		<description>i think it's ridiculas that the court even had a say to a reasonable punishment.  what one judge thinks another could view it in a different angle.  
what one parent does. maybe 50 will agree and another 50 disagree.  not everyone see's eye to eye. too me there was no abuse;  he did'nt hit her, didn't call her names or put her down in any way. he actually showed her how much he loves and cares for her wellbeing, his little girl.  good job dad.</description>
