I've recently read that a therapeutic dose of niacin may be far more effective than any other medication to prevent coronary failures. The research and "end-result" data that I see at www.cholesterolscore.com seems quite credible.

Almost sixty years has passed since therapeutic doses of niacin was first used to control cholesterol. From what I've read, the only surprises have been positive.

We all appreciate the dedication of our physicians and their mile-stone advances in medicine that have helped stave of the deaths of individuals, but maybe it is time to concentrate on helping each individual take care before they become diseased. To lookout for the causes which often point to poor lifestyle and diet habits, as well as stress related problems.

Couldn`t doctors learn about nutrition and make routine checks on their patients dietary habits and diagnose a course of action to prevent future complications?

Although many of the public tend to ignore any advice about heart disease prevention to their peril, education, especially at an early age could prove to be the best answer.
