The only soap opera I now watch is Y&R and have been watching for years. I’ve always said that Y&R was the only some that was close to real life. It used to have me so enwrapped in it story. But, recently, I’ve been so disappointed in the story line. Sabrina and Victor’s romance was pure genius, the decision to cut Sabrina however, pure stupidity. What the hell were you thinking writers. Of all the people to kill! Are you trying to sabotage your own show. Please kill off Chloe or something. Let Christine and Paul reunite, and then let Drucilla return to her family. Then maybe you may resurrect this show. And please bring in some new young fresh beautiful talent for Colleen. She and Daniel are a bad idea. Too much passing around is going on. Real life is not like that. And yes, it’s high time Jill has a decent man.

I HAVE WATCHED THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS FOREVER…..I CAN’T BELIEVE HOW IT IS GOING DOWN THE TUBES…
SABRINA LEAVING WAS A BAD CHOICE, AND PUTTING CAIN AND CHLOE TOGETHER IS ANOTHER BAD CHOICE.
EVERYONE I TALK TO LATELY SAYS THEY ARE GOING TO QUIT WATCHING IT.
IT HAS REALLY GOTTEN TO BE BORING, AND WHY DOES
THE BAD GUY ALWAYS WIN??????
COME ON LETS GET GOING AGAIN LIKE IT USED TO BE.

I think nikki and victor does need to be back together again they both have fought for their families and let this be a lesson learned for other members that when you have kids you have to go through things and may wind up with other to realize that what you didn’t see in the other person was probably there the hole time. please put nikki and victor back together and let the family stay as a hold.

I’ve been a faithful watcher of Y&R..FOREVER! I love the character of “Sabrina”. She has brought so much to the show in the way of culture and CLASS!!! She outshines every other woman on cast! She’s a breath of FRESH air! I love the way she speaks to Victor in Italian when he’s presented her a new little bauble or done something special for her. She’s the BEST thing to happen to Y&R in a very long long time! Nikki is LONG past due an exit. When she comes on the screen that’s my cue to get another drink, go to the bathroom, or even flip the channel to QVC! And Jill….well…I just want to say if Sabrina leaves I’ll not be watching any longer. Your viewers are what’s important..RIGHT?? Go by the Posts! LISTEN to US …DON’T KILL THAT BEAUTIFUL WOMAN ! Let her live..take us into her world in Italy…give us something besides back stabbing and cut throats of Industry!

I think bringing Sabrina to the show was one of the best decisions they could of made.She has brought so much to the show.I think she very good for Victor,it’s nice seeing his soft side again.Killing her off would be a big mistake,and i really don’t think anyone wants to see Victor and Nicki get back together,BORING!!!!!

I have watched Y&R since it began and have been loving the Victor/Sabrina story. I am sick of Nikki’s arrogance and everybody’s rude behavior towards Sabrina. This story line will have been cut terribly short if Sabrina dies. I won’t be watching for a long time if she is killed off!

I didn’t like Sabrina at first, but upon watching the show yesterday you can see that she is a better actress than Nikki Chow…

I have been watching Y&R my WHOLE life! And I am sick and tired of people saying discrimination and prejudice!!!! I think if we were to delete those to words out of our vocab that the world would be a better place its usually the people that scream discrimination and prejudice that are the one that truley are discriminators and prejudice. GET OVER its a STORY MADE UP and if you don’t like it DON”T watch it! Trust me you won’t be missed! I will never stop watching y&r.

I have been a fan as long as the Y and R exist. I do not feel the show is degrading to any race. I enjoy the story lines. Victor and Nikki-come on, how many times have you thought about your ex and wished you could get back with them. Sabrina and Victor did not mix. She could have been a good person to shake up Jack and Sharon. When is Nick going to remember, he was the only one that say the paternity test and Summer is really Jacks daughter? I hope it comes out that Phillipe is really the father of Sabrina’s baby and Victor’s memory comes back and realizes he had a Vasectomy. Mrs Chancellor needs a husband. Jill needs a husband. Please do not let Ms. Amber be prego by the professor. And let Chloe fall off a building. Because Chloe is the epitome of “Baby Momma Drama”!

What is the message that The Young and the Restless is trying to convey? Why is the Mafia constantly shown on soaps and TV shows with the latest being David Chow who is really an Italian-American. It seems many times the villains happen to be either Italian or Irish American. How come they are not shown as cops and firemen? As an example look at all the cops and firemen who were at the World Trade Center tragedy and you would see most of them had Italian and Irish last names. You would think twice about showing other people in this way as you would fear a boycott.

This is not the first soap opera where the bad characters happen to be Italian-American the latest being David Chow (an Italian-American who is a member of the Mafia). When people watch these shows they become brainwashed that most Italians are criminals when the vast majority are not. Why don’t you show others as criminals as an example Los Angeles alone has 50,000 criminal gang members and the reality of whom the prison system is fill of. I will not be watching your show any more and I plan to write to Italian organizations.

I have been watching your show since it came out but now I have decided I will not be watching it anymore. It seems your show is very degrading to Italian-Americans and more often than not whenever the character is unscrupulous the character happens to be Italian. The latest example is David Chow who in reality has an Italian surname and is a member of the Mafia. I am sick and tired of Italian-Americans being shown in an unfavorable manner when the overwhelming majority are law abiding citizens and a large per-capita percent of them are in law enforcement occupations. Why don’t you show other minorities unfavoraqbly when in reality a large percentage of them are in trouble with the law? I had thought about severing my connection with your show years ago when Victor treated Tony like a worm when Tony was intereseted in Victoria and Victor acted honored to have other minority characters such as Neil to be interested in her instead. And I am telling all my Italian-American friends not to watch your show anymore.

I agree with the other post, I ‘m very sick and tired of them putting Victor and Nikki back together. If they do so aagin, then the show will be boring….Nikki is not the same and so is Victor. So where do the story really go from there??? Sabrina was a Very nice change for the Newman family. I really believe that this will turn alot of fans off if Sabrina dies!!!

I am so sick and tired of the putting back together of Victor and Nikki as well as the cowardness of that Punk Jack Abbott. It was so nice to finally have someone like Sabrina to finally get those spoiled Newman kids in check and then she has to die. If the intent is to never separate Victor and the stripper, then why bother separating them in the first place? Oh well, I keep forgetting that its only television. Like hell it is because I just realized that this kind of mess happens for real. I wish Hollywood would stop playing with my emotions. I have seen a lot of powerful and rich men here in Texas and let me tell you this… I have yet to meet one that can match the character of Eric Braeden. As soon as I win the Texas lottery, (and that will be real soon) I am going to be just like Vic. But in general, you can take any character off of the Young and the Restless and it won’t matter, but when Eric Braeden is gone, there will be no Y&R. Just you watch and see. When Eric is gone, so will the ratings. There is no one on that soap whom can run or even stand toe to toe with his character and even if the character remains, who in hell would they get to play the part? Eric Braeden is the Young and the Restless.
