Khloe Kardashian, 24, was sent to the Lynwood Correctional Facility in California after being sentenced to serve 30 days for violation of her probation. She was given 3 years probation after being arrested for DUI in March 2007. Conditions for her probation included her enrollment in an alcohol education class and to report for roadside cleanup duty which she failed to do either.

Kardashian was released from Lynwood 3 hours after she got there due to overcrowding in the prison. She was processed into Lynwood jail for women at 10:36 am and released at 1:29 pm according to Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department, which runs the city’s jail. They apparently have an early-release policy for nonviolent offenders due to overcrowding.

TMZ reports incidents that occurred to Khloe while she spent her brutal time behind bars. The whole ordeal began with her ride to jail on the bus. It was a frightening moment when a woman on the bus suffered from a violent seizure and then after she got to Lynwood, there was an apparent bomb scare which ended Khloe to be shoved into solitary confinement (for her own protection of course). Then when she was cold they had the nerve to refuse her request to be given a simple blanket. Now you would think that was all bad enough but then they forced her to watch videos on how to be a good prisoner and how to avoid getting staph infections. She went through all of this for the entire 173 minutes that she spent serving her time.

Lynwood is the same place where Paris Hilton served her time for the alcohol related driving case as did Nicole Ritchie and Lindsay Lohan.

Khloe Kardashian is the youngest daughter of the late Robert Kardashian. She is featured on E! Entertainment Television’s Keeping Up With The Kardashian’s reality show.
