Barack Obama’s run for the presidency got slightly derailed by remarks from the Rev. Jeremiah Wright Jr. of the Trinity United Church of Christ. This is old news. The Rev, Wright has now retired, and earlier this month a new young pup took the reins of this wayward organization (well wayward if you are a member of the church and trying to be the next president). The new kid on the block is the Rev. Otis Moss III, a man that Obama says is a “wonderful young pastor.”
Well, the Rev. Moss might be a wonderful young pastor, but I am not so sure that the Obama camp think so right about now. Soon after taking control of the church he invited Chicago Catholic pastor Michael Pfleger to say a few words. Pfeger is a man that Barack has spoken of, in a 2004 interview with the Chicago Sun-Times Obama claimed he was a key source of spiritual guidance. In part the sermon went like this:
Pfleger told the Trinity congregation, “We must be honest enough to expose white entitlement and supremacy wherever it raises its head.”He continued: “Reverand Moss, when Hillary was crying, and people said that was put on, I really don’t believe it was put on. I really believe that she just always thought, ‘This is mine. I’m Bill’s wife. I’m white. And this is mine. I just got to get up and step into the plate.’
“And then out of nowhere came, hey, I’m Barack Obama. And she said, ‘Oh damn, where did you come from? I’m white. I’m entitled. There’s a black man stealing my show.’”
Pfleger then mimicked Clinton crying as the audience erupted into applause and gave Pfleger’s remarks a standing ovation.
In his sermon, Pfleger added, “She wasn’t the only one crying. There was a whole lot of white people cryin’.”
Apparently realizing his remarks might attract media attention, Pfleger stated, “I’m sorry. I don’t want to get you into any more trouble”, at which point the Rev. Moss gushed his thanks!
Oh, and to add an even better aspect to this, someone in the audience managed to video the entire episode. This means we can all watch this embarrassment, you have to love US politics!

What I don’t understand is why are all these pastors are spewing hate from the pulpit. I will not vote for Clinton but she is still a child of God. To stand up there in front of a group of “believers” and run her down is not something a leader of Christians should be doing. The same goes for Wright. As a leader he should lead Christians in the ways of Christ. Not in the ways of bigotry. Both these “pastors” (I use the term loosely) should be asking for forgivness from God rather than pretending to represent God.

It’s time for the Barrack illusion to end. First Reverend wrights comments,and now we have the comments of Reverend Michael Pfleger to contend with. But truth be told this is really Barrack Obamas beliefs and his true ethics are finally coming out. i have something to say to both reverends and to Barrack, take your racist,sexist,non christen beliefs and join the islamic groups that you apparently have more in common with than true americans or christians. They are no different than people who say all black men are lazy and only good at selling drugs and making babies and deserting the mothers. I hope you truly watch and listen to those Barrack Obama have speaking for him and realize he is definitely is not the person to run this country. I want to see these sexist men try to put the american women in her place, Guess what gentlemen it’s never going to happen,we’ve came a long way baby and we’re not going back!
