Just Who is Rielle Hunter?
John Edwards, a tireless advocate for the homeless, was allegedly caught visiting his purported mistress, Rielle Hunter, at the Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles last night.
The National Enquirer has the lowdown on Edwards’ visit to the mother of his alleged love child.

The National Enquirer claimed John Edwards had an affair and that the woman was now pregnant with his baby. The woman in question, 44-year-old Rielle Hunter, claimed the father was 41-year-old Andrew Young, political operative and until recently, Director of Finance of the Edwards for President campaign.
DBKP wondered, if Rielle Hunter really is the mother of John Edwards’ love child, and forced to meet this man “on the sly”, is the kind of “life” she dreamed of?
We’ve reconstituted some of the background on the Hunter-Edwards’ story.
The first Enquirer story broke on October 10th.
The Enquirer story did not release the name of the “woman” who was allegedly involved with Edwards nor her “profession.” The next day a woman named Rielle Hunter issued a “denial” by way of the website, Mydd.
“The innuendos and lies that have appeared on the internet and in the National Enquirer concerning John Edwards are not true, completely unfounded and ridiculous.
My video production company was hired by the Edwards camp on a 6 month contract, which we completed December 31, 2006.
When working for the Edwards camp, my conduct as well as the conduct of my entire team was completely professional.
This concocted story is just dirty politics and I want no part of it.”
John Edwards also made a statement the same day as Hunter:
Reporters asked Edwards about The ENQUIRER report during a campaign stop in Columbia, S.C., on Oct. 11. Edwards responded: “The story is false. It’s completely untrue, ridiculous,” adding: “Anyone who knows me knows that I have been in love with the same woman for 30 plus years.” [1]
Why did Rielle Hunter come out with a statement against the Enquirer when it never named her, her profession, age, or where she resided, in essence, outing herself?
If you look closely at her “statement” on October 11 Hunter claimed her “relationship” with the Edwards’ campaign was “professional.” No one knew at the time she made this statement that Ms. Hunter was pregnant and that little over a month later, she would move to North Carolina to a gated community of luxury homes five miles from the Edwards campaign headquarters.

I love it if its true. This proves their is a God.
Of course its true. John Edwards’s mistress was the one who called the Enquirer to tell him where they’d be, then got him to walk out on the balcony with him. Its a classic journalism tactic, the same way Frank Gifford was busted.
How soon before his family kicks him out of the house?
Considering that is wife has terminal cancer, there’s only one word that defines John Edwards.

She is a classic codependent wife who has enabled her cheating husband, Senator John Edwards, to have multiple affairs, as everyone in South Carolina knows. It’s much more important to see John Edwards as he LIES to the world about his affair. Lucky for the Democrats that he didn’t get the nomination!!

What ever happened to trust and loyalty. I have been married and loyal for almost 20 years neither of us look as good as we did when we got married and for the man who said fat cow wife i would love to slap you after having 4 kids 2 in her 40ies and losing a child she is allowed a few stress pounds and for the women who said codependent screw you have you ever heard of trust till you are given a reason not to my heart breaks for his family and i hope that the three of them suffer.
Has the Enquirer gone back to the man in NC who claimed to be the father last fall? Where is he right now? Where are his wife and kids? Is it possible to ascertain whether or not Edwards has set him up for life? Does he work? Why would his wife be willing to be humiliated like that unless alot of money has changed hands. It just seems to me Rielle wants this to get out somehow so she can get it over with. I bet she is managing the “leaks.” Her only catch is trying to maintain her innocence so that JE will still”want” her after poor old Elizabeth dies. It really is too, too grusome. Is there anyway to get the Enquirer to report on any of this? There just seems to be so much to all of this. You would think some enterprising, aspiring author/journalist would be tracking this down. I completely believe it is true. John Edwards stumbled into a real life Fatal Attraction. Does anyone actually think he WANTED to see her now? Now before being name Attorney General? No, she threatened him, surely. And Good old new friend McGovern sees great big $$$$ signs, I hope Johnny’s $40 million holds out against all of this payola. The way things have been lately, $40 mil ain’t what it used to be!
