What is most interesting about this case is that it reveals women's REAL attitude toward men. All seemed to be well with their arrangement until the woman found herself in difficulty, then she turned to the man for money. All she cared about was MONEY. It just goes to prove that a woman's word, even a legal agreement, means nothing. When you get down to the very lowest level, women think of men as moneybags. For instance, when a couple marries it is all love and sweetness and joy. When it turns bad and they decide to divorce, she gets a lawyer and says "I want everything". MONEY IS THE ONLY THING WOMEN CARE ABOUT.

Sounds like my situation, EXCEPT that I am not a lesbian, and my ex (divorced in 1999) stole my kids, got custody and now is suing me for child support after he paid NOTHING -- per our contract in our custody agreement. Now, that my new husband has become deceased (he went to court when I was burying my husband and got permanent primary custody - we both have legal custody), he and his "new wife" want to sue me for child support. I have a 6 year old who lives with me, from the marriage of my deceased husband (died in 2007) and only receive suvivor benefits. I think its disqusting that now my exs lawyer is asking to see my husbands life insurance policy (which was paid out 1 year prior to my ex filing for child support), and also wants to see what my youngest son gets from social security.

I asked his attorney in the first hearing "can I pay the same amount as my Ex did for the last 11 years, but she just laughed. I didnt think it was funny. My late husband paid for my childrens expenses (insurance, food, housing, tuition, daycare, school expenses, clothing, hospital bills, toys, etc.) -- without help from their father (my ex) for over 7 years before he died, and i did it alone for the first 4 years before I married my late husband. Oh, and the best part is that prior to his "animal and his new wife" suing me for support, is that I WAS giving this JERK money for my sons, while I was still grieving over my late husband.

Talk about respect for my late husband, and all the times he took care of children that werent his -- and never asked for anything (BUT respect for doing it because he loved them and me)...!!
