Known mental problems?!?!?!? Just like the stabbing in Canada where the man stabbed an innocent man then beheaded him, what the hell is wrong with people these days. They should have shot both those bastards and made sure they were dead. Instead of shooting him then patching him up, they should have stuck their boots in his face and made sure he was dead. Why do societies tolerate scum like this? why do they allow these predetors to roam the streets and pray on victims like this? It is time to put a stop to this nonsense and stop letting the innocent continue to be victims. It is time to let the victimizer become the victim.
