Well, now we all know what happened. Casey has lied from one end to the other, and even her own family no longer believes her. Everyone whose lives have touched this monster have been hurt. Now her own father has attempted suicide because he knows exactly what she did. I hope she gets the death penalty for what she did to her daughter Caylee. If there ever was a case for the death penalty, this is it.

I have heard that Caylee’s biological father is deceased but why haven’t we heard anything from or about the paternal grandparents as in how they are reacting to the loss of their grandchild? Are there family members at all on the father’s side? Another thought, Casey lied to everyone about having a job at Universal studio’s but what was she doing for money besides stealing her friend’s checkbook at one point. She sure couldn’t afford a babysitter, never mind a “nanny”. Maybe she was telling a twisted truth that “Zanny the nanny” took Caylee. Maybe “zanny” was a code term for zanax that she might have been accustomed to drugging the child on — besides ending up chloroforming the child. Wonder if Casey was on drugs of some kind — maybe crack. Also, has anyone noticed the facial expressions of the great-grandfather and Caylee in the video shown from time to time? The grandfather looks pained, stressed, unhappy — either at the person filming the video or something that has happened in the dynamics of the family present. Little Caylee looks like she is almost hanging onto her grandfather for dear life, like she is fearful of or wanting to escape from or be safe from someone in that room. At one point, the grandfather seems to whisper something consoling to the little girl, wondering what was going on behind the scenes in that clip.

I believe that Casey was behind this whole thing!!! I dont care if she even had someone kill Caylee or she did it herself, she is the one to blame. She knew all along where that little girl was, and to do this to a little child is heart breaking. I am very glad she is behind bars. I believe that one day, we will find out the truth. I dont think that giving her the death penalty is right, I believe she needs to suffer behind cars, and think for the rest of her life, what she had done. God will take care if this for us, sooner or later.

Casey’s parents have to know that she killed her baby. How they can still defend her is beyond anything i can imagine. Love her maybe but defend her? I think they have known from the start she killed Caylee, how else do they explain the smell in the car? It isn’t like anyone else has the car but her. If one of my babies were really missing the last place i would want to be is in a bar slutting around like she was and smileing and laughing like nothing was wrong. The sad part is she could have given this baby to her parents and left them finish raiseing her.Instead she chose to end a little life that had barely began. I say give her death and do it soon. But make her suffer first.

Like so many of you following the Casey and Caylee story, I became so absorbed in it, that I turned in every night to Nancy Grace show. My eyes ached from watching and listening about this Mom. I forgot to live, I have prayed for the baby Caylee, is with our Lord. But I am stepping away now, not because I don’t care, because I do so very much, but I can’t be so consumed that I forget to live the life I have been given.God will judge Casey, and that is as it should be, and the justice system will judge her. So this is my last entry. I caution all of you out there that have become so deeply emeshed in this sad story, to say a prayer, and begin to live again.

I can’t believe what I heard on Nancy Grace tonite, that Cindy Anthony purposely gave the FBI a hair brush that was not used exclusively by Caylee. Instead, she simply handed over any old hairbrush, even tho she was specifically asked for Caylee’s hairbrush. I also heard that when asked for Caylee’s toothbrush, she gave the FBI the toothbrush they used on their pet dog. What is wrong with this woman?? I hope they charge her with obstruction of justice. She deserves it! I think she’s just as nuts as her daughter.

I cannot beleive a grandmother much less a mother woull not call police the first day a child is missing,I think the grandmother knows a lot more than she is saying and the mom she should ,why wait 31 days are they crazy? I also agree that little Caylees body is close to home within just a few miles is my guess.
I believe Casey was probably a tweeker (METH SMOKER) because she was on the phone everyday except 4 hours a day. Tweekers keep them phones close and watch them more then they do their children. I believe that Casey was knocking little Caylee out with the chlorform on a regular basis, each time you are exposed to a chemical the toxic effects are worse, this time little Caylee died. I think Casey was leaving her by herself or in the truck of her car while she partied. I hope they find her remains soon so that her grandparents can find closure and little Caylee can RIP. This is so sad.

Every night I’m glued to the Nancy Grace program and it is very disturbing that this so called Mother is getting away with murder,It is very plain to see that evidently she has murdered her own child just to have freedom,and her parents definately know the whole truth.I’m very concerned why the searchers don’t take the dogs into the search areas,as this baby may be found by them quicker,providing that Cassy didn’t just leave her where alligators could get to her.If she was only in one of the areas 18 minutes as described by Bounty Hunter,then she would have only 9 minutes to walk in,dump the body and 9 minutes to walk out.If it did happen this way,no trace of the baby will ever be found.I keep praying for this baby and I hope if this so called Mother is guilty of murder she will pay and I know by God’s judgement she will

Forgive those who judge, and turn their hearts to prayer, for this child is home with you Lord.
Yes the mother most likely killed her child, and for that justice will be done, but that justice lies in the heart of God. The courts are here to attempt to bring justice in this world, but I believe we should band together and pray for that family. I see no point in bashing the grandparents, if that was our grandbaby missing, it is natural for the human mind to protect against that type of loss and devastation. The mind in trauma, can totlly block out reason. Pray for this family, because when the brain can no longer deny what we all know or think we know, that family could very well shatter into a million shards of pain.
The protesters out in front of the Anthony’s home are wrong to berate and screech at the family. The herd mentality never accomplishes anything but chaos.
Father God,
Speak to all the hearts that are so captured by the utter agony of a little angel lost, and bring the nations to their knees in prayer, then God you can bring out the truth, but as long as the media is feeding the herd, nothing is accomplished and just more lies, and the more the media whips up people, the more attention is brought to casey, if the frenzy died down or was at least contained and where she can not hear anything at all, she would begin to talk, just to try to get the attention diverted back to her. Just my opinion…

The case of Caley Anthony is an absolute tragedy. I can’t believe with all the odds stacked against the mother (Casey Anthony) that it is only being said that “it may appear that the body of Caley is “presumed” dead.” Listen, if you are being “CHARGED” with murder and your trump card is to turn up a body you are accused of killing, would it not be in your best interest to reveal you know her location of where she is?

Needless to say, any NORMAL parent wouldn’t let for one minute a child out of your site, let alone let it go for several weeks before reporting her missing. Finding traces of DNA, blood and hair in the car should be enough. THIS WOMAN (THE MOM) HAS LIED ON SEVERAL ACCOUNTS STAGING A BABYSITTING ARRANGEMENT THAT NEVER TOOK PLACE, AND HAS LIED ABOUT HER PAST EMPLYMENT AND OTHER INCIDENCES… NEEDLESS TO SAY HER CREDIBILITY IS SHOT! I have absolutely no sympathy for her and she deserves everything coming if and once convicted.

I can’t pretend I know what the family is going through, but even with the grandfather of Caley, a retired police officer, should understand the magnitude of this case and cut his losses. “A bad apple in the bunch” so to speak. I know it is natural to want to cover for a family member or loved one but this is ridiculous. Why cover for a daughter who has created such a horrific crime and robbed this girl of any innocence she could have had? I just think this case is sad and has drawn out this long? Casey Anthony has been saying all along she knows where Haley is, but even after charges, still won’t come forward with any positive information.

I know in some states, it is waived if a parent try’s covering for there child. Courts ruled on this because it is only natural for them to become protective. I just think the grandparents know more then they do which is why I don’t understand why they won’t give that information. I mean you can’t blame them for the daughters actions, but if they want to start covering up for her, then maybe accessory after the fact is appropriate? As a criminal justice student I don’t understand why the law doesn’t move faster then it does at times. Hopefully as I get further in to law enforcement, this is an area I will get to work in and have a passion for. Just my thought and opinion.

I have been watching Nancy Grace about little
Cayee and I am sad anything could have happened
to this beautiful litte girl.

I was just wondering if anyone or the police
might have checked to see if Caylee was left
asleep in the car while Casey was doing shopping or whatever. With the heat in Florida
Caylee might have been overcome by the heat or
the fumes from the chlorform in the trunk.

This happens frequently in Florida and it is a
very sad situation.

I hope this investigation ends soon.

State Releases New Documents In Casey Anthony Case

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — The State Attorney’s Office has released nearly 600 of pages of documents in the case against Casey Anthony, the mother of missing 3-year-old Caylee Marie.
The documents, including interviews with family members and other investigative material, are released as part of discovery, which is procedure where the state releases information to defense.
According to the newly-released documents, Lee Anthony said Casey’s mother was immediately worried about Caylee’s wellbeing because of the smell from the car Casey had abandoned that “went over [their] garage like a wave.” Lee also said Casey said her mom constantly reminded her of what an unfit mother she is.
Lee told investigators that his mother, Cindy, had said that Caylee was the best thing that happened and actually the worst thing was that Caylee was actually Casey’s mistake.
Investigators interviewed Casey’s boyfriend, Tony Lazarro, who said sometime after July 5, at least a couple weeks after Caylee disappeared, Casey would wake up sweating and tell him she was having nightmares, but she told him the nightmares were about their relationship.

OFF-DUTY DEPUTIES MAY PROVIDE EXTRA SECURITY
Residents in the Anthony’s neighborhood are seeking some extra help for security. On Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, the county may provide off-duty deputies to patrol the Anthony’s neighborhood off Hopespring Drive. It’s a move to keep protesters out.
The money for the deputies is being provided by a special fund to cut down on crime, meaning taxpayers are funding the security. County commissioners will discuss the issue next week.

DEFENSE TEAM ACQUIRES FORENSIC SCIENTIST
Casey Anthony’s defense team has a new member. Doctor Lawrence Kobilinsky is a forensic scientist and a frequent guest on CNN’s Nancy Grace show. Monday night, Grace asked why attorney Jose Baez needs a forensic scientist since Casey is primarily charged with economic crimes like check fraud and forgery.
“To Mr. Baez I think he as a good defense attorney is entitled to know what the science says. I don’t make things black white, white black but I have to give him the best that science can offer,” said Dr. Kobilinsky.
Eyewitness News received a fax from Baez’s PR firm accusing the Orange County Sheriff’s Office of leaking false and distorted information to the media and suggesting that Caylee may be found sooner if those leaks stopped.

flowerchild, I so agree with you. Plus with murder often comes guilt, especially when it’s a death of a child. As a parent or grandparent in this case, they would feel that they didn’t do enough to protect Caylee. Maybe that is why C&G are refusing to accept Caylee’s death. They know if they admit that she’s dead they will also have to accept some of the guilt because Caylee wasn’t old enough to defend herself and C was the one who didn’t want monster to give her baby up for adoption.

I was so happy to see that NG had someone new for a guest last night. Richard Grund was very good… a well spoken man. Although, I sensed that he was trying to justify monster’s actions by saying “something made her crack.”

I don’t believe that she cracked. I believe that evilness was in monster all the time and she kept everyone dancing to her lying tunes whenever it benefited her. When it didn’t she got rid of them like a rotten piece of garbage. Then she would start a new dance, with a new partner and the cycle would start all over again. Everyone she came in contact with was her victim, only they didn’t want to believe it.

Nearly 600 pages of discovery evidence against Casey Anthony was released by the state attorney’s office on Tuesday.

Gumshoe, Caylee was probably dead in the trunk while Casey was dancing at Fusion.

Monday Morning Therapist, right on as usual.

The Anthonys have never searched for their granddaughter because they knew that first night with the dead body smell in the trunk and Caylee missing that she was dead. From then on, they’ve just been putting on a good show to throw the suspicion off their “sweetheart” of a daughter.

I think she would never make a public plea in behalf of Caylee, because she hates the mention of Caylee. This is all about HER, her sunglasses collection, her hand-holding with BB, her 911 call to command/demand a lot of cops to come calm the Ant’s/protestor fight, her flashing smiles when she knows she’s on camera (looks like BB has told her to stop that somewhat), her even NOW still on the internet with a new facebook (that they had to wipe comments off after only 2 days). All this is about HER. They want the focus to be taken off HER, but she makes that totally impossible.
Nah, she would never make a plea for Caylee. Why would she? She wanted her GONE. She sure doesn’t want her BACK.

If it was a typo and writer meant June 20, then on June 20 Casey was sitting at her computer sending a message on facebook to Chris Tutz telling him to come out and hang out with her at Fusian that night. (and that night she was AT Fusian) So how did she “get Caylee taken out of FL” that day?

and… i am sure if M is allowed to leave for 6 hours she sits in lawyers office at some time she has time to aid in the help of the “search” herself.. at least make an effort but I remember peterson did the same fake thing and then just stopped showing up at the search centers…M can very well make a public plea for help even to media could she not? is that allowed do you think? for her to make a media plea? even tho all that has happened? I’m curious…

(because of the hosing and bat swinging).. but I can’t see myself any of what she described going on, as far as countless hours of searching, I have yet to see even the ants leave for a day driving from state to state or asking media for help even???…anyone else?

Orlando, FL - “That is so wrong,” said Dr. Phil on his show today referring to the unbelievable actions of the ongoing behaviors of the so-called protesters at the Anthony’s home in Florida. If they didn’t have enough to contend with, the constant scrutiny, anger, and hate being thrown [sometimes even literally like pennies thrown into windows and shirts torn] towards George and Cindy Anthony not to mention their daughter Casey, is not only appalling, its inhumane.
George and Cindy are doing everything they can to find their beautiful granddaughter but yet the public wants to crucify them just as much as the world is attacking their daughter Casey Anthony. In today’s Dr. Phil’s episode, it was clearly stated by Lisa Bloom (a legal analyst), Jessica D’Onafrio (a reporter, Orlando’s channel6), and Mark Nejame (Anthony’s attorney) that George and Cindy are doing everything humanly possible to help with the search for their 3-year old granddaughter Caylee Anthony. Despite callers to CNN’s Nancy Grace every night, the Anthony’s are constantly working with authorities in trying to locate Caylee.
While the world is placing blame and protesters are working to destroy a family’s reputation, spirit, and neighborhood, the entire Anthony family is fighting each and every day in search of their granddaughter: through local community missing children events, through driving hundreds of miles with the billboards (provided by Kid Finders Network), handing out thousands of fliers, following up on many leads, and they helped Equusearch’s (during their brief visit) search even though it was stated [by a caller on Nancy Grace] they hadn’t. In the midst of the search for Caylee and also being there for their daughter’s issues, precious time that could be used in more search avenues is being used and exhausted by this family on protecting their home from the strangers on their front lawn. The wasted energy from these people needs to disappear, and I will ditto Dr. Phil’s statement, “That is so wrong.”
We must not forget Caylee Anthony is the innocent one in all of this. She deserves to be found and we believe that she is alive and was taken out of Florida on July 20th. Despite all of the evidence constantly building up on Casey Anthony [Caylee’s mother] one must not forget, this is America and everyone is presumed innocent until proven guilty and this includes Casey too.
The drama may continue but the search must be the priority. No matter how you feel about Casey, we must all support the Anthony’s in this effort to bring Caylee home. “Being a part of the solution and not the problem” will be the best for everyone, so join our effort to Help Find Caylee today!

flowerchild, do you really think that monster is afraid of anything? I don’t. I think she really doesn’t care who Caylee’s father is because, in her mind, it doesn’t serve a purpose. Who knows, she may have been prostituting, at that time, and doesn’t even know herself who the father is. I put nothing past this evil creature.

I think that once monster realized that she became stronger than her mother, she was able to take away all C’s power and manipulate the entire family. She pretty much ran the show. She wasn’t afraid to lie about EVERYTHING… She boldly lied to her parents about having a job at Universal, she accused an innocent man of being the biological father to her baby, she betrayed a friendship by using the young woman’s car then wiped her checking account clean, she stole from her own elderly grandmother and then the ultimate … she killed her own daughter. Monster is not afraid of anything but the truth.

I think without a body and direct evidence tying M to committing the crime (that we know of so far) LE is wisely preparing as rock solid a case as they can with what they have. And trying to find more evidence.

It’s difficult for us to wait but I’m hoping it will pay off with a really good prosecution that BoBo will have a very tough time throwing “reasonable doubt” into.

I also think she knows exactly who Caylee’s father is. I don’t know if she is ‘afraid’ to reveal it ( that would mean to me that it’s a family member or someone not fit to be in Caylee’s life) or if she just doesn’t WANT anyone to know because the father wouldn’t measure up to her parent’s ’standards’, the father is married with a family of his own, or it’s merely a something she enjoys having control over.

I think she tried to screw Jesse over with it because she thought his love for her would mean the next 18 years of Caylee’s life he would be jumping every time she said ‘frog’.
Had he not had the paternity test and gone ahead and put his name on the birth certificate, he would have been legally named as the father and liable for child support, especially after bonding with Caylee in the first year of her life.
(At least that’s the law in my state)

Everyday, I awake with hope that today will be the day that Caylee is found and monster will lose her freedom. No doubt, monster will get the fair trial she is entitled to. She will walk into a court room with a clean “presumed not guilty” slate. Jurors will put aside anything they have heard or read about regarding this case. They will listen to all the facts, evidence, challenges and arguments. The truth will prevail and the jurors will come back with a verdict. Only then will there be justice of Caylee.

Reports, Interviews Describe Hours Leading Up To Frantic 911 Call

ORLANDO, Fla. — There are still questions about what happened in those first 24 hours leading to a frantic 911 call reporting Caylee Anthony missing.
All the details for this story are pulled from court records, taped conversations with deputies and police reports.
According to investigative records, the day Caylee Anthony was reported missing started with George and Cindy Anthony getting a letter from Johnson’s Towing.
It said their white Pontiac Sunfire, which their daughter, Casey Anthony, had been driving, had been towed to Johnson’s wrecker yard.
A few hours later, George and Cindy Anthony went to retrieve the car.
The manager of the yard said when he led George Anthony to the car and they opened the door, a foul odor came from inside.
That same day, Casey Anthony was driving a car she’d borrowed from her friend Amy Huizenga while Huizenga vacationed in Puerto Rico.
Some time between 2 and 4 p.m., Casey Anthony stopped by the Cast Iron tattoo shop and made an appointment for July 19 to get a tattoo.
Casey Anthony then headed to the Orlando International Airport to pick up Huizenga and three others as they returned from their trip.
The next stop was the apartment where Casey Anthony’s boyfriend, Tony Lazzaro, lived. Huizenga dropped off Casey Anthony there.
Meantime, Cindy Anthony found a scrap of paper in her daughter’s car with a phone number on it.
She called the number and Huizenga answered.
Cindy Anthony told Huizenga that Casey Anthony’s car had been found abandoned and there been no sign of her or Caylee.
Huizenga then led Cindy Anthony to boyfriend, Tony Lazzaro’s house where Amy had just dropped Casey Anthony off.
It was there that her mother confronted Casey Anthony, demanding to know where Caylee was. Casey Anthony did not cooperate and Cindy Anthony took her back to the Anthony home. Not long after, Cindy Anthony placed her first call to 911.
She told the dispatcher that she wanted her daughter arrested and that a child had been missing for a month.
Cindy Anthony wanted her daughter arrested for stealing her car and she also reported Caylee missing for the first time. But in a second 911 call, Cindy Anthony was much more frantic.
“I told you my daughter was missing for a month. I just found her today but I can’t find my granddaughter. She just admitted to me that she’s been trying to find her herself. There’s something wrong. I found my daughter’s car today and it smells like there’s been a dead body in the damn car,” Cindy Anthony told the 911 dispatcher.
That call ended when deputies arrive at the Anthony’s home. It began a journey as the Anthony family struggled with the disappearance of Caylee and accusations their daughter may have done something terribly wrong.

Casey never worked as an event planner for Universal Studios. That was always a fantasy of Casey’s.

Richard Grund, Jesse’s father, told Nancy Grace Monday night that Jesse met Casey in 2005 at Universal Studios where she worked as a photographer for Kodak. She took pictures of people as they came off rides and tried to sell the pictures to them.

They dated for two weeks and Jesse broke it off because she was getting serious too fast. A few months later Casey showed up at the Grund home pregnant and denied it.

Then a month later she called Jesse and said the baby was his and wanted him to put his name on the birth certificate. He asked for a paternity test first and found out he wasn’t the father.

Then Casey told him the father was a one night stand who died in a car accident.

You can’t believe a word out of her mouth but I believe what the Grunds said. Jesse took a polygraph and passed. His father said Casey saw him as a traitor because he cooperated with the police.
