		<description>Thanks for your  review of Joel Harrison's "Passing Train".  I just listened to the track "Wishing Well" from the album (courtesy WNCW, Spindale NC via internet) and found it worth further inquiring  about  this artist. Being in the (extended) DC area I'll certainly try to "find out" Mr Harrison at a venuein the area. 
     (It's interesting you refer to Paul Simon when describing Mr Harrison. I think Mr Simon's guitar as Simon &#38; Garfunkel  is the most that can be asked of a folk musician ... and being a true folk musician is not for the faint of heart, it's an art),
