His passion for music and the love of his fans truly were the focus of his life. They broke the mold with Buddy and with his untimely departure we see the continued demise of the once great and creative American music industry into an assembly line hum-drum beige only corporate business focused only on what makes money in the short term. No more thoughtful soulful creative expressions from developing artist, just more quick cookie-cutter copy-cat & over produced material to make money. How sad that we are losing the last bastion of true social commentary in music. Performers like Buddy were the real deal and they will forever hold a place in music history as a Legendary musical talents.
