re: the minister - Mama is right on. If BB didn’t send her then it might have been LV - anything she says to him is priveleged and he can take coded messages. Or maybe he was the guy from the vigil church and wasn’t invited but showed up. The Ants are prolly not even Baptist.

Also, if BB sent him and he was there 3 hours, you can make book on the fact she was giving him an earful about how she is too depressed because C and G were so abusive. You know she is gonna pin everything she did on state of mind - which was of course controlled by her evil, mean parents and it made her lose her entire memory of what happened in June and July.

As for the arraignment - I had heard before they weren’t going to make her come in person. Good thing. The state doesn’t need to waste any more money escorting her around (so the media can take more nauseating pix we have to look at) and keeping her safe for the trial. Of course she’s not gonna plead guilty - the whole point is for her to get a lesser charge than murder one. I think the fraud case is separate though, isn’t it? this is just about Caylee and the lies she told police (which she’ll say she had to do to “protect her family” from the big bad kidnappers.

also, CA - I’m sure BB is the one who made her dress decently for the indictment. It’s disrespectful to the judge to come in to court wearing what she used to shlep to BB’s offices in. I’m sure C is already picking out her holly hobbie “supermommy” clothes for court.

I really hope this time around that Caylee is found… I keep praying that this MOmster will get the death penalty. Just her cold demeanor
gets my blood hot….

I think Caylee remains will be found near the RR tracks… I just have a strong feeling that she looked around for an easy access in and out of the woods….

Hey your right, I wish I knew the law better…
I would just think that if you are seen with the checks, your own name on the wrong checks, video taped, and a person saying you stole them, its a no brainer….Admit your guilty..

People amaze me, we have these laws for a reason….not a season…

I am sorry I don’t have a lot of time to chat, however, I have one thing I would like to add to the discussion.

So, here does. I hope that we all can find one small light in this very distressing situation. Each one of us should make the following thoughts part of our daily conscientiousness:

- Be aware, every moment of every day, of the thousands of children who are being abused or neglected just as we go through our days shopping and working.

- Watch, as we move through our days, for any evidence of a child being mistreated or neglected. When we are in the grocery or drug store, at some public event, in a restaurant or movie, or anywhere families and children might be.

- Always remember that neglect is just as damaging to a child as more aggressive abuse. Watch for the child wearing dirty clothes, having a dirty face or no shoes.

- Children call out to us every day. They may appear to be sad or lethargic. They may have too many or unusual bruises or marks. They may walk with a little limp or seem to be in pain. They may be unusually fussy and a parent responds inappropriately or too aggressively. Name calling makes my skin crawl.

- Their mom appears to have symptoms of abuse. If so, chances are very good that the child is also being abused.

- Learn the signs and symptoms of abuse and neglect and WATCH FOR THEM.

- Most importantly, REPORT WHAT YOU SEE! Call local LE or find out what your local abuse hot line is and use it. If you don’t want to get involved, you can remain anonymous. In some states, you are actually required by law to report child abuse when you are aware of it.

Think of how many people who knew something was wrong with Caylee and didn’t say anything. M’s friends or people at stores who saw them regularly had to know something just wasn’t right. Maybe just ONE of them could have prevented this from happening at all.

The only way we can help poor Caylee now is to do what we can for other children. If one of us saves just one child from a life of misery, it is worth the time and trouble for all of us. It is obvious from reading your comments that most any one of you would have been happy to bring Caylee into your own home if you knew it would save her life.

I know this is long and I apologize. I just had to get this off my chest. I feel very strongly that if each one of us does our part, many children can be saved from a life of sadness and depression.

On another note hopefully the minister did not buy into monsters bag of tricks and lies, and knows he was only being used for show by that request to see him.

I suppose they could say that Amy gave her the checkbook and gave her permission. But it’s still forgery!!! I don’t know what they’ll say about her signing her own name on some of Amy’s checks - probably try to show that she was actually being “honest” about it and it’s the clerk’s fault for not questioning it.

I guess she’s also plead not guilty to lying to police. That’s another funny one!!!

Well mamma…if Tim starts on the 8th for certain then I would think the 9th maybe mid afternoon would be my guess. But if for some reason he does not start on the 8th and it gets bumped up I still think by the 2nd day whatever date it would be (mid afternoon). I’ll take around 3pm

What do they all have in common? They all had access to Casey’s car.

OVER $250 DEPOSITED INTO CASEY’S JAIL ACCOUNT

Complete strangers who feel sorry for Casey Anthony are depositing money into her jail account. On Monday, Eyewitness News reported how Casey was lonely in jail with no visitors except her attorney and no money to spend.

Just two days later, she has more than $250. Fifty dollars came from Nola Copeland of California. She’s been following Casey’s story nationally and, on the phone, she told Eyewitness News she’s a good Christian who knows what jail is like and she wanted to make sure Casey could buy the basics like deodorant.

A second woman from Apopka sent Casey $100, but she didn’t return calls.

Casey’s father and her bail bondsman deposited just over $100 over the last few days.

The jail says inmate accounts cannot hold more than $500. If Casey’s account goes above that, the money will be returned to the donor.”

I’m kind of disappointed that the news is saying that M will not appear at her arraignment tomorrow because she submitted a Not Guilty (pardon me while I gag) plea in writing on Oct 17 (last week sometime). However it’s possible the judge will set a trial date.

CA- minister spent three hours with M either Fri or Sat I think. (Baptist minister I believe)
