		<description>You are absolutely correct, this is a good start on the battle we must continue to fight to reclaim our full 2nd Amendment rights.  While I believe that some regulations should remain, I also believe that many should fall or be changed for the better.  The so-called gun show loophole is a simpleton's scam to make it too costly to sell off arms legally owned in private transactions.  It is also to my thinking that restricting firearms ownership by "history of domestic violence" must be redefined, especially now that many if not most Law Enforcement Agencies are REQUIRED to make an arrest of someone in any call for a domestic dispute, even when there is no evidence of physical violence to or by any party.  We have much to do.</description>
