		<description>Nice commentary.  I was searching for exerpts of Solzhenitsyn's speech and found your piece.  I believe you are correct that JPII and AS both identified a real problem with our western society.  I will have to give some thought to the question of how much I've let western thought shape the way I think about my Catholicism; instead of the other way around.</description>
