Non-Americans like me who care a lot about The US and want it to be respected around the world despair at the "right to carry weapons" credo. The US constitution is a miraculous document and the founding fathers were very wise men. One of the wisdoms they had was to foresee that however good their drafting was changes would be necessary as times changed over the years and the centuries. That is why there is a provision for Amendments to the Constitution. It is high time that an Amendment was made to make the inaliable right to carry firearms an thing of the past.
