True, both governments are obsessed with 'control'. Whereas Uncle Bob Mugabwe is an old fashioned Marxist-Leninist 'Tin-Pot' tyrant and dictator. The UK's Nu Labour administration under Blair, and now Gordon Brown is obsessed with laws. More laws passed in the past 10 years, than any previous Labour and Tory government in the previous 20 or so years put together. 'Laws will cure all societies ills' seems to be the watchword of UK's Labour Government. That is wrong. The more laws there are, the more confusion reigns, and the more 'control Freakery abounds.' Arrogance and ignorance also appear to be the characteristics and qualifications of New Labour, couple with an inability to take on board the lessons of History. This Labour administration is heading for defeat. As for Bob Mugabwe - he appears to want to take his country into Civil War to hang on to power at any cost.
