If you have kids, don't have an uncontested divorce. It gets messy and everyone gets hurt, including your kids. It's wrong for the kids. When we got a divorce, we decided behind closed doors to make it uncontested for our kids sake. They didn't need to go through all that. We did the paperwork online through document-do-it-yourself-service.com and had the court date and we were done. It's simpler this way. I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again.
