    I would be highly oblized if I can getID of PMO to enable me sending reminder for the receipt with I.T.exemption certificate of my Rs.10000/- donations sent for Bihar floods on 29 August. the amount has been debited form my account but receipt is awaited. Regards

		<description>Another example of procurement-driven e-governance is in GIS. GoogleMaps and Wikimapia facilitate an extremely versatile free platform for almost all of Government's Geographical Information System including Prime Minister's Gram Sadak Yojana,Rural Drinking Water, Rural Electrification etc and yet millions are spent in reinventing the wheel by trying to procure Ikonos and other satellite pictures, ground truthing, stitching, projection etc.</description>

		<description>Yes. Mr. Ramadorai is right. Many pilots have failed prematurely as there is no will on the part of the government to introduce meaningful e-Gov in India. What is required is a clear mandate that e-gov should help every citizen be uniquely identified using biometric smart card and any citizen should have the right to file requests / petitions online from any kiosk and the status available online for all to see. We need genuine e-Administration open source e-Platforms for e-Governance in India.</description>
