This is conceivable to me. George is the very last documented person to see Casey with Caylee alive, on July 16 carrying backpacks he said, on her way to ‘work.’ Maybe Casey never left that day to go to work. Or maybe she did get ahold of George on his cell phone later after Caylee was dead.

My thoughts from day one is that someone somewhere in all of this has information—either saw something suspicious, heard Casey say something suspicious, noticed obsession with her car/trunk, something.

I also believe that both George and Cindy know far more than they have admitted, and in fact, could lay out a correct timeline. They are covering for Casey and I really hope charges are brought against them if they are. They have cost the state of FL and FL’s taxpayers far too much money to get off scott free. And they have played the investigators for fools.

I am not convinced that Casey was alone on the disposing of her little girl.. I do believe that she doesn’t know where the girls remains are.
I feel that she told someone close what really happened, ( its are nature to confess are guilt) I believe the only one that she could trust is her father George. His has a history in the law inforcement, and he could be the strongest mentally to handle the truth. Cindy the other hand not so strong. but, no matter what happen in june, her mother Cindy knows now…..How could she not by now….
George claims that Casey stole his gas cans from the shed, then he said he didn’t know who stolen them, And again he came back and stated that the person who stoled them ( no name) returned them back with an offer of money for the inconvience.
( and we all wondered how Casey could lie about the info on her daughter…)
Shit, the whole family is a freak show…
George took that body and disposed it in a way investigator would have a hard time finding.
And I don’t think Casey knows where he put her, its make sense cause if she did this on her own, she would have cracked by now, shes not telling the truth cause it involves her father for one and him covering up a crime for the other….Just my thoughts..

Lucky for us the concern public, our justice system does not need a body to convict a guilty verdict, we just need a reasonable doubt.
Right now Mr. Daez and Leonard Nobody are trying to convience the viewers that dumb ass Casey just left her kid somewhere( cause Casey doesn’t know where)and that Caylee is fine and probably playing with other kids. But lets face it, if this was a likely probability to where Caylee’s at then I wouldn’t be here writing this.
The truth is that little girl isn’t coming home any time soon. I doubt its because a friend is holding on to her for Casey. Personally, in my opinion, what kind of friend would jeopardize their own freedom to play along with this much at stake. Who would do that? The obvious answer is NOBODY…..Hello, We are talking about a 3 year old here. They don’t even start working kids until there 4…LOL But seriously if you are reading along don’t be fooled by the people who do believe in the theory that Caylee is in a safe place.
Lawyers are the worst for this cat and mouse game. Mr. Daez has spoken to Casey and I’m sure he is coursing her for the truth. But, Mr. Daez is not going to tell YOU, US, or the CONCERN PUBLIC what the truth is. No, he is going to do his job and lie right along with Casey. In hopes to convience us that his client is innocent.
Just let your gut instinct be your guide to this case. When this goes to trial and the 12 member have been picked. I pray that by then Caylee has been found ( dead or alive) but that the jurors can convict beyond a reasonable doubt that Casey should do time her actions. (mothers have had to go to jail for punishing there child why should this be any less lenient)If we as a society don’t punish Casey for her involment with neglecting Caylee and raise the bar for other simuliar cases, then what will stop mothers in the future from victimizing there child in the same manner?

oh btw,
they knew they were destroying evidence,and if they SUSPECTED “anyone” BUT CASEY don’t you think they’d have wanted the stuff to stay in the car so later it could be used even if she were kidnapped..that says alot to me,theyd found casey but not caylee and trashythang wasnt talking ,if it had been me,id have told the cops the night they came to cindys after the 1st 911 call.THEY KNEW IT!!

george was a homicide detective,not just a cop,he was a cop too but they didn’t point out a homicide detective for 10 yrs,why bacause he’d officialy deal with decomposing odor as a cop wouldnt as much! and cindy the RN,didnt know she cleaned up evidence…yea right!!!

I’m so upset over these cases where the child goes missing and the parents are guilty and get away with murder. Is there no justice for children?
Like JonBennet Ramsey, Madeline and so many others, where there is overwhelming amount of evidence or just plain common sense.
I hope they find little Caylee’s body soon, Casey waited so long to report her missing so there would be no evidence left and the more time passes the more confident she will become.

I’ve been reading this page now for a few hours.Just trying to get caught up on all the topics and news. I do agree with writer Kris on the alleged accident that might have cause the little girl to come up missing. The theory that Kris had, with Casey leaving her out in the car while she met up with friends over night, is a good one. It was also the same reasoning I had early on when the news of Caylee first started. It would be hard to imagine what she did with Caylee if she had dead. I do feel (as a mother myself) that it would be a stupid thing to do in the first place.
To make things worse for the matter. Mr. Daez had to go put his business where it was not needed! To think a person can get free service from a firm office by just bumping off or dumping off there kid. Where’s the justice in that. Plus, if you look at the patterns of all your past murderest they always say they’re innocent in the beginning. Every One Of Them….! Its the guilty way to come across as a victim first. Its not until they’re caught up in the lies do they evenually get caught themselves. Scott Peterson is a fine example. He did not come clean with his family and confess that he murdered his wife. What a shame it was to watch on the media his familys face defending his innocents.For months this went on as if they knew their son so well…O Scott just keep on lying and asking the public for help to find his wife. Matter of fact he rode the wave for as long as he could, til that day when her body surfaced. Scott probably now sits in jail telling some inmate that he didn’t do it.
So, today I sit and watch the news, read the papers and type out blogs just so I can vent. I’m so mad about this case. To watch and hear everything about this little girl just pisses me off. I didn’t realize how many other people felt the same way until I looked up Caylee’s name. Its just to bad that only Casey and her media whore lawyer Daez will know what really happen. Maybe he should work as a public defender. Wait.. Casey didn’t pay maybe he is a public defender now. LOL
I really enjoyed reading all the updates on this case on this website. I will keep reading cause I am a person who wants justice served. ( with a injection)

Very intersting…The DNA results are key to this case. If Caylee’s DNA is found in Casey’s car than it is a homicide.

If Caylee’s DNA is not found I feel Casey either sold Caylee or came up with a scheme with one of her cronies to collect the reward money for returning Caylee. Maybe that’s why she is not crying because she knows Caylee is with someone she knows.

In regard to your “left in the car” theory: I, too, believe that is exactly what happened.
I believe one of these two things happened:

#1 Dad saw Casey and Caylee with backpacks on July 16. Casey said she was leaving for work and may not be home until the next day. Casey leaves and goes shopping. But it is early afternoon and Caylee has fallen asleep in the car because it is naptime. So Casey leaves her
in the car and shops too long. She returns to the car and thinks Caylee is still asleep when in reality Caylee has died from heat stroke. Casey returns to to an empty home as both parents are at work. She goes to remove Caylee from the car and realizes she is limp and unresponsive. OMG! She panics. She has to get help! She calls mom, then dad, then mom. 12 calls in a short time. No help comes. OMG! What will she tell mom? Mom will be so upset! Casey will have to come clean about not having a job for 2 years and not having a babysitter. Mom will now know that casey has lied and (maybe) endangered Caylee before. Mom is very protective of Caylee. Casey can’t let her know this horrible thing has happened. The POOL! Let’s make it look like an innocent accident–one that could happen to anybody anywhere! Can’t let mom know it was neglect and a stupid act of leaving her in the car in the heat when she was supposedly at a “babysitter”!
So put the ladder back up to the pool from where Mom had moved it away the night before to protect caylee from climbing in unnoticed.
Then just put her body in the trunk for tonight. Casey will think of something tomorrow.
July 17- Caylee’s body has now been in the trunk almost 24 hours. The smell is now detectible even outside the car. Have to hide the body and ditch the car. Everything in the car smells. Even in death Caylee is a burden to Casey!
Casey waits until parents are at work again. Goes home and borrows a shovel to bury Caylee in the back yard. Got to keep her body close to guard it and so no one will find it until she can think of a story.

A short time later, she has a “rough draft” of a story. She must go and dig up the body and do away with it where it can’t be found ever. Then she can say she was kidnapped. But by whom? OK, parents have never laid eyes on a babysitter, friends have never laid eyes on a babysitter, so Casey will say the babysitter stole her! Sure–it happens. Kids get kidnapped. Whew! Glad that’s over. This calls for some parteeeeeeing! Let’s get on myspace and invite some folks to Fusion. heck, I think I’ll even enter the “Hot” contest!

#2 theory—Casey had no babysitter at all ever named Zenaida. She merely left Caylee in the car when she was an inconvienence.
On a night when partying was very important (she told dad she may have to work late on july 16 and may not be home until the next day—was there a party that night?) Casey left caylee in the TRUNK of the car asleep where in her mind, she would be “safe”. She found her dead the next morning when she sobered enough to remember to check on her. And then the rest of the scenario in #1 theory takes place.

SOMEBODY DIED OR WAS PLACED DEAD IN THAT TRUNK. NOBODY IS MISSING BUT CAYLEE.

Mrs. C, I have a daughter who had her first child out of wedlock. My entire family, both sides, supported her, welcomed the baby (who is now 14) and she married 3 years later and had 2 more children. Had she ever come to me and said one of my grandchildren had been kidnapped 31 DAYS AGO while she was driving MY
car around MISSING HERSELF, and running up thousands of dollars on MY credit card, “Sweetheart” would be the last thing I would have called her while trying to find out where my grandchild was. I am afraid YOU, Mrs. C, will be the one surprised in a very short time when casey gets bored to death surrounded by parents and not allowed to drink alcohol or be with her partying friends—when she blows her stack at Mom and dad and screams out what really happened to Caylee just to lash out at her parents for not making her whole nightmare go away. After all, they always have, right? Give them all a week or two all holed up together.

I bet they may do that with Casey as I said above. There was another case the police toyed with the suspect before arresting him, (they like to do that). I don’t know if you heard of the bike path killer? He raped & murdered well over 15+ women in Western New York. Well there was someone convicted back in the 80’s having been ID’d as “the one”. So this innocent man was doing time for almost 18 years. Then they realize through DNA and a recent muder that the police made a mistake.

–What they did which makes me think of the possibility they may be toying in Casey’s case, is the cops waited to follow him to his favorite classy restaurant him & his wife eat at. They wait until they order all the while staring him down. Finally the meal comes and the one cop lays his badge out for the guy to see on the table and stares directly at him. Well this guy did not know they already had Dna to arrest him, so he would not pick up his knife & fork. Only his wife ate, the cops snickered all the while. Then about 1/2 hour they walked over with the papers and slapped the cuffs on him. See he should have ate his meal!

My meaning is this– When the cops hate you, truly, truly hate you, they will toy with you in ways to piss you off, make you pissed, or even cry. I think they will toy with Casey too.

Actually last evening after most retired, I actually had a pretty civil conversation with Dak. Of course I give credit to the wine and the direction of his conversation then. But there are times I even think he leans a little our way on this, but won’t openly admit it.
