Whatever the situation was. What's done in the dark, comes to the light. The mother has no motherly instincts. Even animals has instinct to protect their young. My heart aches everytime I read, hear or see anything about that precious, adorable little girl. All the money in the world could never replace her Angelicness. How could she not love her. She looked like a sweet little girl.

The mother has some serious issues going on with her. It appears as though reality has not sunk in for her yet, but it will. She acts like she thinks that this is going to go away and that her parents have the magic wand and it will all disappear.

She said she's reading a book to keep her mind off of the situation. The only book I suggest she read is the Bible. Especially the ten commandments and the commandment that says thou shall not kill. Why didn't she just walk away like most unfit parents do and give the child a chance at life with people who would love, provide for and protect her. The right way. She's a cold, calculating, self absorbed, vain young woman. GOD saw everything and now he is giving little Caylee the justice she so rightfully deserves, that her mother is exposed for the cruel, wicked woman that she is. She's always crying those Crocodile tears. They're only for her and not little Caylee. Why didn't she cry when she even thought of hurting her baby. People go to great lengths to be able to conceive and bear children. Why was this woman blessed with such a precious gift from GOD to bear life and the sickening part is that she turned around and destroyed it. PLEASE GOD. DO SOMETHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Caylee is dead. Her mother Casey knows that and she's not talking and will never talk. Some mother she is. Killed or had killed her own daughter. I hope she suffers in jail for the rest of her life.

Casey Anthony knows what happened to her daughter Caylee and she's not talking, not even to her parents. Casey wanted her daughter out of her life so she could go bumping and grinding in the night clubs. Caylee will never be found.

M. tries to clean the trunk carpet, but can't get rid of the odor. She then tell Amy about the odor coming from her car, and the story about the squirrels under the hood of her car. Then she turns around and tells her the squirrel was plastered on the front of her car. Then she tells her that her father borrowed her car on June 24th, and ran over a squirrel. Everyone knows by now that George was a clean freak when it came to his auto's. If he ran over a squirrel he would have that hose and bucket of suds out so fast, and scrub that car clean. Sorry, M. not buying that lie either.

So, by June 20th the body fluids are seeping out of the body, and into whatever M. put Caylee's body into. By the time the fluids saturate the trunk carpet I would think that would take about another day. M. starts to panic because she is smelling the odor of decomposition, and she scopes out a secluded place near the airport and buries her. My guess is June 21st.

The driver that saw the woman going into the wooded area said, anywhere between June 20th and June 28th. We can rule out June 26th, 27th, and the 28th. So, it is down to June 20th-June 25th.

I want to make sure that we all agree on one thing in here... Caylee would be 3 years old if she was still alive..but we are sure that she was 2 when she went missing or died..

Don't you have to concider Caylee weight as will...I wouldn't expect her to weigh more then 50 lbs. If that much...

Allie,

In Stage 2 3-10 days after death fluid starts to leak from the body. So, if Caylee was killed on June 16th, and she ditched the car at Ascot on June 26th it would tie into the horrible smell on July 15th when G. went to pick the car up. The fluid from Caylee's body was on the carpet in the trunk. The flies that were found in the pizza bag were most likely caused by the body fluids. Pizza normally dries up, and gets hard as a rock.

Allie said "unburied her 6 to 8 days later ( when parents went on vacation)"

The great grandmother, Cindy's mom, in her statement said C never got to go anywhere on the vacation--that casye kept telling C she would be home w/Caylee the next day so Caylee could go too. But everyday Casey ahd some other excuse as to why she couldn't bring Caylee home to leave on the vacation and that C & G never got to leave for any vacation.

One more thing for #2 theory

Then placed Caylee into a duffel bag or pastic bag, drove around with body in trunk for a while looking for a spot to put her. which would cause the smell and then buried her or dumpster

gumshoe,

I just reviewed the site that you posted. Caylee's body would be in Stage 6 50-365 days after death. In this stage the body is reduced to mostly bone and hair. The hair is slowly eaten by mites, and other small insects. It is possible that there could be hair samples to test. The bones can be tested for Caylee's DNA.

I really have two different theories on how Caylee was killed...

1. She was left in the trunk while M went out to party...If chloroform was used it was used then to guarantee that Caylee would sleep the night thru...Maybe too much was given and killed the little girl earlier on in the evening. Which would give about 8 hours of a decomposing body to start...hint the hair and stain..buried, unburied and then buried again or dumpster..

2. Momster killed caylee in the home of the Ants, placed Caylee in the trunk and waited 2 days to bury her in the back yard. unburied her 6 to 8 days later ( when parents went on vacation) Then placed Caylee into a duffel bags or a plastic bag and carried out to the trunk and buried her body or put it in a dumpster..

A duffel bag does sound like a great ideal to carry a dead body in.....

It would leak alittle depending on the amount of fliud...Plus, it would fit nicely into a small trunk space..It wouldn't look suspicious to anyone on the outside...and it would be easy to carry for place to place...

But a duffel bag would draw attention if placed in a dumpster.....Dumpster divers are everywhere and if someone was to spot it it probably would be looked into....

Well, cj, I think they can deduct the way she was lying in the trunk from where the hairs were found. The hairs, as I understand the decomp site, fall out of the head of a decomposing body in tact with the root and hair shaft. But there were only a few hair samples, and by 'few hair samples' they could mean as few as two hairs found. If her body was lying in the trunk unbagged for 11 days --or even 7-8 days--there would have been a lot of hair--like a small clump of hair, in addition to a whole lot of leakpage from the body.

From what has been released, I don't think they retrieved a clump of hair--just a few hairs--maybe only 2-3.

gumshoe,

I think Koby said, decompostion starts within 36 hours normally, but maybe in child it could start sooner. M. most likely put her in a plastic bag/bags then in a duffle bag with handles, so she could carry Caylee's body.

cj, exactly. If a body decomposed for 11 days inside a duffel bag, only a small stain like the one found would be left, from leakage. And would also account for the small amount of hair found.

Since decomp was found in the yard, the removal of the body from the yard to place into the duffel bag inside the trunk would have dislodged a few hairs and the duffel bag being in the trunk for the next 7 or 8 days would have provided leakage.

Because a dead body just lying in the trunk (not bagged) would have provided a much larger decomp stain. (look up decompostion and see the pics of varying degrees by number of days of decomp---within 2 days there is considerable insect activity and leakage of body fluids)

Catherine! I really do believe that every word out of her mouth is and was a lie.

I was just speculating because I'm trying to think where she put the body - it's a mental exercise not a theory I'm really supporting.

Cat,
I thought so, he was telling Nancy to look in a dumpster at the time. And to look for a carpet. Now I don't know why he said it... But I remember that he did..

Rv, your right, momster didn't SAY that her favorite movie was American Psycho. She just typed that info into her Myspace as favorite movies.
And your right, Most of all the movies out there are violent and involve killing....
But my favorite movie is " When Harry met Sally" I guess momster was to youth to appreciate a great romance and comedy...
What can I say, your right, you become what you're influenced by..

So, RV - Now you're theorizing that M walks in her sleep? Or are you saying that poor Amy harmed the child in her sleep. Remember, the child was not staying with Amy around the time of her disappearance. M was living with Tony.

She lied about everything to LE except "she didn't know where Caylee was". I'm not buying it. I think every word that came oout of her mouth was a lie when she was being interviewed.

When LV asked M. why they could not go see Caylee her response was "maybe I'm a spiteful bitch".

Catherine: I was picking that statement just to further speculate on what happened to the body. IF it was the truth that's the only way it could be true because she DID kill the child and dispose of her - so how else could she not know where the body is? Unless someone else disposed of the body for her and didn't tell her where. Just speculation.

But I tend to believe she does know and that she did it herself.

Catherine I don't believe for one minute that Casey doesn't know where Caylee is. Her saying that over and over and over again makes me think exactly the opposite---just like the 'Zenaida was the last person I saw my daughter with' the one other sentence she has *run into the ground and broke off* is 'I absolutely do not know where my daughter is"

I think she knows exactly where Caylee is.

I don't know if anyone ever thought of this, but, it may be possible that Casey doesn't know where Caylee is in as much as Amy can't remember how her pants get changed without her knowledge. (please don't make me elaborate)

alliethinks, yes I remember Padilla saying "look for a carpet." I like Padilla and I think he means well but even I am wondering where the heck he's getting his info and how he got his hands on the cell phone records and "pings" on cell phone towers etc.

And I'm really taken aback by the fact that his security guard - the woman who stayed with M when Padilla got her out of jail - has to ask for immunity. For pete's sake doesn't he train his people about what they have to report to police and what they are and are not supposed to do? I hope the woman didn't help M get a message out to someone. Just not knowing makes the mind go wild with endless and ridiculous possibilities!

Caylee would have fit in one of those duffel type bags that M carried their clothes to and fro in. A duffel bad wouldn't have drawn any attention at all, except for the eventual smell. It also would have handles for easy carrying. Casey loves 'bags' and backpacks. The bag taken from Tony's was described by Lee as a 'large duffel bag' type bag. She could have had several.

alliethinks: I don't have a problem believing that M could do this alone. A 3 year old is not that big. I've dug holes for tomato plants that the poor thing could probably fit in.
So that doesn't bother me.

And yes, Catherine I can see that too. Possibly laid her in the backyard for a bit (or a short quick burial until she could think of what to do) and then moved her in plastic bags. "IF" she's telling the truth (fat chance) that she really doesn't know where she is then she could have dumped her in a body of water which she would think could carry her down stream or something. Otherwise I think it's perfectly possible that she buried her.
Her "trump" card! ONLY SHE would know what happened and where little Caylee is. Something she can hold over her mother's head forever (and which she is doing!)

allie....We don't know that was her favorite movie or one she had just watched recently. Gosh, most movies are about that sort of thing anyway. She may have commented about it on her web page true; it still doesn't mean it was her fav! Even PG 13 movies are becoming more like the type I wasn't allowed to see when I was that age. People enjoy the thrillers...gets the adrenaline pumping. It is for this reason I believe others want to "cast" her as a serial killer...it gives them a thrill and they think it makes them look smart. I think it's just plain stupid myself.

M2c,

Even if its gross, its true...
I get the same feeling...
I'm not quite sure how the body decomposes, or the time frame of when it starts to fall apart...but, it would make sense that the feel of it would be, just a horrible experience.

RV - Is the scientist you're talking about, Kobilinsky? When he said on NB that he hoped Caylee was alive? We heard that. Didn't mean anything to me - except that he's working for the defense now. And he certainly has not had the opportunity yet to see the forensic evidence.
Or did some other scientist say something? Please fill us in.

I do think she did wrap her body in something and bury her. She marked the grave, so she could go back, and check if the grave was disurbed. If M. did bury Caylee in plastic bags that may have helped keep her body intact.
Of course the body tissue would be destroyed but the bones, and most likely Caylee's clothing would be in the plastic bags.

Hey cat,

Didn't most of us agree that Caylee was probabaly buried first and then moved....

M was scouting areas that the tower picked up on....I can believe both theories on the dumpster and that she buried her.

I just can't figure out how she could do this alone?

cj...the scientist made mention they thought Caylee was alive. You probably didn't take notice since people don't report on that...it doesn't give them a reason to be terrorizing the Ant's neighborhood. In addition, it would make Nancy Grace look like a fool, especially since she already has a lawsuit pending against her for her "cross-examination" of who appeared to be an Asian woman whose child had gone missing. Asian women, and others within this country as well, would feel humiliated by that type of treatment. To loose all good graces in the public eye would be enough reason to commit suicide.

I've read many on here making posts hoping the same will happen to Casey. I realize these people are major fools who delight in the torment of others.

This is gross so I apologize in advance. But about our speculations on what M did with the body: It might depend on how long she left the body in the trunk. If it was long enough to get messy - leaving icky stains and causing a really bad odor - it might have grossed M out enough to pull in next to a dumpster or recycling bin and toss it quick. I just can't see her carrying a drippy gross bag too far. Of course she could have driven to a remote deserted area and just tossed it.

And I'm still very curious about why M had to call Jesse to ask to take a shower at his place which I believe was during the time she was staying with Amy. Had to wash off that ick and smell real fast? Or trying to get back with him? Just a strange thing for her to do.

Monster would do the unexpected. Throwing Caylee in a dumpster near the Amscot is to obvious. She wants people to think she would throw Caylee away. Everyone that spoke about M and Caylee said how much M. loved Caylee. Now, I know she murdered her, but in her crazy mind she felt that Caylee was better off dead than with her or her mother. C. drilled it into M.'s head that she was an unfit mother, and M. wanted a lifestyle that didn't include Caylee. The alternative was to give Caylee to her mother which M. would never do because, it would mean that her mother was right, again.

I too worry about prosecution having the funds for the needed expert witnesses. All the 82 witnesses on the list are character witnesses, so to speak, and don't really have any evidence of value to offer as to help prove a murder. In fact, they all say she was a doting, loving mother.

The photos, while incriminating, don't prove murder, and neither does the partying, nor the nonchalant attitude. Not even the lying is proof of a murder.

They will have to have expert, state of the art, bonafide experts to argue that the testing that has been done is infinitely reliable-- has been done legally and professionally--because Kobi and others like him will be hired to testify that what has been done is inadmissable, not reliable, and was not done legally. They will tear that evidence apart.

And my point is: they have (and can get) the money to do it.

Catherine
i think in m's state of mind,
delirious and crazed,
she was SO ANGRY when she killed Caylee
and remained angry that she did NOT fit into thew typical burial scenario,
that would show too much respect and love,
so tossing poor Caylee seems more her style
in this case.

For some reason I don't think M. would throw Caylee's body in a dumpster. I think she is the type of person who would bury her body, so she could have Caylee all to herself. I knnow that sounds like M. would have a heart, but it's more like another punishment to her mother.

It has not been quite 4 months for Caylee. There is as much chance of finding a body as there is of finding nothing. I think LE gives Casey Anthony way to much credit. She’s a liar and she is sly, but she isn’t smart at all.

I agree! They are thinking some diabolical master mind whose only intent is to pull a fast one on them...nothing could be further from the truth. Many on here are comparing her to serial killers...ha!

RV - I did not know that anyone besides big mouth Cindy had given EquuSearch any trouble.

I believe I read somewhere that it was a couple of volunteers on their search team who was involved in threatening the administrators of the fund...that is causing a problem if not directly. When they try to get the focus off Caylee they are causing a huge problem. It's not about Casey being guilty, not about the dysfunctional Anthony family...it's about finding Caylee.

Many have let the news reports control their emotions....a huge no-no! I realize that LE want a conviction, but, let's face it...the media has ripped apart more than just Casey.

Stacy Peterson's and Connor's bodies were found 7 months after they were dumped. They were probably weighted down with cement blocks, and yet they still washed ashore all those months later. Scott's 'perfect' crime fell apart that day.

Catherine,
i think Padilla throws people off sometimes too, but as far as equusearch, they SAID they were ocming back in about 4 weeks and now they are back,
but you know,
when i REALLY think about this,
thinking in M's mind, she thought of poor Caylee as a piece of trash,
she threw her away as such,
dumpster, that one sticks out to me as most likely..
