said (that I have read/heard) who Caylee was going to stay with that day while Casey was at work.

We all know now there was no job to go to. So where was Casey going? I think she went shopping and then returned to the house after George left for work. She either #1 killed Caylee there in the home (and yes I hold onto my belief it was not an accident) in a fit of rage because she was still enraged at her mom and also her dad for not being available. I can imagine her finding Caylee bothering something of Casey’s or breaking/trashing something of casey’s and casey going taking all her rage for her parents out on Caylee. It doesn’t take much strength to shake a small child until their neck snaps. OR #2 she went to a friends house and then went partying, leaving a sleeping (and possibly drugged with cough medicine to help her sleep longer)Caylee in the trunk.

I lean toward #2 because I just feel that Caylee died in that trunk while Casey was shopping or partying and that Casey put her there because she would be undetected.

My reasoning behind drugging with OTC cough meds: I had a friend who drugged all 3 of her children with Dimetapp all their lives. Her youngest son would sleep for 17-18 hours when he was 3 years old. Myself included, several people notified Child Protective Services over the childhood of these children. When they were still small and couldn’t speak for themselves, I often kept her boys, even overnight so that they could be safe. She used that to her benefit for many years until I moved away. CPS did check on the children several times but found no bruises and plenty of food in the house so closed the case each time. Nothing was ever done. Of the 3 boys who are now men, 2 are drug addicts and the oldest is a basket case.

Casey loved alcohol and ast least weed. She wouldn’t think a sleeping aid would be a bad thing to give a child.

Somebody somewhere besides Casey Anthony has information about Caylee’s death. I feel that with my entire being. I am praying today that whomever it is will not let fear of the media keep them from coming forth with what they know.

Ain’tItSo, you may be right… but I think that Casey never confided in anyone in a truthful manner. I think she did this on her own, never told anyone and that’s how she got away with it for as long as she did.

But, of course that would give Casey an edge on saying it was an accident if the prosecution can’t prove otherwise. A witness to testify that is was murder could get her the death penalty.

Let’s hope that Casey doesn’t get away with a single thing and Justice for Caylee is served!

Therapist, I’m sorry, I didn’t mean (or clarify myself) that I believe Casey TOLD somebody what she did. (she wouldn’t) I mean I believe someone somewhere either SAW something that is crutial to the case, or that they have some information that directly links Casey to the murder of Caylee.

i.e. **someone sitting in their car saw her dispose of “trash” on a certain day in a remote area

**someone smelled the stench before the car was found–that could be crutial to the timeline and link to what Casey was doing when the stench was detected.

**someone heard Casey say something very derogatory about Caylee and that she wants her gone

**someone has something Casey has written on a piece of paper that would be crutial evidence.

**someone saw Casey at a mall or store doing something questionable to or with Caylee, but didn’t know them so said nothing.

Cindy told everybody that Casey had always told lies but that she would eventually tell HER the truth after talking to her. I imagine she meant after she, Cindy, would confront Casey with the facts and assure her that she would be in no big trouble, she would come clean with Cindy. I wonder if Casey would open up to her own mom now if Cindy tells her all she knows (and I KNOW Cindy knows more than she admits) and assures her she will forgive her. (because she can’t tell her she won’t get into any big trouble this time.

I just don’t think Casey, as sly as she is, has committed the *perfect crime* like she thinks she has. I think she has slipped up somewhere other than the areas we know of.

Maybe Cindy is the one somebody who has info that is crutial and she isn’t coming forth.
But I know that someone has info.

This case is like being on a rollercoaster. Listening to all these defense attorneys makes me sick to my stomach. No matter what evidence comes out, they put a smokescreen in front of it. My nephew is a prosecuting attorney and he wins almost all his cases so he’s been offered BIG bucks to join many defense teams. He said the money offer is so outrageous that naturally it’s very tempting to think of what all that money could do for your family. But, he said his conscience would never let him do it. He could never defend someone who is guilty. I just don’t want Casey to get away with anything … our sweet little Caylee deserves Justice!

I just watched Casey’s brother Lee’s reaction to the air and DNA results being positive. He said he feels the same as he has since the very beginning. Saying something like… “In America a person is presumed innocent until proven guilty. I love my sister and niece and can’t wait till Caylee comes home.

WOW… that last statement tells me that the family feels that it is more important to protect Casey, regardless of what she has done, than it is to find Caylee for a proper burial. Very sad!

I believe that in America, people deserve a proper burial over protecting a liar who most likely dumped this precious child’s body like garbage. Then a chain of events will occur where a jury will presume that person innocent until and if they are found guilty.

I have children and grandchildren. My 2yo’s have been able to articulate very well, cetainly well enough to communicate where they have been and with whom. It wouldn’t be with the speech of an older child or adult, but in sentences and with sense and in context.

I also have a degree in Early Childhood Development and have taught K-3 through K-5, worked in church nurseries, and operated a daycare home for 7 years. I currently care for special needs children/adults.

I’m glad you asked this question because I have had the feeling that Caylee was beginning to articulate to Cindy and George where Casey had been taking her and some of the environments she had been in. Caylee would have been able to understand that there was a difference in the way Casey raised her and the way the grandparents raised her. i.e. A child, even a toddler, understands there are rules at Mom’s house that don’t necessarily apply to grandma’s house, or the neighbor’s house, or a church service.

By all means, Caylee would have been beginning to offer information to Cindy about what was going on and the places she had been taken.
From the video of Caylee “reading’ her new book, Caylee seems to be not as verbal as a lot of almost 3yo’s, but she turns the pages of the book and comments (“reads”) on each page. That tells me she has been read to.

I have suspected that Caylee was beginning to say things to Cindy (men aren’t usually tuned in to a toddler’s babblings enough to pick up on possible red flags, so George probably didn’t) and Cindy was beginning to lower the boom on Casey about it. As a grandmother, I would have noticed anything my grandchild said that alerted me to her possible neglect or her being placed in a dangerous or scary situation. I certainly would have had that grnadchild lived her lifetime in my own house.

Therapist—-Casey Anthony is NOT going to jail for SOMEONE ELSE! She is NOT covering for anybody else but CASEY. This is not someone who is so in love with someone else that she will take the wrap for murder. No, Padilla is NOT revoking the bond. She will stay home and not return to jail. He talked with her lawyer today and they have reached some sort of agreement.

Last night on NG Padilla was so afraid for the safety of the family, the media, and himself. I would like to know what changed his mind.

The psychologist was just explaining on how, if Casey never tells the truth about Caylee, you can still determine if it was an accidental death or a murder. Does that make more sense?

I’m totally infuriated about Padilla not revoking Casey’s bond. She is getting every break in the book. They’re all feeding her narcissistic behavior.

Just like Concerned said, they are disregarding Caylee and not showing her the respect she deserves. They are not honoring her short precious life that was so horribly taken away from her. Jose has probably told the family that they already lost Caylee so they should be fighting to save Casey because Concerned is right… his job is to strictly protect Casey, period.

christina, you make a very good point. I don’t think she cares one iota about anyone in her family. Being relatively cute, she probably had an easy time making friends, especially with boys. But, of course keeping them was another story. In her case, she didn’t care about that either because she would just move on to the next guy before tossing the first guy aside. So, if she lost her family’s support in all this, I don’t really think it would faze her.

I’m sure she thinks her attorney is doing all this for her out of love and respect. Give me a break… he probably goes home and tells his wife what a creep he has to defend. But, that’s his job and he’s going to give it his all. With this being a high profile case what he does love is the publicity and the BIG bucks that will come down the road for him because of it.

That would assume Casey would only be responsible from “after” death until “so-called burial.” Someone is responsible for the death. Even if an accident, Casey IS responsible.

I cannot imagine a jury overlooking someone trying to cover it up, showing no remorse, refusing to give her own flesh and blood child a proper resting place, lying to authorities over and over, partying after the so-called “accident,” and on and on.

The deal they offered her would be up Tuesday morning 9am. Monday is a holiday so nothing will be done. Municipal offices will be closed unti Tuesday morning. They know what they are doing. They have 3 free days to investigate and I’m sure they have other things up their sleeves (Cindy’s mother wanted Casey charged with the check forgery of her grandgfather’s nursing home account and Cindy wouldn’t do it, so that could still happen–also George filed a stolen property report about the gas cans–that could still be a charge)
They also know Equu Search Team have state-of-the-art equipment and volunteer searchers already signed up. They have helicopters with infrared beams that can detect things in the dark, diver equipment with sonar and underwater cameras, search dogs, and so much more. They have come to FIND CAYLEE and the investigators know it. They have 3 days before the deal is off. I have faith that they all know what they are doing.

I have lost both 4 grandparents, both parents, a younger brother, a nephew, and an infant granddaughter, as well as close friends. I can guarantee you that tonight will be the hardest night Cindy and George and lee have spent so far. Casey has kept their strength up just being home and giving them a reason to take the next breath. She has been taken from them again tonight amidst a flurry of nerve-wracking activity. I saw Cindy at the front door on her cell phone, probably to Baez. There was nothing else she could do. It was out of her cpontrol, so she reached for the phone. I can imagine her making coffee afterwards. Not because she was unfeeling or in denial. But because when a rug is snatched out from under you as theirs has been so many times lately, you find something that is easy to do. You can’t fix the bad thing that is happening, but you can make coffee, wash a dish, sweep–anything to stay alive and take the next breath.
When my grandbaby died, I made coffee, holding my other grandchild on my hip. Later I couldn’t believe I did that, but in my shock and grief, my subconcious took over and let my conscious mind recover.
I think this will be a very long night at the Anthony’s.

“Local 6 News Obtains E-Mails Sent From Casey Anthony To 12-Year-Old Caylee’s Mom Befriends Girl”

ORLANDO, Fla. — Local 6 News on Friday exclusively obtained e-mails from Casey Anthony, the mother of a missing 3-year-old Orlando girl, that she sent to a 12-year-old girl she befriended since being bailed out of jail.

The e-mails, letters and gifts were sent to Dakota Skii, a St. Cloud Middle School student, who helped organize a vigil in St. Cloud earlier this month for Caylee Anthony, who has been missing since mid-June.

“I can’t imagine what they’re going through, and I just want to help them get through this,” Skii said at the vigil.

Skii, who believes Caylee is still alive, was hospitalized with a severe stress-related medical issue after hearing that sources recently said DNA results and air sample tests from Casey Anthony’s car suggest that Caylee is likely dead, Skii’s grandmother, Lois Peter, told Local 6 News.

Peter contacted Local 6 News about the relationship and has since informed law enforcement, saying she hopes the Anthonys do not feel betrayed and that she wants the “madness” to end.

Peter said she called Casey Anthony’s mother, Cindy Anthony, after Skii was hospitalized to inform her of the situation.

“I heard Casey in the background, and she was crying. I was like, ‘Yeah, Casey. Just tell us what happened to Caylee,’” said Peter, who believes that Caylee may have died accidentally.

Casey Anthony sent Skii an e-mail on Thursday night, saying, “If you need anything, I’ll do anything I can, and more.”

Skii also received a bracelet with the words “my friend, my sister” from Casey Anthony.

One of the notes said:

“Hey Sweetie! I can’t thank you enough for everything you have done for my family. I am really looking forward to seeing you. We will schedule something very soon, I promise. Has anybody heard anything more about the monster? I can’t seem to get any new information this morning regarding whether someone posted the $3,000.($300.) bond or if the original $500,000. bond was revoked or if she’s sitting in jail.(which I hope she is)
My understanding was that they had until 7:00 a.m. today to post bail.

Just had to jump back on and comment. KUDOS to the prosceutors and the orlano detectives working this case, to have planned a dramatic arrest to show just who is running this investigation. We all have to remember these men ( and women) are humans and people too, it probably sickens them way worse than us watching that their suspected criminal is not talking, and has taken control over this situation, and playing a game with them, I’m sure they all have children as well, and this case is making them insane,KUDOS to them by showing you are NOT getting away of disposing of your child, with zero consequences, in whatever manner, by not talking. Can you imagine your own child communicating online with someone whose daughter has disappeared, who most likely by now is no longer alive? In other words, can you imagine your child communicating online with someone she thinks is a friend, and then you child basically learns that she has been talking to an actual murderer?

I cannot imagine how that could impact a child’s life. This little girl who was trying to ‘do good’ is scarred.

Casey invited this child to “spend the night” with her? Where, in jail? Or during the home confinement? And why would an adult woman invite a child to spend the night with her?

Does she really relate to this child on the same level? Seems that way. Seems that Casey wants to be a small child again and meet new friends, hang out. Very disturbing details found in this information.

The naming is also strange. Almost as if the stuffed animal can be Casey’s friend, in the absence of the real person. Again, similar to what small children do. I wonder if she has found a stuffed animal she did name Caylee, one who can now replace Caylee. Makes you wonder.

Thank you for posting the entire article. It was easier to read here than to go to the link. I had read about Dakota being hospitalized. She is another of Casey’s victims, now, as she emails her ‘in Casey style’ with words to confuse the recipient, and sends a bracelet to seal the relationship. I only hope she spent most of her computer time reading what the world thinks of her.

The video of Cindy hugging the protester: She had seen her out there and said she was concerned for her health, that she might have a heart attack. I guess the ‘nurse’ in her took over for a moment, but again, it was a chance for her to go before cameras. I don’t know if she would have done it had the cameras not been there. I apologize for my scepticism; her track record overpowers my ability to trust her. And I am progressively more frustrated with the whole family.

Still searching for the news article that included her taking the pan of brownies to the attorney meeting. Several other blogs have people posting about it but they don’t include the article either. It was a newspaper or TVNews article. I’m looking for it.
Her child has been gone from her sight for almost 3 months, she hasn’t heard Caylee’s laugh, or heard her call out “Mommy”, or felt her little body against hers, but she can whip up a batch of brownies for the meeting with her attorney. Disgusting and despicable.

And while I am on my soapbox this morning, what is this with Casey and Cindy hugging and laying their head/face all over their lawyers chest and shoulders before the cameras? These people have no clue what boundaries mean. They have no idea what personal space, boundaries, limits are. I continue to see strange and abnormal behavior from these people, how they relate to others, and their relationships with each other. No wonder Casey turned out to do what she did. Cindy is a nut.

Of course she can make a batch of brownies for her devils advocate.. and not think once of her daughter!! She never loved Caylee at all I think that besides the few moments of joy and normalcy at her grandparents house Caylee must of had a pretty rough life from what it sounds like going to adult partys, sleeping in the bed while your mom gets it on with some random dude..that skank never cared for poor Caylee.. Caseys just using her attorney like she uses everyone else he’s her shoulder to cry on and act innocent to.. i mean besides her family and that guy NO ONE in america sympathises for her or even believes her.. shes trash

Yes, Jose’ encourages the “close, united look” I am sure, but it is highly unprofessional, reeks of “shady”, and if he expects the world to take him seriously, then he needs to cut the crap and act like a professional.

Seeing Cindy do that on camera was sickening to me. That “touchy-feely” stuff she and Casey do to someone who is representing them in a historical case, is out of place and out of bounds. Remember when O.J. heard his ‘not guilty’ verdict and kissed/laid his face all over Johnnie Cochran’s back and shoulder? Anna Nichole Smith’s lawyer/sex partner?

Maybe it’s me that is weird. But I would not hug and lay all over my lawyer, my doctor, my dentist, my bank manager, my child’s school principal, or the guy who does my car’s oil change just because they do a service for me, or to get them to give me better service.
Did Cindy do the same with the lawyer who did her bankrupcy case a few months ago? (I doubt it—there were no cameras)

Anthony is the mother of a 3-year-old daughter named Caylee, who has been missing since mid-June.Casey Anthony was arrested Friday night on check fraud and theft charges.

In addition to the new charges of uttering a forged instrument, fraudulent use of personal information and petty theft, the 22-year-old mother has already been charged with child neglect, making false statements and obstructing the investigation into her daughter’s disappearance.

According to sheriff’s office reports, Anthony used a friend’s checkbook to buy items at Target and Winn-Dixie, and to write a check for cash in July.

Police say Anthony is a person of interest in the disappearance of her daughter, 3-year-old Caylee, who hasn’t been seen since mid-June. She did not report her daughter missing until July.

Casey is NOT going anywhere anymore! She had her little vacation from jail with her family and now it’s over. The webcam is down that was set up at the Anthony house. There is another one set up outside some building but it doesn’t say it’s linked to this case.

I would like to know what is going on at/in the house today. And what happened to LEE? Is he inside the house holed up and staying away from cameras? Cindy’s vacation leave should be over (she had 5 weeks) so I guess her extended leave from work is beginning now. George apparently quit his new security guard job. Does/did Lee have a job or is he in school?

Trying to get caught up on some of these posts. I read someone wrote that they took Cindy Anthony away in handcuffs too? Or was that a typo and they meant Casey? Also about the bond written above…I thought I read somewhere that she was taken in but could be bailed out on something like 10% which would be about $300 this time? Anyone know anything about that? Also was trying to catch anything more about the rumor of a body found, asked during the press conference…anyone hear anything?

Yes, indeed, the LE’s could have placed software on her computer and follow along to every single website she visits. Absolutely. Of course, they can also collect the computer afterwards and see just as much, including emails that have been deleted. Everything is permanent on a computer.

Did anyone else see Cindy on NBC’s Today show this morning? Same old, same old. Casey is innocent. It’s the LE’s and media’s fault that Caylee hasn’t been found, etc, etc. Sounds as if she has not once asked Casey in a serious manner to tell her the location of Caylee.

I detest the thought of Caylee never being found. But I am starting to remind myself that if she is no longer here on earth, she is not with the body anyway. If the worst has happened, her spirit has been set free.

I’m happy she’s back in too. Guess with all the flip flopping of Padilla I got confused too. But what are they meaning when they say it will all make sense to the public (Baez), is he just blowing hot air because he knows he will have to defend her? Or does he still truly believe after all this evidence that the baby is still alive? I would think if he truly knew something that there would be an ethical moral obligation under the law to do what is right in the interests of a child. Unless he truly does know she is dead and is making up stuff.

Someone did say in the Nancy Grace transcripts that the tension was so thick in the house you could cut it with a knife. I just don’t know what makes them think she is alive? Espcially with the evidence so far , and the fact that Casey supposedly hasn’t said anything to them at all. Especially her father…for gods sake he was a cop familiar with homocides! Why does their denial run so deep for this sociopath daughter? Do they know something they’re not saying to anyone? Do you think Casey’s lawyer could have said something to them to ease their minds. It is just too mind boggling why they are so united for her.

I honestly don’t know if they will ever face it. I would hope so, for their own sake. They ultimately deserve to find peace in all of this, somehow.

But George flat out said, “That body in my daughter’s car is not my granddaughter’s!” And Cindy said that someone else put a body in the car. She said the media should check the security of the tow company.

Doesn’t sound like they are even close to facing the truth.

Way too many unanswered questions remain, even besides the location of Caylee. Such strange happenings. The Zeneida name matching one who actually visited those apartments. The entire family giving the same June 9th date as last date to see Caylee, when picture proof shows otherwise (visiting grandfather on Father’s Day, June 15 – I think — anyway, a week later). On and on. Weird and strange. As if the parents possibly know much more than they let on. Makes my head spin.

I will feel so rejoiced if they find Madeleine. I have felt all along that she is alive. Just a sixth sense I have that has proven correct time and again. I check into her case everyday too, and I was very happy to read the latest. I thought there was too much to that sighting in Belgium a few weeks back. And the parents spokeperson Clarence Mitchell did say that the odds would be if Madeleine were truly found, it would not be released to the media right away until she was back on UK soil. I really think that was her even though they fed the media something different. Maybe there will be a happy ending in one of the cases I am following.

I definitely will, but that will probably make front page, Cnn, and headline news for weeks before you’ll even hear it from me.

Hey guys..Anyone here tonight?

Just saw Jessie Grund’s father interviewed tonight (former fiancee of the monster) and he is coming forward now and speaking outright because they (Anthony’s & Baez) are trying to finger his son Jessie for the crime.

Yes,I’m afraid he could very well be their scape goat. When I heard she was getting out on bail a little more than a week ago, I thought then they were all going to circle the wagons and strategize as to who they could pin this on. After she abandoned her car, on 6/27 she called Jessie and they went to (& spent the night) the beach together. Jessie said early on in the investigation, that he heard Caylee’s voice in the background during a phone call with monster but then changed his statement and said he wasn’t 100% sure. And when I heard that,I thought then he might be the one person they might finger and say he knew where the car was left and being a former cop, they will say he knew his way around security (at the tow yard) and he “placed” Caylee’s body in the trunk, he heard Caylee’s voice on the 24th and also, his number shows up during the flurry of phone calls she made on the 16th.

You can bet your bottom dollar they are working on someone else to lay blame on besides the monster. What we don’t know yet, to quote Baez. is the “the very compelling reason”, why he says the monster couldn’t talk in order to “protect Caylee” and the reason she will be awarded “Mother of the year” award per Cindy. My heart aches for Caylee but I truly fear yet another innocent person and family may be about to feel the wrath of the monster. As if she hasn’t hurt enough people already, MOST importantly, Caylee.

Concerned, thank you for your generous work that you are putting together to honor little Caylee. We did all fall in love with her and I know she will live and play in my heart eternally.

I saw tonight another video of Cindy Anthony that was shot today outside her home wherein she said “I’ve kept my mouth shut because of a pact with Police but I’m not going to keep my mouth shut anymore” – Newsflash! Has anyone ever known Cindy Anthony to keep her mouth shut?? I’ll say it again, most people if in their shoes, would have kept their mouth shut from the beginning and concentrated solely on how to find their granddaughter for a proper memorial and burial. I wouldn’t concern myself with ANYTHING else (not the media, not anyone) except finding her, and that would be my first and ONLY priority. I’m sorry to say but George is not the man I feel he should be and leading his family to focus on the most important thing, finding Caylee. Once that happens, God willing, THEN they can defend their daughter to the hilt if they want to. But for Caylee’s sake, ANTHONY FAMILY PLEASE CONCENTRATE ON FINDING CAYLEE and STOP going toe-to-toe, tit for tat with the media, protestors, police, etc….Ignore them and do what’s right, what needs to be done and that is to find Caylee. The very thought of her lying somewhere on the ground is absolutely horrifying.

AND CINDY, PLEASE STOP BARKING ORDERS to everyone to look for Caylee…There are hundreds of people out looking for her and have been from the beginning and you aren’t the least bit appreciative. People follow by example and quite honestly, you haven’t been doing much to set a good one.

Yah she could of been drugging Caylee I still think she burned Caylee as much as one can burn a human body outside of a crematoriam and buried the remains in the spot where she burned her body. Drugging Cayledd would make sense for her being able to sleep thro party’s..but the shovel and the gas cans leads me to believe Caylees remains are burned and buried somewher close to the anthony home maybe some woods or thickets..

and if drugging her is the case then burning her remains would make sense.. because ther would be no hair,blood,or urine or even organs to do a drug test on.. maybe from the bones but i dont know if rx drugs remain in your bones or even go into your bones.. That would be a very good reason why she WILL NEVER disclose Caylees remains location because if there was a glimmer of a chance they could do a full autopsy and get a drug report on whats in Caylees system she would definetly be charged with her murder..AintitSo i think your onto something!!

Mandi, Someone mentioned the Anthony’s absence yesterday when Equusearch was out in the rain searching for Caylee. They indicated that usually the family does not actually search with the team (for obvious reasons) but that they are ALWAYS THERE, saying thanks by providing water, snacks, etc.

Where was Cindy yesterday? On national tv, angrily saying the same thing again. That Casey is innocent and Caylee is alive. That the public has been tricked by the “bad” media and authorities, etc, etc. Not a word of thanks to the public for falling in love with her granddaughter, nor a word of thanks for all those who have searched and are searching.

Beth Holloway was there with TES searching. What a contrast she is with the Anthony family.

I was just searching the net, desperately trying to find some type of news about this case and couldn’t find anything until I came back to this site and read your post. With all the searchers out there unselfishly giving their blood, sweat and tears, let’s hope that this horrible rollercoaster ride soon comes to and end and the beginning of justice for beautiful little Caylee Marie Anthony.

Not as long as Mrs.Cindy has her way she will never truelly give Caylee the respect she deserves she will always and faithfully support Casey even when the needle is being put into Caseys arm for killing her own child..she will support her to the end..Caylee will never truelly have justice..uhhh its heart wrenching..no matter how much my children scream in my ears,sneeze on me or that point where i need 10 seconds to breath in and out i would never hurt them let alone leave them in a trunk to rott.ughhh i cant ever imagine living one day without my children.

Ain’tItSo, I was the one who said that Cindy was talking out of both sides of her mouth. But, reading your post brought me back to reality. I am a grandmother too and we know it’s devastating to lose a grandchild. So, you’re right. I guess it was just so hard to have compassion for someone when I knew the truth, (especially now) and Cindy was denying everything and accusing everyone else.

I was totally sympathetic when I listened to the 911 tape of Cindy stating that the car smelled like it had a dead body in it. My heart broke for her, to hear her shaking voice and those horrible words she had to say. I’m sure that she was hysterical until Casey comforted Cindy with one of her best lies yet… that Caylee was alive somewhere.
It gave Cindy hope to hang on to and she can’t let go of that hope. Admitting that Caylee is dead is the end. All hope is lost… it would feel like the reason for living has also come to an end because life without Caylee will never be the same.

We all know how much Cindy loved her granddaughter… she even took a video of Caylee the day before she went missing. That video alone has to be so heart wrenching. Cindy was so proud to show greatgrandpa that Caylee was trying to read.

I do agree with Pickle that Cindy will probably never let go of the idea that Casey is guilty. It’s just too much of a horrible act, to even begin to think, of a loved one committing. I feel regardless of how much evidence there is, Cindy will always believe that Casey is innocent. Cindy will latch on to, or maybe has already, any theory that Jose comes up with and believe me he will come up with one.

The mind is so complicated… and right now Cindy and George have so much on their shoulders. It’s going to be next to impossible for them to finally accept Caylee’s death… but to accept Caylee’s death and Casey’s guilt at the same time will be impossible. That could make even the strongest person go insane.

Again, Ain’tItSo, thanks for giving me some food for thought today as I ride this horrible rollercoaster of emotions. I’ve gone back and forth many times in my empathy for Cindy and George and right now, I believe it is too painful for them to face reality themselves.

Orange County Sheriff’s Office joined Texas-based Equusearch Sunday morning in the hunt for Caylee Marie Anthony. The group, which was called in by the Anthony family, has been organizing search parties this weekend for Caylee.

The Sheriff’s Office sent its helicopter up with Equusearch’s infrared equipment to help with mapping the search area and look for things such as recently disturbed areas or fresh tire tracks.

“Anything that might give us an area to concentrate on,” said Mandy Albritton, deputy search director for Equusearch. So far, Albritton said, “We’re found leads to look at, but we haven’t found Caylee.”

Officials are calling for help in the search for the missing 3-year-old girl, saying they need members of the public to help canvass areas in southeast Orlando.
About 150 volunteers gathered Sunday to help with the search, which focused on a wooded area wooded area north of the airport.

“We’re providing search areas that we think might be fruitful,” Sgt. John Allen of the Sheriff’s Office. “Since we’ve gotten things back from the FBI lab, we know that we’re probably looking for a body.”

Although some of the areas have already been searched before by deputies, a large number of community volunteers can go over areas the in greater detail, Allen said.

“We’re to the point in the investigation where we think it’d be good to go back and retrace some of our steps,” he said.

I wouldn’t be surprised to see them call Cindy and George back in to question them again. Maybe even go back and retrace steps from their house/yard.

The funny thing is that when I read it, I thought, “I don’t remember saying that but with all the stress and heartache over this situation, the approaching hurricane, and the new semester beginning, I very well could have said it!” lol

Good news for my area is that it looks like we’ll be spared. Won’t know until it lands. Still a slight possibility that it could wobble on down the coast a bit. And it looks like N.O. might not be as bad as they once thought. We can hope! (the wind shears might weaken the storm–maybe even down to a Cat 2). Hoping and praying for the best, no matter where it lands, of course.

ok, back to the heartache. Once again, devastating report. Even last week, when we thought the DNA results meant ‘for sure’ that Caylee was no longer with us, I guess that all of us, maybe even while saying differently, were hoping in our heart of hearts that she was somehow miraculously ok. Now there seems to be no chance.

MNT, you make very good points about Cindy. I certainly don’t blame her for not wanting to face this awful, horrid truth. But I have gotten frustrated that her not facing the truth was perhaps standing in the way of Caylee being found and properly buried, with respect. I still believe that if she could face it, she might could get Casey to reveal Caylee’s whereabouts.

So sad, but we must also remember that no matter what she went through or experienced, Caylee is now no longer suffering. I believe anyway, that she is in peace–perfect peace, in fact. Her body may be missing, but her spirit is not missing. Her spirit has been set free.

Now wanting justice for any prior suffering and for her life being cut short is another story altogether. I think we all want that. For now, I’m finding peace in the fact that we do indeed live in a land of laws. Laws that will apply to whoever caused her death. I believe our system will work and justice will be found.

Pickles — yes, I am a mother, of a son. I cannot imagine anyone ever causing him harm, even though by now he’s nearly a foot taller than I will ever be! In my eyes though, he’s still that same sweet, smiley-faced five-year old, and always will be!

OK, my above timeline still has bugs in it. (this is why I don’t get paid for my detective work LOL!)

I realize this psychic could have read every single bit of her info on the internet and just pieced together mine and other’s theories. I am not a great believer in psychics. But the FBI are listening to her(according to her) and she may have given just one bit of info that would let the investigators know where to “go back and retrace” their steps.

One other scenario comes to my mind. If one of Casey’s friends that she was hanging out with at that time actually works at a car parts store and disposed of Caylee for Casey. I need now to go back and read the documents released to see who all Casey called on July 16 and 17 from her cell, if the documents are where I read that info.

I am ready for Caylee to be found and have peace.

And I am ready to stop speculating and blaming people I don’t know with info I don’t have. (but just for tonight – lol – speculation continues tomorrow)

Cindy and George picked up the car together. I remember reading in the docs that Cindy was there at the tow company and complained about the price, trying to get it lowered. Also, Cindy got ahold of Amy only after finding a piece of paper with Amy’s name and number, which was on the front seat of the car.

Everywhere I look online, people are speculating about George, though. Many, many. Of course, IF so, and if Cindy is aware of it, it could offer yet another reason for Cindy’s digging in and insisting on Casey’s innocence and that Caylee is still alive.

Afterall, if Casey “goes down,” then so would George. Cindy would then have lost Caylee, Casey, and George.

I hope and pray with all my might that George was not involved. For one reason and one only–because Caylee was already betrayed by her own mother. To add Grandpa and even Grandma (possibly covering up) would just be unbearable. No Dad, no other grandparents. Way too heartbreaking! (Yet I fear it may be true, too).

Wish I were in Fla and could help search. Usually 2,000 or so show up to help. TES is shocked that only 200 have shown up both days. They fear people are not helping because of Casey. (I’d suspect it’s Cindy because of her being so anti-LE and the confusion over Cindy’s denial regarding the DNA proof–just a theory). But they also may believe it’s a complete waste of time, since there is literally NO ONE to say where Caylee was last seen. That is, afterall, the normal starting point of any search. What a mess!!!!

Hoping and praying Caylee is found soon.

I thought I read in the investigation transcripts that George went to pick up the car by himself the first time and didn’t have cash or a certified check, as required, to pay for towing and storage charge of the vehicle. So, he left the tow yard and came back with Cindy the second time. I don’t remember for sure if George examined the vehicle the first time he was there…. but I think he did.

This news of the sheriff retracting his statement,about DNA tests positively putting Caylee in the trunk and dead, puts me back on that horrible rollercoaster ride.

Someone had written above that either Equsearch or the volunteers uncovered something near the airport. And that the CSI came in in suits. Does anyone know anything more about this or what was found? I would think if it was Caylee someone in the media would have rumored it out to the public by now. Or if it was items, what did they truly uncover? They will never convict Casey with the death penalty I am convinced unless they find that child.

Law enforcement has a lot more evidence in this case then they ever had in the Jon Benet case. This case will go to trial and I have faith that justice will be served for our sweet little angel. Someone will be held accountable for taking away her bright inquisitive eyes, her beautiful smile, her playful animated reading, her chance to go to school and learn about the world that she was living in… for snuffing out her young tender life.

I still stick to my original belief that Casey deliberately killed Caylee and hid or buried her body. I don’t think anyone else was involved in hiding Caylee’s body, but I could be wrong on that point. I’m basing my opinion on the facts that I’ve heard so far. But, of course I will be open to listen to all the facts and evidence presented at a trial. I’m confident that there will be a trial regarding this horrible, senseless tragedy.

At this time, I totally believe that Jose Baez may be building his case by leaking out theories, in order to prepare the jury pool with optional thoughts other than his client being the murderer. I am now VERY suspicious that Jose, or someone close to his defense team, may have been involved in the psychic getting the message out their about his client not being guilty. There are a lot of people who believe in psychics and I’m sure some will be sitting on the jury.

I also agree with this thought. Remember when I mentioned “Matthew James” following the Mccann case. That he either is one of two things…1)Is truly exactly as he is known a gifted psychic with very detailed predictions which throughout the Mccann case came true and happened. 2) Or someone who has a connection to someone inside the case and knows what is really going on and reports to the public cryptically in his readings. Either way in that case (Mccann’s), I don’t care which because his latest prediction was bold and that they were very close to Madeleine’s return (alive). So in short I guess my opinion is similar that it is true that people can have some inside connection to cases which would only amplify their abilities to the public and make some people think “WOW!” they really predicted that.

The investigators said RETRACE their steps, meaning GO BACK TO SQUARE ONE and re-think, re-search areas, re-investigate people, re-read facts—GO BACK over what they have already gone over. To my knowledge, no investigator has retracted (taken back)any statements.

I already said in a post earlier that she could have read all the speculation online, and drawn her own theory. If she has indeed talked to the authorities as she stated and the authorities use her information, then, in time, we will probably find that out.

I looked back at all the people on the list ofplayers in this case. Tony (Anthony) Lazzaro is a promoter for Fusian Ultra Lounge. Tony (Anthony) Rusciano is the fired deputy who knew Casey romantically before Caylee went missing. Psychic said “Mommy, please don’t cry about not being loved by Tony”. That statement could fit either Tony, but she was dating/living with Tony Lazzaro in the days following June 16.

Psychic: “Tell them about the man who hid me, Mommy. Tell them about the man who hid me.”

SOMEBODY HID CAYLEE’S BODY. Is Casey really that good that she could hide Caylee’s body undetected? Maybe. Maybe someone else did it for her. Who would love Casey that much, or be devoted/committed to Casey enough, or know what to do to a dead body or where to put a dead body? I keep coming back to Dad. George Anthony. He had a reputation to guard. His reputation, maybe to him, had already been marred by Casey’s out-of-wedlock pregnancy. And now serious, serious damage to the whole family’s reputation at risk.

but then again i thought the car was found before the grandmother made the 911 call, and so if casey gets on the phone and says she got taken by the babysitter, then the car is already towed and dad went to get it so casey would not know dad has removed the body, so why start with a babysitter took her story? this case is just rattling me too much, too many theories, and confusion, timeline wise, maybe you know was the car towed and picked up by parents before cindy makes call?

Hey, I hope that concerned is okay. I remember her mentioning something about it looked like they were going to be spared but it might come down the coast. I’m not sure exactly where she lives but let’s hope everything is okay with her and we hear from her soon.

I’ve been reading everyone’s post on here and I guess I’m in the minority with my view. I still believe that the psychic is making all this up and somehow the defense is involved. Besides me just flat out not believing in psychics… I feel that this TV Celebrity psychic is a BIG phony.

For one thing she said she never heard about this case at all… not on TV, radio, internet, not a word. Come on, people on the radio, TV etc. have to be well informed. I’m never going to believe she didn’t hear a word about it. So, that pretty much makes me feel that if she lied about that, just like Casey’s lies, she’ll lie about anything. If she proves me wrong, I will be more than happy to apologize and admit my error.

Anyway, if the defense team did have something to do with the psychic, their strategy is working because everyone… not only in this blog but on every blog from Greta on down is coming up with new theories and discussing the “parts store” as if it’s definitely a clue. Bringing into the picture, her dad, the guy in the tow yard, Jessie, etc. as maybe playing a part in hiding the body. I didn’t see any evidence that points in that direction yet.

Did you notice that the psychic verbalized every word perfectly but then she threw in that about the parts store because she wanted to make it sound like a child was speaking. Odd, that Caylee would tell her everything except exactly where she’s at. I would think that in the afterlife, your spirit is adult and it doesn’t live a child’s life, just because you died as a child.

I also feel that anything she said has NOTHING to do with facts or evidence. It’s all hocus-pocus. Sorry guys, please don’t hate me for my opinion. I can’t help believing the way I do.

(Special note to Kris I did read up on what you sent regarding Matthew James and I hope they find Madeline soon but I still have my doubts about him as well… I hope I’m wrong.

did see NG and thought tonight she was getting alittle more angry about this case, and all the BS… I read your blog about the psychic and your right I too thought that a 3 year olds spirit would not even be talking about moms love life, or tony boyfriend, I did think about all this later… and your correct I don’t believe she didn’t hear about this case, although in my circle theres still a small few when I ask them they sayu who? lol.. yah I guess I was “tricked” by that sad reading of the note, and how genuine she spoke, but then again if a real “spirit” had a message she would certainly send a message of who did this to me.. and where I am located… as far as new developments tonight on NG, seems like were in a waiting game now. But i want to know what is next? they have her back on the charges, will she just sit there till a grand jury is put together, and do they have to get a grand jury to indeit someone? or can detectives and police go to the judge at any time and get a murder inditement without a grand jury? just on the evidence ? I’m confused about that, if they don’t need the grand jury how would they proceed now? just charge her?

To answer your question about a grand jury, here in Michigan it’s mostly used for Federal cases. Here as long as the prosecutor fills out a warrant, the cops can go arrest someone for murder and then he goes before the judge for what’s called a preliminary hearing and the judge listens to all the evidence and decides if there is enough to hold him over for trial. I’m not sure if the law is the same in Florida or not.

yah I never really understood what a “grand jury” meant lol in all my years and years of following cases, like in jon benet, they had a grand jury I remember formed and then no charges came. in denver or no boulder, so your saying at this point that isn’t needed to charge her with murder? they can just do it, so she’ll just sit waiting unless new charges are served? which in that instance then she’ll await trial for murder. I really pray a trial doesn’t happen making it impossible to know the truth.. did you hear the NG searcher who said we’re looking in all the areas, and we WILL bring her home, that made me feel good when he said that, that they are quite determined to get her remains, and bury her proper…

The other day on NG one of the psychologist said that nothing they could offer Casey, in her mind, could be as good as what she got when she got rid of Caylee. Plus today the psychologist said that if a person can kill their own child like that they have no guilt or any feelings whatsoever regarding dumping her like trash or even thoughts of Caylee being out in a swamp decomposing. Totally empty shell as far as any feeling go. She said, what Casey wants is to be on her compute and party. So very, very sad. I’m sure Jose thinks he can get Casey off on a lesser charge… maybe manslaughter. But that doesn’t mean he will… I’m routing for the cops!

I wish somehow I could hit the lottery. Because I know if I was financial well off exactly what I would do. I would use a great amount of the money to help fly myself wherever I could to help in these searches for missing children. And I would also donate a good chunk of it to the Missing and Exploited childrens fund. I often think about this but having to work every day and meet your own bills keeps a person from doing what their heart truly desires, and this is something that I always wished to help with even if it just meant creating a website to help families of these children and connect them to support groups or something similar. So many people would just retire and do nothing more if they hit it big, but it is not what I would do.

Law enforcement knows that finding Caylee’s body would help them get the justice Caylee deserves. With a body as evidence, they will most likely have a slam-dunk case. Maybe even murder one – death penalty. There’s always the chance though that then Jose will be looking for a plea deal for his client… but Casey would have to agree to that and I don’t think she would ever do that. She’s never had to tell the truth and she knows her family will always believe that she is innocent as long as she doesn’t confess. She can’t believe that she will spend any real length of time in prison… and she’ll spend her whole life behind bars believing that.

I have really been compelled by two of them. This one and the case of Madeleine Mccann. I am following both closely and I really feel that in the other case that the outcome in Madeleine’s will be better. I truly believe from certain specifics that she is alive. I truly hoped this too in Caylee’s case but it did not look good from the start of it.

Kris, regardless if you are able to help in the search or not… your heart is there with them. I wish there was a way that we could make a donation for the searches to get them food but it looks like they rely on local churches to do that stuff.

You’re a good person Kris… and you never know what life has in store for you… someday you may be able to follow your dream and join these wonderful, dedicated search teams.

Where ever they would find employment from here forward, unfortunately this case will always be whispered about behind their backs I’m sure. It will become a never ending stigma that will follow them wherever they go, and depending upon the outcome of all this (wether they find Caylee or not) people will always wonder and point to them.

Bones Found In Baby Blanket During Caylee Search Belonged To Dog

ORLANDO, Fla. — Bones found wrapped in a baby’s blanket over the weekend during a search for missing Caylee Anthony belonged to a dog.

Volunteer searchers scoured remote areas and swamps in Central Florida searching for missing Caylee Anthony, 3, over the weekend and on Monday.

Searchers thought they had a break in the case when bones were found near the Anthony’s Orange County home Sunday. However, it was determined that someone had wrapped a dead dog in a baby blanket.

During Monday’s search, several other piles of bones were found on Lee Vista Boulevard.

“It looks like a spine or backbone,” searcher Martin Krasinsqui said.

The new bones were marked for investigators.

I read early on somewhere that Cindy was beginning a 5 week vacation when this all began, and that after that 5 weeks was over she would go on extended leave from her job. But, as a nurse, no, she would not have a problem finding a job. She could work in any number of places: nursing home, assisted living, school nurse, clinic, or take a little training and do medical transcriptionist from home. I just wonder how her health, both mental and physical, will hold up to her returning to a job any time soon, if ever.

George had been at his security job for only a couple of weeks. He can still find another job like that, if he isn’t implicated in Caylee’s murder somehow. But he is a retired deputy, isn’t he? He should be drawing a retirement check. I think the security guard job was only part-time anyway.

In the first place, who wouldn’t remember the exact time they dropped their child off at a babysitter?

But what’s intersting is this: 9am- 1pm is the time Tony Lazzaro stated his classes were at that time. (by the time he was questioned he had added a lab to each day making his classes last until 5pm, but when Caylee went missing, his classes were from 9am-1pm.

Was she thinking that she knew what happened to Caylee happened between 9am – 1pm? Or is she creating an alibi for Tony?

MNT, I appreciate the concern. I’m just fine, and thankfully, sounds as if this hurricane didn’t cause that much damage, at least not anywhere near what was feared. I’m in Texas, very near the coast. I’m used to the small ones but the 3′s and 4′s are a fright!

As far as the psychic–I’m pretty much with MNT on this one and thought she made a brilliant point: if it were true that she had contact with Caylee, why wouldn’t she know the exact location of Caylee.

On the other hand, when we find ourselves caring so very much, we want to be open to any possibility. I certainly understand that urge. I just would think if Caylee could leave a message with someone, it would probably not be transmitted by someone who has something to gain from it ($$$). (Sorry, but that’s my opinion…)

Detectives disclosed at a July hearing that Anthony’s trunk contained strands of hair appearing to belong to Caylee, as well as a strong odor and a suspicious stain that glowed under black light.

I HATE HER and when shes finally permanentaly housed in a prison we can all write to her as long as its not threatening or harrasing..yes we will all write to her. and tell her how much WE love Caylee..

Pickles, yes, I still stick to my “trunk death” theory, that Caylee was sedated so that she would sleep a long while and then placed in the trunk where she died from heat stroke. But I do NOT believe Casey *forgot* her. Casey’s mind is like a little girl who never grew up. I think Cindy’s bailing her out of all trouble never gave her a chance to mature and think responsibly. Why should she ever act responsibly when her mother was being responsible FOR her? Casey quit school, quit her job, lived off family and friends, and had no responsibilities. None except that one being Caylee. And because she didn’t have the capacity to be responsible, Caylee was like a millstone around Casey’s neck, holding her back, weighting her down. She had to get rid of that millstone.
I don’t think for a minute that Casey *forgot* Caylee accidently. She forgot her alright. But she just thought she was invinceable, untouchable, above reproach, because she never learned to take responsibility for her actions. That has bee Cindy’s job.
Casey just thought that she had found the perfect way to keep Caylee hidden while she partied and groomed her new beau. The trunk had worked before, probably, why not that night also? She probably never considered the heat, that’s true. But I don’t call it an accident when you willingly place a 2 year old child in the trunk of a car to sleep. I don’t care if the trunk was air conditioned and had a feather mattress in it. No sane, level-headed responsible mother in the world would put her child in the trunk of a car for a second, close the lid, and walk off.
But Casey thought it was a perfect idea. Out of sight, out of mind.

I’m waiting to hear them say that they haven’t heard a word from casey or her lawyer on the deal that just expired.

I also look for them to charge her with some degree of murder today or tomorrow. One more day of searching maybe, maybe not. They did find some more bones. A partial backbone, and another bone. I hope the tests on those come back soon.

Time is apparently up for a missing Florida toddler’s mother if she wanted a deal in the case.

Some of the searches took place near the Orlando International Airport. Albritton said the area is significant because Casey Anthony made unexplained cell phone calls to a person in a somewhat remote area near the airport around the time her daughter went missing.

Deputies said they are focusing on areas they think might be fruitful, but admitted with results back from the Federal Bureau of Investigation lab, they are probably looking for a body…ughh

I think NG backed her into a corner when she was asking her to release Casey’s cell phone records if she feels the police are lying.

I am truly hoping that they come up with her body soon. I think that Casey is just feeling smug about how the baby was disposed of. She is too self assured in this I feel, enough to not take the plea agreement. Does anyone know if they searched the dumps? I think when certain trucks pick up they have to keep a log on where they emptied at the dump site for that particular day. I would hate to think this could be possible but given the locale of where the car was left by a dumpster.

I really feel my theory long ago in these forums could have been what happened…I had thought way back in the beginning that possibly she felt it ok to tuck Caylee in the trunk to sleep while she was out clubbing, maybe thinking it was ok if it was say a cooler evening. In her mind she could’ve thought that if anyone saw Caylee sleeping in the backseat that CPS could intervene or the police. So she chose the trunk instead. Then maybe had too much or was playing around with a guy and forgot about her after drinking a bit too much. Maybe even Casey could have passed out herself and Caylee was still in the trunk when recognition dawned on her hung-over coutenance the next day. This would explain why she does not choose to admit to what she did, or she is blocking it out mentally pretending it did not happen. This theory would apply if you think on it. And also works well with Casey’s self-centered “I’ll have my way no matter what” thought process.

I don’t know if they checked the dump but I thought that right at the beginning too. I think one reason why they didn’t was because according to experts on the NG show a while back… a person’s cell phone is “pinged” every three minutes. It doesn’t matter if you are using the phone or not… as long as it’s on. Evidently they could tell that Casey’s phone was always on. I don’t think they located any pings coming from around the dump. That’s why they are so adamant about searching the vast area by the airport. She was near the swamp part of the airport on 6/17… which meant she may have had Caylee’s dead body in her trunk for one full day before disposing of it. I also missed some of NG, so I’m going to catch up when it comes on in a couple of minutes.

I was reading more about xanax pills ZANNY’S they are called ZANNY’S on the street and i guarantee thats where ‘ZANNY THE NANNY’ came from and i bet thats why ZANIEDA the sitter got her name to cover her ass for the ZANNY THE NANNY to her friends when they would ask where Caylee was..To bad her friends are more than willing to rat her out..can RX drugs get into your bone marrow????

I really believe that all Cindy’s efforts are going toward protecting Casey now rather than finding Caylee. well, as I listened intently to every word of cindy droning on and on, at the last 5 minutes nancy pulled a fast one and had padilla come out and exactly what he said was this ” LAST WEDNESDAY, LEE CASEY AND CINDY WERE GIVEN PRELIMIARIES ON EVIDENCE, THE WORLD WE BE SHOCKED WHEN THEY FIND OUT, AND THE DUMPSTER NEAR TONYS IS GOING TO BE VERY IMPORTANT”… then the show ended.. now my opinion is he knows what happened, and he just leaked to us that they found other evidence in that dumpster, and thats my opinion… truly left my mouth hanging… I don’t think ng would have put him on at the end, for no reason, he was called to end her show with this shocking tidbit… that just negated poor cindy..do you all agree?? or is it just me that found this just flabbergasting? WHOA is right! I agree with you. NG did that deliberately. I couldn’t take much more of Cindy tonight. She has no evidence to back up her theories… just Casey’s word. Give me a friggin break! You know I feel bad because sometimes I get so angry with Cindy and I know she’s hurting. I will never, in my life, forget the frantic sound of Cindy’s voice on the 911 call when she said “Something’s wrong… I found my daughter’s car today and it smelled like it had a dead body in the damn car.” My heart just broke for her. But, at times I get so frustrated with her, especially when she talks about what Casey said as if anything Casey says is the truth. Too many lies told to believe Casey about anything.

Question guys… Where is George in all this? Padilla didn’t say his name only Cindy, Lee and Casey. Do you think maybe he’s having heart problems? or… maybe he doesn’t believe what they are trying to project so they told him if you can’t support us … don’t go against us just lay low.

casey made victims not only of caylee, but her own mother and father…and brother, and anyone who knew them, that is why anytime this poor woman speaks or I see her, I have pity and compassion for her.. you can just hear it in her voice, you can just hear it, the extreme, horror of this on her… as she she tries so hard to be strong, i see she looks even skinnier to me since this story broke, and so much more weaker looking, so sad, all her daughter had to do was just talk and tell what happened, whatever happened, and it would not have taken the toll as this has. its almost like the family is being tortured. Right, that goes without saying (or at least I thought I did say) that they aren’t parents of the year and have a heavy burden to carry for this one. Speaking of BH, have any of you heard THE phone call on myspace? A girl in Tennessee who has followed this case just dialed his number. He answered and then talked to her for a long, long time. She recorded it and put it on her myspace.

I could not believe how candid he was (don’t think he knew he was being recorded but it’s legal in TN if one party agrees to it).

I’ll find the link to share. One thing funny–she asked him if Casey “went after” him (as in seduce), and he laughed and said no but she made an attempt with one of the other guys. That younger guy–isn’t his name Dick? I’d have to double-check. (imagine, that’s how she says thanks?!!?).

None of us liked the BH at first, for good reason. But this is a good example of Karma. In hindsight, I think he genuinely had his heart in the right place. Yes, a bit naive. But he was trying to help Caylee. It failed. But now that he’s here, and the bad guys (Casey and co) cannot get rid of him. And he appears to be privy to inside info. And he likes to talk!!!!

Net result is that it’s good for Caylee. (imo)

Now I’ve got to go grab some ping pong balls (MNT–maybe 100 LOL!!!!) to have them ready to throw at the tv because Cindy is going to drive me insane as I watch NG!!!!

Pickle… I’m so glad that you slept well. When it comes to children, I can tell that you’re a very caring person. I was just a little bit worried about you not sleeping over all this. You know you have to be strong for your own kid’s sake because kids are the most precious thing in life. They pump new hope and joy into our own lives and more love and laughter than we ever thought was possible. Caylee did this to her grandparent’s lives, so I guess we have to try and realize how horrible it would be to suddenly have that taken away. Denial may be their only coping mechanism for now anyway. I keep jumping the fence, from one side to the other regarding my thoughts on Cindy and George. Although, George is pretty much staying out of all this lately.

I think maybe Casey tossed some of Caylee’s things into the dumpster… or some of Caylee’s DNA was found in the dumpster. In my eyes, it’s too close to Tony’s apartment to be anyone else doing that but Casey.

Broke my heart to watch Tim Miller on NG. imo, NG was too harsh with that man who has such a sweet spirit.

Grateful to learn this morn that he changed his mind and will continue the search. But I can’t blame him for considering pulling out.

How can Cindy treat him that way? That fam has no limits to destruction and arrogance. Cindy said that Miller should go to Dallas to follow some stupid lead bc someone thinks Zeneida and Caylee are there. What? No description has even been released of “Zeneida!”

Cindy doesn’t “approve” of Miller searching the woods near the airport. What reason? Only thing I can think of is that she fears they will find Caylee.

No one is showing up to help search bc of Anthony family. Pitiful. About 40 showed up yesterday, instead of usual 2000 Miller gets. No churches are helping, like they usually do.

Usually fam shares water, food, supplies. They have not even been there! Internet groups are helping to providing food (from http://www.scaredmonkeys.com), collecting funds online, ordering food and having it delivered. All of it is planned online on their forum. Also, forum members who are searching are posting their experiences.

…. while Cindy is busy doing interviews, trying to convince public that the FBI, media, authorities, and SCIENCE TESTS have lied, lied, lied–but Casey is innocent despite her proven lies! Maddening!

Their search has been focused in that area because it is a patch of woods/swamp/undergrowth that is behind the Anthony’s house. “close to home”

I keep thinking that Casey left a marker wherever she left her, so that if she ever wanted to go back to it, she could recognize the terrain. I think it’s up on a branch of a tree or up above the searchers heads and not on the ground. The thought keeps returning. It makes me want to tell them “Look up!”

I can’t see Casey caring one way or another that Casey is gone, much less want to remember where she put her, but it keeps coming to me.

Not many searchers today at all. About a dozen. Maybe that’s how God wants it to happen—just a few to find her and be able to secure the crime scene before word leaks out that she is found.

ORLANDO, Fla. — Investigators came to the Blanchard Park area where a search group is looking for missing toddler Caylee Anthony and collected evidence on Wednesday afternoon.

The evidence was placed into brown paper bags and removed from the scene, but it is unknown what was in the bags.

Earlier Wednesday, Texas EquuSearch said they may be packing up after clashing with the child’s grandmother, Cindy Anthony. Throughout the week, the search has been focused in wooded areas and thick brush lately. They’re places Anthony believes Caylee won’t be found.

“I think it’s a waste of time searching in the woods back by the airport and all that because I know Caylee is alive. I’ve gotten many people calling in and saying they’ve seen Caylee. What I would like people to do is continue to get the word out and continue to look for her,” Anthony said.

Orange County Sheriff Kevin Beary made a plea on Wednesday for searchers to stay.

Beary promised Tim Miller, the president of Texas EquuSearch, some much-needed help in the form of airboats, patrols and money.

“Said, ‘We’re going to bring you a check for $5,000 just to help on this search, but do not leave this search.’ Why do you think he (Beary) doesn’t want us to leave this search? He wants Caylee found. I would do anything in the world for Cindy and that entire family and we’re doing that and trying to find Caylee alive, but if something has happened to her out here, we need to find her. We need to bring this little baby home. She deserves that dignity of having the funeral so everybody can say goodbye and people can put their life back together. Caylee is not where she chose to be,” Miller said.

The $5,000 was a donation from drug forfeiture money that was given to keep the search efforts going. Beary also appealed for more volunteers to join the search for Caylee.

“I am saying if Casey (Anthony) got us out here and she gave that child to somebody she trusted and will not give up the name and phone number and wasting our resources,” Miller said.

Meanwhile, Casey Anthony received a late-night visit from her attorney, Jose Baez, on Tuesday. Court records show he visited her at the Orange County Jail between 10 and 11 p.m.

Her brother, Lee, has scheduled a visit for Saturday at 1 p.m.

Kris, I’m not sure if this will help answer your question, but here goes:
As far as I know this was on NG’s show. Evidently Tim Miller confided in NG before the show and then she point blank asked him on the show why he was considering pulling the plug on the search. He wouldn’t say but NG led us to believe that he told her before the show that it was because the Anthony family was not cooperating. They didn’t go in to detail what he meant by “not cooperating” but Tim being such a nice guy he would not repeat what he told NG off camera.

Cindy, however, did verbalize on the show that she doesn’t know why they are searching near the airport because they are not going to find anything there since Caylee is alive and with someone. I also think that Cindy is trying to divert the attention off the airport area by saying everyone should be looking for “a live, breathing child.”

It’s exasperating to listen to Cindy speak anymore.

In other developments, Leonard Padilla the California bounty hunter who helped secure the release of Casey Anthony, the mother of missing toddler Caylee Anthony, several weeks ago said he’s willing to get her bond reinstated.

Reached by phone in California Wednesday, Padilla said that he has made that offer to the Anthony family, her attorney and asked that it be relayed to her in jail.

The condition for the release according to Padilla is that Casey has to tell investigators where the body of her little girl is. If Casey complies and cooperates with investigators, Padilla said he would get the bond reposted so Casey could remain free while she awaits trial.

It’s almost funny now looking back on it. I originally was soooo pi***d off at Baez when he made that audacious statement to the media way back when about similarities between this case and the Mccann case. I was so mad when he did that, because I have followed the Mccann case from the beginnig and just felt he was trying to draw parallels not only to help his client but to compare the money/sympathy flow the Mccann’s were receiving from the international media blitz. Back then in my opinion there was no way there was any similaritities between those two cases from what I know of the Mccann case following it closely.

Now however I can definitely draw some parallels for Baez to make a formal statement to the media again (though I doubt he would):

1)The Mccann’s were accused and grilled of drugging their children to go out to the Tapas bar at the Mark Warner resort. (they have since been cleared of this, no evidence and their adamant strong denial convinced the public too.

Sounds like Casey now is suspected of something similar possibly and there is no evidence to prove to the contrary and dismiss that thought.

2)The Mccann’s were accused of having Madeleine’s body in the trunk of a car that they rented almost “25 days” after she went missing. Lab stated in police dossiers that there was no conclusive evidence whatsoever to indicate that Madeleine’s Dna was present *vs* similar Dna of other family members (dismissed).

Casey on the other hand seems to have drove around with her daughter in the trunk with the first roung of Dna coming back as positive and conclusive.

3)The Mccann’s were accused by Portuguese police to have coroborated with the friends on the timeline and phone calls that evening of what occurred. (this was disproven within the final release of the police dossiers as well).

The Anthony family we all know is coroborating with each other to cover up for not only the timeline, but with many other issues within their case for the protection of their daughter….

and trust me I could now go on, and on, and on….because now that the officials released way more information I will gladly eat my first words that their were no parallels, however I don’t think that was the original angle “Baez” was going for…Cha Ching$$$$$!!

I don’t think Casey’s attorney would ever agree to Padilla’s deal because if she truthfully told where the body was and they found it, she would then be arrested for murder and back to jail she would go. Padilla doesn’t make the rules… he means well and he’s talking about keeping her out until the child abuse trial but if she was then charged for another crime (murder), she would go right back to the slammer. Padilla has no jurisdiction over keeping her out of jail once she’s charged with another crime. Just like the first time!

Someone in another forum I read said something that could make some sense about the release of the 400+ pages from the authorities. Supposedly Casey referred playfully to “Zanny the Nanny”, if she was into drugging her to go out to party maybe in her own twisted mind she refers to the drug Xanex? It would make sense for someone who is a pathological liar to insert some tidbits of true statements in their lies, and maybe this is what she refers to instead of a person named Zenaida. Sounded interesting to me and could apply to things in this case.

Pickle… not too much new, they pretty much rehashed the same thing they’ve known for weeks except what Concerned mentioned about Tim Miller and they talked about the Chloroform found in the truck and that “someone” was on Casey’s computer looked up chloroform multiple times.

Also, NC basically said the same thing I said about if Padilla post bond for Casey and she tells where the body is she will be charged for murder and back to jail she goes.

When Tony picked Casey up where she left the car she told him her dad was going to take care of it and then when he later asked her if her dad picked up the car she fabricated another big story about how her dad took the car in and she even named a service place where he took it to. I just read that within the last few days Cindy made the realization that there was a webcam doing a live update on her house every 10 min. Someone said she went nuts about it and went outside with family lifting up shrubs and bushes trying to find it. Wish I could’ve seen that! I have a big fat “zero” in the sympathy department for that family now.

I think right now, without a body, they could get a conviction of manslaughter. But I’m sure they would prefer charging her with what she deserves… murder one.

Someone who was involved with the search made a good question…If she did dispose of her in one of the swampier areas, what would keep the wildlife mostly alligators from taking the rest of the remains and keep them from ever being found? Is this possible, or do authorities think that something still would be found anyways?

MNT, we were also engrossed in the OJ trial and Scott Peterson as well and Phil Spector (his re-trial is about to begin later this month) in L.A….Now that’s one that will make you furious as well. I’m sure it will be televised again and it has some weird characters involved in it!

hi all, home from work, long day.. I caught some of NG but am gonna go watch it again. I was heart sick over this latest evidence. my question now is only this, what charge in the trial will she face? first degree is pre-meditated but one could argue she didn’t plan caylees death, however, to be drugging your 3 year old the prosecution will argue any one taking reasonable care of a 3 year old who is 24 years old should know that if you place chloroform over a 3 year olds mouth, for whatever insane reason, you run the likelihood of theres a 50 50 chance you’ll kill her eventually… so what will she be facing now? I am disusted and have to put the visions out of my head so hard to think of anyone smothering someone with a drug to knock them out, and this may be how she died… the accident theory is now over, for me at least. My only thing now is what will they convict her of? and she’s getting convicted, if i were on a jury there would be no reason, to think there will be any reason chloroform shows up in someones dam trunk, i missed what the leonard guy said i guess theres some debate on that? cleaning or something?

NG never said a word about what Pickles posted about cadaver dogs hitting on something in the remote area. She got that off a TV report. They were suppose to give more info on it at the 11:00 P.M. news slot. So, I hope Pickles remembers to listen to it. And know how passionate she is about this case I venture to guess she will.

Kris, My husband has hunted alligators and he says the alligators will usually swim away from boats and hide on the opposite bank or in the tall vegetation. Now you certainly wouldn’t want to get in the water with them of course but it’s highly unlikely if they are in a body of water inhabitated by alligators, that Caylee would still be there too if you get my drift.

I don’t think that after 60 days or so there would be much of a body remaining other than bones unless of course it’s submersed in cold water but of course I’m no expert either. The problem is, Florida IS mostly all water and yes, alligators do wander even into people’s backyards. So if she disposed of her anywhere near a body of water, chances are (as much as I hate to say it) her remains were consumed. I certainly hope that’s not the case. But I sure would George would make more effort in finding her too and it’s very strange to me that he doesn’t.

I think it’s very telling that after what BH said last night on NG’s show, Cindy & George Anthony hightailed it to a high profile criminal defense attorney’s office this afternoon to “discuss some evidence” per this attorney, Mark NeJame. Hasn’t said if he will take the case however but it looks like Baez knows he’s in over his head now. Interesting….but what I find more interesting is that there haven’t been more high profile attorney’s coming out of the woodwork to defend the monster…Could be a good barometer that they don’t want it because it’s an uphill battle.

Read carefully, and you’ll see that it absolutely does not say that any dogs picked up the scent. A human, Gayle, picked up the scent.

All it says about the dogs is that they found nothing that led them to Caylee.

Gale St. John, a self-proclaimed psychic, brought her dogs to a wooded area off of SR 417 and Boggy Creek Road when she noticed an odd smell. It’s near the same place where search teams have been scouring the woods trying to find Caylee’s body. St. John called in investigators to check the area for themselves. After police searched the site, Orange County Sheriff’s cadaver dogs were called to the area and found nothing that led them to Caylee Anthony. It ended up being a dead animal.

Okay, I went back and reread what Padilla said about his “belief” Now, we all have to keep in mind that it is strictly Padilla’s belief and not a fact. He is not privy to any FBI or test result information. Padilla’s just trying to figure out why the hair sample was the same and DNA did not detect a difference.

I, MNT, stand by what I said in my earlier post that Padiall is not thinking it through. The hair most likely didn’t have the root attached to detect the difference. So, all they could tell is that it was either Casey’s or Caylee because of the color, length and thickness. (This has nothing to do with who the father is.) Since there was no root attached… the dark death ring pointed it as being Caylee’s hair because Casey is still alive.
Does that make any sense to anyone but me?

Anyway, below I pasted what it said about Padiall thought and said:

Padilla said that he believes something didn’t add up about the preliminary DNA test results that came back last week from the trunk of Anthony’s car. Officials found strands of hair that they ruled could have either been Casey’s or Caylee’s.

“The Feds released information that the hair was either the mother’s or the daughter’s; they didn’t distinguish,” Padilla said. “Why would they not know whether it was the daughter or the mother? They didn’t say it was Caylee’s.”

I’m sorry but I don’t know how to get tar off of anything. But, if it’s any help… just think how free and easy life is for you even with all life’s little nuisances. Chloroform can be created when chlorine comes into contact with sweat or urine, so its presence in the back of Casey Anthony’s car is not considered to be something conclusive at this point in the investigation. The role of the compound in Caylee Anthony’s disappearance remains admittedly unclear.

Investigators say that Casey Anthony’s computer hard drive indicated that she may have been researching chloroform on a number of web sites. The personal computer had been confiscated shortly after Anthony’s arrest.

MNT, I’ve also been slowly warming to Padilla. I still think it was very risky for him to have gotten Casey out. But in hindsight, I believe he was genuinely trying to help Caylee, as opposed to him wanting to be part of Casey’s defense team. Gotta give him that. (even if he was also after publicity)

He tends to look at issues in a rather simple manner. Most of the time, people, situations, etc. are rather complex, but he doesn’t look much beyond the surface. To put it nicely, I don’t think he has a subtle mind.

I do, however, believe he has a genuine heart for Caylee. He wants her found, just as we all do.

I’m quite hesitant to conclude that Lee could be Caylee’s father. It’s quite a jump to conclude this, when the totality of the DNA results have not been released. Especially if it’s based on a hunch of Padilla’s. We don’t even know if what he is saying makes sense scienifically. I’ll hold out for more info.

Oh I hope and pray they find Caylee soon. That’s what will put an end to so much of this madness (that could EASILY and QUICKLY spiral out of control, with someone else getting hurt). The Anthony family will finally be able to begin grieving and can stop their madness.

Hey Monday night the psychics cadaver did get a hit on the dead animal body possiblty mistaking it for human decomp. according to the following statement.

“The smell was abnormal so we brought the dogs in to see what the dogs thought of it,” said searcher Gale St. John.

The woman, who claims to be a psychic, had two cadaver dogs and they hit on something that could have been human decomposition.

“No one wants to find something like that,” Gale said.

Police and an Orange County cadaver dog searched the area, but it turned out to be nothing. According to investigators, it was a dead animal.

Yeah it defenitely is a circus. And the thing about Lee being the father and all(rumors) I wouldn’t put much stock in it without some sort possible proff and all.

Probably not. I think she’s a little whacky myself. And those people on Brians Dreams and their Caylee is here for sure and all that and some of them are places they already search.

CORRECTION ALERT:
Last night I read that dogs are trained to give two different responses. One response is to somehow give notice that they have picked up on a scent (they stand near it — something like that). The second response is considered a full “HIT,” when they do “HIT” on human decomp. They lie down next to it when it is a full hit, as opposed to standing near it.

I can’t remember the exact response for the first type of response, whether it is standing or something else. But I do remember that for a FULL HIT, they LIE DOWN.

Hopefully our time will no longer be wasted on nonsense. And hopefully this information will help clear muddy waters that others seem intent on stirring up, at every possible chance.

There is a clear difference between OBJECTIVELY trying to gleam truth and SUBJECTIVELY trying to prove an opinion one already holds.

I ask everyone to keep this previous statement in mind whenever new information comes out and whenever “subjective” types show up, hell bent on causing chaos.

Somehow I don’t think anybody will ever find out who the father is.

I read that the psychics dog gave the first response, not the second. In other words, from the report I read, the dogs DID NOT GIVE A FULL “HIT.” They instead gave the first response.

Cindy Anthony apparently heard comments from Miller and bounty hunter Leonard Padilla on CNN’s Nancy Grace show and released a statement from a family representative Thursday.

Tim Miller misrepresented his intentions, and is falsely accusing me of not cooperating with him, when it is evident his motives were to obtain publicity for his organizations at the expense of exploiting my granddaughters’ disappearance. Tim Miller tried to discredit Kid Finders Network by falsely stating that they tried to pull out of the search for Caylee. Mr. Miller also claims that he spent twelve hours in my home with my family including Casey, when in fact he spent only a few hours total with me and minutes with Casey. This is an example of Tim Miller following in Leonard Padillas footsteps. Although I feel his organization has a purpose, his misrepresentation has tainted the effort of so many people with good intentions. I would have expected Tim Miller to speak with me one on one, rather than me hearing him on Nancy Grace.”

Miller responded to the statement.

“This is about Caylee, period, the end,” Miller said. “And I would hope, if something has happened to Caylee, I would hope Cindy would want us out here finding her body too. If Cindy wants us to stop looking for her body, guess what — we are not going to.”

Orange County Sheriff Kevin Beary also sent a message to Cindy on Wednesday.

“Cindy Anthony was on national TV demanding an apology from the sheriff’s office,” Local 6′s Louis Bolden said at the news conference.

“(It) won’t happen,” Beary said after a chuckle. “It won’t happen. We are doing our job. What we need is credible information, especially from her daughter and that is a message I send back to her.”

I think you’re right Pickle. Cindy knows their getting close to finding Caylee’s body and evidently she would rather see Caylee remain in a watery grave than to have her ugly daughter held accountable for her actions and stand trial for murder. I think I’ve jumped the other side of the fence for good now and I will no longer be able to feel any compassion for Cindy or anyone else, in her family, who thinks like her. Obviously, Cindy has sheltered Casey all her life, throwing her own body in front of Casey to protect her from any problems she would have had to face… regardless if she lied, stole, committed a crime or now, killed a love one. None of it matters to Cindy, as long as she has Casey for the world to revolve around. I now realize that this is not simply a dysfunctional family with an evil person in it. ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — Eyewitness News has learned Casey Anthony will be bonded out of jail Friday morning. Two bond agencies, Macdonald Bail Bonds out of Kissimmee and Joe Von Waldner Bail Bonds out of Orlando, are working together to post the $500,000 bond.

The agencies each put up $250,000. At this time, no details are available as to why the two agencies decided to post the bond. Casey Anthony will be on home confinement and monitoring when she is released.

That is great news. She can eat mom’s homemade food and sleep in. Maybe rent some good movies and eat up Cindy’s popcorn. Maybe put on a Find Caylee T-shirt so Cindy and George can feel someone truly cares. Maybe after lunch they can form a search party and look under all the beds only to rest and attack everyone for not looking. If only they could vacation in Cancun Mx or Purto Rico they could check under the beds there.
